Abstract

This invention discloses a hair extension wig piece and its hair extension structure, which comprises a mesh, a plurality of wig bundles and a stopping element. The mesh has mesh wires and mesh holes; the fixed ends of the wig bundles are connected to the mesh, and the free ends extend to one or two sides of the mesh; the stopping element is a fixing element with a diameter larger than the mesh holes. The hair extension structure of the hair extension wig piece is to pass a real hair bundle from the mesh through any mesh hole and extend it to the bottom of the mesh, and then fix it to the real hair bundle under the mesh with a stopping element, so that the stopping element is stuck under the mesh. This invention can firmly combine the wig piece with the real hair, prevent the wig piece from slipping or shifting, improve the stability of wearing, and fix the real hair bundle through the stopping element, so as to achieve simple and fast hair extension, improve the convenience of use and ensure the natural and compliant effect.

Hair extension wig and hair extension structure

This creation is related to the technical field of wigs, especially a type of wig extension and its extension structure, which can be used to change the length, volume, shape or color of hair.

Wigs are a common hairstyling aid that can be used to change the length, volume, shape or color of hair. They are suitable for temporary or long-term use. According to different materials, wigs can be divided into artificial fiber wigs and human hair wigs. The former are cheaper and have a fixed shape, while the latter are more natural and can be dyed and permed. According to the shape and purpose, wigs can be divided into extensions (used to increase length), hair bundles (to increase hair volume), and bangs (to change the shape of the forehead).

There are many ways to fix wigs, common methods include clip-on, adhesive, braided and hair extension glue. Clip-on wigs have small hairpins inside, which can be easily clipped on real hair, suitable for short-term use; adhesive-type wigs use medical-grade double-sided tape to fix, which is more stable; braided wigs require real hair to be braided, and then the wig piece is sewn to the braid, which is suitable for long-term wear; hair extension glue uses professional hair extension glue to bond the wig piece, which needs to be operated by a professional hairstylist to ensure firmness and naturalness.

Different fixing methods correspond to different structures and steps. For example, clip-on wigs usually contain several buckles, and you only need to clip them on the roots of your real hair when using them. Before using adhesive wigs, you need to clean your scalp and real hair to ensure that the sticking position is clean and grease-free before sticking it on your scalp or hair roots. Braiding and hair extensions require professional skills, such as knotting or braiding your real hair first, and then fixing the wig in the appropriate position. Choosing the right wig and fixing method can not only easily change your style, but also ensure comfort and durability.

Although wigs can effectively change your hairstyle, different types of fixing methods also have their own disadvantages. Although clip-on wigs are convenient, they may cause scalp discomfort or hair breakage if worn for a long time. Although adhesive wigs are more stable, the double-sided tape may be affected by sweat or oil, and care must be taken when removing them to avoid damaging real hair. Braided wigs require professional operation. Too tight braiding may cause scalp tightness and discomfort, and even affect blood circulation. Hair extension glue has the risk of chemical ingredients causing scalp allergies, and professional solvents must be used when removing them. Improper operation may cause damage to real hair. This creation proposes another type of hair extension wig with fewer disadvantages and its hair extension structure technology, which can be applied to the hairdressing industry.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a hair extension wig and its hair extension structure. The mesh is used as the base of the wig bundle and the blocking element to achieve a firm combination of the wig and the real hair, prevent the wig from slipping or shifting, improve the stability of wearing, and fix the real hair bundle through the blocking element to achieve simple and fast hair extension, improve the convenience of use and ensure natural fit.

In order to achieve the above purpose, this invention proposes a hair extension wig piece, which is used to connect to real hair bundles to change the length, shape or color of hair. The preferred technical solution includes: a mesh, a plurality of wig bundles and at least one stopping element, wherein: the mesh has a plurality of dense mesh wires and mesh holes; the wig bundles are respectively composed of a plurality of wig hair strands, one fixed end of the wig bundles is combined with the mesh wire of the mesh, and one free end of the wig bundles freely extends to the top of the mesh; and the diameter of the stopping element is larger than the mesh hole, and the stopping element is used to fix the real hair bundle under the mesh after the real hair bundle passes through any mesh hole from the top of the mesh and extends to the bottom of the mesh, and is used to be stuck under the mesh.

One of the preferred technical solutions is that the above-mentioned hair extension wig piece also includes a fixed end of the wig bundles coupled to the mesh wire of the mesh, and a free end of the wig bundles freely extends to the bottom of the mesh.

Based on the above-mentioned hair extension wig piece, this invention proposes a hair extension structure of the hair extension wig piece, which includes: after at least one bundle of the real hair passes through any mesh hole from the top of the mesh and extends to the bottom of the mesh, the blocking element is fixed on the real hair bundle under the mesh, and the blocking element is stuck under the mesh.

One of the preferred technical solutions is that the hair extension structure of the above-mentioned hair extension wig also includes a plurality of real hair bundles passing through the mesh from the edge of the mesh respectively; and a blocking element is fixed to each of the real hair bundles passing under the mesh respectively, or at least two real hair bundles are fixed with a blocking element.

This invention is a hair extension wig and its hair extension structure, which can achieve the following effects:

(I) Improve wearing stability: This blocking element of the invention firmly fixes the real hair under the mesh, effectively preventing the wig from slipping or shifting due to external force or long-term wearing, ensuring the safety and stability of wearing.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the invention discloses a hair extension wig piece, which is used to be connected to a real hair bundle 100 to change the length, volume, shape or color of the hair. A preferred specific embodiment of the hair extension wig piece of the invention includes: a mesh 10, a plurality of wig bundles 20 and at least one blocking element 30, wherein:

The mesh 10 can be a woven mesh, a knitted mesh, a non-woven mesh or other mesh made of materials such as cotton, linen, synthetic fiber or carbon fiber, so that the mesh 10 has a plurality of dense mesh lines 11 and mesh holes 12. Preferably, the material of the mesh 10 can be nylon, polyester fiber, aramid fiber, elastic fiber or other high-strength durable fiber to enhance durability and comfort. The mesh hole 12 structure can include a hexagonal grid, a diamond grid or a honeycomb structure to ensure breathability and flexibility.

As shown in FIG1 , the wig bundles 20 are respectively composed of a plurality of wig hair strands 21, which can be made of other real hair, artificial fiber or animal hair. A fixed end 22 of the wig bundles 20 is coupled to the mesh wire 11 of the mesh 10, and a free end of the wig bundles 20 is freely extended to the top of the mesh 10, forming a hair extension wig piece with wig bundles 20 on one side of the mesh 10. As shown in FIG2 , the invention can also be provided with a plurality of wig bundles 20' on the inner side of the mesh 10, and the fixed ends of the plurality of wig bundles 20' are coupled to the mesh wire 11 of the mesh 10 (see FIG1 ), and the free ends of the wig bundles 20' are freely extended to the bottom of the mesh 10, that is, forming a hair extension wig piece with wig bundles 20 on both sides of the mesh 10.

The blocking element 30 is a fixing element used to fix the real hair bundle and prevent the wig from falling off. The diameter of the blocking element 30 is larger than the mesh 12 of the mesh 10. After the real hair bundle 100 passes through any mesh 12 from the top of the mesh 10 and extends to the bottom of the mesh 10, the blocking element 30 is fixed to the real hair bundle 100 under the mesh 10, so that the blocking element 30 is stuck under the mesh 10 to prevent the wig from falling off the real hair bundle 100.

As shown in FIG3 , a fixed end 22 of the wig bundles 20 is coupled to the mesh wire 11 of the mesh 10. The fixed end 22 is specifically an end of the wig bundle 20 (wig hair strands 21). For example, the same end of the wig hair strands 21 is bundled and then coupled to the mesh wire 11 of the mesh 10. As shown in FIG4 , the fixed end 22 can also be a folded portion of the wig bundle 20 (wig hair strands 21), that is, the middle of the wig bundle 20 (wig hair strands 21) is folded in half and then coupled to the mesh 10 with the folded portion. The specific coupling method and structure can be to couple the fixed end 22 to the mesh wire 11 of the mesh 10 through a binding structure, an adhesive structure or other methods to form a stable structure.

When the hair extension wig of this invention is manufactured, it can be made from a large piece or a long strip of mesh 10, and the mesh 10 is evenly covered with wig bundles 20 fixed on the mesh wire 11. In actual use, the hair stylist or manufacturer can cut the large piece of mesh 10 into small pieces of appropriate size according to the needs of the user, so that each small piece contains a wig bundle 20, so as to flexibly apply it to the needs of hair extension in different parts. This design not only improves the manufacturing efficiency of the wig, but also allows users to fine-tune and match according to personal hair style needs to achieve a more natural hair extension effect.

As shown in FIG. 5 , the blocking element 30 of the present invention can be a ring 31, a tube 32, or a cable having a through hole 311, 321. Specifically, the blocking element 30 can be a plastic ring (or tube), a metal ring (or tube), or a composite ring of metal coated with plastic that can be deformed by compression to clamp the hair bundle 100. A thermoplastic ring (or tube) that can be deformed by heating to clamp the hair bundle can also be used. In addition, the blocking element 30 can also be an elastic ring, such as a rubber ring, which has good contraction elasticity and can provide a stable fixing force while fixing the hair bundle 100. As shown in FIG. 6 , the blocking element 30 may also be made of light-cured or heat-cured adhesive. The adhesive particles 33 formed after curing can effectively fix the real hair bundle 100 and provide stable support and fixation during use. In addition, the blocking element 30 may be made of a wire, for example, an elastic or inelastic wire is wound around or tied to the above-mentioned real hair bundle until its diameter is larger than the mesh 12 of the mesh 10, which can also achieve the function of blocking and preventing the wig bundle 20 from falling off.

Referring to FIG. 7, the present invention is based on the above-mentioned hair extension wig piece technology, and further proposes a hair extension structure design of the hair extension wig piece. The preferred specific implementation example includes: combing out a bunch of real hair bundles 100, and guiding the real hair bundles 100 through a known threader (not shown) so that the real hair bundles 100 pass through any mesh 12 from the top of the mesh 10 and extend to the bottom of the mesh 10, and then the perforation 311 of the above-mentioned blocking element 30 is set and fixed on the real hair bundle 100 under the mesh 10, so that the blocking element 30 is stuck under the mesh 10, thereby ensuring that the wig piece of the present invention is firmly connected to the real hair bundle 100 to prevent loosening or sliding.

More specifically, for a smaller piece of mesh 10, a bunch of real hair bundles 100 can be passed through the mesh 12 of the mesh 10, and then the blocking element 30 can be fixed. For a larger piece of mesh 10, multiple (two or three) bunches of real hair bundles 100 can be combed out, and the real hair bundles 100 are passed through the mesh 12 from the edge or a specific area of the mesh 10 and extended to the bottom of the mesh 10, and then a blocking element 30 is fixed on each bunch of real hair bundles 100 to ensure that each bunch of real hair bundles 100 can be firmly fixed. In addition, referring to FIG. 8 , the fixing structure of the blocking element 30 can also be designed so that one blocking element 30 can fix at least two real hair bundles 100 at the same time, so as to enhance the stability and overall firmness of the hair extension structure, making the wig piece more natural and adaptable to different hairstyle requirements.

In summary, this invention, a hair extension wig and its hair extension structure, is indeed practical and creative. The use of its technical means is undoubtedly novel, and its efficacy is indeed consistent with the design purpose, which is considered to be a reasonable progress. For this reason, we have filed a patent application for the invention in accordance with the law. We sincerely request the Jun Bureau to review it in detail and grant the patent. We are grateful.

Claims (10)

A hair extension wig piece is used to be connected to a real hair bundle, and comprises a mesh, a plurality of wig bundles and at least one stopping element, wherein: the mesh has a plurality of dense mesh wires and mesh holes; the wig bundles are respectively composed of a plurality of wig hair threads, a fixed end of the wig bundles is coupled to the mesh wires of the mesh, and a free end of the wig bundles freely extends toward the top of the mesh; and the stopping element has a diameter greater than the mesh hole, and is used to fix the real hair bundle under the mesh after the real hair bundle passes through any mesh hole from the top of the mesh and extends to the bottom of the mesh, and is used to be stuck under the mesh. The hair extension wig piece as described in claim 1 comprises a fixed end of the wig bundles coupled to the mesh line of the mesh, and a free end of the wig bundles freely extending toward the bottom of the mesh. The hair extension wig piece as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixed end is an end portion of the wig bundle or a folded portion of the wig bundle. The hair extension wig as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mesh is one of a woven mesh, a knitted mesh or a non-woven mesh, and the mesh is made of one of a cotton thread, a linen thread, a synthetic fiber thread or a carbon fiber thread. The hair extension piece as described in claim 1, wherein the blocking element is a binding ring or a binding tube with a perforation. As described in claim 5, the blocking element is a plastic ring, a metal ring, or a composite ring of metal-coated plastic that can be compressed and plastically deformed to clamp the real hair bundle, or a thermoplastic ring that can be heated and plastically deformed to clamp the real hair bundle. The hair extension piece as described in claim 5, wherein the blocking element is an elastic ring or a cord that can be tightened on the real hair bundle. In the hair extension piece as claimed in claim 1, the blocking element is a solidified adhesive particle. A hair extension structure of a hair extension type wig as described in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising: after at least one bundle of real hair passes through any mesh hole from the top of the mesh and extends to the bottom of the mesh, the blocking element is fixed to the real hair bundle under the mesh and the blocking element is stuck under the mesh. The hair extension structure of the hair extension wig as described in claim 9 comprises a plurality of real hair bundles passing through the mesh from the edge of the mesh respectively; and a stopping element is fixed to each of the real hair bundles passing under the mesh respectively, or at least two real hair bundles are fixed with a stopping element.
