Abstract

A customized sleeping posture balance mattress includes a support layer, a comfort layer disposed above the support layer, and a set of cloth layers disposed outside the comfort layer and the support layer. The customized sleeping posture balance mattress is characterized in that the customized sleeping posture balance mattress includes at least one sleeping posture balance element. This invention is about a sleeping posture balancing mattress, in particular, a customized sleeping posture balancing mattress that can be easily adjusted according to different user body shapes and sleeping postures.

Modern people are under great pressure from work and life, and often cannot get enough sleep. Various factors will compress the time and quality of sleep, resulting in a lack of energy the next morning. Therefore, how to effectively improve sleep quality has become a topic that people are paying more and more attention to.

Due to the natural curves of the human body, it is not possible to lie flat on a mattress. Therefore, there are many products on the market that have different support forces in different areas of the mattress to reduce the pressure on the user's body. Usually, different support forces are achieved through support components of different softness and hardness. However, they still cannot fit the natural upward bends of the human body, such as the lumbar spine, knee pits or ankles. As a result, although the body pressure is reduced, the pressure on different parts of the body is not balanced, and the best sleep quality cannot be achieved.

In view of this, the author has accumulated many years of research and practical experience in related fields and created a customized sleeping balance mattress to improve the above-mentioned lack of knowledge and technology.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a customized sleeping posture balancing mattress. By including at least one sleeping posture balancing element, this invention can adjust the sleeping posture to a pressure-balanced state according to the body shape of an individual user.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the customized sleeping posture balancing mattress of the present invention includes a support layer, a comfort layer arranged above the support layer, and a set of cloth cover layers arranged outside the comfort layer and the support layer. The characteristic of the customized sleeping posture balancing mattress is that the customized sleeping posture balancing mattress includes at least one sleeping posture balancing element.

In one embodiment, the support layer forms a low support area at the left and right outer sides corresponding to the human shoulder position as a sleeping balance element. For example, the support layer is a foam, and each low support area includes at least one cavity. Each low support area with a cavity is softer, so that the user can press the mattress deeper with the shoulder when sleeping on the side, and the spine can maintain a balanced straight line to avoid pressure on the shoulder. The balancing layer can also adopt the method described in the previous paragraph to form the low support force area.

In one embodiment, the sleeping posture balancing element is a lumbar pad arranged at a position corresponding to the lumbar vertebra of the human body, and the lumbar pad is arranged between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cloth cover layer. The lumbar pad actively supports the lumbar vertebra of the user. The height of the lumbar pad can be more than 0.3 cm, and the height of the lumbar pad can be adjusted according to the depth of the vertebral arch of the individual's waist. Users with deeper vertebral arches can choose thicker lumbar pads.

In one embodiment, the sleeping posture balancing element is a pelvic pad arranged at a position corresponding to the human pelvis. The pelvic pad is arranged between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cloth cover layer. The pelvic pad makes the user's lumbar vertebrae and pelvis level, and the height of the pelvic pad can be more than 0.5 cm. The lumbar pad can be matched with the pelvic pad. When the pelvic pad pushes the user's pelvis back to the correct position, the lumbar pad actively supports the user's lumbar vertebrae. The height of the pelvic pad can increase as the height of the lumbar pad increases.

In one embodiment, the sleeping posture balancing element is a knee pad disposed at a position corresponding to the human knee, and the knee pad is disposed between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cloth cover layer. The knee pad can fit the user's knee fossa and actively support the user, so that the knee part can also share the body pressure, avoid the pressure concentration on the human trunk, and help adjust the pelvic angle. The above diagrams illustrate the customized sleeping posture balance mattress of the present invention, which includes a support layer 1, a comfort layer 2 disposed above the support layer 1, and a set of cloth cover layers 3 disposed outside the comfort layer 2 and the support layer 1. The lumbar pad 12 actively supports the lumbar vertebra of the user 5. The pelvic pad 13 makes the lumbar vertebrae and pelvis of the user 5 level, and the height of the pelvic pad 13 can be more than 0.5 cm. The lumbar pad 12 can be matched with the pelvic pad 13. When the pelvic pad 13 pushes the pelvis of the user 5 back to the correct position, the lumbar pad 12 actively supports the lumbar vertebrae of the user 5, and the height of the pelvic pad 13 can increase as the height of the lumbar pad 12 increases.

In the embodiment (I), the sleeping posture balancing element includes a knee pad 14 disposed at a position corresponding to the human knee, and disposed between the support layer 1 and the comfort layer 2. The knee pad 14 can fit the knee fossa of the user 5 and actively support the user 5, so that the knee part can also share the body pressure, avoid the pressure concentration on the human trunk, and help adjust the pelvic angle. For example, the pelvis that has tilted backward can be pushed back to the balanced position to help correct the sleeping position.

In embodiment (1), the sleeping balance element includes an ankle pad 15 disposed at a position corresponding to the ankle of the human body and disposed between the support layer 1 and the comfort layer 2. As can be seen in the fourth figure, the invention can have a balancing layer 4 between the support layer 1 and the comfort layer 2. The balancing layer 4 forms a low support force area at the left and right outer sides corresponding to the human shoulder position as a sleeping balance element. The balancing layer 4 can also adopt the method described in the previous paragraph to form the low support force area, that is, the balancing layer 4 can be foam, and leave cavities 11 at the left and right outer sides of the foam corresponding to the human shoulder position, or fill each cavity 11 with foam softer than the balancing layer 4 to reduce the support force. If the balancing layer 4 uses a spring, the hardness or number of the springs in each low support force area can be adjusted to achieve a state with lower support force. The lumbar pad 12 , the pelvic pad 13 , the knee pad 14 and the ankle pad 15 can be placed between the balancing layer 4 and the comfort layer 2 , or between the supporting layer 1 and the balancing layer 4 .

As can be seen in the fifth figure, in the embodiment (three) of the present invention, the lumbar pad 12, the pelvic pad 13, the knee pad 14 and the ankle pad 15 can also be placed between the comfort layer 2 and the cloth cover layer 3 respectively, and a variety of options are provided for the user 5 to freely adjust the present invention to the most comfortable state.

The invention can design and match sleeping balance elements according to the body shape of individual users 5, and various embodiments can be arbitrarily combined according to the individual conditions of users 5. The size, shape, and number of the cavities 11 at the shoulder position can be adjusted to change the hardness of the foam, or softer foam can be filled in each cavity 11. The user 5 can choose the low support area, lumbar pad 12, pelvic pad 13, knee pad 14, and ankle pad 15 according to the body condition. All or some of the items can be used together, and the lumbar pad 12, pelvic pad 13, The angle, height and shape of the knee pad 14 and the ankle pad 15 can be customized, and the user 5 can also move the front and back positions of each pad by himself. The lumbar pad 12 supports the waist, stabilizes the natural curve of the spine, and avoids the spine bending and increasing the chance of cell disease. The pelvic pad 13 supports the pelvis to return to the correct position, and the burden of the body is reduced to a minimum and can be fully relaxed, so that the user 5 can obtain the maximum sleeping posture pressure reduction balance effect at a relatively low cost, so that each user 5 can enjoy a pressure-balanced sleeping posture and achieve the best sleep quality.

The customized sleeping posture balancing mattress is characterized in that the customized sleeping posture balancing mattress includes at least one sleeping posture balancing element. The customized sleeping posture balancing mattress as described in claim 1, wherein the support layer forms a low support force area at the left and right outer sides corresponding to the position of the human shoulders as the sleeping posture balancing element. The customized sleeping posture balance mattress as described in claim 2, wherein the support layer is a foam, and each of the low support areas includes at least one cavity or a foam softer than the support layer. The customized sleeping posture balancing mattress as described in claim 1, wherein the sleeping posture balancing element is a lumbar pad arranged at a position corresponding to the lumbar position of the human body, and the lumbar pad is arranged between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cloth cover layer. The customized sleeping posture balancing mattress as described in claim 1, wherein the sleeping posture balancing element is a pelvic pad disposed at a position corresponding to the human pelvis, and the pelvic pad is disposed between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cloth cover layer.
