Abstract

This invention provides a portable lunch box heating set, which includes a heat preservation bag and a heating device. The heat preservation bag has a storage space, and the wall of the storage space is provided with a heat insulation layer; the opening of the storage space is provided with a sealing module. The heating device is arranged in the storage space, and includes a shell and a control circuit module, a heating module and a power supply module arranged in the shell. The heating module exposes a heating surface on the top surface outward from the shell; the control circuit module controls the power supply module to electrically conduct the heating module according to the heating signal, so that the heating module is heated and heats the lunch box attached to the heating surface.

Portable lunch box heating kit

The invention relates to the technical field of a thermal insulation bag, in particular to a portable lunch box heating set for heating a refrigerated cooked food lunch box or keeping a hot food lunch box warm.

As time goes by, people's requirements for quality of life are gradually improving. Therefore, the concepts of health, nutrition and environmental protection are becoming more and more important. Among them, choosing to eat out, take out or buy lunch boxes will generate disposable waste environmental problems or increase monthly expenses, and there may also be concerns about food safety, so office workers or students are gradually tending to bring their own lunch boxes.

Currently, office workers or students usually need to heat up their lunch boxes before eating them. The main heating methods are usually microwave ovens, electric cookers, and rice steamers. Although microwave ovens have a short heating time, they are prone to uneven heating due to the characteristics of microwave wavelengths. Electric cookers and rice steamers may not be hot enough in the center of the food or produce strange steamed rice smells due to the placement of the food. In addition, when there is no public heating equipment as mentioned above, or there are doubts about the hygiene, taste, or convenience of use of the public heating equipment (need to queue up and waste time), and there are problems that cannot be used or do not want to use it, you can only rely on portable insulation products to maintain the temperature of the food. In summary, the creator of this creation thought about and designed a portable lunch box heating unit in order to improve the deficiencies in knowledge and technology and thereby promote its implementation and utilization in the industry.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a portable lunch box heating unit to improve the above-mentioned problems.

Based on the above purpose, the invention provides a portable lunch box heating set, which includes a heat preservation bag and a heating device. The heat preservation bag has a storage space, and the wall of the storage space is provided with a heat insulation layer; the opening of the storage space is provided with a sealing module. The heating device is arranged in the storage space; the heating device includes a shell and a control circuit module, a heating module and a power supply module arranged in the shell. The shell has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; the shell has a side surface connected between the first surface and the second surface; the heating module and the power supply module are electrically connected to the control circuit module; the heating module exposes a heating surface on the first surface outward from the shell; the control circuit module controls the power supply module to electrically conduct the heating module according to a heating signal, so that the heating module is heated and heats the lunch box attached to the heating surface.

Preferably, the heating module includes a heating plate and a silicone pad stacked from the second surface to the first surface; the heating plate is a metal plate, and a heating circuit pattern is arranged on a side of the heating plate facing the silicone pad; the heating circuit pattern is electrically connected to the control circuit module.

Preferably, the heating device includes a control interface module; the control interface module is electrically connected to the control circuit module, and the control interface module exposes a control interface from the housing to the side.

Preferably, the control interface includes a switch key, a temperature adjustment key, a heating key, a scheduled heating key and a display unit; the switch key is configured to turn on or off the heating device; the temperature adjustment key is configured to adjust the heating temperature; the heating key is configured to generate the heating signal; the scheduled heating key is configured to set the scheduled heating time; and the display unit is configured to display the set temperature, actual temperature and scheduled heating time.

Preferably, at least one of the switch button, the temperature adjustment button, the heating button and the preset heating button includes a light-emitting unit, and the housing further includes a shading member having a plurality of shading portions, each of which surrounds each of the light-emitting units.

Preferably, the control circuit module includes a charging interface; the charging interface is disposed on the side surface.

Preferably, the thermal insulation bag has a bag body and a front side; a portion of the front side is connected to the bag body, and the sealing module is disposed on the remaining portion of the front side.

Preferably, the heating device is connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side, and the side surface faces the front side. The front side is provided with a viewing window at a position corresponding to the heating device. The viewing window is provided with a movable cover. At least one of the two opposite sides of the movable cover is connected to the front side, and the other side is detachably fixed to the front side.

Preferably, the heating device is connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side, and the bag body is provided with a protective net; the protective net is located at the opening of the accommodating space and connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side.

Preferably, the thermal insulation bag comprises two handles; one of the handles is disposed on the front side portion; and the other handle is disposed on the bag body and located on a side opposite to the front side portion.

As shown in the figure, the portable lunch box heating set 1 of the present invention comprises a heat preservation bag 10 and a heating device 20.

On the one hand, regarding the thermal insulation bag 10, the thermal insulation bag 10 can be a bag body formed by a general woven cloth or a bag body formed by a material such as nylon, and has a containing space 13, and the wall surface of the containing space 13 is provided with a heat insulating layer 14, and the containing space 13 is used to place the heating device 20 and the lunch box 9; wherein, the heat insulating layer 14 is a technical means known or commonly used by ordinary knowledgeable persons in the relevant technical field, and will not be elaborated here. The opening of the containing space 13 is provided with a sealing module 15, and the sealing module 15 can be, for example, a zipper assembly, a button assembly, a Velcro assembly or a magnetic strip, etc., preferably a zipper assembly.

Specifically, the heat preservation bag 10 has a bag body 11, a front side 12 and two handles 19. A portion of the front side 12 is connected to the bag body 11 to form an opening of the bag body 11 that can be rotated relative to the bag body 11 to close or open the opening of the bag body 11, and the heating device 20 and the lunch box 9 can be placed in the accommodating space 13 through the opening. In other words, the sealing module 15 is disposed on the remaining portion of the front side 12 so that the portion of the front side 12 that is not connected to the bag body 11 can be combined by the sealing module 15 to seal the opening of the bag body 11. One of the handles 19 is disposed on the front portion 12 , and the other handle 19 is disposed on the bag body 11 and located at a side opposite to the front portion 12 .

Preferably, the heating device 20 is located in the accommodation space 13 adjacent to the front portion 12 connected to the bag body 11. In different embodiments, the accommodation space 13 may be provided with a partition to separate the accommodation space 13 into two sub-accommodation spaces to respectively place the heating device 20 and the lunch box 9. It should be particularly noted that the partition may preferably be an edge that only blocks the heating device 20, or have a gap to connect the two sub-accommodation spaces. The front portion 12 is provided with a viewing window 16, and the viewing window 16 is provided with a movable cover 17. Preferably, the viewing window 16 can be a film or sheet made of transparent plastic or acrylic material, or can be directly hollowed out, so that the user can observe the internal heating device 20 from the outside, or even perform relevant operations on the heating device 20. The movable cover 17 can be partially connected to the front part 12 to flexibly cover the viewing window 16 or can be opened to view the viewing window 16. Preferably, the part of the movable cover 17 not connected to the front part 12 can be provided with a Velcro assembly, a zipper or a magnetic strip, etc., to fix it to the front part 12, thereby maintaining the heat preservation airtightness and preventing the movable cover 17 from being opened unexpectedly.

In addition, the heating device 20 is connected to the bag body 11 near the front side 12, and the bag body 11 is provided with a protective net 18, which is located at the opening of the accommodating space 13 and corresponds to the placement position of the heating device 20. In other words, the protective net 18 is connected to the bag body 11 near the front side 12. By the way, the protective net 18 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the viewing window 16, so that the user can view the heating device 20 inside through the viewing window 16 and the opening of the protective net 18, and even perform relevant operations on the heating device 20. By providing the protective net 18, it is possible to prevent the heating device 20 from sliding out of the accommodating space 13 when the user pulls open the sealing module 15 or the sealing module 15 is not securely closed, thereby preventing the heating device 20 from being damaged due to falling or the like.

On the other hand, regarding the heating device 20 , the heating device 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 13 . The heating device 20 includes a housing 21 , and a control circuit module 22 , a heating module 23 , and a power supply module 24 disposed in the housing 21 .

The housing 21 can be made of plastic or metal, preferably plastic. The housing 21 has a first surface 211, a second surface 212 and a side surface 213. The first surface 211 is opposite to the second surface 212, and the side surface 213 is connected between the first surface 211 and the second surface 212.

The heating module 23 and the power supply module 24 are electrically connected to the control circuit module 22. The control circuit module 22 may be a hard printed circuit board or a flexible printed circuit board, and electronic components such as a power amplifier, a power management chip, a power control chip or circuit, a storage or register, a system on a chip (Soc), etc. are arranged on the printed circuit board. The processor may be, for example, a central processing unit (CPU), a microcontroller unit (MCU), a microprocessor, a programmable controller, an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), an arithmetic logic unit (ALU), a complex programmable logic device (CPLD), a field programmable gate array (FPGA), a single chip system (Soc) or other similar components or a combination of the above components. The storage or register may be a random access memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), such as an electronically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), etc.

In addition, the power supply module 24 may be a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery, such as a lithium battery. Preferably, the power supply module 24 may be composed of one or more lithium batteries.

The heating module 23 is formed by the shell 21 and exposes a heating surface 231 on the first surface 211. The control circuit module 22 controls the power supply module 24 to electrically conduct the heating module 23 according to the heating signal, so that the heating module 23 is heated and heats or keeps the lunch box 9 attached to the heating surface 231 warm.

Specifically, the heating module 23 includes a stacked heating plate 232 and a silicone pad 234. The heating plate 232 may be a metal circuit board made of metal materials such as aluminum or copper, and a heating circuit pattern 233 is provided on a side of the heating plate 232 facing the silicone pad 234, and the heating circuit pattern 233 is electrically connected to the control circuit module 22. Therefore, the power supply module 24 electrically conducts the heating circuit pattern 233, so that the heating plate 232 and the heating circuit pattern 233 are heated and heat or keep the lunch box 9 attached to the heating surface 231 warm. Among them, since the heating plate 232 is made of metal material, and the lunch box 9 is generally made of metal material or environmentally friendly glass, etc., the surface contact between hard and hard surfaces is prone to gaps, resulting in poor efficiency of heat conduction. At this time, the silicone gasket 234 can increase the tightness of the contact area, thereby improving or enhancing the efficiency of heat conduction. In addition, the silicone gasket 234 prevents the bottom of the lunch box 9 from directly contacting the heating plate 232, and the lunch box 9 may be damaged by the collision between the bottom of the lunch box 9 and the heating plate 232 when the insulation bag 10 shakes during the carrying process, thereby protecting the lunch box 9. Furthermore, when the heat preservation bag 10 is carried, the lunch box 9 may slide on the side or above the heating device 20, thereby affecting the heating efficiency or the heat preservation efficiency. The resistance of the silicone gasket 234 can effectively prevent the lunch box 9 from sliding, thereby preventing the lunch box 9 from sliding, reducing collisions and maintaining heat conduction efficiency.

The control circuit module 22 includes a charging interface 221 and a control interface module 222. The control interface module 222 is electrically connected to the control circuit module 22, and the control interface module 222 exposes a control interface from the housing 21 to the side surface 213. Preferably, the heating device 20 is located in the accommodation space 13 adjacent to the front side portion 12 connected to the bag body portion 11, and the side surface 213 faces the front side portion 12, so that the viewing window 16 can view the control interface and even operate the control interface.

Furthermore, the control interface includes a switch key 223, a temperature adjustment key 224, a heating key 225, a scheduled heating key 226 and a display unit 227. The switch key 223 is configured to turn on or off the heating device 20. The temperature adjustment key 224 is configured to adjust the heating temperature, for example, the required temperature setting can be performed in the heating range of 60°C to 100°C. The heating key 225 is configured to generate the heating signal, or the heating can be turned off. The scheduled heating key 226 is configured to set the scheduled heating time, for example, the heating or heat preservation can be set to start after 1 to 8 hours. The display unit 227 is configured to display the set temperature, the actual temperature and the scheduled heating time.

Among them, at least one of the switch key 223, the temperature adjustment key 224, the heating key 225, and the reserved heating key 226 includes a light unit 228. For example, the switch key 223 may include the light unit 228, and the light unit 228 of the switch key 223 may display the state of the heating device 20 in different colors, such as an orange light indicating that the battery is being charged or the battery is insufficient, and a green light indicating that the battery is fully charged or the battery is sufficient. For another example, the switch key 223, the temperature adjustment key 224, the heating key 225, and the reserved heating key 226 each include a light unit 228. The light unit 228 of the switch key 223 can display the status of the heating device 20 in different colors, for example, an orange light indicates charging or insufficient power, and a green light indicates charging is complete or sufficient power, etc. The light units 228 of the other buttons can help the user press the buttons in bad environmental conditions, such as a dim environment or when the heating device 20 is placed in the thermal bag 10. Incidentally, the switch key 223, the temperature adjustment key 224, the heating key 225 and the reservation heating key 226 can be physical keys or touch keys.

It is worth mentioning that the housing 21 further includes a shading member 214, and the shading member 214 has a plurality of shading portions 215, and each of the shading portions 215 surrounds each of the light emitting units 228. The shading member 214 can prevent light leakage or light interference between the plurality of light emitting units 228.

The charging interface 221 is disposed on the side surface 213. The charging interface 221 can be a USB transmission port, a USB Type-C transmission port, a mini USB transmission port, a micro USB transmission port, or a Lightning transmission port. The configuration of the charging interface 221 can charge the power supply module 24, or, when the power of the power supply module 24 allows, use the power supply module 24 and the charging interface 221 to charge the user's portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.

In summary, the portable lunch box heating set of the invention has the following advantages:

(1) Providing a tastier and more convenient way to heat refrigerated cooked food in lunch boxes: This portable lunch box heating kit is lightweight and easy to carry, and has charging and heating functions. It can heat the center of refrigerated cooked food in the lunch box to an antibacterial or sterilization temperature of over 60 degrees Celsius regardless of the location. You can safely eat delicious hot food you prepared even in any place outside.

Claims (10)

A portable lunch box heating kit comprises: a heat preservation bag having a storage space, wherein the wall of the storage space is provided with a heat insulation layer, and the opening of the storage space is provided with a sealing module; and A heating device is arranged in the accommodation space. A portable lunch box heating kit as described in claim 3, wherein the control interface includes an on/off key, a temperature adjustment key, a heating key, a scheduled heating key and a display unit, the on/off key is configured to turn the heating device on or off, the temperature adjustment key is configured to adjust the heating temperature, the heating key is configured to generate the heating signal, the scheduled heating key is configured to set the scheduled heating time, and the display unit is configured to display the set temperature, actual temperature and scheduled heating time. A portable lunch box heating kit as described in claim 4, wherein at least one of the switch button, the temperature adjustment button, the heating button and the reserved heating button includes a light-emitting unit, and the housing further includes a shading member having a plurality of shading portions, each of which surrounds each of the light-emitting units. The portable lunch box heating set as described in claim 3, wherein the control circuit module includes a charging interface, and the charging interface is arranged on the side. A portable lunch box heating set as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the heat-insulating bag has a bag body and a front side, a portion of the front side is connected to the bag body, and the sealing module is arranged on the remaining portion of the front side. A portable lunch box heating unit as described in claim 7, wherein the heating device is connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side portion, and the side surface faces the front side portion, and the front side portion is provided with a viewing window at a position corresponding to the heating device, and the viewing window is provided with a movable cover, and at least one of the two opposite sides of the movable cover is connected to the front side portion, and the other side thereof is detachably fixed to the front side portion. A portable lunch box heating set as described in claim 7, wherein the heating device is connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side, and the bag body is provided with a protective net, which is located at the opening of the accommodating space and connected to the bag body adjacent to the front side. As described in claim 7, the portable lunch box heating set, wherein the heat-insulating bag includes two handles, one of which is disposed on the front side, and the other handle is disposed on the bag body and located on a side relative to the front side.
