Abstract
本創作揭露一種馬達定子焊接治具,用以提供馬達定子及基板焊接使用,該馬達定子焊接治具係包括:保護罩及熱壓頭,保護罩用以罩覆於該馬達定子及該基板的上方提供保護及定位,保護罩具有複數線槽可供馬達定子之出線部露出於該保護罩之外;熱壓頭其上具有熱壓端與馬達定子及基板待焊接之部位相對應,該熱壓頭蓋覆保護罩外側,並藉由熱壓端對前述馬達定子與基板待焊接之部位進行加熱焊接。藉由本創作可將繞線完成之馬達定子的線圈進行一次性的全面焊接,且於焊接製程中對馬達定子起到固定及防止銲錫飛濺之保護作用。 This invention discloses a motor stator welding fixture for welding motor stators and substrates.
