Abstract

This invention discloses a multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with a heat preservation function, which includes a box body of the vegetable warming machine, a door panel and a control module that can be opened in front; a fixed or detachable air supply and heating module is arranged in the storage space of the box body, and the air supply and heating module is electrically connected to the control module or plugged into a power socket with its wire and plug; the storage space is also equipped with a plurality of detachable storage shelves for placing cooked hot food on the storage shelves. In this way, this invention can be used as a vegetable warming machine, and the cooked hot food is temporarily placed in the vegetable warming machine, and hot air is sent to the hot food through the air supply and heating module to keep the temperature of the hot food before it is served on the table. This invention can also be used as a noodle making machine or a dish drying machine, achieving the effect of one machine with multiple uses.

Multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function

This creation is related to the technical field of kitchen appliances, especially a multi-purpose food warmer with heating and heat preservation functions that can be used to maintain the temperature of dishes or for dough fermentation.

The traditional way of cooking at home is for the cook (usually the housewife) to wash and chop the fresh ingredients in advance, and then cook each dish in order. When each dish is cooked, it is first put into bowls and plates and placed on the dining table before continuing to cook the next dish. Therefore, if the whole family has to wait until the last dish is served before starting to eat at the same time, the first few dishes will often be cold, affecting the deliciousness of the hot dishes. The above situation is one of the most troublesome problems of cooking at home, and it has been difficult to solve for a long time.

There is a kind of warming plate design in the market nowadays, which allows users to place the cooked dishes on the warming plate on the dining table, and keep the dishes hot through the electric heating function of the warming plate. However, this warming plate has a single function. If it is not used to warm the dishes, it has no other functions and becomes a redundant utensil on the dining table. Moreover, generally, only a small circle of the bottom of the bowls and plates is in contact with the surface of the warm dish plate. There is no cover on the warm dish plate to form a closed insulation space. Therefore, the heating unit under the warm dish plate must be set to high power heating, and the hot food in the bowls and plates can be kept warm through heat transfer to the bowls and plates. As a result, the temperature of the warm dish plate surface is too high, and the heat transfer is difficult and easily dissipated to other places, which not only wastes electricity but also poses a risk of burns.

Therefore, how to heat up the already cooked dishes to prevent them from cooling down quickly before being served, and at the same time integrate the function of heating dishes into kitchen equipment, are the issues that this creation aims to actively overcome.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a multi-purpose food warming machine with a heat preservation function. Through the design of the cabinet, door panel, storage shelf, control module and air supply heating module, this invention can be used as a food warming machine. The cooked hot food is placed on the storage shelf in the food warming machine, and the hot air sent by the air supply heating module keeps the temperature of the hot food so that all the dishes can be cooked and served together, avoiding the situation where the last dish is cooked and the first dish has already cooled down. This invention can also change the usage mode and temperature setting, and be used as a dough fermentation machine or a bowl dryer.

The secondary purpose of this invention is to provide a multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with a heat preservation function. Through the design of separable storage shelves and air supply and heating modules in the box, it is convenient to assemble and disassemble the storage shelves and air supply and heating modules, so as to achieve the effect of convenient conversion and use.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention has invented a multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, and its preferred technical scheme includes: a box body, which is a box body with a storage space inside, and the front of the box body forms an open end of the storage space; a door panel, one side of which is rotatably connected to either side of the open end of the box body, and is used to open and close the storage space; a plurality of storage shelves, which are horizontally arranged in the storage space, and are used to place the heat preservation food. a control module having a controller and a human-machine interface, the controller being arranged in the box, the human-machine interface being embedded in the front of the box and being electrically connected to the controller; and an air supply and heating module being arranged on any inner wall of the storage space, being electrically connected to the controller or being plugged into the power socket with a plug, and being used for delivering hot air to heat the hot food on the bowls and plates, so as to keep the hot food in the bowls and plates hot.

In the multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the storage shelves can be detachably assembled in the storage space and can be taken out from the storage space after being dismantled.

In the multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the two sides of the storage shelf are assembled on the two inner side walls of the storage space through a latch structure or a magnetic attraction structure.

In the above-mentioned multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the storage layer is provided with a through hole connecting the upper and lower surfaces thereof.

In the above-mentioned multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the air supply and heating module includes an outer shell, which is provided with a plurality of air outlets connected to its back side at the front side corresponding to the storage space; a heating unit, which is arranged on the back side of the outer shell; and at least one fan, which is used to supply air to the heating unit to generate hot air, and allow the hot air to enter the storage space through the air outlet.

In the above-mentioned multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the heating unit is one of a PTC heater, a ceramic heater or an electric heating tube heater.

This invention is a multi-purpose food warmer with heat preservation function, which can be installed in the kitchen cabinet as a food warmer. A storage shelf is placed in the storage space of the box, and then the cooked hot food is temporarily placed on the storage shelf, and then the air supply and heating module sends hot air for heat preservation and heating, so that the hot food in the bowls and plates can be kept hot, so that when all the meals are cooked, they can be served hot together, and the hot food can be kept delicious. Referring to FIG. 1 , the invention is a multi-purpose food warmer with a heat preservation function, which can be installed in a kitchen cabinet 100 as a food warmer for heating and preserving hot food. Referring to FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , a preferred embodiment of the invention includes: a box body 10 , a door panel 20 , a control module 30 , an air supply and heating module 40 and a plurality of storage shelves 50 , wherein:

The box body 10 is a rectangular box body assembled from stainless steel plates, and has a storage space 11 inside. The front of the box body 10 forms an open end 12 of the storage space 11. One side of the door panel 20 is rotatably pivoted to either side of the open end 12 of the box body 10. In a preferred embodiment, the upper side of the door panel 20 is rotatably pivoted to the upper side of the open end 12, so as to cover the front of the storage space 11 when closed.

The control module 30 has a controller 31 and a human-machine interface 32. The controller 31 is arranged in the interlayer of the box 10. The human-machine interface 32 is embedded in the front of the box 10. As shown in the figure, it is embedded in the front of the box 10 above the door panel 20 and is electrically connected to the controller 31. It can also be embedded in the front of the box 10 on the left, right or bottom of the door panel 20. Among them, the controller 31 is a set of main control circuit boards, which is mainly used to control the temperature and time of the air supply heating module 40 of the warming machine. The human-machine interface 32 is a touch panel with a display, which can be controlled by personnel in a touch manner.

The air supply and heating module 40 is arranged on any inner wall of the storage space 11 of the box body 10, and can be fixedly assembled on the rear wall of the storage space 11, or can be arbitrarily detachably hung on the rear wall of the storage space 11, and then electrically connected to the above-mentioned controller 31, and can also be plugged into a power socket 60 on the inner wall of the storage space 11 with a plug. Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , a preferred embodiment of the air supply heating module 40 includes a housing 41, which has a plurality of air outlets 411 connected to the back thereof at the front side corresponding to the storage space 11; a heating unit 42, which is disposed at the back side of the housing 41; and at least one fan 43, which is used to supply air to the heating unit 42 to generate hot air, and to allow the hot air to enter the storage space 11 through the air outlets 411. The heating unit 42 can be one of a PTC heater, a ceramic heater or an electric heating tube heater, which is powered by the control module 30 or by a power plug 44 plugged into a power socket 60.

The storage shelves 50 are preferably made of stainless steel plates and are provided with through holes 51 connecting the upper and lower surfaces thereof. When in use, the storage shelves 50 can be horizontally assembled in the storage space 11 to carry dishes, and can also be removed by the user to be taken out of the storage space 11. To facilitate assembly and disassembly, the two sides of the storage shelves 50 can be assembled on the two inner side walls of the storage space 11 through a latch structure, a magnetic attraction structure or other structures.

When using this invention, refer to Figures 1 and 6. It can be installed in a kitchen cabinet 100 and used as a food warmer. The cooked hot food is temporarily placed on the storage shelf 50. The user can set the temperature on the human-machine operation interface 32, for example, the maximum temperature is 60 degrees, so that the controller 31 instructs the heating unit 42 of the air supply and heating module 40 to heat, and at the same time starts the fan 43 to blow out hot air. The hot air delivered by the air supply and heating module 40 heats and keeps the food warm, which can keep the hot food in the bowls and plates hot and delicious, so that all the food can be served on the table at the beginning of the meal. The invention can also be used as a dough making machine or a dish drying machine. By setting the temperature and time of the hot air sent by the air supply heating module 40 through the control module 30, it can be used as a dough making machine for making bread or cakes. Similarly, it can also be used as a dish drying machine for drying washed dishes.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 , the present invention may have a plurality of air inlets 13 above the open end 12 or in front of any side of the box 10, and the air inlets 13 are connected to the storage space 11, and are used to inhale air from the outside when the air supply and heating module 40 is in operation. However, it should be noted that the air inlets 13 are not necessary structures of the box 10, and air can be taken in from other directions or structures (such as door slits, etc.), or in the absence of the air inlets 13, the air supply and heating module 40 can directly circulate and heat the air in the storage space 11, quickly reach the set temperature and save energy.

In addition, referring to FIG. 7 , the top surface of the storage space 11 of the box 10 of the present invention may be embedded with one or more ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 70, and electrically connected to the controller 31 of the control module 30. The ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 70 preferably has an LED ultraviolet lamp bead 71 (such as a UV-C LED lamp bead) and an LED lighting lamp bead 72, which can be controlled through the human-machine interface. 32 controls the start and stop of the LED ultraviolet lamp beads 71 and the LED lighting lamp beads 72; the LED ultraviolet lamp beads 71 are used to sterilize the interior of the storage space 11 before putting in the food for heating and keeping warm, and can also perform ultraviolet sterilization on the dishes when the food warming machine of the invention is used as a dish dryer; and the LED lighting lamp beads 72 are used for general lighting of the storage space 11.

In summary, this invention is a multi-purpose vegetable warmer with heat preservation function, which is indeed practical and creative. The application of its technical means is undoubtedly novel, and the effect is indeed consistent with the design purpose, which is a reasonable progress. Therefore, we have filed a new patent application in accordance with the law. We sincerely request the Jun Bureau to give a detailed review and grant the patent. We are grateful.

Claims (10)

A multi-purpose food warming machine with a heat preservation function comprises: a box body having a storage space inside, the front of the box body forming an open end of the storage space; a door panel, one side of which is rotatably hinged to either side of the open end of the box body, for opening and closing the storage space; a plurality of storage shelves, which are horizontally arranged in the storage space, for placing dishes containing hot food; a control module , which has a controller and a human-machine interface, the controller is arranged in the box, the human-machine interface is embedded in the front of the box and is electrically connected to the controller; and an air supply heating module, which is arranged on any inner wall of the storage space, electrically connected to the controller or plugged into the power socket with a plug, and is used to heat the hot food on the bowls and plates by delivering hot air to keep the hot food in the bowls and plates hot. As described in claim 1, the multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, the storage shelves can be assembled separately in the storage space for removal from the storage space after dismantling. As described in claim 2, the multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, wherein the two sides of the storage shelf are assembled on the two inner side walls of the storage space through a latch structure or a magnetic attraction structure. As described in claim 3, the multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function, wherein the storage shelf is provided with a through hole connecting the upper and lower surfaces thereof. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein the air supply and heating module includes an outer shell, a front side of which is corresponding to the storage space and is provided with a plurality of air outlets connected to the back side thereof; a heating unit, which is arranged on the back side of the outer shell; and at least one fan, which is used to supply air to the heating unit to generate hot air, and allow the hot air to enter the storage space through the air outlet. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function as described in claim 5, wherein the heating unit is one of a PTC heater, a ceramic heater or an electric heating tube heater. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function as described in claim 5, wherein the air supply heating module is fixedly assembled on the rear wall of the storage space, or can be arbitrarily separated and hung on the rear wall of the storage space. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein a power socket is provided in the storage space, and the power socket is arranged on any inner wall of the storage space. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein one or more ultraviolet sterilization lamps are embedded in the top surface of the storage space of the box. A multi-purpose vegetable warming machine with a heat preservation function as described in claim 9, wherein the ultraviolet sterilization lamp has an LED ultraviolet lamp bead and an LED lighting lamp bead.
