本創作之電動拉釘槍具結構改良最大特色在於:槍頭座本體(10),設由內置金屬鋼材製作的滑套座(11)及鋁製端頭件(13)組成金屬質地架構,再於外側以塑性材質包覆一體,構成美觀握持安全觸感舒適的槍頭座本體(10),滑套座(11)內部預製等分環列的滑槽(14),供滑動件(20)上分設相對凸出鍵狀的凸肋(21)做相互插組,使滑動件(20)在組裝之螺合件(24)與轉動桿(26)做螺合傳動時,滑動件(20)之凸肋(21)可確實插組於滑槽(14)內,做平穩的滑移操作,達到拉釘操作的穩定安全特性;另依槍頭座本體(10)端頭兩側螺孔座(12),簡易鎖接塑性的把手輔助桿(50),供與釘槍座本體(40)做鎖固結合一體,使拉釘操作兼具便利握持及省力安全之實用目的;復針對把手輔助桿(50)組裝,可與電動剪具(41)組合使用,如第八圖所示,因其使用的釘槍座動力源相同,通過螺栓(52)簡便鎖組電動剪具(41) 兩側的螺孔座(42)後,便可與釘槍座本體(40)束裝結合一體,達到單手取用操作之實用功效,故以本創作之鍵、槽插組轉控滑移之結構設計,於拉釘槍頭座產品中,從未見有類似的結構公開或組裝使用,整體創設確為同類商品的創新實用性設計。 The biggest feature of the structure improvement of the electric rivet gun of this creation is that the head body (10) is composed of a sliding sleeve seat (11) made of built-in metal steel and an aluminum end piece (13) to form a metal texture structure.
