Description
本新型創作是有關於一種電子裝置,且特別是有關於一種穿戴式電子裝置。
一般而言,穿戴式電子裝置(例如:智慧型手錶)的尺寸往往較為狹小,以符合方便配戴的特性。相對地,穿戴式電子裝置中可用以配置天線元件的空間也就越來越有限。因此,現有的穿戴式電子裝置大多利用其它的空間(例如:錶帶)來設置天線元件。然而,錶帶的彎曲程度會根據不同的使用者而有所不同,且錶帶的彎曲程度會影響到設置在錶帶中之天線元件的輻射特性,進而導致穿戴式電子裝置無法提供穩定的無線傳輸功能。
本新型創作提供一種穿戴式電子裝置,適於與外界進行無線通訊,並應用於電子訊號變化的偵測。
本新型創作的穿戴式電子裝置包括一裝置本體及一穿戴元件。穿戴元件連接至裝置本體。裝置本體包括一導電上蓋、一
導電下蓋、一絕緣框及一電路系統。絕緣框疊設於導電上蓋及導電下蓋之間,並與導電上蓋及導電下蓋構成一容納空間。電路系統設置在容納空間內。導電上蓋具有一第一饋入點。導電下蓋具有一第二饋入點。電路系統耦接導電上蓋的第一饋入點及導電下蓋的第二饋入點,使得導電上蓋及導電下蓋作為一對天線輻射體。電路系統耦接導電上蓋及導電下蓋,使得導電上蓋及導電下蓋作為一對電子訊號偵測電極。
基於上述,在本新型創作中,除作為裝置本體的部分外觀以外,導電上蓋及導電下蓋亦可作為一對天線輻射體,因而省略天線所佔據的空間。同時,導電上蓋及導電下蓋亦可作為一對電子訊號偵測電極,以應用於感測人體生理上的電子訊號變化的偵測(例如心跳偵測),因而增加穿戴式電子裝置的附加功能。
為讓本新型創作的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。

請參考圖1至圖4,本實施例的穿戴式電子裝置100包括一裝置本體110及一穿戴元件120。穿戴元件120連接裝置本體110。當穿戴元件120穿戴在使用者身上時,穿戴元件120可將裝置本體110固定在使用者身體的某個部位,例如手腕。當穿戴式電子裝置100呈現類似手錶型態時,裝置本體110可為類似手錶的本體,而穿戴元件120可為類似手錶的腕帶。穿戴式電子裝置100可例如為智慧型手錶、手環、耳環或項鍊等。
裝置本體110包括一導電上蓋112、一導電下蓋114、一絕緣框116、一電路系統118及一顯示器119。絕緣框116疊設於導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114之間,並與導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114構成一容納空間S,如圖3所示。絕緣框116例如是塑膠框,但本案不以此為限,電路系統118設置在容納空間S內,而電路系統118的功能類似主機板。顯示器119鑲設於導電上蓋112,並耦接至電路系統118,顯示器119可具有觸控功能。
導電上蓋112具有一第一饋入點FP1,而導電下蓋114具有一第二饋入點FP2,如圖1及圖3所示。電路系統118耦接導電上蓋112的第一饋入點FP1及導電下蓋的第二饋入點FP2,使得導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114作為一對天線輻射體,例如偶極天線的一對天線輻射體,以應用於無線傳輸,例如藍牙無線傳輸或無線區域網路傳輸。在本實施例中,第一饋入點FP1與第二饋入點FP2之間的距離可小於7厘米,但本案不以此為限。
電路系統118具有一無線模組118a(例如是藍牙晶片、WLAN晶片),其耦接至第一饋入點FP1或第二饋入點FP2。在本實施例中,電路系統118具有一第一端子T1及一第二端子T2。第一端子T1及第二端子T2例如是導電彈性端子。無線模組118a經由第一端子T1耦接至導電上蓋112的第一饋入點FP1。電路系統118之一接地面G經由第二端子T2耦接至導電下蓋114的第二饋入點FP2。因此,除作為裝置本體110的部分外觀以外,導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114還可作為無線模組118a的一對天線輻射體。
此外,耦接至電路系統118的導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114作為一對電子訊號偵測電極,以應用於使用者的生理資訊偵測。具體而言,電路系統118具有一生理感測模組118b(例如是心電圖晶片),其耦接至導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114。在本實施例中,電路系統118具有一第三端子T3及一第四端子T4。第三端子T3及第四端子T4例如是導電彈性端子。生理感測模組118b經由第三端子T3耦接至導電上蓋112。生理感測模組118b經由第四端子T4耦接至導電下蓋114。因此,除作為裝置本體110的部分外觀及天線輻射體以外,導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114還可作為生理感測模組118b的一對電子訊號偵測電極。
如圖4所示,在本實施例中,電路系統118還可包括一第一匹配電路C1、一第二匹配電路C2、一第三匹配電路C3、一第四匹配電路C4,其中第一匹配電路C1串接於無線模組118a與第一端子T1之間,第二匹配電路C2串接於電路系統118之接地
面G與第二端子T2之間,第三匹配電路C3串接於生理感測模組118b與第三端子T3之間,第四匹配電路C4串接於生理感測模組118b與第四端子T4之間。上述匹配電路(C1、C2、C3、C4)可避免影響電子訊號偵測與無線通訊訊號的正常運作。
詳細而言,本實施例中在量測心電圖訊號之操作頻帶時(低頻),導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114之間藉由第三匹配電路C3與第四匹配電路C4,接收生理感測之訊號(低頻)而不影響無線模組訊號,在導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114做為天線之輻射體時(高頻),導電上蓋112及導電下蓋114之間藉由第一匹配電路C1與第二匹配電路C2為交流導通,而不影響生理感測模組之訊號。本案之匹配電路係以電容器、電感器與二極體所組成,但本案不以此為限。
綜上所述,在本新型創作中,除作為裝置本體的部分外觀以外,導電上蓋及導電下蓋亦可作為一對天線輻射體,因而省略天線所佔據的空間。同時,導電上蓋及導電下蓋亦可作為一對電子訊號偵測電極,以應用於人體生理上電子訊號變化的偵測,增加穿戴式電子裝置的附加功能。
雖然本新型創作已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本新型創作,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本新型創作的精神和範圍內,當可作些許的更動與潤飾,故本新型創作的保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)
- 一種穿戴式電子裝置,包括:一裝置本體,包括:一導電上蓋,具有一第一饋入點;一導電下蓋,具有一第二饋入點;一絕緣框,疊設於該導電上蓋及該導電下蓋之間,並與該導電上蓋及該導電下蓋構成一容納空間;一電路系統,設置在該容納空間內,該電路系統分別耦接該導電上蓋的該第一饋入點及該導電下蓋的該第二饋入點;以及一穿戴元件,連接該裝置本體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該第一饋入點與該第二饋入點之間的距離小於7厘米。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一無線模組,該無線模組耦接至該第一饋入點及該第二饋入點。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一第一匹配電路,該無線模組透過該第一匹配電路電性連接至該第一饋入點。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一第二匹配電路,該電路系統之接地面透過該第二匹配電路電性連接至該第二饋入點。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一生理感測模組,該生理感測模組分別耦接至該導電上蓋及該導電下蓋,且該生理感測器透過該導電上蓋與該導電下蓋感測一生理訊號。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一第三匹配電路,該生理感測模組透過該第三匹配電路電性連接至該導電上蓋。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該電路系統具有一第四匹配電路,該生理感測模組透過該第四匹配電路電性連接至該導電下蓋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該裝置本體更包括:一顯示器,鑲設於該導電上蓋,並耦接至該電路系統。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的穿戴式電子裝置,其中該絕緣框為一塑膠框。
