M350669 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 一種使用發光二極體作為光源的照明用燈具, 本創作尤指一種設有輻射狀排列之散熱轉片的燈 殼,且内部可放置發光二極體燈板的燈具構造。 【先前技術】 近年來’市面上發展出一種高功率的發光二極 體’其發光功率是一般低功率的發光二極體亮度的 數十倍’因而被大量使用於照明設備上,如:交通 警示燈、車用警示燈'手電筒,甚至是液晶電視的 背光源等;但這類的高功率的發光二極體,長時間 連續使用會造成亮度逐漸降低的現象,原因是發光 一極體使用大電流而獲得高亮度,但是封襄材料在 連續使用後,其熱抵抗會降到丨0k/w以下,而影響 到亮度的表現。 中華民國新型專利第M31 099 1號「燈具」,如第 1圖所不,為一種使用高功率發光二極體作為照明 的燈具1,主要係於一殼體11中央的凹槽丨11内設 有電路板12,殼體11上並設有一蓋體丨3,該蓋 體13的中央位置處設有一開口 131,而殼體u的 背面係設有一散熱塊14,該散熱塊14周圍係設有 數個向外展開的散熱鰭片141,另該電路板12上係 設有複數個高功率的發光二極體121 ;因此在使用 M350669 時’發光二極體121所產生的熱,會傳導至散熱塊 14上’並由散熱雜片141快速驅散至大氣中,進而 提昇照明的效果,以及延長使用壽命。 然’這種燈具1用來散熱的散熱塊14,係疊放 外露於殼體11與蓋體1 3的背面的型態,使體積變 得較原來更大,而增加了安裝時的困難度(如:安 裝場所的空間不足等);若受制於安裝場所的空間不 足,則必須使用體積小的散熱塊14,又有可能造成 散熱不良的問題,使燈具1因發光二極體121的熱 哀退而降低亮度’是故,習知的燈具1有未臻完美 之處’而有必要加以改良。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,旨在提供一種發光二極體 燈具’主要係於一燈殼内設有一燈板;其中,燈殼 外部的周圍係輻射設有複數塊散熱鰭片(類似太陽 花的形狀)’並使各散熱鰭片間設有適當間距,而燈 殼的中央部係至少設有一凹槽’該凹槽相對於另一 面係設有複數個貫穿孔’另該燈殼設有散熱鰭片處 的二侧’對稱設有二組設槽;而燈板上係設有複數 個高功率的二極體發光源,每一二極體發光源係覆 设有一獨立燈罩’或由嵌設於凹槽鉍透光板所包覆。 據此,二極體發光源在使用時,可將熱量傳導 至燈殼外部的散熱鰭片,利用呈輻射狀發散的散熱 M350669 鰭片,增加與大氣接觸的面積,快速將熱量發散至 大氣中,而大幅提昇燈具在使用時的散熱效果;再 者,由於二極體發光源係設置於燈殼内部,可縮減 整體燈具的體積,且組設槽的設置可配合嵌入式支 架’或是懸掛式支架一塊使用,增加安裝時的便利 性及功能性。 【實施方式】 為使貝審查委員能清楚了解本創作之内容,僅 以下列說明搭配圖式,敬請參閱。 請參閱第2〜6圖所示,本創作至少係包括. 一圓筒狀的燈殼2,其外部的周圍係輻射向外發 散設有複數散熱鰭片21 (如第3圖所示,散熱續片 21並以兩片一組的方式作排列),燈殼2 一面的中 央部係至少設有一凹槽22,另一面則相對設有一容 置槽23,且凹槽22與容置槽23間係設有複數個貫 穿孔24 ;再者’於燈殼2設有散熱鰭片21處的二 側對稱設有一組設槽25。 一設於燈殼2凹槽22内的燈板3,其上係設有 複數個高功率的二極體發光源31 ’且二極體發光源 31的電力連接線32,可穿過貫穿孔24到達燈殼2 的另一面,便於安裝時的接電使用;如第4圖所示, 於燈殼2的凹槽22上係嵌設有—透光板26,且透 光板表26面係為一凹凸的稜形平面,以使二極體發 M350669 光源31發亮後,光線可透過透光板2 6擴散、均句 地照射至物體表面,而作為一般照明設備使用。 據此’請再參閱第5圖所示,本創作之燈殼2 可與一嵌入式支架4連接使用,其嵌入式支架4係 呈中空的圓環狀,二側並對稱設有一組設塊41,供 以插設於燈殼2二側的組設槽2 5内,另該組設塊 41 一侧並設有一彈片42,由於彈片42具有回復之 彈性;因此,嵌入式支架4安裝時,係略壓縮嵌入 式支架4的彈片42而使其變形,放入天花板預設的 安裝孔(圖中未標示)後,彈片42可自動回復原狀 而形成卡掣於安裝孔内的狀態,安裝起來也相當方 便。 再如第6圖所示,本創作亦可結合一懸掛式支 架5使用,其中,懸掛式支架5係呈圓盤狀,其一 面係對稱設有二彈片51,另一面則設有一延伸桿 52,該延伸桿52末端係設有一固定片53,藉由複 數個固定螺絲54可將固定片53固定於該燈殼2的 貫穿孔24;而懸掛式支架5的安裝方式,則與前述 嵌入式支架4的安裝方式相同,其懸掛式支架5並 可將光源有效地作延伸使用,其安裝及使用都相當 方便。 請參閱第7〜9圖所示’本創作之燈殼6上的散 熱鳍片61係以三片為一組的方式作排列(如第8圖 所示)’同樣以輻射向外發散設有複數塊散熱鰭片 M350669 61 ;且燈板7上的每一二極體發光源71係覆設有一 獨立燈罩72(如第7、9圖所示),以使每個二極體 發光源71發亮,經獨立燈罩72聚光後,其光線的 路徑並受到燈殼6的凹槽6 2形狀設計,而可作為聚 光照明之用。 如上所述,本創作在實施時將具有下列優點: 1. 請參閱第2〜6,本創作安裝使用時,由於二 極體發光源31係設置於燈殼2的凹槽22,不 但整體的體積較小’且可藉由散熱鰭片21的 設置’提昇對二極體發光源31的散熱效果, 以增加燈具的使用壽命,及保持燈具使用時 的亮度。 2. 再者’由於本創作之燈殼2係設有凹槽2 2、 谷置槽2 3及其間的貫穿孔2 4,以便安裝時的 穿線及固定之用。 3. 而本創作燈殼的散熱鰭片21之形狀,可有效 增加其強度以及散熱的效果。 唯’以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而 已,並非用以限定本創作實施之範圍,其他如:燈殼 的材質選用、散熱鰭片的形狀,以及安裝時的支架 選用等轉變方式,亦皆在本案的範疇之中;故此等 熟習此技藝所作出等效或輕易的變化者,將銘材質 的燈殼改變為銅材質,或是使用嵌入式支架或赞掛 式支架等’在不脫離本創作之精神與範圍下所作之 M350669 均等變化與修飾,皆應涵蓋於本創作之專利範圍内。 綜上所述,本創作之發光二極體燈具,係具有 專利之創作性,及對產業的利用價值;申請人爰依 專利法之規定,向 鈞局提起新型專利之申請。 M350669 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖,為習知燈具的組合剖視圖。 第2圖,為本創作較佳實施例的立體分解圖。 第3圖,為本創作較佳實施例組合後的正視圖。 第4圖,為本創作較佳實施例的組合剖視圖。M350669 VIII.
