Abstract

Disclosed is a method of providing information associated with a service for mediating a delivery in an electronic apparatus, the method including acquiring address information of a user, identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store satisfying one or more conditions related to the service, and providing first banner information including icon information associated with the predetermined store and number information of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user.

This invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing service-related information, and more specifically, to a method for providing banner information relating to a predetermined store in which a product can be delivered via a delivery intermediary service to meet predetermined conditions, and an electronic apparatus for such method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a well-established shopping sector. Customers can buy items online without having to visit a shopping center or market in person. Items purchased online are delivered to the destination requested by the customer.

In the context of e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about items within a service has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, various methods for providing customers with more detailed and accurate information are discussed.

In this regard, relevant documents (such as KR101756594B1, KR101500849B1 and similar) may be incorporated by reference.

[Technical Objectives]

According to one example, an electronic device used to provide information in connection with a delivery intermediary service can provide banner information containing information about the number of stores that meet a predetermined condition among stores available for delivering an item through a service.

The technical objectives to be achieved in this invention are not limited to those described above, and those skilled in the art will clearly understand from the following description other technical objectives not mentioned herein. [Technical Solution]

Various exemplary embodiments may provide a method for operating an electronic device for providing service-related information and an electronic device supporting the method.

According to various exemplary embodiments, a method is provided in an electronic device for providing information related to facilitating a delivery service, the method comprising obtaining a user's address information, identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service, and providing a first banner containing graphic information associated with the predetermined store and information on the number of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user.

The plurality of stores may include stores located at a predetermined distance from one of the locations corresponding to the address information, and the predetermined distance may be determined based on a delivery available distance.

The one or more conditions may include a first condition based on a store’s acceptance rate determination of an order request from a plurality of users of the service.

The one or more conditions may include a second condition determined based on feedback information provided to a store by a plurality of users of the service.

The one or more conditions may include a third condition based on a store's determination of order preparation time for order requests from multiple users of the service.

The terminal that provides the first banner information to the user may include providing the first banner information to the user's terminal when the number of the plurality of stores is greater than or equal to a predetermined number.

The first banner information can be provided through a first page, and when a first input from a user is received, the displayed first banner information can disappear, and the first input corresponds to a remaining area on the first page other than the area where the first banner information is displayed.

The method may further include receiving a second input containing keyword information from the user, identifying at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores, and providing a store search page corresponding to the keyword information to the user's terminal, containing second banner information including icon information associated with the desired store and information on the number of the at least a portion of the stores. The keyword information may include information about an item category.

The method may further include providing a store search page to the user's terminal based on a third input from one of the users corresponding to the first banner information, whereby the user selects one of the search filter options for searching the predetermined stores. The store search page may contain information about the search impressions of at least a portion of the selected stores, based on the plurality of stores.

The method may further include identifying one or more item categories related to one or more items in one of the user's order history within a predetermined time period in the multiple item categories corresponding to the multiple stores, and determining the search exposure ranking based on the user's order history when the number of the one or more item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number.

The method may further include identifying, for the plurality of stores corresponding to one or more categories, store groups corresponding to one or more item categories, determining a first item category priority in one of the one or more item categories and a first store priority in at least one store in one of the first store groups corresponding to the first item category, and determining the first search exposure ranking of the first store based on the first category priority and the first store priority.

The first category priority may be determined based on the number of orders placed for that first item category by multiple users of the service within a predetermined time period, including the time at which the third input is obtained, in one or more item categories.

In the one or more item categories, the first category has higher priority than the second category of a second item category, and the first search exposure ranking is higher than the second search exposure ranking of a second store in the second store group corresponding to the second item category in the one or more store groups.

The first store priority may be based on the fact that, among the at least one store, the first store meets one or more conditions and corresponds to a first time period of one of the intended stores. When the first time period is longer than the second time period of one of the third stores included in the first store group, the first search exposure ranking may be higher than the third search exposure ranking of one of the third stores.

The search impression ranking of the fourth store among the remaining stores excluding the one or more stores may be lower than that of the one or more stores.

The method may further include determining the search exposure ranking based on the number of orders placed by the plurality of users of the service for the plurality of stores when the number of the one or more item categories is greater than the predetermined number.

The method may further include identifying offers applicable to the user, and when the offers are identified, providing the user's terminal with a third banner containing the offers and information for purchasing an item based on the offers.

The third banner information is provided on top of the first banner information. When the first banner information and the third banner information are displayed as overlapping, the third banner information can be superimposed on the first banner information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an electronic device is provided for providing information related to facilitating a delivery service, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein, when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service; and providing a first banner containing graphic information associated with the predetermined store and information on the number of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user.

This invention has a technical effect in which the convenience of using a delivery intermediary service can be enhanced by providing a banner containing information about the number of stores that meet a predetermined condition among stores that can be used to deliver an item through the service, by means of an electronic device for providing information related to a delivery intermediary service.

Figure 1 is a diagram illustrating an operating method of an electronic device for providing service-related information, based on various illustrative embodiments, and a service-related information providing system.

Referring to Figure 1, the service-related information providing system according to the various exemplary embodiments can be implemented using various types of electronic devices. For example, the service-related information providing system can be implemented in a server device 100 and a user device 200. In other words, each of the server device 100 and the user device 200 can operate based on one of the service-related information providing systems implemented in each device according to the various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. However, the service-related information providing system according to the various exemplary embodiments is not limited to the service-related information providing system shown in Figure 1, but can be implemented using other types of electronic devices and servers.

The server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments may be a device that performs wired and wireless communication with a plurality of user devices 200 and includes a large capacity of storage. For example, the server device 100 may be a cloud device linked to a plurality of user devices 200.

According to various exemplary embodiments, user device 200 may be a device that can be used by a single user, such as a desktop personal computer (PC), a tablet PC, a mobile terminal, or the like. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may be used as user device 200.

The service-related information provision system according to various exemplary embodiments may include various operating modules. A module included in the service-related information provision system may be computer program code or one or more instructions implemented to enable a physical device (e.g., server device 100 and user device 200) implementing the service-related information provision system (or included in a physical device) to execute an operation assigned to it. In other words, in the physical device implementing the service-related information provision system, multiple modules may be stored in memory in the form of computer program code. When executed by a computer, the multiple modules stored in memory can be configured so that the physical device performs the assigned operations corresponding to the multiple modules.

Figure 2 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a server device and a user device according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to Figure 2, the server device 100 and the user device 200 may each include an input/output section 210, a communication section 220, a memory 230 and a processor 240.

The input/output section 210 may be various interfaces, ports, or similar devices that receive user input or output information to a user. The input/output section 210 may include an input module and an output module. The input module receives user input from a user. The user input may take various forms, including key input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules for receiving user input may include a conventional keypad or keyboard, a mouse, a touch sensor for sensing a user's touch, a microphone for receiving an audio signal, a camera for recognizing a gesture or similar action through image recognition, a proximity sensor for sensing the user's proximity including at least one of a lighting sensor or an infrared sensor, a motion sensor for recognizing a user's movement through an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various input portions for sensing or inputting various forms of user input. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented using a piezoelectric or capacitive touch sensor that senses touch via a touch panel or a touch film attached to a display panel, an optical touch sensor that senses touch via an optical method, or similar methods. Furthermore, instead of sensing user input itself, the input module can be implemented by connecting to an input interface (USB port, PS/2 port, or similar) of an external input device where user input is received. Additionally, the output module can output various types of information. The output module may include at least one of the following: a display for outputting an image, a speaker for outputting sound, a tactile device for generating vibration, and other various types of output components. Alternatively, the output module can also be implemented by connecting to one of the port types of the individual output sections mentioned above, in the form of an output interface.

As an example, an output module in the form of a display can display text, a static image, and a moving image. The display may include at least one of the following: a liquid crystal display (LCD), an LED display, an OLED display, a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a 3D display, a holographic display, a projector, and other types of devices capable of performing image output functions. This display may also be configured as a touch display, integrated with the touch sensor of the input module.

The communication unit 220 can communicate with another device. Therefore, both the server device 100 and the user device 200 can transmit information to or receive information from another device via the communication unit 220. For example, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can use the communication unit 220 to communicate with each other or with another device.

Here, communication (i.e., the transmission and reception of data) may be performed in a wired or wireless manner. For this purpose, the communication component may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet or similar via a local area network (LAN), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station for transmitting and receiving data, a near-field communication module using a wireless local area network (WLAN) series of communication solutions (such as Wi-Fi) or a wireless personal area network (WPAN) series of communication solutions (such as Bluetooth or Zigbee), a satellite communication module using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) (such as a global positioning system), or a combination thereof.

Memory 230 can store various pieces of information. Memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, data used to drive an operating system (OS) of server device 100, data used to host a website, data about a program or application used to generate Braille (e.g., a web application), or similar data can be stored in the memory of server device 100. In addition, the memory can store modules in the form of computer program code, as described above.

Examples of storage device 230 may include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid-state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), and the like. This storage device may be provided as a built-in type or a removable type.

Processor 240 controls the overall operation of server device 100 and user device 200. For this purpose, processor 240 can perform various information calculations and processing, and control the operation of the components of server device 100. For example, processor 240 can execute programs or applications for providing service-related information. Processor 240 can be implemented using a computer or similar device, along with hardware, software, or a combination thereof. Processor 240 can be implemented in hardware as an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions, and can be implemented in software as a program that drives the hardware processor 240. Simultaneously, it can be interpreted that the operation of server device 100 and user device 200 is performed under the control of processor 240, unless otherwise specifically stated in the following description. That is, when the modules implemented in the service-related information providing system described above are executed, they can be interpreted as processor 240 controlling server device 100 and user device 200 to perform the following operations.

In summary, exemplary embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, exemplary embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, a combination thereof, or similar means.

In the case of hardware implementation, the method according to one of the exemplary embodiments can be implemented by one or more application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), digital signal processors (DSPs), digital signal processing devices (DSPs), programmable logic devices (PLDs), field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or the like.

In the case of implementation by firmware or software, the module, program, or function that performs the functions or operations described below can be implemented in one of the methods of the various exemplary embodiments. For example, software code can be stored in memory and driven by a processor. The memory can be located inside or outside the processor and can transmit data to or receive data from the processor by various known devices.

The exemplary embodiments described below will be presented in more detail based on the technical concepts described above. The above content can be applied to the various exemplary embodiments described below. For example, operations, functions, terms, or similar elements not defined in the various exemplary embodiments described below may be performed and described based on the content described above.

In the following description, exemplary embodiments of a service-related information provision operation performed by server device 100 will be described. According to the various exemplary embodiments, a user device 200 that has received service-related information from server device 100 can output the service-related information.

Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating one of the operating methods of a server device 100 for providing service-related information according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to Figure 3, server device 100 provides a service for facilitating a delivery. In order to perform an operation of providing service-related information, server device 100 may obtain a user's address information in operation 301, identify a plurality of stores based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service in operation 303, and provide a first banner containing graphic information associated with the predetermined store and information on the number of stores to a user's terminal in operation 305.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 301, server device 100 can obtain a user's address information.

For example, the user's address information obtained by server device 100 according to operation 301 may be obtained based on one of the circumstances in which the user is identified on the service. When a user logs into a service provided by server device 100, server device 100 may verify whether the user is connected and obtain the address information already entered by the user. Alternatively, server device 100 may identify the user's location information and obtain the user's location information as address information corresponding to the service used to facilitate delivery.

For example, the user's address information obtained by server device 100 according to operation 301 can correspond to delivery address information for delivering an item sold by a store linked to the service. Here, the item to be delivered can correspond to a food item. Food can be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms that indicate food-related items (such as a dish, a menu, or a meal). The store linked to the service can correspond to a store that sells and delivers food, and can be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms that indicate a place where food is sold (such as a store, a shop, and a restaurant). In other words, through the delivery intermediary service provided by server device 100, multiple users can enter an order request to purchase an item from one of the stores in the corresponding service. The store can recognize the order request entered through the corresponding service and respond to the order request by preparing the ordered item. When the preparation of the ordered item is completed, the store can enter a delivery request in the corresponding service. When the order request is recognized, a delivery agent can deliver the ordered item to the user's delivery address information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 303, server device 100 can identify a plurality of stores based on address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service.

For example, a booking store that meets one or more conditions related to a service may be a store that meets one or more conditions related to convenience provided to one of the plurality of users of the service, such as a store that meets conditions related to order requests from users of the service, a store that meets conditions related to user reviews, or a store that meets conditions related to responding to order requests from users. Therefore, a booking store that meets one or more conditions related to a service may be determined by server device 100 as a top-tier store among the plurality of stores linked to the service.

For example, one or more conditions used to determine whether a store linked to a service corresponds to a pre-selected store may include a condition based on the store's acceptance rate of order requests from multiple users of the service. Multiple users of the service can order an item from the store through the service, and the store can identify an order request containing information about the item, accept the order request, and prepare the item. When the store rejects an order request from a user, the corresponding order request can be cancelled. To prevent stores from rejecting order requests from users without any specific reason, a store can be determined to correspond to a pre-selected store when its acceptance rate of order requests for the item is greater than or equal to a threshold value.

For example, one or more conditions used to determine whether a store linked to the service corresponds to a predetermined store may include a condition based on feedback information provided to the store by multiple users of the service. Here, the feedback information provided by users to the store may include reviews or ratings created or given by users who have sent a request order to the corresponding store and received an item, when considering matters related to the service (such as a handling method relative to the user or the item provided by the corresponding store). For example, server device 100 may determine that the store linked to the service corresponds to a predetermined store when the number of reviews for the store linked to the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined number or when the rating information for the store linked to the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined score.

For example, one or more conditions used to determine whether a store linked to a service corresponds to a predetermined store may include a condition based on the store's average order preparation time for order requests from multiple users of the service. Here, the average order preparation time may indicate an average of the time required for the store to prepare an item corresponding to multiple order requests from multiple users, and may be a value obtained by averaging the time required to prepare the requested item in response to order requests made within a predetermined time period or number of times. For example, when the average order preparation time of a store linked to the service is within a predetermined time period, server device 100 may determine that the store linked to the service corresponds to a predetermined store.

In addition to the store's average order preparation time, server device 100 can also obtain information on the delivery time from when the store prepares a requested item and makes a delivery request until the corresponding item is delivered to the user, and average the delivery times for delivery requests made within a predetermined time period or number of times, thereby obtaining the store's average delivery time. Server device 100 can determine a total estimated delivery time by adding the average delivery time and average order preparation time described above, and take into account the information on the total estimated delivery time as a basis for determining whether it corresponds to one or more conditions of the predetermined store. For example, server device 100 may include one of the conditions that the total estimated delivery time must be within a predetermined time period in one or more conditions, and may also include information indicating that a plurality of stores identified according to operation 303 correspond to a total estimated delivery time less than or equal to a predetermined time period in banner information to be provided to the user according to operation 305.

For example, a store linking to a service may be considered a booked store if one or more conditions are fully met. In other words, a store linking to a service may be considered a booked store only if all one or more conditions related to a booked store are met.

For example, the plurality of stores identified by server device 100 according to operation 303 may include a store located within a predetermined distance from a location corresponding to the user's address information obtained by server device 100 according to operation 301. The predetermined distance may be determined based on a delivery availability distance. When identifying a store corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service, server device 100 may identify, among the identified stores, a plurality of stores located within a distance determined to be available for delivery from the location corresponding to the user's previously obtained address information. In other words, the plurality of stores identified by server device 100 according to operation 303 may include stores available for delivery of items to the user's address information while simultaneously meeting one or more conditions of the predetermined store.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 305, server device 100 may provide first banner information, which includes graphic information associated with a predetermined store and information on the number of stores, to the user's terminal.

For example, the first banner information provided by server device 100 according to operation 305 may be information provided when the number of multiple stores identified by server device 100 according to operation 303 is greater than or equal to a predetermined number. That is, one operation of server device 100 providing the first banner information according to operation 305 may include an operation of providing the first banner information when the number of multiple stores identified by server device 100 according to operation 303 is greater than or equal to a predetermined number. Server device 100 may determine the predetermined number before performing one of the operations according to FIG. 3.

For example, the first banner information provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may disappear in response to user input on a page that corresponds to a remaining area on the page displaying the first banner information, excluding the area where the first banner information is displayed. In other words, on the page that provides the first banner information, the displayed first banner information may disappear when user input is received on the remaining area on the page that corresponds to the area where the first banner information is displayed.

In contrast, on the page providing the first banner information, when user input corresponding to the first banner information or to the area displaying the first banner information is received, the server device 100 may provide a store search page containing search filter options selected for searching predetermined stores to the user's terminal. The store search page provided in the service may include various filter options for users to sort or search for a store. For example, the store search page may include a filter option for searching for stores offering free shipping, a filter option for searching for stores with ongoing discount promotions, or a filter option for searching for stores in descending order based on order quantity or rating.

A store search page provided in response to user input corresponding to the first banner information or to user input corresponding to the area displaying the first banner information may contain information about a plurality of stores identified by server device 100 as intended stores corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303. Specifically, the store search page may contain information about stores selected from the plurality of stores based on search impression ranking. In other words, since the first banner information provides information about the number of intended stores corresponding to the user's address information in response to one of the user's inputs, server device 100 may provide the user with selection filtering options such that a store search page only displays information about intended stores. The store search page provided in this manner can be configured to include information about a plurality of stores identified as a predetermined store or to include information about at least a portion of the stores selected from the plurality of stores based on search impression rankings of the plurality of stores.

Here, the search exposure ranking of a plurality of stores can be determined based on the following exemplary embodiments (which are used as a reference for selecting at least a portion of the stores offered through the store search page).

For example, information about a user's order history related to various items sold in various stores linked to the service can be used to determine the search visibility ranking of multiple stores. That is, server device 100 can identify information about items ordered by a user within a predetermined time period, and identify one or more item categories related to one or more items in the user's order history among multiple item categories of multiple stores corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303, or multiple item categories to which multiple stores are to be classified.

In this example, when the number of one or more identified item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number, it can be determined that the category of an item mainly ordered by the user is biased towards a portion of the entire item category. Therefore, if the search exposure ranking is determined to expose one of the stores corresponding to a portion of the item category to the top of the store search page, the user can search with increased convenience. Therefore, when the number of item categories corresponding to items included in the user's order history within a predetermined time period is less than or equal to a predetermined number, the server device 100 can be configured to determine the search exposure ranking of multiple stores by reflecting the user's order history.

To this end, server device 100 can identify, among a plurality of stores, one or more stores corresponding to one or more item categories included in the user's order history and one or more store groups corresponding to one or more store categories. Each store group may contain at least one store determined to correspond to or be categorized into each item category.

In this example, server device 100 can determine the category priority of each item category in one or more item categories and the store priority of a store in at least one store in each store group corresponding to each item category, which is included in one or more store groups. Furthermore, server device 100 can determine a store's search impression ranking based on category priority and store priority.

For example, server device 100 can determine the priority of a first item category among one or more item categories, identify a first store group corresponding to the first item category among one or more store groups corresponding to one or more item categories, and determine the priority of a first store among at least one store included in the first store group. The search visibility ranking of a first store can be determined based on the first category priority and first store priority determined in this way. In contrast, it is understood that a first store priority is needed to determine the priority of a first store among at least one store in a first store group containing the first store, and a first category priority is needed to determine the priority of a first item category among one or more item categories corresponding to the first store group in order to determine the search visibility ranking of the first store included in the first store group corresponding to the first item category.

First category priority, used to determine the priority of a first item category corresponding to a first store group among one or more item categories, can be based on the number of orders placed by multiple users within one or more item categories for stores included in the first item category within a time period including the time point at which one user obtains the input corresponding to the first banner information. In other words, first category priority can be based on the number of orders placed by multiple users of the service within one or more item categories for the first item category within a predetermined time period including the time point at which one user obtains the input corresponding to the first banner information. The item category with a large number of orders within the predetermined time period may have a higher category priority. Additionally, as the number of orders placed with a store corresponding to the first item category increases within a predetermined time period, the first category priority of the first item category can be set to higher.

When, within one or more item categories, the priority of the first item category outweighs the priority of the second item category, the search visibility ranking of the first store within the first store group corresponding to the first item category can be set higher than the search visibility ranking of the second store within the second store group corresponding to the second item category. Therefore, the priority of each store group can be determined based on the priority of a corresponding item category. Furthermore, the search visibility ranking of a store within a store group with relatively high priority can be set higher than the search visibility ranking of a store within a store group with relatively low priority.

The "first store priority" used to determine the priority of a first store among at least one store included in a first store group can be based on the fact that, among at least one store, the first store meets one or more conditions corresponding to a predetermined time period. Specifically, as the number of times the first store meets one or more conditions corresponding to a predetermined time period increases, the first store priority within the first store group can be set higher. For example, the time period corresponding to a predetermined time period for the first store may be longer than the time period corresponding to a predetermined time period for one of the third stores in the first store group. In this example, the search impression ranking of the first store can be set higher than that of one of the third stores.

Among a plurality of stores corresponding to a pre-selected store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303, the search exposure ranking of one of the remaining stores, excluding the stores corresponding to one or more item categories, can be set to be lower than the search exposure ranking of the stores corresponding to one or more item categories.

According to the above exemplary embodiment, server device 100 can determine the search exposure ranking of a plurality of stores corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303. In addition, server device 100 can select at least a portion of the stores based on the determined search exposure ranking, and expose information about the selected stores on the store search page provided in response to input from one of the users corresponding to the first banner information.

At the same time, when the number of one or more identified item categories is greater than the predetermined number, it may be difficult to determine whether the category of the items mainly ordered by the user is biased towards a part of the entire item category. In this case, the server device 100 may not separately consider an item category corresponding to the items included in the user's order history, and may determine the search exposure ranking of the multiple stores based on the number of orders placed by multiple users of the service for multiple stores corresponding to the predetermined stores and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303. Specifically, server device 100 can select at least a portion of stores by multiple users of the service in descending order of the number of orders placed by multiple identified stores, and display information about the selected stores on a store search page provided in response to user input corresponding to the first banner information.

Figure 4 is a diagram illustrating one method of providing a store search page that includes information about at least a portion of the stores selected based on search exposure ranking among a plurality of stores.

In operation 401, server device 100 may acquire user input corresponding to banner information provided to the user. When user input is acquired, server device 100 may identify multiple item categories corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information, and in operation 403, identify one or more item categories among the multiple item categories that are associated with one or more items included in the user's order history within a predetermined time period. To perform this operation, server device 100 may additionally perform an operation to identify the user's order history when user input is acquired according to operation 401.

In operation 405, server device 100, which has identified one or more item categories related to one or more items included in the user's order history, can identify the number of one or more identified item categories. In operation 407, server device 100 can determine the search exposure ranking of one of the stores included in the plurality of stores based on whether the number of one or more item categories is less than, equal to, or greater than a predetermined number.

When determining the search exposure ranking of each store, in operation 409, server device 100 may automatically select at least a portion of the stores based on the search exposure ranking and provide the user with a store search page containing information about the selected stores.

Figure 5 is a diagram illustrating one method for determining the search exposure ranking of a store when the number of items or item categories corresponding to one or more items included in a user's order history is less than or equal to a predetermined number.

In operation 501, when the number of one or more item categories identified according to operation 405 of Figure 4 is less than or equal to a predetermined number, server device 100 can identify a group of stores corresponding to one or more item categories among a plurality of stores. In this example, each of the group of stores may contain at least one store that has been classified into or determined to correspond to a corresponding item category.

In operation 503, server device 100 can determine the category priority of each item category among one or more item categories identified according to operation 403, and the store priority of at least one store in each store group corresponding to each item category.

Subsequently, in operation 505, server device 100 can determine the search exposure ranking of each store based on the category priority and store priority determined according to operation 503. To perform operation 505, it can also be understood that, in order to determine the search exposure ranking of a predetermined store included in a predetermined store group corresponding to a predetermined item category, within the predetermined store group containing the predetermined store, it is necessary to determine the store priority of the predetermined store among at least one store included in the predetermined store group and the category priority of the predetermined item category corresponding to the predetermined store group among one or more item categories.

The operation by which server device 100 determines the search exposure ranking of each store according to Figure 5 can be one of the operations included in operation 407 of Figure 4, performed by server device 100. The search exposure ranking of each store determined by server device 100 according to operation 505 can be used to select information about at least a portion of the stores included in the store search page provided by server device 100 according to operation 409 of Figure 4.

Figure 6 is a diagram illustrating one method for determining the search exposure ranking of a store when the number of items or item categories corresponding to one or more items included in a user's order history is greater than a predetermined number.

In operation 601, when the number of one or more item categories is identified as greater than a predetermined number according to operation 405 of Figure 4, server device 100 can identify one of the number of orders placed by a plurality of users using a delivery intermediary service for a plurality of stores corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to a user's address information.

Subsequently, in operation 603, server device 100 can determine the search exposure ranking of one of the multiple stores based on the number of orders placed with respect to the multiple stores identified in operation 601.

The operation by which server device 100 determines the search exposure ranking of each store according to Figure 6 can be one of the operations included in operation 407 of Figure 4, performed by server device 100. The search exposure ranking of each store determined by server device 100 according to operation 603 can be used to select information about at least a portion of the stores included in the store search page provided by server device 100 according to operation 409 of Figure 4.

At the same time, banner information similar to the first banner information provided by server device 100 according to operation 305 can be provided on another page in the service related to server device 100.

For example, when a user receives an input containing keyword information, server device 100 can identify at least one store corresponding to the keyword information from a plurality of stores identified according to operation 303, and provide a store search page to one of the user's terminals, configured to include graphic information associated with a predetermined store corresponding to the keyword information and information on the number of at least one store.

In other words, the second banner information associated with the scheduled store may even be provided on a store search page provided based on a search based on the user's keyword information. In this example, the store identified as corresponding to the scheduled store may be at least a portion of the stores categorized based on keyword information among the plurality of stores identified according to operation 303. For example, the user's keyword information may include information about an item category. Additionally, the second banner information provided to correspond to the keyword information on the store search page may include information about the number of stores categorized into the corresponding item category among the plurality of stores identified according to operation 303.

The server device 100 can also use banner information to provide information other than information about the booked stores related to the service.

For example, when server device 100 is able to identify a user during one of the operations 301, server device 100 can identify applicable offer information based on user identification. When applicable offer information is identified, server device 100 can provide the user's terminal with a third banner containing the offer information and information for purchasing an item based on the offer information.

In this example, depending on the user's terminal's user access status or screen display status, a third banner containing information on offers and information for purchasing an item based on the offers may be displayed to overlap with the first banner described above, which contains information on the number of stores corresponding to the intended store, or a second banner containing information on the number of stores corresponding to the user's keyword information among the multiple stores corresponding to the intended store. In such cases, compared to a first banner containing information on the number of stores corresponding to a plurality of stores, or a second banner containing information on the number of stores corresponding to at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the user's keyword information among the plurality of stores, a third banner containing information on offers and how to purchase an item based on the offers can be configured to be provided through an upper layer. Therefore, on the user's terminal, the third banner containing information on offers and how to purchase an item based on the offers can be superimposed on the first banner or the second banner containing information on the number of stores corresponding to at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the user's keyword information among the plurality of stores.

Obviously, the information provided by server device 100 in connection with a store linked to a delivery intermediary service, according to the above exemplary embodiment, can be provided in various forms through combinations thereof.

Figures 7 through 11 are diagrams illustrating examples of user interfaces (UI)/user experiences (UX) used to provide item-related information according to various exemplary embodiments. For example, the examples in Figures 7 through 11 may be UI/UX related to a user device 200 for a pickup user, as described with reference to Figures 3 through 6. The exemplary embodiments described with reference to the accompanying diagrams may be based on the operational implementation of the server device 100 described with reference to Figures 3 through 6.

Specifically, the exemplary embodiments of UI/UX mentioned below for use with user device 200 can be implemented in a manner in which user device 200 receives input information from a user and transmits the input information to server device 100. Server device 100 provides information corresponding to the input information to user device 200 based on the operations described with reference to Figures 3 to 6, and then user device 200 outputs the received information. However, the exemplary embodiments described below in relation to UI/UX are not limited to this, and any form of implementation of the exemplary embodiments of UI/UX can be implemented.

Figures 7 and 8 are illustrations of an example of a user device 200 that outputs an operation based on a server device 100 and associates it with a pre-ordered store, according to various exemplary embodiments.

As can be understood from Figure 7, the user device 200 outputs an initial page on a service. In this example, referring to the banner information 701 output on one of the screens of the user device 200, the corresponding banner information may include an image of a cheetah and the text "cheetah" indicating that one or more conditions related to a pre-booked store are met and a quick service is available, and may also include information on the number of stores corresponding to the pre-booked store and determined based on a user's address information.

As can be understood from Figure 8, the user device 200 outputs a store search page corresponding to the keyword information "Korean food" on the service. In this example, referring to the banner information 801 output on the screen of the user device 200, the corresponding banner information may include an image of a cheetah and the text "cheetah" indicating that one or more conditions related to a pre-selected store are met and a quick service is available. It may also include information on the number of stores corresponding to the keyword information "Korean food" among a plurality of stores determined based on the user's address information that correspond to the pre-selected store. That is, the banner information 801 output through the store search page of Figure 8 may include at least a portion of the number of stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores whose number information is provided in the banner information 701 output through the initial page of Figure 7. Therefore, the number of stores included in the banner information 801 output through the store search page of Figure 8 may be less than the number of stores included in the banner information 701 output through the initial page of Figure 7.

Figure 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of a user device 200 that selects a search filter option for searching a predetermined store on a store search page, based on the operation output of a server-based device 100 according to various illustrative embodiments.

In the example of Figure 9, the store search page output by the user device 200 can be a store search page that responds to one of the user's inputs and outputs corresponding to the banner information 701 in Figure 7. In the store search page output in this manner, a search filter option for searching a specific store can be selected, as indicated by component symbol 901. The search filter option for searching a specific store may include an image of a cheetah and the text "Cheetah Delivery" indicating that one or more conditions related to the specific store are met and a quick service is available.

Figures 10 and 11 are illustrations of examples of banner information related to the operation output of a user device 200 based on a server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to Figure 10, when the server device 100 is able to identify a user, the server device 100 can identify the offer information applicable to the user. When the offer information applicable to the user is identified, banner information including the offer information and information for purchasing an item based on the offer information can be output by the user device 200, as indicated by component symbol 1001.

When the offer information provided in the example of Figure 10 is displayed on the screen of one of the user devices 200 to overlap with the banner information related to the reserved store provided in the examples of Figures 7 and 8, the user device 200 may display the banner information related to the offer information to be overlaid, as indicated by component symbol 1101 in Figure 11. That is, it can be understood that the banner information related to the offer information is provided through an upper layer, compared to the banner information related to the reserved store.

The UI/UX of the user device 200 and the operation of the user device 200 described with reference to Figures 7 to 11 can be associated with the operation of the server device 100 described with reference to Figures 3 to 6. The UI/UX examples in Figures 7 to 11 are merely examples for implementing the present invention. The various exemplary embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the UI/UX examples in Figures 7 to 11 and can be applied to any form of exemplary embodiment that can implement the present invention.

The exemplary embodiments of the invention disclosed in this specification and figures are merely specific examples disclosed to facilitate the explanation of the technical content of the invention and to further promote the overall understanding of the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. That is, those skilled in the art will understand that other modifications based on the technical concept of the invention can be made. In addition, the respective exemplary embodiments described above can be combined with each other as needed. For example, all the exemplary embodiments of the invention can be implemented by combining parts of a system.

As described above, from a particular viewpoint, the various exemplary embodiments of the present invention can be implemented using computer-readable code in a computer-readable recording medium. A computer-readable recording medium is any data storage device capable of storing data readable by a computer system. Examples of computer-readable recording media may include a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, and a carrier (such as data transmission via the Internet). Claims (17)

A method for providing information in an electronic device in connection with a service facilitating a delivery, the method comprising: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service; and providing a first banner containing graphic information associated with the predetermined store and information on the number of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user; wherein the method further comprises: determining a search impression ranking among the plurality of stores for selecting at least a portion of the stores, the at least a portion of which will be included in a store search page provided in response to the user's input of one of the first banner images; wherein determining the search impression ranking includes: Identify a predetermined number of item categories to determine whether the user's order history is reflected in the search visibility ranking, and include multiple item categories from multiple stores corresponding to one or more item categories in the user's order history within a predetermined time period; When the number of one or more item categories is equal to or less than the predetermined number, determine the search visibility ranking based on the user's order history; and When the number of one or more item categories is greater than the predetermined number, determine the search visibility ranking based on the number of orders placed by multiple users using the service in the multiple stores. As in claim 1, wherein the plurality of stores includes stores located within a predetermined distance from a location corresponding to the address information, and the predetermined distance can be determined based on a delivery available distance. The method of Request 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a first condition determined based on a store’s acceptance rate of order requests from the plurality of users using the service. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a second condition determined based on feedback information provided to a store by the plurality of users of the service. As in the method of Request 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a third condition determined by a store for an order preparation time from an order request from the plurality of users using the service. As in claim 1, the method of providing the first banner information to the user's terminal includes: providing the first banner information to the user's terminal when the number of the plurality of stores is greater than or equal to a predetermined number. As in claim 1, wherein the first banner information is provided via a first page, and when a first input from the user is received, the displayed first banner information disappears, and the first input corresponds to a remaining area on the first page other than the area where the first banner information is displayed. The method of claim 1 further includes: obtaining a second input containing keyword information from the user; identifying at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores; and providing a store search page corresponding to the keyword information, comprising second banner information containing icon information associated with the desired store and information on the number of the at least a portion of the stores, to the user's terminal, wherein the keyword information includes information about an item category. The method of claim 1 further includes: Providing a store search page to the user's terminal based on a third input from the user corresponding to the first banner information, wherein the store search page is a store search page in which a search filter option for searching the predetermined store is selected. The method of claim 1 further includes: Identifying, for the plurality of stores corresponding to one or more categories, one or more store groups corresponding to one or more item categories; Determining a first item category priority in one of the one or more item categories and a first store priority in at least one store included in one of the one or more store groups corresponding to the first item category; Determining a first search impression ranking for the first store based on the first category priority and the first store priority. The method of claim 10, wherein the first category priority is determined based on the number of orders for the first item category obtained by the plurality of users of the service within a predetermined time period including the time point at which the third input is obtained in the one or more item categories. As in claim 10, wherein, among the one or more item categories, the first category priority is higher than the second category priority of a second item category, and the first search impression ranking is higher than the second search impression ranking of a second store included in the one or more store groups corresponding to the second store in the second store group of the second item category. As in claim 10, the first store priority is determined based on the fact that, among the at least one store, the first store meets one or more conditions and corresponds to a first time period of the intended store, and when the first time period is longer than a second time period of a third store included in the first store group that meets one or more conditions and corresponds to the intended store, the first search impression ranking is higher than the third search impression ranking of the third store. As in claim 10, a fourth search impression ranking of one of the remaining stores among the plurality of stores other than the one or more stores is lower than the search impression ranking of the one or more stores. The method of claim 1 further includes: identifying offer information applicable to the user; and when the offer information is identified, providing the user's terminal with a third banner containing the offer information and information for purchasing an item based on the offer information. As in claim 15, the third banner information is provided on top of the first banner information, and when the first banner information and the third banner information are displayed as overlapping, the third banner information is superimposed on the first banner information. An electronic device for providing information related to facilitating a delivery service, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein, when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store that meets one or more conditions related to the service; and providing a first banner message containing graphic information associated with the predetermined store and information on the number of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user; wherein the processor further performs: Among the plurality of stores, a search impression ranking for selecting at least a portion of such stores is determined, at least a portion of which will be included in the store search page provided in response to the user's input of one of the first banner messages; Determining the search impression ranking includes: Identifying a predetermined number of item categories to determine whether the user's order history is reflected in determining the search impression ranking and including the plurality of item categories from the plurality of stores corresponding to one or more item categories in the user's order history within a predetermined time period; When the number of one or more item categories is equal to or less than a predetermined number, the search impression ranking is determined based on the user's order history; and When the number of items in one or more categories exceeds the predetermined number, the search impression ranking is determined based on the number of orders placed by multiple users who use the service across the multiple stores.
