Abstract

A clothes drying device with an opening and closing function includes a clothes drying stand, a clothes drying unit, and a dispensing unit. The clothes drying stand has an integrally connected closing section and an opening contact section. The clothes drying unit includes a plurality of clothes hangers, each of which is movably disposed below the clothes drying stand. The dispensing unit includes a dispensing element and a driving element. The dispensing element is disposed on the closing section and located above the clothes hangers. Furthermore, the actuating element is connected to the driving element and can be rotated by the driving element to move each of the hangers. This invention, by placing the hangers in the folding section and the unfolding contact section respectively, allows them to be in a folded state and an unfolded state, ensuring that the collars of the clothes are not pulled during hanging or taking them down, thus preventing the clothes from becoming loose and deformed and making drying clothes easier.

Clothes drying rack with opening and closing function

This invention relates to a clothes drying device, and more particularly to a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function.

Note: Clothes hangers are essential household items used for hanging washed clothes outdoors to dry or for storing clothes in closets. Hangers support and support clothing, reducing creases during storage, and the weight of the clothes helps maintain a smooth surface.

The clothes hanger, designed to support clothing in case it falls, has horizontally expanding support sections on both sides. Because the lateral width of these support sections is much larger than the neckline of the garment, inserting the hanger's support section into the clothing usually requires pulling on the neckline. Similarly, separating the clothing from the hanger causes the neckline to loosen and deform due to the pulling. Furthermore, the sizes of these hangers are mostly fixed, often making it difficult to fit every garment properly or easily insert the hanger into the clothing, causing inconvenience when drying.

To overcome the shortcomings of conventional solutions, the inventors, through active thinking, prototype testing, and improvements, developed an improved solution for a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, which can completely solve or effectively improve many deficiencies of conventional solutions.

With the above structure, this invention allows the folding section and the unfolding contact section of the clothes hangers placed on the clothes drying stand to be in a folded state and an unfolded state, respectively. This prevents the collars of clothes from being pulled during both hanging and taking them down, thus preventing the clothes from becoming loose and deformed. Furthermore, each hanger can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes of clothing by adjusting the angle formed between the two support rods, thus providing a better fit for each garment and improving the convenience of drying clothes.

A ring-shaped clothes drying stand 10, which may be generally circular or elliptical in shape, has an integrally connected retractable section 11 and an extendable contact section 12. The top of the retractable section 11 forms an opening 113, and a first short plate 111 and a second short plate 112 are symmetrically arranged downwards on both sides of the retractable section 11. The lower section has a concave shape, gradually narrowing from both sides towards the center. A first long plate 121 and a second long plate 122 are symmetrically arranged downwards on both sides of the extending contact section 12. The inner walls of the first long plate 121 and the first short plate 111 share a first track 131, while the inner walls of the second long plate 122 and the second short plate 112 share a second track 132.

The height of the extending contact section 12 is greater than the height of the retracting section 11.

A clothes drying unit 20 includes a plurality of clothes hangers 21, each of which is movably mounted below the clothes drying stand 10. Each clothes hanger 21 includes a movable block 211, a vertical pipe 212, a top rod 213, two support rods 214, a bottom rod 215, and two connecting rods 216. At least one first bearing 2111 and at least one second bearing 2112 are respectively mounted on both sides of the movable block 211. The first bearing 2111 and the second bearing 2112 are respectively slidably mounted on the first track 131 and the second track 136. The track 132 allows the movable block 211 to slide on the clothes drying rack 10. One end of the riser 212 is connected to the movable block 211 and a top rod 213 is inserted through it, allowing the top rod 213 to move axially only on the riser 212. A hook 2131 is fixed to the side of the top rod 213 for hanging clothes. Both ends of the top rod 213 are respectively connected to the support rods 214. Each support rod 214 has a support portion 2141 at one end away from the top rod 213, and the periphery of the support portion 2141 is trimmed with rounded corners. The support 2141 is decorated with an arc-shaped outer surface to reduce the risk of clothing being stretched and deformed during drying. The bottom rod 215 is fixed to one end of the riser 212 away from the movable block 211. Both ends of the bottom rod 215 are respectively hinged to one end of the connecting rod 216. The other end of each connecting rod 216 is hinged to each support rod 214. Thus, when the top rod 213 is compressed, it will move downwards towards the bottom rod 215, causing each support rod 214 and each connecting rod 214 to move downwards. 16 generates an outward expansion action; conversely, when the top rod 213 is not under pressure, each support rod 214, together with each connecting rod 216, will generate an inward folding action, driving the top rod 213 upward towards the moving block 211. A deflector unit 30 includes a deflector 31 and a drive 32. The deflector 31 is located at the opening 113 of the retractable section 11 and above the hangers 21. The deflector 31 is surrounded by a plurality of levers 311, and is connected to the drive 32. The deflector 31 is driven by the drive 32 to rotate, simultaneously rotating the levers 311 and thus actuating each hanger 21. This allows each hanger 21 to move on the first track 131 and the second track 132 of the clothes drying rack 10. In this embodiment, the drive 32 is a motor, but this embodiment is not the only limitation.

To further understand the structural features, technical means, and expected effects of this invention, the method of use of this invention is described below. It is believed that this will provide a deeper and more concrete understanding of this invention.

Referring to Figures 6 to 10, when a user wants to dry clothes, they first move the hangers 21 to the folding section 11 of the drying stand 10. Because the height formed by the upper and lower sides of the first short plate 111 and the second short plate 112 gradually narrows from both sides towards the center, forming a concave shape, each hanger 21 is folded up because it is not compressed by the first short plate 111 and the second short plate 112. The user can then hang the clothes 50 by the collar. Once the clothes 50 are hung on the hook 2131, the drive component 32 can drive the deflector 31 to rotate, causing the deflector levers 311 to move each hanger 21 on the first track 131 and the second track 132. At this time, the hangers 21 will move to the spreading contact section 12 of the clothes drying stand 10, and each hanger 21 will be spread out under the pressure of the first long plate 121 and the second long plate 122, allowing... The two cuffs of garment 50 are supported by the two support rods 214, thus opening the garment 50 for drying. Similarly, to retrieve the dried garment 50, the hangers 21 are simply moved to the folding section 11 of the drying rack 10, so that each hanger 21 is folded. The user can then easily remove each garment 50 from its respective hanger 21. Thus, this invention, by placing the hangers 21 on the folding section 11 of the drying rack 10... The folding section 11 and the unfolding contact section 12 are respectively in a folded and unfolded state, ensuring that the collar of the clothes will not be pulled during hanging or taking down the clothes. This prevents the clothes from becoming loose and deformed, and makes drying clothes easier. Furthermore, each hanger 21 can accommodate different sizes of clothes 50 by adjusting the angle formed between the two support rods 214, thus providing a good fit for each garment 50 and improving the convenience of drying clothes.

Referring again to Figure 11, the present invention is used in conjunction with a lifting unit 40, the form of which is not limited to this embodiment. The lifting unit 40 has a first base 41, a second base 42, and a drive motor 43. The first base 41 and the two second bases 42 are located on the ceiling. The first base 41 and the two second bases 42 are respectively provided with at least one roller 411 and 421. The two rollers 411 and 421 are connected by a connecting rope 422, and the connecting rope 422 is also connected to the clothes drying rack. The clothes drying stand 10 is mounted on the first base 41, and a drive motor 43 drives the connecting rope 422, which in turn actuates the clothes drying stand 10. The drive motor 43 is electrically connected to and controlled by a controller 44, allowing the user to electrically control the raising and lowering of the clothes drying stand 10. When the user is drying clothes, the clothes drying stand 10 lowers to a suitable height, and after the clothes 50 are hooked onto the clothes hangers 21, the clothes drying stand 10 is raised to a specific height, thereby achieving the effect of quickly drying clothes.

In addition, the lifting unit 40 also includes a coiler 45, which is located below the second base 42 and connected to the connecting rope 422. Rotating the coiler 45 activates the connecting rope 422, thereby actuating the clothes drying rack 10 and allowing the user to manually control its raising and lowering.

In conclusion, this invention possesses excellent progressive practicality compared to similar products. Furthermore, a thorough review of domestic and international technical data on this type of structure has revealed no prior art with the same construction. Therefore, this invention meets the requirements for an invention patent, and this application is hereby filed in accordance with the law.

However, the above description is merely one preferred embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, any equivalent structural changes made by applying the present invention's description and the scope of the patent application should be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

A clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, comprising: A ring-shaped clothes drying stand has an integrally connected retractable section and an extendable contact section. A first short plate and a second short plate are symmetrically arranged downwards on both sides of the retractable section. The height formed by the upper and lower sides of the first and second short plates gradually decreases from the sides towards the center, forming a concave shape. A first long plate and a second long plate are symmetrically arranged downwards on both sides of the extendable contact section. The inner walls of the first long plate and the first short plate share a first track, and the inner walls of the second long plate and the second short plate share a second track. A clothes drying unit includes a plurality of clothes hangers, each of which is movably mounted below a clothes drying stand. Each clothes hanger includes a movable block, a vertical pipe, a top rod, two support rods, a bottom rod, and two connecting rods. At least one first bearing and at least one second bearing are respectively provided on both sides of the movable block. The first bearing and the second bearing are respectively slidably mounted on the first track and the second track, allowing the movable block to be positioned on the clothes drying stand. The clothes hanger slides, with one end of the upright tube connected to the movable block and through which the top rod passes. A hook is fixed to the side of the top rod, and both ends of the top rod are respectively hinged to the support rods. The bottom rod is fixed to the end of the upright tube away from the movable block, and both ends of the bottom rod are respectively hinged to one end of the connecting rod. The other end of each connecting rod is hinged to the respective support rod. Furthermore, two adjacent clothes hangers are connected by a connector. A dispensing unit includes a dispensing element and a driving element. The dispensing element is disposed in the retracting section and located above the clothes hangers. The dispensing element is driven by the driving element to rotate, simultaneously rotating the levers and thus dispensing each clothes hanger, allowing each clothes hanger to move on the first and second tracks of the clothes drying stand. The clothes drying device with an opening and closing function as described in claim 1 further includes a lifting unit having a first base and a second base. Each of the first and second bases is equipped with at least one roller, and the two rollers are connected by a connecting rope, which is simultaneously connected to the clothes drying stand. As described in claim 2, the clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, wherein the lifting unit further includes a drive motor mounted on the first base for driving the connecting rope, thereby causing the connecting rope to actuate the clothes drying stand. The drive motor is electrically connected to and controlled by a controller. The clothes drying device with an opening and closing function as described in claim 2, wherein the lifting unit further includes a coiler located below the second base and connected to the connecting rope. As described in claim 1, in a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, the two ends of the connector are respectively connected to the movable blocks of two adjacent clothes hangers. As described in claim 1, the clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, wherein the connecting member can be a connecting rod or a rope. As described in claim 1, in a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, the top of the closing section forms an opening, and the actuating member is disposed at the opening of the closing section. As described in claim 1, in a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, each support rod has a support portion at one end away from the top rod, the periphery of which is decorated with rounded corners, and the outer surface of the support portion is rounded. As described in claim 1, in a clothes drying device with an opening and closing function, the height of the opening contact section is greater than the height of the closing section.
