Abstract

According to the present disclosure, a manufacturing method of a highly anti-corrosion layered structure includes steps as follows: an original substrate is provided, a preprocessing step is performed, a nickel pre-plating step is performed and a nickel electroless-plating step is performed. In the preprocessing step, the original substrate is preprocessed to obtain a substrate. In the nickel pre-plating step, the substrate is in contact with a first nickel-containing solution, and a current is applied thereto to obtain a pre-plating structure. In the nickel electroless-plating step, the pre-plating structure is in contact with a second nickel-containing solution and heated. The anti-corrosion protecting layer is formed on a surface of the pre-plating structure, so as to obtain the highly anti-corrosion layered structure. Therefore, by adjusting the ratio of nickel and phosphorus in the second nickel-containing solution, the protection from the anti-corrosion protecting layer can be stronger, and the corrosion resistance of the highly anti-corrosion layered structure in strong acidic environment with relatively high temperature can be enhanced.

Description

High corrosion resistance layered structure and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant layered structure and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a high-corrosion-resistant layered structure with excellent corrosion resistance and a preparation method thereof.

Existing technologies for metal surface treatment are mainly divided into electroplating and electroless plating. Electroplating is to use the principle of electrolysis to plate a thin layer of other metals or alloys on the surface of metal components, so as to improve the wear resistance, conductivity, corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the surface of metal components. However, electroplating is prone to uneven thickness and defects due to factors such as different conductivity properties or complex shapes of components. The electroplating process consumes a lot of electricity and generates a lot of waste water, which in turn results in a lot of environmental protection costs.

Electroless plating uses the principle of self-catalysis, so that the components to be plated in the plating solution are chemically deposited on the surface of the component to form a coating. The coating formed by electroless plating is denser and more uniform in thickness, and the electroless plating process is harmful to the environment. It is more friendly, so it has gradually become one of the important surface treatment technologies. However, the corrosion resistance of conventional electroless plating products is still insufficient. If they are exposed to a medium-high temperature strong acid environment for a long time, obvious corrosion may still occur.

In view of this, the preparation of an electroless plating product with excellent corrosion resistance is still the goal of the related industry.

In order to achieve the above object, the object of the present invention is to provide a high corrosion-resistant layered structure and a preparation method thereof, wherein the reaction solution used in the preparation of the high corrosion-resistant layered structure has a nickel-phosphorus composition in a specific ratio, which can greatly increase High corrosion resistance Corrosion resistance of layered structures.

The second nickel-containing solution used in the electroless nickel plating step includes a phosphorus-containing mixture and a nickel-containing mixture, the volume ratio of the phosphorus-containing mixture to the nickel-containing mixture is 4:1~1.5:1, and the phosphorus-containing mixture may include hypophosphorous acid Salt, the proportion of hypophosphite in the phosphorus-containing mixture can be 10wt%~35wt%, the nickel-containing mixture can contain nickel salt, the proportion of nickel salt in the nickel-containing mixture can be 10wt%~50wt%, and the material of the corrosion-resistant protective layer includes nickel and phosphorus. Since the ratio of nickel and phosphorus in the corrosion-resistant protective layer is related to the properties of the corrosion-resistant protective layer, the formed corrosion-resistant protective layer can have better protection by adjusting the ratio of the phosphorus-containing mixture and the nickel-containing mixture. The phosphorus content of the corrosion-resistant protective layer can be 9wt%~13wt%. When the nickel content in the corrosion-resistant protective layer increases, the corrosion-resistant protective layer will have better conductivity and hardness. When the phosphorus content in the corrosion-resistant protective layer increases, the corrosion-resistant protective layer The protective layer will have better gloss and ductility, so the second nickel-containing solution can be adjusted according to the application field of the high-corrosion-resistant layered structure The proportion of the phosphorus-containing mixture and the nickel-containing mixture in order to form a corrosion-resistant protective layer with different nickel-phosphorus ratios.

The material of the anti-corrosion protective layer can further contain fluoride ions, nitrate ions, phosphate ions, sodium ions, potassium ions and magnesium ions, and the content of fluorine ions can be 1×10 12 /cm 2 to 4×10 13 /cm 2 cm 2 , the content of nitrate ions can be 5×10 12 /cm 2 to 2×10 14 /cm 2 , the content of phosphate ions can be 5×10 11 /cm 2 to 1.5×10 14 /cm 2 cm 2 , the content of sodium ions can be 1×10 12 /cm 2 to 1.5×10 14 /cm 2 , and the content of potassium ions can be 1×10 12 /cm 2 to 1×10 14 /cm 2 , the content of magnesium ions can be 1×10 12 /cm 2 to 1×10 14 /cm 2 . By controlling the content of other ions in the corrosion-resistant protective layer, the corrosion resistance of the corrosion-resistant protective layer can be increased, and the structural strength of the corrosion-resistant protective layer can also be prevented from being affected by too many other ions.

FIG. 3 is a structural schematic diagram of a highly corrosion-resistant layered structure 200 according to an embodiment of another aspect of the present invention. The high-corrosion-resistant layered structure 200 is prepared by the aforementioned high-corrosion-resistant layered structure preparation method 100, and the high-corrosion-resistant layered structure 200 can include a pre-plating structure 210 and a corrosion-resistant protective layer 220, and the corrosion-resistant protective layer 220 is formed On one surface of the pre-plating structure 210 , the preparation method and related details of the highly corrosion-resistant layered structure 200 have been described in the previous paragraphs, and will not be repeated here.

360。 Please refer to FIG. 4 . FIG. 4 is a flowchart of steps of a method 300 for preparing a highly corrosion-resistant layered structure according to another embodiment of an aspect of the present invention. The method 300 for preparing a highly corrosion-resistant layered structure includes step 310 , step 320 , step 330 , step 340 , step 350 and step 360 .

Step 310 is to provide an original substrate, and step 320 is to perform a pretreatment step. The details of step 310 and step 320 are the same as those of step 110 and step 120 in the previous embodiment, and will not be repeated here.

Step 330 is to perform a first zinc replacement step, which is to contact the substrate with a first zinc-containing solution, and wait for the zinc element in the first zinc-containing solution to adhere to the substrate to obtain a first zinc-containing substrate, The first zinc replacement step can be carried out by hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, zinc spraying, galvanizing or zinc coating, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Step 340 is to perform a zinc stripping step, which is used to remove part of the zinc element on the first zinc-containing substrate to obtain a zinc stripped substrate. In the zinc stripping step, the first zinc-containing substrate may be immersed in a strong acid solution such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid, and the strong acid solution reacts with the zinc element on the surface of the first zinc-containing substrate to remove part of the zinc element, or, Part of the zinc element on the surface of the first zinc-containing substrate can be removed by means of physical grinding. Since the zinc layer formed in the first zinc replacement step is relatively rough, the zinc layer can be removed through the zinc stripping step while retaining zinc seeds, which is conducive to the subsequent formation of a denser coating.

Step 350 is to carry out a second zinc replacement step, which is to contact the stripped zinc substrate with a second zinc-containing solution, and wait for the zinc element in the second zinc-containing solution to adhere to the stripped zinc substrate to obtain a second zinc-containing solution. For the zinc substrate, the details of the second zinc replacement step are similar to those of the first zinc replacement step, and will not be repeated here. Through the first zinc replacement step, the zinc stripping step and the second zinc replacement step, a zinc replacement layer with good adhesion and no pinholes or defects can be formed on the substrate, thereby improving the success rate of subsequent reactions.

Step 360 is to carry out an electroless nickel plating step, is the second zinc-containing The substrate is in contact with a nickel-containing solution, and the second zinc-containing substrate and the nickel-containing solution are heated to form a corrosion-resistant protective layer on one surface of the second zinc-containing substrate to obtain a layered structure with high corrosion resistance. The details of step 360 are the same as step 140 of the previous embodiment, and the nickel-containing solution used in step 360 and the high corrosion-resistant layered structure formed are also the same as the second nickel-containing solution used in step 140 and the layered structure formed by it. The formed high-corrosion-resistant layered structure 200 is the same and will not be repeated here.
