本文有關於一種防微塵組成物。
如果灰塵積聚在體內,人體免疫力就會下降,可能會導致各種疾病,諸如心髒病或呼吸系統疾病,甚至會引起支氣管狹窄,長期吸入灰塵會增加哮喘和肺部疾病的患病率以及早期死亡率。
皮膚在我們身體最外側與灰塵直接接觸,其在生物體和環境之間起著屏障作用。如果經常直接暴露於污染,則這種屏障功能會下降。特別是,由於微塵比毛孔小20倍,因此很容易滲透皮膚。事實上,已知空氣污染物如微塵對皮膚健康有深遠的影響。短期而言,可能會導致過早衰老、缺乏水分、增加皺紋。長期而言,皮膚受損無法修復,失去保護身體免受環境因素影響的能力,可能會導致皮膚癌等嚴重疾病。
因此,需要研發用於將對皮膚有害(嚴重時有致命危害)的灰塵與皮膚隔離的化妝品。
近年來,由於頻繁的外出,微塵附著在毛髮上以及進入
皮膚或人體的情況增多,因此正在不斷地努力降低微塵對毛髮的附著力。
根據一具體實施例的防塵組合物旨在提供一種防塵功能優異的毛髮化妝品,其防止微塵附著到毛髮上,以切斷微塵附著後從毛髮轉移進入皮膚或人體內的可能性。
根據一具體實施例提供一種防塵組成物,其包含陰離子界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑及含氮陽離子聚合物,相對於陽離子聚合物的總量,陽離子聚合物的氮含量為1.4重量%以下。
相對於陽離子聚合物總量,陽離子聚合物的氮含量可為1.1重量%以下。
防塵組成物可更包含增稠劑。
增稠劑可為疏水性增稠劑。
疏水性增稠劑可包含椰油醯胺單乙醇胺(cocamide MEA)、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺(cocamide methyl MEA)、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺(cocamide DEA)、椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺(cocamide MIPA)、丙烯酸酯系聚合物或其組合。
丙烯酸酯系聚合物可包含由下述化學式1和化學式2表示的重複單元。
疏水性增稠劑可包含選自由椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺及椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺所組成的群組中的任何一種和丙烯酸酯系聚合物。
陰離子界面活性劑可包含月桂醇聚醚硫酸鈉(sodium laureth sulfate)、月桂醇聚醚硫酸銨(ammonium laureth sulfate)、月桂基硫酸銨(ammonium lauryl sulfate)、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二鈉(disodium laureth sulosuccinate)或其組合。
兩性界面活性劑可為椰油醯胺甜菜鹼(cocamidopropyl betaine)。
含氮陽離子聚合物可為羥基三甲基氯化銨瓜爾膠(guar hydroxytrimonium chloride)、羥丙基瓜爾膠羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride)、聚季銨鹽
-4(polyquaternium-4)、聚季銨鹽-5、聚季銨鹽-6、聚季銨鹽-7、聚季銨鹽-10、聚季銨鹽-11、聚季銨鹽-22、聚季銨鹽-39、聚季銨鹽-44、聚季銨鹽-53、聚季銨鹽-67或聚季銨鹽-73。
防塵組成物可更包含潤滑劑(emollient)。
潤滑劑可包含辛酸(Caprylic Acid)、癸酸(Capric Aacid)、月桂酸(Lauric Acid)、肉豆蔻酸(Myristic Acid)、棕櫚酸(Palmitic Acid)、硬脂酸(Stearic Acid)、花生酸(Arachidic Acid)、蘿酸(Behenic Acid)或其組合。
防塵組成物可更包含溶劑。
相對於防塵組成物的總量,防塵組成物可包含30重量%至50重量%的陰離子界面活性劑;5重量%至15重量%的兩性界面活性劑;0.1重量%至1.0重量%的含氮陽離子聚合物;0.1重量%至3重量%的潤滑劑;0.5重量%至3重量%的疏水性增稠劑;以及餘量的溶劑。
防塵組成物可為毛髮化妝品組成物。
毛髮化妝品組成物可為洗髮精(shampoo)、護髮素(treatment)或精華素(essence)。
根據一具體實施例,本發明之防塵組成物可以盡量減少灰塵(特別是微塵)附著於毛髮的現象。具體地,透過限制防塵組成物中作為有效成分所包含的含氮陽離子聚合物的氮含量,可以大大降低對毛髮的微塵附著力。

在本說明書中,防塵是指預防或者盡量減少灰塵附著到皮膚或毛髮上或者暫時附著在毛髮上的灰塵從毛髮滲透到皮膚或人體內。亦即,將本說明書之防塵組成物應用於毛髮時,可以盡量減少灰塵附著到毛髮上,即使灰塵附著到毛髮上,也可藉以風等物理之力容易清除,進而縱然灰塵進入塗在皮膚上的化妝品組成物中,灰塵也會在化妝品組成物中漂浮,從而可以防止滲透到皮膚中。

根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物,其包含陰離子界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑及含氮陽離子聚合物,相對於該陽離子聚合物的總量,該陽離子聚合物的氮含量可為1.4重量%以下(大於0重量%且1.4重量%以下)。
相對於陽離子聚合物總量,將該陽離子聚合物的氮含量限制在1.4重量%以下,因此根據一具體實施例之組成物可以大大降低對毛髮的微塵附著力,從而達到優異的防塵效果。
具體地,相對於該陽離子聚合物總量,該陽離子聚合物的氮含量可為1.1重量%以下(大於0重量%且1.1重量%以下)。
該陽離子聚合物與該陰離子界面活性劑相互反應而形成凝聚層(coacervate)骨架,該凝聚層骨架越多毛髮調理效果優異,而毛髮防塵效果會下降。但是,由於將該陽離子聚合物的氮含量限制在上述範圍,所形成的凝聚層骨架在毛髮表面形成適當的保護膜,從而阻止空氣中的微塵等附著在毛髮上,同時還可以具有毛髮調理效果。例如,當該陽離子聚合物的氮含量為0重量%時,微塵清洗力及毛髮調理效果都變差,相對於該陽離子聚合物總量,該陽離子聚合物的氮含量大於1.4重量%時,微塵清洗力會大
幅下降。
例如,該含氮陽離子聚合物可為羥基三甲基氯化銨瓜爾膠、羥丙基瓜爾膠羥丙基三甲基氯化銨、聚季銨鹽-4、聚季銨鹽-5、聚季銨鹽-6、聚季銨鹽-7、聚季銨鹽-10、聚季銨鹽-11、聚季銨鹽-22、聚季銨鹽-39、聚季銨鹽-44、聚季銨鹽-53、聚季銨鹽-67或聚季銨鹽-73,該含氮陽離子聚合物不限於此,只要是相對於陽離子聚合物總量具有1.4重量%以下(如1.1重量%以下)的氮含量的陽離子聚合物即可。惟,當氮含量超出上述範圍時,即便是上述例示的陽離子聚合物也不能用於根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物。
例如,該含氮陽離子聚合物可為羥基三甲基氯化銨瓜爾膠、羥丙基瓜爾膠羥丙基三甲基氯化銨、聚季銨鹽-10、聚季銨鹽-11、聚季銨鹽-44或聚季銨鹽-67。
相對於防塵組成物總量,該含氮陽離子聚合物可包含0.1重量%至1.0重量%。當以上述含量範圍包含該含氮陽離子聚合物時,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
該陰離子界面活性劑可包含月桂醇聚醚硫酸鈉、月桂醇聚醚硫酸銨、月桂基硫酸銨、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二鈉或其組合。
相對於防塵組成物總量,該陰離子界面活性劑可包含30重量%至50重量%。當以上述含量範圍包含該陰離子界面活性劑時,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
該兩性界面活性劑可為椰油醯胺甜菜鹼。作為兩性界面
活性劑使用椰油醯胺甜菜鹼時,與使用其他兩性界面活性劑的情形相比,可以減輕對頭皮的刺激並具有抗菌和調理效果。
相對於防塵組成物總量,該兩性界面活性劑可包含5重量%至15重量%。當以上述含量範圍包含該兩性界面活性劑時,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
該防塵組成物可更包含潤滑劑。
該潤滑劑可包含辛酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、蘿酸或其組合。
相對於防塵組成物總量,該潤滑劑可包含0.1重量%至3重量%。當以上述含量範圍包含該潤滑劑時,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
該防塵組成物可更包含溶劑。
該防塵組成物可更包含增稠劑。
該增稠劑可為疏水性增稠劑。該增稠劑為疏水性增稠劑時,與親水性增稠劑的情形相比,可以具有更優異的防塵效果及清洗效果。
該疏水性增稠劑可包含椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺、椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺、丙烯酸酯系聚合物或其組合。
該丙烯酸酯系聚合物可包含由下述化學式1和化學式2表示的重複單元。
該疏水性增稠劑可包含選自於椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺及椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺所組成的群組中的任何一種和該丙烯酸酯系聚合物。該疏水性增稠劑包含選自於椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺及椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺所組成的群組中的任何一種和該丙烯酸酯系聚合物時,與使用單一增稠劑的情形相比,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
相對於防塵組成物總量,該疏水性增稠劑可包含0.5重量%至3重量%。當以上述含量範圍包含該疏水性增稠劑時,可以進一步擴大對毛髮的防塵效果及毛髮清洗力。
該溶劑可為純淨水。例如,相對於防塵組成物的總量,該溶劑可包含40重量%至60重量%。
根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物可以防止粒徑為10μm以下的微塵。粒徑大小不受限制,粒徑可為100μm以下、90μm以下、70μm以下、50μm以下、30μm以下、20μm以下、15μm以下或10μm以下。
就如上所述的方面而言,該防塵組成物可為毛髮化妝品組成物,該毛髮化妝品組成物可為洗髮精、護髮素或精華素。
在本說明書中,“化妝品”是指除了美容功能之外,還可具有醫學功能的所有物質。
該毛髮化妝品組成物的劑型不受特別限制,根據目的可以適當選擇。
可以對該毛髮化妝品組成物進行劑型化,例如溶液、懸浮液、乳液、糊劑(paste)、凝膠劑(gel)、霜劑(cream)、洗劑(lotion)、粉劑(powder)、肥皂(soap)、含界面活性劑的清潔劑(Cleansing)、油劑、粉狀粉底(powder foundation)、乳狀粉底(emulsion foundation)、蠟狀粉底(wax foundation)及噴霧劑(spray)等,但不限於此。更詳細地,可以劑型化為毛髮用化妝料組成物如洗髮精、潤絲精(rinse)等清洗劑、生髮油(hair tonic)、凝膠或慕斯等定型劑、毛髮營養化妝水、護髮精華素(hair essence)、護髮精油(hair serum)、護髮素、潤髮乳、洗髮精、洗髮劑、養髮劑或染髮劑等;基礎化妝品如水中油(O/W)型、油中水(W/O)型等。此外,對於該組成物,除了每個劑型中上述必要成分之外,其他成分可根據其他外用製劑的種類或使用目的等適當選擇。例如,可進一步包含紫外線屏蔽劑、護髮調理劑、香料等。
該化妝品組成物可包含化妝品學上可接受之媒劑或載劑。該化妝品組成物能夠以適用於局部的所有劑型的形式提供,諸如溶液、凝膠劑、固體或攪拌無水生成物、乳狀物分散於水狀物而得到的乳劑、懸浮液、微乳劑(micro emulsion)、微膠囊(microcapsule)、微顆粒球或離子型(脂質體,liposome)和/或非離子型小囊分散劑、或者霜劑、化妝水(skin)、洗劑、粉劑、軟膏、噴霧劑或遮瑕棒(concealer stick)。該些組成物可按照所屬領域中的常規方法來製備。
當本發明之劑型為溶液或乳液時,作為載體成分可利用溶劑、增溶劑或乳化劑,諸如水、乙醇、異丙醇、碳酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、芐醇、苯甲酸芐酯、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇油、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇或山梨醇酐單硬脂酸酯。
當本發明之劑型為懸浮液時,作為載體成分可利用液態稀釋劑如水、乙醇或丙二醇、懸浮劑如乙氧基化異硬脂醇(ethoxylated isostearyl alcohol)、聚氧乙烯山梨酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester)和聚氧乙烯山梨酸酐酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester)、微晶纖維素、偏氫氧化鋁(aluminum metahydroxide)、膨潤土、瓊脂(agar)、黃蓍膠(tragacanth)等。
當本發明之劑型為糊劑、霜劑或凝膠劑時,作為載體成分可利用動物性油、植物性油、蠟、石蠟、澱粉、黃蓍膠、纖維素衍生物、聚乙二醇、矽酮、膨潤土、氧化矽、滑石或氧化鋅等。
當本發明之劑型為粉劑或噴霧劑時,作為載體成分可利用乳糖、滑石、氧化矽、氫氧化鋁、矽酸鈣或聚醯胺粉劑,特別
是劑型為噴霧劑時,可進一步包含氯氟烴(chlorofluorohydrocarbon)、丙烷/丁烷或二甲醚等推進劑。
在本發明一實施態樣中,該化妝品組成物根據需要可包含適當的各種載劑和添加劑,該些成分的種類及量可由發明人容易選擇。可以根據需要包含可接受之添加劑,例如可進一步包含本領域常規的防腐劑、色素、添加劑等成分。
防腐劑具體可為苯氧基乙醇(Phenoxyethanol)或1,2-己二醇(1,2-Hexanediol)等,香料可為合成香料等。
此外,在本發明一實施態樣中,化妝品組成物可包含選自水溶性維他命、油溶性維他命、多肽、多醣、鞘脂和海藻萃取物中的組成物。除此之外,可添加的混合成分例如有油脂成分、保濕劑、潤膚劑(emollients)、界面活性劑、有機和無機顏料、有機粉末、紫外線吸收劑、防腐劑、殺菌劑、抗氧化劑、植物萃取物、pH調節劑、乙醇、色素、香料、血液循環促進劑、冷感劑、止汗劑、純淨水等。
另外,可添加的混合成分不限於此,在對本發明之目的及效果沒有負面影響的範圍內,可以混合上述的任何成分。
下面透過實施例進一步詳細描述本發明之具體實施例。惟,下述實施例只是用於描述本發明,不是用於限制本發明之範圍。
製備防塵組成物
以如表1所示的組分和含量製備了實施例1至實施例5及
對比例1至對比例2。原料按順序分散加入,各原料加入後進行攪拌直至成為均勻相,上述的實施例及對比例的製備方法係為本領域中的常規方法。
(A)陰離子界面活性劑
月桂醇聚醚硫酸鈉
(B)兩性界面活性劑
椰油醯胺甜菜鹼
(C)含氮陽離子聚合物
(C-1)聚季銨鹽-10(Ucare Polymer JR030M,Dow,氮含量為1.5重量%至2.2重量%)
(C-2)聚季銨鹽-67(softcat SK-MH,Dow,氮含量為1.2重
量%至1.3重量%)
(C-3)聚季銨鹽-10(Ucare Polymer LR400,Dow,氮含量為0.8重量%至1.1重量%)
(C-4)聚季銨鹽-10(Ucare Polymer LK,Dow,氮含量為0.4重量%至0.6重量%)
(D)潤滑劑
月桂酸
(E)疏水性增稠劑
(E-1)椰油醯胺單乙醇胺
(E-2)丙烯酸酯共聚物(Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer,lubrizol)
(F)溶劑
純淨水
選擇微塵替代物
微塵一般由有機碳化合物22%、碳元素8%、硝酸鹽22%、硫酸鹽15%、地殼土壤成分15%、其他成分18%組成(國立科學院),因此本發明中選擇微塵組成成分中約佔30%(有機碳化合物和碳元素)且類似於微塵具有ζ電位的碳黑作為微細物質的替代物。
評估:測定防塵效果
將碳黑1%水溶液均勻塗覆在毛髮束上,再將毛髮束完全
乾燥。然後,將上述乾燥的毛髮束放置在裝有市場上購買的標準洗髮精為20%的水溶液30g的培養皿中,並用相同的力量揉搓90秒,再用流水清洗後進行乾燥,藉以對比碳黑清除程度。對於碳黑清除程度,用於亮度(L*)進行對比(SPECTROPHOTOMETER儀器測定,CM-2600d,KONICA MINOLTA,INC.)。將上述測定結果示於下表2中。
由表2可以確認,在根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物中,相對於陽離子聚合物總量,將含氮陽離子聚合物的氮含量限制在1.4重量%以下,因此具有減少微塵附著量的效果。此外,當防塵組成物包含兩種疏水性增稠劑時,與包含一種疏水性增稠劑的情形相比,微塵附著量減少效果更加優異。
儘管詳細描述了本發明之較佳實施例,然熟習本項技術者應理解,在不脫離所附的申請專利範圍中揭露的本發明的範圍和精神之情況下,可以進行各種修改、添加和替換。
Claims (15)
- 一種防塵組成物,其包括:相對於該防塵組成物的總量,40重量%至50重量%的陰離子界面活性劑;兩性界面活性劑;以及含氮陽離子聚合物,相對於該陽離子聚合物的總量,該陽離子聚合物的氮含量為1.4重量%以下,其中,該含氮陽離子聚合物為聚季銨鹽-4、聚季銨鹽-5、聚季銨鹽-6、聚季銨鹽-7、聚季銨鹽-10、聚季銨鹽-11、聚季銨鹽-22、聚季銨鹽-39、聚季銨鹽-44、聚季銨鹽-53、聚季銨鹽-67或聚季銨鹽-73。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防塵組成物,其中,相對於該陽離子聚合物的總量,該陽離子聚合物的氮含量為1.1重量%以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防塵組成物,其更包括增稠劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該增稠劑為疏水性增稠劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該疏水性增稠劑包含椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、椰油醯胺二乙醇胺、椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺、丙烯酸酯系聚合物或其 組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該疏水性增稠劑包含選自於該椰油醯胺單乙醇胺、該椰油醯胺甲基單乙醇胺、該椰油醯胺二乙醇胺及該椰油醯胺單異丙醇胺所組成的群組中的任何一種和該丙烯酸酯系聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該陰離子界面活性劑包含月桂醇聚醚硫酸鈉、月桂醇聚醚硫酸銨、月桂基硫酸銨、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二鈉或其組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該兩性界面活性劑為椰油醯胺甜菜鹼。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之防塵組成物,其更包括潤滑劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該潤滑劑包含辛酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、蘿酸或其組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之防塵組成物,其更包括溶劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之防塵組成物,其中,相對於該防塵組成物的總量,該防塵組成物包含:5重量%至15重量%的該兩性界面活性劑;0.1重量%至1.0重量%的該含氮陽離子聚合物;0.1重量%至3重量%的該潤滑劑;0.5重量%至3重量%的該疏水性增稠劑;以及餘量的該溶劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第13項中任何一項所述之防塵組成物,該防塵組成物為毛髮化妝品組成物。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之防塵組成物,其中,該毛髮化妝品組成物為洗髮精、護髮素或精華素。
