Abstract

A solar aromatizer includes a base, a casing, an aroma package, an installation gate, a solar panel, a swinging device. The base includes a wall-hanging plate, a supporting frame, and a piercing structure. The supporting frame is connected to a front end of the wall-hanging plate. The piercing structure is connected to the supporting frame. The casing is detachably connected to the base, and has an observation window. The casing can move between an open position and a closed position. The installation gate is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame, and has two holding arms. The two holding arms are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the installation gate. The solar panel is arranged on a top side of the casing. The aroma package can be installed interchangeably between the two holding arms of the mounting gate. The swing device is installed on the base and electrically connected to the solar panel to receive power. When the installation gate containing the aroma package is in the closed position, the piercing structure can be used to puncture the aroma package; the swinging device can perform a pendulum motion and can generate airflow to diffuse the volatile liquid in the aroma package.

Description

Solar Aromatherapy Device

The present invention relates to a solar energy aromatherapy device, in particular to an aromatherapy device capable of releasing fragrance and utilizing solar energy to drive an internal device to promote airflow.

Most of the existing aromatherapy machines lack active airflow convection devices, and they only rely on the diffusion of gas to release the aromatherapy agent, which makes it difficult to effectively release the aromatherapy agent to the outside. At present, some aromatherapy devices are equipped with fans, which use wind power to release the aromatherapy agent to the outside. Most of these aromatherapy machines are plug-in or battery-powered, which requires additional power, consumes more power or requires battery replacement, and is not in line with the environmental protection method for the aromatherapy machine to achieve active convection.

In addition, after installing many components in the limited internal space of the aroma machine, how to ensure that the airflow can still flow smoothly and how to facilitate users to replace the aromatherapy agent are also issues that need to be considered in the structural design.

In summary, how to improve the power saving, convection and maintenance requirements of solar aromatherapy devices through structural design to overcome the above-mentioned defects has become a problem that this technical field wants to solve.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a solar aromatherapy device to address the deficiencies of the prior art and improve the requirements of the solar aromatherapy device such as power saving, convection and maintenance.

In order to solve the above technical problems, one of the technical solutions adopted by the present invention is to provide a solar aromatherapy device, which includes a base, a casing, a fragrance bag, a mounting gate, a solar panel, and a swinging device. The base includes a wall hanging board, a supporting frame, and a piercing structure, wherein the supporting frame is connected to the front end surface of the wall hanging board, and the piercing structure is connected to the supporting frame. The casing is detachably connected to the base, and the casing has an observation window, and the casing can move between an open position and a closed position. The mounting gate is rotatably arranged at the front end of the supporting frame, wherein the mounting gate has two holding arms, and the two holding arms are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the mounting gate. The solar panel is arranged on the top side of the housing. The fragrance bag can be replaced between the two holding arms of the mounting gate. The swing device is arranged in the supporting frame of the base body and is electrically connected to the solar panel to receive electricity. When the mounting gate equipped with the fragrance bag is in the closed position, the piercing structure can be used to pierce the fragrance bag; wherein the swing device can perform a pendulum motion and can generate airflow to diffuse the volatile liquid in the fragrance bag.

One of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that the solar aroma device provided by the present invention can supply electricity through the solar panel, and the solar aroma device can continuously provide electricity to the swing device to generate active airflow to emit the fragrance of the fragrance bag. In addition, the mounting gate is rotatably arranged at the front end of the supporting frame, which is convenient for the user to replace the fragrance bag. Furthermore, the swing device is arranged in the supporting frame of the base body, and the airflow can flow smoothly without obstruction.

The following is a specific embodiment to illustrate the implementation method disclosed by the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 , an embodiment of the present invention provides a solar aroma device, which includes a base 10, a housing 20, a fragrance bag 30, a mounting gate 40, a solar panel 50, and a swinging device 60. The base 10 includes a wall hanging board 12, a supporting frame 14, and a piercing structure 18. The supporting frame 14 is connected to the front end surface of the wall hanging board 12, and the piercing structure is connected to the supporting frame 14. The mounting gate 40 is rotatably disposed at the front end of the supporting frame 14. The solar panel 50 is disposed on the top side of the housing 20. The fragrance bag 30 can be replaced and mounted on the mounting gate 40. When the mounting gate 40 containing the fragrance bag 30 is in the closed position, the piercing structure 18 can be used to pierce the fragrance bag 30. The swing device 60 is disposed in the supporting frame 14 of the base 10. The swing device 60 can perform a pendulum motion and can generate airflow to diffuse the volatile liquid in the fragrance bag 30. The details of each part are introduced below.

The wall hanging plate 12 of the base 10 can be used for hanging the solar aroma device on a wall for wall hanging. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 , the solar aroma device also has a support frame 70, which can be arranged at the bottom of the housing 20 for placing the solar aroma device on a flat surface for use, for example, as a display.

As shown in FIG1 , the top of the housing 20 is pivoted to the base 10 along the X-axis. The bottom of the housing 20 is detachably connected to the base 10, and the housing 20 has an observation window 220, through which the contents of the fragrance pack 30 can be observed. In this embodiment, the housing 20 is rotatably connected to the base 10 along the X-axis in FIG1 . The housing 20 can move between an open position (as shown in FIG4 ) and a closed position (as shown in FIG1 ).

The housing 20 has a front panel 22, two side panels 24, and a bottom panel 26. The bottom panel 26 is connected to the front panel 22. The two side panels 24 are respectively located on both sides of the swing device 60, and each side panel 24 is provided with a plurality of side vents 240 (see FIG. 1). The swing device 60 can swing between the two side panels 24 to increase air convection. In addition, the bottom panel 26 is provided with a plurality of lower vents 260. In this embodiment, the bottom panel 26 and the front panel 22 are blunt-angled. In other words, the bottom panel 26 is tilted forward and upward, and this design is conducive to air convection. External airflow can enter the housing 20 from the bottom panel 26 and then flow out from the two side panels 24 to promote convection.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , in this embodiment, the bottom of the base 10 has a bottom hook 122. The bottom hook 122 is connected to the wall mounting plate 12 and protrudes toward the housing 20. As shown in FIG. 3 , the bottom plate 26 of the housing 20 forms a recessed hook portion 262. The bottom hook 122 can be engaged with the hook portion 262. The hook portion 262 forms an unlocking hole 2621. The user can use a tool, such as a flathead screwdriver, to poke into the unlocking hole 2621 so that the bottom hook 122 leaves the hook portion 262. In this way, the housing 20 can be unlocked from the base 10 and the housing 20 can be flipped upward.

The solar panel 50 is disposed obliquely on the top side of the housing 20 so as to receive light well to generate electricity.

The bottom of the support frame 70 is flat, and the support frame 70 has a plurality of support columns 71 protruding upward, and a plurality of hooks 72. The plurality of hooks 72 are buckled in the lower vent holes 260 of the bottom plate 26, and the support columns 71 are in contact with the lower vent holes 260 of the bottom plate 26.

The mounting gate 40 is generally in the shape of a square frame and has two holding arms 42, which are respectively arranged at opposite sides of the mounting gate 40. The fragrance bag 30 can be replaced between the two holding arms 42 of the mounting gate 40. The bottom of the mounting gate 40 also has a stopper 44. The stopper 44 is connected to the bottom of the two holding arms 42 in a U shape to stop the bottom edge of the fragrance bag 30.

The wall hanging plate 12 of the base 10 forms a square assembly opening 120. The supporting frame 14 of the base 10 is connected to the edge of the assembly opening 120. The supporting frame 14 includes an upper frame 141, a pair of side frames 142, and a front frame 143. The pair of side frames 142 are connected to both sides of the upper frame 141. The front frame 143 is connected between the pair of side frames 142 and connected to the front edge of the upper frame 141, and the front frame 143 is generally in an inverted U shape. The mounting gate 40 is rotatably connected to the top edge of the front frame 143, and the piercing structure 18 protrudes from the front frame 143, and the piercing structure 18 includes at least one piercing member. The piercing structure 18 of this embodiment includes a cone-shaped piercing member 181 and an arc-shaped plate-shaped piercing member 182. The cone-shaped piercing member 181 is located above the arc-shaped plate-shaped piercing member 182, and the piercing members 181 and 182 face the mounting gate 40.

The supporting frame 14 further includes a pair of hinged portions 1420 , which are respectively disposed on both sides of the top edge of the front frame 143 , and the top ends of the two holding arms 42 for mounting the gate 40 are respectively hinged to the pair of hinged portions 1420 .

The front frame 143 of the supporting frame 14 of the present embodiment also has an elastic arm 145, which protrudes forward from the front frame 143 and is located below a pair of pivot parts 1420. The front frame 143 forms an accommodating opening for the elastic arm 145. The elastic arm 145 is shaped like an S-shape mirrored left and right, with the top end connected to the upper frame 141 and the bottom end being a free end. The elastic arm 145 elastically abuts against the top of the mounting gate 40. When the user opens the casing 20 to replace the fragrance bag 30, the elastic arm 145 can be elastically pushed outward against the mounting gate 40 for a certain distance. The mounting gate 40 can automatically tilt forward. The user can easily pull out the old fragrance bag and insert a new fragrance bag.

The base body 10 further includes an upper assembly seat 16 and a lower assembly seat 19. The upper assembly seat 16 is disposed on the wall hanging plate 12 and is located above the upper frame 141. The lower assembly seat 19 is disposed at the bottom of the wall hanging plate 12.

The swing device 60 is disposed on the base 10 and electrically connected to the solar panel 50 to receive electricity. The swing device 60 includes a connector 61, a swing rod 62, a blade 63, and a sensing portion 65. The connector 61 is fixed to the top side of the support frame 14, the top end of the swing rod 62 is rotatably connected to the connector 61, and the other end of the swing rod 62 is connected to the sensing portion 65. A permanent magnet is disposed inside the sensing portion 65. The blade 63 is disposed on the swing rod 62. The swing direction of the swing rod 62 of this embodiment is toward the two side panels 24, and swings back and forth left and right.

The connecting member 61 at the top of the swing device 60 is fixedly assembled to the upper assembly seat 16. The swing device 60 passes through the upper frame 141. The lower assembly seat 19 accommodates a driving module 68, which can be an electromagnetic coil. The driving module 68 is located below the supporting frame 14 and is electrically connected to the solar panel 50. When the driving module 68 is powered on, it generates electromagnetic induction with the sensing part 65, driving the swing rod 62 of the swing device 60 to swing back and forth.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 , when the user wants to install the fragrance pack 30 , the housing 20 is opened upward away from the base 10 , and the elastic arm 145 elastically pushes the installation gate 40 outward for a certain distance. The installation gate 40 automatically tilts forward and the user can place a new fragrance pack 30 in the installation gate 40 .

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , the fragrance bag 30 has at least one containing shell 31, an elastic microporous membrane 34, and a rupturable membrane 33. A step portion 32 is formed around the containing shell 31. The containing shell 31 contains a volatile liquid. The elastic microporous membrane 34 covers the surrounding of the containing shell 31, and the elastic microporous membrane 34 forms many breathable micropores. The material of the elastic microporous membrane 34 is elastic and can not be punctured by the puncture structure 18. The rupturable membrane 33 covers the surrounding of the step portion 32 and is located on the inner side of the elastic microporous membrane 34. The material of the rupturable membrane 33 is airtight, such as aluminum foil or airtight kraft paper. When not in use, the rupturable membrane 33 seals the fragrance bag 30.

As shown in FIG6 , after the fragrance bag 30 is installed on the mounting gate 40, the user covers the housing 20 toward the base 10, and the housing 20 pushes the fragrance bag 30 and the mounting gate 40 toward the piercing structure 18. The piercing structure 18 pushes the elastic microporous membrane 34 and abuts against the rupturable membrane 33. Then, the cone-shaped piercing member 181 located above can first pierce the rupturable membrane 33 of the fragrance bag 30 to form a small hole. Then, the housing 20 continues to cover the base 10, and the arc plate-shaped piercing member 182 located below further ruptures the rupturable membrane 33 to form a larger opening.

[Beneficial Effects of Embodiments]

One of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that the solar aroma device provided by the present invention can supply electricity through the solar panel, and the solar aroma device can continuously provide electricity to the swing device to generate active airflow to emit the fragrance of the fragrance bag. In addition, the mounting gate is rotatably arranged at the front end of the supporting frame, which is convenient for the user to replace the fragrance bag. Furthermore, the swing device is arranged in the supporting frame of the base body, and the airflow can flow smoothly without obstruction.

Furthermore, the fragrance pack can be easily replaced. When the housing is opened, the mounting gate can be pushed out by the elastic arm to be tilted, which is convenient for the user to replace the fragrance pack.

Claims (10)

A solar aromatherapy device comprises: A base, comprising a wall hanging board, a supporting frame, and a piercing structure, wherein the supporting frame is connected to the front end surface of the wall hanging board, and the piercing structure is connected to the supporting frame; A casing, detachably connected to the base, the casing having an observation window, and the casing being movable between an open position and a closed position; A mounting gate, the mounting gate being rotatably disposed at the front end of the supporting frame, wherein the mounting gate has two retaining arms, and the two retaining arms are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the mounting gate; A solar panel, the solar panel being disposed on the top side of the casing; A fragrance bag, which can be replaced between the two holding arms of the mounting gate; and A swing device, which is arranged in the supporting frame of the base and electrically connected to the solar panel to receive electricity; When the mounting gate with the fragrance bag is in the closed position, the piercing structure can be used to pierce the fragrance bag; Wherein the swing device can perform a pendulum motion and can generate airflow to diffuse the volatile liquid in the fragrance bag. A solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 1, wherein the swing device comprises a connecting member, a swing rod, a sensing portion, and a blade, wherein the connecting member is fixed to the top side of the supporting frame, the top end of the swing rod is connected to the connecting member, the other end of the swing rod is connected to the sensing portion, and the blade is disposed on the swing rod. A solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 2, wherein the casing has a front panel, two side panels, and a bottom panel, the bottom panel is connected to the front panel, and there is a blunt angle between the bottom panel and the front panel. The two side panels are respectively located on both sides of the swinging device, each of the side panels is provided with a plurality of side air holes, the blades swing between the two side panels, and the bottom panel is provided with a plurality of lower air holes. The solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 3 also has a support frame, wherein the support frame has a plurality of support columns and a plurality of hooks, wherein the plurality of hooks are buckled in the lower air holes, and the support columns are in contact with the lower air holes. As described in claim 1, the bottom of the mounting gate also has a blocking rod, which is U-shaped and connected to the bottom of the two holding arms to block the bottom edge of the fragrance bag. A solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 1, wherein the aroma bag has at least one containing shell, an elastic microporous membrane, and a rupturable membrane, a step portion is formed around the containing shell, the containing shell contains a volatile liquid, the elastic microporous membrane covers the surrounding of the containing shell, and the rupturable membrane covers the surrounding of the step portion and is located on the inner side of the elastic microporous membrane. A solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 1, wherein the supporting frame includes a wall hanging plate, the wall hanging plate forms an assembly opening, the supporting frame is connected to the edge of the assembly opening, the supporting frame includes an upper frame, a pair of side frames, and a front frame, the pair of side frames are connected to the two sides of the upper frame, the front frame is connected between the pair of side frames and connected to the front edge of the upper frame, the front frame is roughly in an inverted U shape, the mounting gate is rotatably connected to the top edge of the front frame, the piercing structure protrudes from the front frame, the piercing structure includes a piercing member, and the piercing member faces the mounting gate. As described in claim 7, the supporting frame further includes a pair of hinged parts, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the top edge of the front frame, and the top ends of the two holding arms of the mounting gate are respectively hinged to the pair of hinged parts. As described in claim 7, the front frame has an elastic arm, which protrudes forward from the front frame and is located below the upper frame, and the elastic arm elastically abuts against the mounting gate. A solar aromatherapy device as described in claim 7, wherein the base body further includes an upper assembly seat and a lower assembly seat, the upper assembly seat is arranged on the wall-mounted plate and is located above the upper frame, the top end of the swing device is fixedly assembled on the upper assembly seat, the swing device passes through the upper frame, the lower assembly seat is arranged at the bottom of the wall-mounted plate, the lower assembly seat accommodates a drive module, the drive module is located below the supporting frame and is electrically connected to the solar panel, and the drive module drives the swing device to swing back and forth after being energized.
