Abstract

A credit voucher image management system is provided in present disclosure. The credit voucher image management system comprises a processing system, a storage server and a searching interface. The processing system is configured to receive a plurality of credit voucher data from an external financial system, and send notification messages to a bank notification system respectively based on the plurality of credit voucher data. The storage server is coupled to the processing system and is configured to store the plurality of credit voucher data, wherein each of the plurality of credit voucher data comprises an invoice and credit voucher image data. The searching interface is coupled to the storage server, configured to receive a searching instruction from a user device, perform searching among the plurality of credit voucher data stored in the storage service, and then transmit one of the plurality of credit voucher data corresponding to the searching instruction to the user device.

Claims (9)

一種簽帳單影像管理系統,包含:一處理系統,用以自一外部財金系統接收多個簽帳單資料,並根據該多個簽帳單資料各自傳送一通知訊息至一銀行通知系統;一儲存伺服器,耦接至該處理系統,用以儲存該多個簽帳單資料,其中該多個簽帳單資料各自包含一交易明細及一簽帳單影像資料;以及一查詢介面,耦接至該儲存伺服器,用以自一使用者裝置接收一查詢指令,並在該儲存伺服器的該多個簽帳單資料中進行查詢,再將查詢到對應於該查詢指令的該多個簽帳單資料中其中一者傳送至該使用者裝置,其中該多個簽帳單資料至少包括關聯於一信用卡在一第一消費中刷卡時產生的一第一簽帳單資料以及一第一簽帳單網址,該第一簽帳單資料包括關聯該第一消費刷卡產生的一第一簽帳單影像以及一使用者簽名,以及該信用卡在一第二消費中刷卡時產生的一第二簽帳單資料以及一第二簽帳單網址,該第二簽帳單資料包括包括關聯該第二消費刷卡產生的一第二簽帳單影像以及該使用者簽名,該第一簽帳單網址以及該第二簽帳單網址被分別傳送至該使用者裝置,該使用者裝置透過該第一簽帳單網址發送一第一查詢指令,該查詢介面根據該第一查詢指令查詢該儲存伺服器以傳送該第一簽帳單資料至該使用者裝置,以及 該使用者裝置透過該第二簽帳單網址發送一第二查詢指令,該查詢介面根據該第二查詢指令查詢該儲存伺服器以傳送該第二簽帳單資料至該使用者裝置。 A bill image management system includes: a processing system for receiving a plurality of bill data from an external financial system and sending a notification message to a bank notification system according to each of the bill data; a storage server coupled to the processing system for storing the plurality of bill data, wherein each of the bill data includes a transaction detail and a bill image data; and a query interface coupled to the processing system.
