Abstract

A coffee brewing device is provided. The coffee brewing device includes a brewing body, an ultrasonic oscillation unit, a first sensor and a control module. The brewing body has a brewing accommodating space and a component accommodating space spaced apart from top to bottom. The ultrasonic oscillation unit is arranged in the component accommodating space. The ultrasonic oscillation unit is configured to generate an ultrasonic oscillation to the brewing accommodating space. The first sensor module is arranged in the brewing accommodating space. The first sensor is configured to generate a first sensing signal by sense a brewing liquid in brewing accommodating space. The control module is arranged in the component accommodation space and is electrically connected to the ultrasonic oscillation unit and the first sensor. The control module controls the ultrasonic oscillation unit to operate or stop based on the first sensing signal.
