A system for making a banking service reservation on webpage for a branch of a bank and a method thereof are provided. By providing an online reservation webpage for a customer device to input a reservation service, a check-in location and reservation time by a bank server, generating a branch data list based on the reservation service, the check-in location and the reservation time by a bank server, generating a check-in identification based on a reservation branch selected from the branch data list, inputting a customer check-in data at the reservation branch by a user of the customer device, and notifying service specialist to serve the user if the branch service host determines that the check-in identification matches the customer check-in data, the system and the method can handle banking services without waiting for a number, and can achieve the effect of increasing customer service experience.
