Abstract

It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag that is able to minimize the destruction of the packaging bag from a connection part between a first linear welded part and a second linear welded part.

The packaging bag includes a first reinforcement part and a second reinforcement part. In the packaging bag, near the first linear welded part, one of a pair of sheet-shaped walls has a surface opposite to a surface of one of a pair of opposite parts, which opposite surfaces are bonded to each other; the pair of opposite parts have surfaces opposite to each other, which opposite surfaces are bonded to each other; and the other of the pair of sheet-shaped walls has a surface opposite to a surface of the other of the pair of opposite parts, which opposite surfaces are bonded to each other. Thereby, the first reinforcement part is formed. The pair of sheet-shaped walls have surfaces opposite to each other and these opposite surfaces are bonded to each other near the second linear welded part. Thereby, the second reinforcement part is formed. The first reinforcement part and the second reinforcement part are continuous with each other to form a reinforcement area.

Description

Packaging bags

The present invention relates to a packaging bag having a sheet-like gusset portion.

In the past, various forms of packaging bags for packaging food and other items have been known. Specifically, as shown in Patent Document 1, there is a packaging bag having: a pair of sheet-like wall portions facing each other; a sheet-like rib portion folded between the pair of sheet-like wall portions and connecting one end of the pair of sheet-like wall portions in a first direction; and an opening portion capable of storing items between the pair of sheet-like wall portions. In the packaging bag, the sheet-like rib portion is located at one end side in the first direction, and the opening portion is located at the other end side in the first direction. Moreover, when the packaging bag contains items, the packaging bag is tied or taped at the other end side in the first direction to seal the storage space.

As in the packaging bag described above, the pair of sheet-like wall portions and the sheet-like flank portion have two side edges located in a second direction intersecting the first direction and extending toward the first direction. Furthermore, the two side edges of the pair of sheet-like wall portions and the two side edges of the sheet-like flank portion are welded into a line to form a first linear welded portion. Furthermore, the two side edges of the pair of sheet-like wall portions are welded to each other into a line to form a second linear welded portion. The first linear welded portion and the second linear welded portion are formed continuously.

Therefore, the subject of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that can prevent the packaging bag from being damaged starting from the connecting portion of the first linear weld and the second linear weld.

According to this structure, the first reinforcement part formed near the first linear weld part and the second reinforcement part formed near the second linear weld part are connected to form a reinforcement area, thereby suppressing the load applied to the connecting part of the first linear weld part and the second linear weld part when the article is accommodated between the pair of sheet-like wall parts from the opening part. In this way, the packaging bag can be suppressed from being damaged starting from the connecting part of the first linear weld part and the second linear weld part.

The first reinforcement portion may also be formed in a strip shape along the first linear weld portion, and the first reinforcement portion and the first linear weld portion may also be formed in substantially the same length.

According to this structure, the first strip-shaped reinforcement portion and the first linear weld portion have approximately the same length, thereby more effectively preventing the end edges of a pair of opposing portions from peeling off from each other in the first linear weld portion.

The first reinforcement portion may also be formed adjacent to the first linear weld portion, and the second reinforcement portion may also be formed adjacent to the second linear weld portion.

According to this structure, the first reinforcement part is formed adjacent to the first linear weld part, and the second reinforcement part is formed adjacent to the second linear weld part. Thus, when the article is stored between the pair of sheet-like wall parts from the opening part, the load applied to the connecting part of the first linear weld part and the second linear weld part can be more effectively suppressed. Thus, the packaging bag can be more effectively suppressed from being damaged starting from the connecting part of the first linear weld part and the second linear weld part.

The aforementioned reinforcement area may also be formed in a strip shape along the aforementioned first linear weld portion and the aforementioned second linear weld portion.

The width of the aforementioned reinforcement area may also be 1mm to 10mm.

According to this configuration, the width of the band-shaped reinforcement area is within the above range, thereby more effectively suppressing the load applied to the connecting portion of the first linear weld and the second linear weld when the article is stored between the pair of sheet-shaped wall portions from the opening. Thus, it is more effective to suppress the packaging bag from being damaged starting from the connecting portion of the first linear weld and the second linear weld.

According to the packaging bag of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the packaging bag from being damaged starting from the connecting portion between the first linear weld portion and the second linear weld portion.

Below, one embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the drawings. In addition, in the following drawings, the same reference symbols are attached to the same or equivalent parts, and the description thereof will not be repeated. Moreover, in the following description, the so-called first direction is the direction along the x-axis among the coordinate axes of each drawing, and the so-called second direction intersecting the first direction is the direction along the y-axis among the coordinate axes of each drawing.

The packaging bag 1 of this embodiment is formed using a sheet material as shown in Figures 1 to 3. In addition, the packaging bag 1 has a bottom 1a at one end side in the first direction and an opening 1b at the other end side in the first direction.

The packaging bag 1 has a pair of sheet-like walls 2 and 3 facing each other. The sheet-like wall 2 on one side has: a pair of wall end edges 2a and 2a extending toward the second direction at both ends of the first direction; and a pair of wall side edges 2b and 2b connecting the two ends of the pair of wall end edges 2a and 2a. In addition, the sheet-like wall 3 on the other side has: a pair of wall end edges 3a and 3a extending toward the second direction at both ends of the first direction; and a pair of wall side edges 3b and 3b connecting the two ends of the pair of wall end edges 3a and 3a. In this embodiment, the pair of sheet-like walls 2 and 3 form a rectangular shape (specifically, a rectangular shape with long sides formed in the first direction) when viewed from the front (when the pair of sheet-like walls 2 and 3 are viewed along the opposite directions).

Furthermore, when the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 are viewed from the front, the wall portion side edges 2b and 3b are aligned with each other at the positions of the respective end sides in the second direction. Furthermore, when the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 are viewed from the front, the wall portion end edges (hereinafter also referred to as one wall portion end edge) 2a and 3a are aligned with each other at the positions of the respective end sides in the first direction. Furthermore, the length of the sheet-like wall portion 2 in the first direction is longer than the length of the sheet-like wall portion 3 in the first direction. Therefore, the wall end edge 3a of the other sheet-like wall portion 3 located at the other end side in the first direction (hereinafter also recorded as the other wall end edge) is closer to one end side of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction than the wall end edge 2a of the sheet-like wall portion 2 located at the other end side in the first direction (hereinafter also recorded as the other wall end edge) .

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a hole 4 (a hole 4 for inserting a hook or a bar prepared separately) is formed at the other end of the sheet-like wall portion 2 on one side in the first direction for hanging the packaging bag 1 when packaging articles. In addition, at least one hole 4 is sufficient, but in the present embodiment, a plurality of holes (specifically, two holes) are provided at intervals in the second direction. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a cutting auxiliary line 5 (such as a perforation line or a half cut) is provided at the other end of the sheet-like wall portion 2 on one side in the first direction (including the end of the wall edge 2a on the other side) extending toward the first direction between the wall edge 2a on the other side of the sheet-like wall portion 2 and the inner periphery of the hole 4 defined. Thus, when the packaging bag 1 hung on a hook is pulled, the other end of the sheet-like wall portion 2 (including the end of the other wall portion end edge 2a) is partially cut off at the cutting auxiliary line 5, so that the packaging bag 1 can be easily removed from the hook.

In addition to the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3, the packaging bag 1 also has a sheet-like rib portion 6 folded between the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3. Moreover, the bottom 1a is formed by the sheet-like rib portion 6. That is, the sheet-like rib portion 6 (bottom 1a) is located on one end side of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction, and the opening portion 1b is located on the other end side of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction. The sheet-like rib portion 6 is formed in a manner that the entire sheet-like rib portion 6 is folded in half and folded between the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3.

Furthermore, the sheet-like flank portion 6 has a pair of opposing portions 7 and 8 that face each other when folded in half between a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3. The opposing portion 7 on one side has: a pair of flank end edges 7a and 7a extending toward the second direction at both ends of the first direction; and a pair of flank side edges 7b and 7b connecting both ends of the pair of flank end edges 7a and 7a. The opposing portion 8 on the other side has: a pair of flank end edges 8a and 8a extending toward the second direction at both ends of the first direction; and a pair of flank side edges 8b and 8b connecting both ends of the pair of flank end edges 8a and 8a. In this embodiment, the pair of opposing portions 7 and 8 form a rectangular shape when viewed from the front (specifically, a rectangular shape with long sides formed in the second direction).

Furthermore, one wall end edge 2a of the sheet-like wall portion 2 is connected to one flank end edge 7a of the facing portion 7. Furthermore, one wall end edge 3a of the sheet-like wall portion 3 is connected to one flank end edge 8a of the facing portion 8. Furthermore, a ridge portion 6a extending in the second direction is formed by the other flank end edge 7a of the facing portion 7 and the other flank end edge 8a of the facing portion 8. Furthermore, when viewed from the front, a pair of flank side edges 7b, 7b of the facing portion 7 are consistent with a pair of wall side edges 2b, 2b of the sheet-like wall portion 2 and a pair of wall side edges 3b, 3b of the sheet-like wall portion 3.

The packaging bag 1 of this embodiment is formed using a sheet material. Specifically, the area forming a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 in a sheet material is arranged to face each other to form a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3, and the area forming the sheet-like rib portion 6 is folded between the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 to form the sheet-like rib portion 6.

Furthermore, the packaging bag 1 has a first linear welded portion 1c formed by welding the end edges of a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 and the end edges of a pair of opposing portions 7 and 8 into a linear shape. Specifically, a portion of the wall side edges 2b and 3b of at least one of the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 (both in this embodiment) and the flank side edges 7b and 8b of at least one of the pair of opposing portions 7 and 8 (both in this embodiment) are welded into a linear shape to form the first linear welded portion 1c (a pair of first linear welded portions 1c and 1c in this embodiment). The pair of first linear welded portions 1c and 1c in this embodiment are formed at both end edges in the second direction of the packaging bag 1. Furthermore, the first linear welded portion 1c in this embodiment is formed in a straight line extending in the first direction. Furthermore, the first linear weld 1c is formed in such a way that one end in the first direction reaches one end of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction (specifically, one of the wall end edges 2a, 3a).

Furthermore, the packaging bag 1 has a second linear weld 1d formed by welding together the portions of the end edges of a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 that do not form the first linear weld 1c. Specifically, the portions of the wall side ends 2b and 3b of at least one (both in this embodiment) of the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 that do not form the first linear weld 1c are welded together in a linear shape to form a second linear weld 1d (a pair of second linear welds 1d, 1d in this embodiment). The pair of second linear welds 1d, 1d in this embodiment is formed at both end edges in the second direction of the packaging bag 1. Furthermore, the second linear weld 1d in this embodiment is formed in a straight line shape extending in the first direction. Furthermore, the second linear weld 1d is formed on the opening 1b side of the first linear weld 1c in the first direction. Furthermore, the second linear weld 1d is formed continuously with the first linear weld 1c. Specifically, one end of the second linear weld 1d on the first linear weld 1c side is connected to the other end of the first linear weld 1c. Furthermore, the other end of the second linear weld 1d (the end on the side separated from the first linear weld 1c) reaches the opening 1b.

Furthermore, in the packaging bag 1, near the first linear weld 1c, the facing surfaces of the sheet-like wall portion 2 on one side and the facing surface of the facing portion 7 on one side are joined to each other, and the facing surfaces of a pair of facing portions 7 and 8 are joined to each other, and the facing surfaces of the sheet-like wall portion 3 on the other side and the facing surface of the facing portion 8 on the other side are joined to each other, thereby forming a first reinforcement portion 1e. The first reinforcement portion 1e is formed near at least one (both sides in this embodiment) of the first linear weld 1c. Furthermore, the first reinforcement portion 1e of this embodiment is formed adjacent to the first linear weld 1c. Furthermore, the first reinforcement portion 1e is formed in a strip shape along the first linear weld 1c. Furthermore, the strip-shaped first reinforcement portion 1e is formed to have at least the same length as the first linear weld 1c.

Furthermore, in the packaging bag 1, near the second linear weld 1d, the opposing surfaces of a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 are joined to each other to form a second reinforcement portion 1f. The second reinforcement portion 1f is formed near at least one (both in this embodiment) of the second linear weld 1d. Furthermore, the second reinforcement portion 1f of this embodiment is formed adjacent to the second linear weld 1d. Furthermore, the second reinforcement portion 1f is formed only near one end of the second linear weld 1d on the first linear weld 1c side.

Moreover, the first reinforcing portion 1e is connected to the second reinforcing portion 1f to form a reinforcing area 1g. The reinforcing area 1g of this embodiment is formed in a strip shape along the first linear weld portion 1c and the second linear weld portion 1d. There is no particular limitation on the width of the strip-shaped reinforcing area 1g, and it can be, for example, 1 to 10 mm, or 2 to 5 mm. In addition, one end of the reinforcing area 1g in the first direction (specifically, the end on the side of the first reinforcing portion 1e) is (in this embodiment, in a manner achieved) formed near one end edge of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction (specifically, the wall end edge 2a, 3a of one of a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2, 3). Furthermore, the other end of the reinforcement area 1g in the first direction (the end on the second reinforcement part 1f side) is preferably formed at a position of 3 to 10 mm from the first reinforcement part 1e along the second linear weld part 1d, and more preferably at a position of 4 to 8 mm.

As described above, the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d can be formed by melting and joining the sheet material (specifically, a resin film, etc.) forming a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2, 3 and a sheet-like rib portion 6. Furthermore, the reinforcement area 1g (specifically, the first reinforcement portion 1e and the second reinforcement portion 1f) can be formed by melting and joining the sheet material (specifically, a resin film, etc.) forming a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2, 3 and a sheet-like rib portion 6 using a heat seal bar or the like.

In the packaging bag 1 constructed as described above, an article (not shown) can be stored in the storage space between a pair of sheet-like wall parts 2 and 3 from the opening part 1b formed on the other end side in the first direction. There is no particular limitation on the article, and for example, it can be a food such as a plurality of overlapping slices of toast, or an article other than food. When storing an article in the packaging bag 1, the pair of sheet-like wall parts 2 and 3 are separated from each other (in the z-axis direction of FIG. 3), and the article is inserted between the pair of sheet-like wall parts 2 and 3 from the opening part 1b. As shown in FIG. 4, the sheet-like rib part 6 is unfolded to form the bottom 1a. Next, the packaging bag 1 is tightened or sealed at a position closer to the opening part 1b than the article in the packaging bag 1, thereby sealing the storage space.

As described above, the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment can prevent the packaging bag 1 from being damaged starting from the connecting portion of the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d.

That is, the first reinforcing portion 1e formed near the first linear weld 1c and the second reinforcing portion 1f formed near the second linear weld 1d are connected to form a reinforcing area 1g, thereby suppressing the load applied to the connecting portion of the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d when the article is stored between the pair of sheet-like walls 2 and 3 from the opening 1b. In this way, the packaging bag 1 can be prevented from being damaged starting from the connecting portion of the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d.

In addition, the first strip-shaped reinforcement portion 1e and the first linear weld portion 1c have approximately the same length, thereby more effectively preventing the end edges of a pair of opposing portions 7 and 8 from peeling off from each other in the first linear weld portion 1c.

Furthermore, the first reinforcing portion 1e is formed adjacent to the first linear weld portion 1c, and the second reinforcing portion 1f is formed adjacent to the second linear weld portion 1d, thereby more effectively suppressing the load from being applied to the connecting portion between the first linear weld portion 1c and the second linear weld portion 1d when the article is stored between the pair of sheet-like wall portions 2 and 3 from the opening portion 1b. Thus, the packaging bag 1 can be more effectively suppressed from being damaged starting from the connecting portion between the first linear weld portion 1c and the second linear weld portion 1d.

Furthermore, the width of the band-shaped reinforcement area 1g is within the above range, so that when the article is placed between the pair of sheet-shaped wall portions 2 and 3 from the opening portion 1b, the load applied to the connection portion between the first linear weld portion 1c and the second linear weld portion 1d can be more effectively suppressed. Thus, the packaging bag 1 can be more effectively prevented from being damaged starting from the connection portion between the first linear weld portion 1c and the second linear weld portion 1d.

In addition, the packaging bag of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention. Moreover, the structures or methods of the above-mentioned and the following multiple embodiments can be arbitrarily adopted and combined (the structure or method of one embodiment can be used in the structure or method of another embodiment).

For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a pair of wall side edges 2b, 2b of the sheet-like wall portion 2 on one side and a pair of wall side edges 3b, 3b of the sheet-like wall portion 3 on the other side form a straight line extending in the first direction, but this is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a portion on one end side of the first direction may be formed into a straight line inclined relative to the first direction, and a portion on the other end side of the first direction may be formed into a straight line extending along the first direction. In this case, a first linear weld portion 1c is formed in a portion inclined relative to the first direction, and a second linear weld portion 1d is formed in a portion extending along the first direction.

In addition, the reinforcement area 1g of the above-mentioned embodiment is formed in a strip shape extending in the first direction, but it is not limited to this. For example, it can also be formed only near the connecting part of the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d as shown in Figures 6 and 7. In this case, the outer peripheral shape of the reinforcement area 1g can be a polygon, or a part of it can be an arc shape as shown in Figures 8 and 9.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, one end of the reinforcing area 1g (the end on the first linear weld 1c side) is formed in a manner that reaches one end of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto and may be formed at a position separated from one end of the packaging bag 1 in the first direction (e.g., a position separated by about 1 mm to 4 mm) as shown in, for example, FIGS. 10 and 11 .

In addition, the reinforcement area 1g of the above-mentioned embodiment is formed adjacent to the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed at a position separated from the first linear weld 1c and the second linear weld 1d (e.g., a position separated by about 1mm to 4mm) as shown in, for example, FIGS. 12 and 13 .

Furthermore, the packaging bag 1 of the above-mentioned embodiment is composed of a single sheet, but is not limited thereto, and may also be composed of, for example, a pair of sheet-like wall portions 2, 3 and a sheet-like rib portion as separate sheets.

Claims (4)

A packaging bag comprises: a pair of sheet-like wall portions facing each other; a sheet-like flank portion folded between the pair of sheet-like wall portions; and an opening portion capable of accommodating articles between the pair of sheet-like wall portions, wherein the sheet-like flank portion comprises a pair of opposing portions that face each other when folded in half between the pair of sheet-like wall portions, wherein the packaging bag comprises: a first linear welded portion formed by welding the end edges of the pair of sheet-like wall portions and the end edges of the pair of opposing portions into a linear shape; and a second linear welded portion formed continuously with the first linear welded portion, wherein the second linear welded portion is formed by welding the portions of the end edges of the pair of sheet-like wall portions that do not form the first linear welded portion into a linear shape, and the first linear welded portion is formed by welding the portions of the end edges of the pair of sheet-like wall portions that do not form the first linear welded portion into a linear shape.
