Abstract

A fabric structure with a reinforced hook and loop comprising a first fabric and a second fabric. The first fabric has a first hook and loop surface, a first surface and a plural part of the first hook and loop surface, and the first surface is divided into a first fitting area and a first reserved area; the second fabric has a second hook and loop surface, a second surface and a plural winding part arranged in the second hook and loop surface, the second surface is divided into a second fitting area and a second reserved area, the second fitting area overlaps and fits with the first fitting area, the first reserved area does not overlap and laminate with the first fabric, and the second reserved area does not overlap and fit with the first fabric; When the fabric structure is wound around the object, the parts and the winding parts the are in contact with each other. Thus, a better hook and loop effect can be achieved.

Description

Fabric structure with enhanced Velcro

The present application relates to a textile structure, and more particularly to a textile structure with a reinforced hook and loop fastener.

In general, there are many elastic Velcro products on the market that can be wrapped around body parts or objects, such as human hands, human feet, sports equipment, etc., to facilitate people to tear and fix.

However, the Velcro generally used in elastic fasteners is quite rigid and thick, which makes people feel uncomfortable when the elastic fastener is wrapped around the human body. In addition, the elastic fastener may also cause the fastener part to separate due to people changing their posture and stretching.

In addition, in the past, elastic Velcro was only provided with Velcro on one end, and no other Velcro components were provided on the other end. As a result, the elastic Velcro was easily loosened due to the user's activities, and the user had to rewrap and tear the elastic Velcro. Repeated fastening would cause the Velcro to wear out, thereby shortening its service life.

In view of this, technical personnel in this field are actively developing a technical solution to solve the above problems to improve the defects of the existing technology.

The main purpose of this application is to improve the problem that the elastic hook and loop fasteners in the past are easy to fall off due to activities.

The aforementioned purpose does not preclude the existence of other purposes. If a person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can derive the purpose from the description of the specification, patent application scope or drawings, it is also included in the purpose of this application.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present application provides a fabric structure with enhanced Velcro, which allows a user to wrap around an object, and the fabric structure includes a first fabric and a second fabric. The first fabric has a first Velcro surface, a first surface disposed opposite to the first Velcro surface, and a plurality of clusters disposed on the first Velcro surface, and the first surface is divided into a first bonding area and a first reserved area; the second fabric is disposed on a side of the first fabric away from the clusters, and has a second Velcro surface away from the first surface, a second surface adjacent to the first surface, and a plurality of wrapping portions disposed on the second Velcro surface. The second surface is divided into a second bonding area and a second reserved area, the second bonding area overlaps and bonds with the first bonding area, the second reserved area is located on one side of the second bonding area far away from the first reserved area, and the second reserved area does not overlap and bonds with the first fabric; the first hook and loop surface are located on two relatively far sides, and when the fabric structure is wrapped around an object, the cluster parts and the wrapped parts are in contact with each other to be hooked.

Therefore, this application has the following technical features:

1. The present application has the technical feature that the first fabric and the second fabric leave a first reserved area and a second reserved area respectively. When the fabric structure is wrapped around an object, the first reserved area of the first fabric and the second reserved area of the second fabric have better stretchability, so that the clusters and the wrapped parts can be firmly fastened to each other.

2. Because the first fabric and the second fabric of the present application are fabric structures, the user has a better sense of comfort when the fabric structure wraps around the human body.

In order to facilitate the description of the central idea expressed in the above technical content of this application, a specific embodiment is used for expression. Among them, various different elements of the embodiment are depicted according to the proportion, size, deformation or displacement suitable for description, and are not drawn according to the proportion of the actual element, which should be explained in advance.

The following describes in detail exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the various drawings, and is not intended to limit the technical principles of the present application to a specific disclosed embodiment. Rather, the scope of the present application is limited only by the scope of the patent application and covers alternatives, modifications and equivalents.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 7. In the embodiment of the present application, the present application provides a fabric structure 100 with enhanced Velcro, which allows the user to wrap it around an object 1. The object 1 can be a part of the human body such as a hand or foot, or a handle of an item such as a badminton racket or a bicycle, so as to provide a better Velcro effect.

Please refer to FIG. 1 . The fabric structure 100 includes a first fabric 10 and a second fabric 20 . The first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are flexible and can be wrapped around an object 1 .

In this embodiment, the length of the first fabric 10 and the length of the second fabric 20 are both between 60 inches and 61 inches, and the weight of the first fabric 10 is between 300 grams and 310 grams, and the weight of the second fabric 20 is between 275 grams and 280 grams. Thus, the present application provides a suitable length for the user, making it convenient for the user to wrap around the object 1, and has the characteristic of being lightweight.

Please refer to FIG. 2 , the first fabric 10 has a first hook and loop surface 11, a first surface 12 and a plurality of clusters 13. The first hook and loop surface 11 and the first surface 12 are disposed opposite to each other, the clusters 13 are disposed on the first hook and loop surface 11, and the first surface 12 is divided into a first bonding area 121 and a first reserved area 122.

In this embodiment, the material of the first fabric 10 is processed yarn, and the clusters 13 of the first fabric 10 are made by shearing.

Please continue to refer to FIG. 2 , the second fabric 20 is disposed on a side of the first fabric 10 away from the clusters 13. The second fabric 20 has a second hook and loop surface 21, a second surface 22, and a plurality of winding portions 23. The second hook and loop surface 21 is away from the first surface 12, the second surface 22 is adjacent to the first surface 12, and the winding portions 23 are disposed on the second hook and loop surface 21.

The second surface 22 is divided into a second bonding area 221 and a second reserved area 222. The second bonding area 221 overlaps with the first bonding area 121. The second reserved area 222 is located on one side of the second bonding area 221 away from the first reserved area 122, and the second reserved area 222 does not overlap with the first fabric 10. As shown in FIG. 2 , the first reserved area 122 does not overlap with the second fabric 20, and the second reserved area 222 does not overlap with the first fabric 10, and a section of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are respectively reserved at both ends of the fabric structure 100.

In this embodiment, the materials of the second fabric 20 include, by weight, 30 to 40 parts of processed yarn, 10 to 20 parts of triangular raw yarn, and 40 to 60 parts of island-shaped processed yarn, and the winding portions 23 of the second fabric 20 are made by fiber opening treatment.

It should be noted that the processed yarn can be used as a base for making the second fabric 20. The triangular filaments determine the structural strength of the second fabric 20. If the weight of the triangular filaments is less than 10 weight parts, the structural strength of the second fabric 20 will be insufficient; if the weight of the triangular filaments is higher than 20 weight parts, the structural strength of the second fabric 20 will be too hard, which is not conducive to winding the object 1. The proportion of the island-shaped yarn will affect the adhesion between the second fabric 20 and the first fabric 10. If the weight of the island-shaped yarn is less than 40 weight parts, the second fabric 20 will be difficult to hook and loop with the first fabric 10. If the weight of the island-shaped yarn is higher than 60 weight parts, although the overall hook and loop ability can be improved, the improved adhesion is limited and the cost will be increased.

In the present application, the first hook and loop surface 11 and the second hook and loop surface 21 are located at two sides that are relatively far apart, and when the fabric structure 100 is wrapped around the object 1, the cluster portions 13 and the wrapping portions 23 are in contact with each other to be hooked.

The fabric structure 100 further includes an adhesive layer 30, which is disposed between the first adhesive region 121 and the second adhesive region 221. The adhesive layer 30 can stably adhere the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20, so that the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are not easily separated. The adhesive layer 30 is made of polyurethane hot melt adhesive, which has good softness and skin-friendly properties. When the fabric structure 100 is wrapped around the human body, it provides the user with a better sense of comfort.

Please refer to FIGS. 3 to 5 . In an embodiment of the present application, the shape of the first fabric 10 and the shape of the second fabric 20 are both in the form of long strips. The fabric structure 100 first wraps around the object 1 with the first reserved area 122, and wraps around the clusters 13 outward. As shown in FIG. 3 , the clusters 23 and the clusters 13 are originally separated. As shown in FIG. 4 , after the fabric structure 100 is wrapped, the clusters 13 and the wrapping portions 23 can be clasped with each other to form a clasp state. As shown in FIG. 5 , the second reserved area 222 is used as the end section to wrap around the object 1, and the end section is wrapped around the human hand to enhance the clasp effect.

Please refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 , in another embodiment of the present application, the long strip-shaped first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are wrapped around the badminton racket handle and the bicycle handle. The fabric structure 100 is first wrapped around the object 1 by the second reserved area 222, and the wrapped parts 23 are wrapped outwardly, so that the clusters 13 and the wrapped parts 23 can be hooked together, and the first reserved area 122 is used as the last section to wrap around the object 1. In this way, the hook-and-loop effect of the clusters 13 and the wrapped parts 23 is enhanced.

In another embodiment of the present application, the clusters 13 have hydrophobic properties; the windings 23 have hydrophilic properties. Since the clusters 13 of the first fabric 10 are a plurality of vertical threads and are similar to a needle-like structure, water drops will not easily come into contact with the first fabric 10 over a large area, so the water droplets can still be maintained in a state of water droplets, thereby achieving a hydrophobic effect. On the other hand, the windings 23 of the second fabric 20 are expanded wool structures, so that when water drops come into contact with the windings 23, the water drops can quickly penetrate into the windings 23, making the windings 23 more hydrophilic than the clusters 13.

For example, if the bushes 13 are wrapped around the outside, such as around the human body, the side of the wrapping parts 23 facing the object 1 can absorb the sweat of the human body and keep the human body dry, and the side of the bushes 13 facing the outside can provide a splash-proof effect. On the other hand, if the wrapping parts 23 are wrapped around the outside, such as around the handle of an object, the side of the wrapping parts 23 facing the outside can absorb the sweat of the hands and keep the hands dry.

Combining the above technical features, this application has the following technical features:

1. The present application has the technical feature that the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 leave a first reserved area 122 and a second reserved area 222 respectively. When the fabric structure 100 is wrapped around the object 1, the first reserved area 122 of the first fabric 10 and the second reserved area 222 of the second fabric 20 have better stretchability, so that the clusters 13 and the wrapped parts 23 can be firmly fastened to each other.

2. Because the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 of the present application are fabric structures, when the fabric structure 100 wraps around the human body, the user has a better sense of comfort.

3. The length of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 of the present application is between 60 inches and 61 inches, and the weight of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 is between 300 grams and 310 grams and between 275 grams and 280 grams, respectively. This provides the user with a suitable length, is convenient for the user to wrap around, and has the characteristic of being lightweight.

4. The material of the second fabric 20 of the present application is processed yarn, triangular raw yarn and island processed yarn. By adjusting the proportion of the above materials, the technical effects of high structural strength, softness, good adhesion and low cost can be achieved.

5. The material of the adhesive layer 30 of the present application is polyurethane hot melt adhesive, which has good softness and skin-friendly properties. When the fabric structure 100 is wrapped around the human body, it can provide the user with a better sense of comfort.

6. The present application can be used in different usage scenarios by means of the hydrophobic clusters 13 and the hydrophilic wrappings 23. For example, when used as a bandage, the wrappings 23 can be placed inside to contact the human skin, thereby absorbing sweat; and when used as a grip cloth for a racket or bicycle, the wrappings 23 can be placed outside to contact the palm of the human hand, thereby absorbing sweat from the palm of the hand.

The aforementioned technical features do not preclude the existence of other features. If a person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can derive the features from the description of this application, the scope of the patent application, or the drawings, they are also included in the features of this application.

In summary, the embodiments of this application are only used to describe the technology of this application, and are not used to limit the scope of the patent application of this application. All modifications or changes that do not violate the creative spirit of this application are within the scope of protection intended by this application.

Claims (7)

A fabric structure with enhanced hook and loop fastener is provided for users to wrap around an object. The fabric structure comprises: a first fabric having a first hook and loop fastener surface, a first surface arranged opposite to the first hook and loop fastener surface, and a plurality of clusters arranged on the first hook and loop fastener surface, wherein the first surface is divided into a first bonding area and a first reserved area, the first fabric is made of processed yarn, and the clusters of the first fabric are made by shearing; and a second fabric arranged on a side of the first fabric away from the clusters, having a second hook and loop fastener surface away from the first surface, a second surface adjacent to the first surface, and a plurality of wrapping portions arranged on the second hook and loop fastener surface, wherein the second surface is provided on the first side of the first fabric. The surface is divided into a second bonding area and a second reserved area, the second bonding area overlaps and bonds with the first bonding area, the second reserved area is located on one side of the second bonding area away from the first reserved area, and the second reserved area does not overlap and bonds with the first fabric. The material of the second fabric includes: 30 to 40 parts by weight of processed yarn, 10 to 20 parts by weight of triangular raw yarn and 40 to 60 parts by weight of island processed yarn, and the winding parts of the second fabric are made by fiber opening treatment; the first hook and loop surface are located on two relatively far sides, and when the fabric structure is wrapped around the object, the cluster parts and the winding parts are in contact with each other to be hooked. As described in claim 1, the fabric structure, wherein the shape of the first fabric and the shape of the second fabric are both in the form of long strips, the first reserved area is first wound around the object, and the clusters are wound outwardly, so that the clusters and the wound portions can be interlocked with each other, and the second reserved area is used as the last section to wind around the object. As described in claim 1, the fabric structure, wherein the shape of the first fabric and the shape of the second fabric are both in the form of long strips, the second reserved area is first wound around the object, and the wound parts are wound outward, so that the bundle parts and the wound parts can be interlocked, and the object is wound around the first reserved area as the end. The fabric structure as described in claim 1, wherein the length of the first fabric and the length of the second fabric are both between 60 inches and 61 inches, the weight of the first fabric is between 300 grams and 310 grams, and the weight of the second fabric is between 275 grams and 280 grams. The fabric structure as described in claim 1, wherein the clusters have hydrophobic properties; and the windings have hydrophilic properties. The fabric structure as described in claim 1 further comprises an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is disposed between the first adhesive area and the second adhesive area. The fabric structure as described in claim 6, wherein the material of the adhesive layer is polyurethane hot melt adhesive.
