Abstract

The invention relates to a bottle cap ring removing device and a plastic bottle recycling device including the same. The bottle cap ring removing device is used for a bottle body. The mouth cover of the bottle body is provided with a bottle cap ring. The bottle cap ring removing device includes a fixing mechanism and a bottle cap ring removing mechanism. The fixing mechanism is used for fixing the bottle body. The bottle cap ring removing mechanism includes a bottle cap ring cutter. The bottle cap ring cutter is used for cutting the bottle cap ring. The present invention can effectively remove the bottle cap ring of the bottle body for classification and increase the practicability of the plastic bottle recycling device.

Description

Bottle cap ring removal device and plastic bottle recycling device including the same

The present invention relates to a bottle cap ring removal device, and more particularly to an improved technical structure of a bottle cap ring removal device for a plastic bottle recycling device.

According to the strong promotion of the Environmental Protection Agency and the public's gradual awareness of the importance of environmental protection and reducing garbage, in order to recycle used waste plastic bottles, the Environmental Protection Agency has set up many plastic bottle recycling stations to carry out plastic bottle recycling work. However, the bottle cap ring of the plastic bottle is made of different materials from the bottle body and needs to be recycled separately. Therefore, the bottle cap ring must be removed before the plastic bottle can be crushed and collected. Therefore, traditional plastic bottle recycling stations can only collect plastic bottles, and then transport the plastic bottles to the recycling unit for additional removal of the bottle cap ring before the plastic bottles can be crushed. The above problem will lead to a reduction in the collection capacity of the recycling station due to the inability to crush the plastic bottles first, which greatly reduces the recycling efficiency, and there are shortcomings that need to be improved urgently.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced bottle cap ring removal device and a plastic bottle recycling device including the same to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a bottle cap ring removal device and a plastic bottle recycling device including the same, which can effectively remove the bottle cap rings from the bottle body for classification and increase the practicality of the plastic bottle recycling device.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a bottle cap ring removal device for use with a bottle body, the bottle mouth sleeve of the bottle body is provided with a bottle cap ring, and the bottle cap ring removal device includes a fixing mechanism and a bottle cap ring removal mechanism. The fixing mechanism is used to fix the bottle body. The bottle cap ring removal mechanism includes a bottle cap ring cutting piece, and the bottle cap ring cutting piece is used to cut the bottle cap ring.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention further provides a plastic bottle recycling device, including a bottle cap ring removal device as described above, and also including a shell and a shredding device. The fixing mechanism and the bottle cap ring removal mechanism are arranged in the shell. The shredding device is arranged in the shell to shred and recycle the bottle body with the bottle cap ring removed.

The following is only an example to illustrate the possible implementation of the present invention, but it is not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention, so it should be stated in advance.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 9, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The bottle cap ring removal device of the present invention is used for a bottle body 9, and the bottle mouth sleeve of the bottle body 9 is provided with a bottle cap ring 91. The bottle cap ring removal device includes a fixing mechanism 3 and a bottle cap ring removal mechanism 4.

The fixing mechanism 3 is used to fix the bottle body 9. In this embodiment, the fixing mechanism 3 includes a clamping device 31, and the clamping device 31 can selectively clamp the bottle body 9.

The bottle cap ring removing mechanism 4 includes a bottle cap ring cutting member 41, which is used to cut the bottle cap ring 91 so that the bottle cap ring 91 is cut into two halves to be separated from the bottle mouth of the bottle body 9. In this embodiment, the bottle cap ring cutting member 41 is a circular saw, which is used to axially cut the bottle mouth and the bottle cap ring 91 from one axial end of the bottle mouth to cut the opposite radial ends of the bottle cap ring 91. The bottle cap ring 91 then falls freely, and it can avoid cutting the non-bottle mouth portion of the bottle body 9. The bottle cap ring removal mechanism 4 further includes a side plate 42, the circular saw is axially opposite to the side plate 42 and is separated by a spacing distance, the spacing distance is smaller than the diameter of the bottle mouth and allows half of the bottle mouth to be inserted into it after being cut.

The present invention also provides a plastic bottle recycling device, including a bottle cap ring removal device as described above, and also including a shell 1 and a shredding device 2. The fixing mechanism 3 and the bottle cap ring removal mechanism 4 are arranged in the shell 1. The shredding device 2 is arranged in the shell 1 for shredding and recycling the bottle body 9 with the bottle cap ring 91 removed.

Thus, when the bottle cap ring cutting member 41 cuts the bottle cap ring 91 into two halves and separates it from the bottle mouth of the bottle body 9, the bottle body 9 with the bottle cap ring 91 removed can be shredded for recycling. The shredded bottle body 9 takes up less volume, which can effectively increase the storage capacity of the plastic bottle recycling device and reduce the post-processing procedures of the recycling operation of the recycling operator.

The housing 1 is provided with a movable overhead crane 11, and the fixing mechanism 3 is provided on the overhead crane 11 and can swing relative to the overhead crane 11, so that the fixing mechanism 3 can move the bottle body 9.

Preferably, the plastic bottle recycling device further includes a bottle cap removal device 51 disposed in the housing 1, the bottle cap removal device 51 is used to rotate the bottle cap 93 of the bottle body 9 for removal, and the bottle cap 93 falls freely to additionally recycle the bottle cap 93.

The plastic bottle recycling device further comprises a label removal mechanism 6 and a label recycling bucket 52 disposed in the housing 1. The bottle body 9 is provided with a label film 92. The label removal mechanism 6 comprises a label cutting member 61 and at least one suction mechanism 7. Each suction mechanism 7 is located above the label recycling bucket 52. The label cutting member 61 is used to cut the radial side of the label film 92. Each suction mechanism 7 is provided to remove the label from the label film 92. The taking mechanism 7 is used to suck the label film 92 so that the label film 92 is separated from the bottle body 9 and falls freely to the label recovery bucket 52 to prevent the cut label film 92 from not being separated from the bottle body 9 smoothly, and the label film 92 is put into the label recovery bucket 52 to collect the label film 92. In this embodiment, the label cutting member 61 is also a circular saw, which can effectively cut the label film 92. In this embodiment, the number of the sucking mechanism 7 is two.

In addition, the shredder 2 includes a colorless bottle shredder 21, a colored bottle shredder 22, and an identification device 23. The identification device 23 is used to identify whether the bottle body 9 is a colorless or colored material, so that the fixing mechanism 3 can selectively put the bottle body 9 into the colorless bottle shredder 21 or the colored bottle shredder 22. In this embodiment, the identification device 23 is an optical identification element. Since the materials of colored bottles and colorless bottles are different, the shredder 2 can effectively separate and collect colored plastic bottles and colorless plastic bottles.

The plastic bottle recovery device further includes a cleaning device 53 and a waste water recovery tank 54 disposed in the housing 1. The cleaning device 53 is used to spray liquid into the bottle body 9. The waste water recovery tank 54 is located below the cleaning device 53 to collect the residual liquid in the bottle body 9 and the liquid sprayed by the cleaning device 53.

Furthermore, the housing 1 is provided with an inlet 12, and the PET bottle recycling device further comprises a conveyor belt 13 disposed in the housing 1, the conveyor belt 13 corresponds to the inlet 12, and the fixing mechanism 3 is used to clamp the bottle body 9 carried on the conveyor belt 13; the PET bottle recycling device further comprises a cap ring recycling bucket 55 disposed in the housing 1, the cap ring recycling bucket 55 is located below the bottle cap ring cutting member 41 and the bottle cap removal device 51, and can collect the cut bottle cap ring 91 and the bottle cap 93.

Figures 3 to 9 are used to illustrate the actual operation steps of this embodiment (but not limited to this): the consumer puts the bottle body 9 into the housing 1 from the input port 12, the conveyor belt 13 drives the bottle body 9 to move to the fixing mechanism 3, the fixing mechanism 3 clamps the bottle body 9 and moves it, and the bottle cap removal device 51 is inserted into the bottle cap 93 to remove the bottle cap 93. After the bottle cap 93 is removed, the bottle body 9 is driven by the fixing mechanism 3 to allow the bottle cap ring cutting member 41 to cut the bottle cap ring 91. Claims (9)

A bottle cap ring removal device is provided for a bottle body, wherein the bottle body has a bottle cap ring on its bottle mouth, and comprises: a fixing mechanism for fixing the bottle body; a bottle cap ring removal mechanism, comprising a bottle cap ring cutting member, wherein the bottle cap ring cutting member is a circular saw, and the circular saw is used to cut the bottle cap ring from the bottle mouth; The axial end of the bottle mouth and the bottle cap ring is axially cut to cut off the two opposite radial ends of the bottle cap ring. The bottle cap ring removal mechanism further includes a side plate. The circular saw is axially opposite to the side plate and is separated by a spacing distance. The spacing distance is smaller than the diameter of the bottle mouth and allows half of the bottle mouth to be inserted into it after being cut. As described in claim 3, the plastic bottle recycling device, wherein a movable overhead crane is provided in the housing, and the fixing mechanism is provided on the overhead crane and can swing relative to the overhead crane. The PET bottle recycling device as described in claim 3 further includes a bottle cap removal device disposed in the housing, the bottle cap removal device being used to rotate the bottle cap of the bottle body for removal. The PET bottle recycling device as described in claim 3 further includes a label removal mechanism and a label recycling bucket disposed in the housing, the bottle body is provided with a label film, the label removal mechanism includes a label cutting piece and at least one suction mechanism, each of the suction mechanisms is located above the label recycling bucket, the label cutting piece is used to cut the radial side of the label film, and each of the suction mechanisms is used to suck the label film and put the label film into the label recycling bucket. The plastic bottle recycling device as described in claim 3, wherein the shredding device includes a colorless bottle shredding trough, a colored bottle shredding trough and an identification device, the identification device is used to identify whether the bottle body is a colorless or colored material, so that the fixing mechanism can selectively put the bottle body into the colorless bottle shredding trough or the colored bottle shredding trough. The plastic bottle recycling device as described in claim 3 further includes a cleaning device and a waste water recovery tank disposed in the housing, wherein the cleaning device is used to spray liquid into the bottle body, and the waste water recovery tank is located below the cleaning device. The plastic bottle recycling device as described in claim 3, wherein a movable overhead crane is provided in the housing, the fixing mechanism is provided on the overhead crane and can swing relative to the overhead crane; it also includes a bottle cap removal device, the bottle cap removal device is used to rotate the bottle cap of the bottle body for removal; it also includes a label removal mechanism and a label recycling bucket, the bottle body is provided with a label film, the label removal mechanism includes a label cutting piece and at least one suction mechanism, each suction mechanism is located at the upper side of the label recycling bucket, the label cutting piece is used to cut the radial side of the label film, each suction mechanism is used to suck the label film and put the label film into the label recycling bucket; the shredding device includes a colorless bottle shredding tank, a colored bottle shredding tank, and a colored bottle shredding tank.
