Abstract

An intelligent disinfection device is disclosed, comprising: a carrier, a control module, a first sterilization module, a second sterilization module, and an image recognition module. The carrier includes a base for mounting a wheel set and a first platform, and the first platform is used for mounting a second platform. The first sterilization module is located on the first platform and comprises multiple first illumination units and an opening and closing unit. Each first illumination unit is electrically connected to the control module, and the opening and closing unit is used to change the irradiation angle of each first illumination unit. The second sterilization module is located on the second platform and is used to adjust the irradiation height of the second illumination unit. The second illumination unit is located on a lifting unit and is electrically connected to the control module. The image recognition module is located on the second platform and is electrically connected to the control module. Thus, the present invention enables customizable autonomous disinfection of the ground and different height areas.

Description

Smart disinfection device

This creation is about a disinfection device, in particular, about a light-based intelligent disinfection device.

With the development of science and technology, more and more technological products are appearing in people's daily lives, helping people to handle matters of all sizes. For example, the emergence of various cleaning and disinfection tools helps people to clean and disinfect the environment.

Known technologies such as Taiwan Patent No. M268092, an indoor self-propelled intelligent ultraviolet sterilization remote control vehicle, uses a remote control platform suitable for use in air-conditioning ducts and other spaces, and is equipped with an adjustable ultraviolet lamp. It can be easily moved to reach the pipe space and every corner of the room that cannot be reached by ordinary hands and equipment. The operator can remotely control it wirelessly or use a pre-programmed intelligent self-propelled mode to sterilize with ultraviolet light to prevent the growth of germs and microorganisms and avoid the harm of ultraviolet light to the operator. However, the known technology does not disclose the function of automatically detecting the area that needs to be disinfected by image recognition, nor does it disclose how to disinfect areas at different heights.

Another known technology is a UV sterilizer in Taiwan Patent No. M248451, which is mainly equipped with a UV lamp on a main body, and uses a control device in the main body to control the brightness of the UV lamp, so that the user can move the main body and the UV lamp to any appropriate position, and directly use the UV lamp to sterilize things in the surrounding environment. However, the known technology does not have the function of automatic movement and disinfection and disinfection of preset different height areas.

Another known technology is a mobile retractable ultraviolet sterilizer in Taiwan Patent No. 556556, which includes: a movable base; a frame, vertically arranged on the base; a plurality of long retractable arms, the inner ends of which are respectively hinged on the frame with hinge devices, and the bottom is provided with a hydraulic rod or a pneumatic rod to support the unfolding thereof, and ultraviolet lamps are installed on them, and each retractable arm can be independently folded or unfolded to a horizontal state. In this way, the irradiation efficiency is increased and the corresponding retractable arms can be selected to be folded or opened according to the site conditions to expand the scope of use. However, the known technology does not disclose the function of automatically detecting and moving to the preset area that needs to be disinfected by image recognition.

In view of the above and other problems, the prior art needs to be improved.

The purpose of this invention is to provide an intelligent disinfection device that can automatically switch to use sterilization modules at different positions, corresponding to disinfection areas at different heights.

Another purpose of this invention is to provide an intelligent disinfection device that can automatically move to the area that needs to be sterilized or disinfected according to the pre-set area location and automatically complete the sterilization or disinfection operation.

Another purpose of this invention is to provide an intelligent disinfection device that has the ability to change the size of the sterilization light area and raise and lower the sterilization light height, which can meet the needs of disinfecting areas at different locations.

Another purpose of this invention is to provide an intelligent disinfection device that can combine light energy of a specific wavelength with chemical energy to kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.

To achieve the above and other purposes, the invention provides an intelligent disinfection device, comprising: a carrier having a base, a wheel set, a first carrier and a second carrier, the base having a power supply unit, the wheel set being arranged at the bottom of the base, the first carrier being mounted on the base, and the second carrier being mounted on the first carrier; a control module being arranged at the base and electrically connected to the power supply unit; a first sterilization module being arranged at the first carrier, having a first illumination unit and a second light source; An opening and closing unit, each of the first illumination units is electrically connected to the control module, and the opening and closing unit is used to change the illumination angle of each of the first illumination units; a second sterilization module, having a second illumination unit and a lifting unit, the lifting unit is arranged on the second platform to adjust the illumination height of the first illumination unit, the second illumination unit is arranged on the lifting unit and electrically connected to the control module; and an image recognition module, arranged on the second platform and electrically connected to the control module.

Preferably, the opening and closing unit has a screw slide mechanism, and a slide of the screw slide mechanism moves vertically between a first position and a second position relative to the first carrier.

Preferably, each of the first illumination units is a long strip-shaped sterilization lamp, one end of which is hinged to the first carrier, and the other end is connected to the slide by a connecting rod. When the slide moves to the first position, each connecting rod pulls back each of the first illumination units to a folded state, and when the slide moves to the second position, each connecting rod pushes out each of the first illumination units to an expanded state.

Preferably, the lifting unit includes a transmission wheel set perpendicular to the second carrier and a timing belt sleeved on the transmission wheel set, and the second lighting unit is engaged with the timing belt, so that the second lighting unit changes its height as the timing belt is driven.

Preferably, the invention further comprises a distance measurement module, which is disposed on the second carrier.

Preferably, the invention further comprises an alcohol spraying module disposed on the second carrier.

Preferably, the alcohol spray module has a fixing frame and a pressing unit, and the pressing unit is electrically connected to the control module.

Preferably, the control module further includes an input unit to set the control parameters of the control module.

Preferably, the invention further comprises a box cover, which is arranged on the second carrier and covers the alcohol spray module, and the box cover has a window to expose the alcohol spray module.

In order to make the above and other purposes, effects, and features more clearly understood, some preferred embodiments are cited below, and detailed descriptions are made with reference to the attached drawings. The intelligent disinfection device of this embodiment includes: a carrier 10, a control module 20, a first sterilization module 30, a second sterilization module 40 and an image recognition module 50. The carrier 10 is provided with a wheel set 12, a base 11, a first carrier 13 and a second carrier 14 in order from bottom to top. The base 11 has a power supply unit 111, which can provide power for the operation of each module such as the control module 20, the first sterilization module 30, the second sterilization module 40, the image recognition module 50, etc.

The control module 20 is disposed on the base 11, and the wheel set 12 is disposed at the bottom of the base 11, for example, around the bottom or around the bottom surface. In a preferred embodiment, the wheel sets 12 can be a plurality of omnidirectional wheels driven by electric motors. The electric motors are electrically connected to the control module 20 to control the rotation of the wheel sets 12, so that the carrier 10 can move arbitrarily in the entire area without a steering mechanism.

The first sterilization module 30 is disposed on the first carrier 13 closer to the ground, and has a plurality of first illumination units 31 and an opening and closing unit 32. Each of the first illumination units 31 is electrically connected to the control module 20. The opening and closing unit 32 is used to change the illumination angle of each of the first illumination units 31, so that it can be folded when walking in a narrow passage or a passage with many obstacles, making it easy to pass through. After reaching the current ground, it can be unfolded to disinfect a large area.

The second sterilization module 40 has a second illumination unit 41 and a lifting unit 42. The lifting unit 42 is disposed on the second carrier 14 to adjust the illumination height of the second illumination unit 41. The second illumination unit 41 is disposed on the lifting unit 42 and is electrically connected to the control module 20 to drive the lifting unit 42 to adjust the illumination height of the second illumination unit 41 according to the needs of the disinfection area.

The image recognition module 50 is disposed on the second carrier 14 and is electrically connected to the control module 20. Specifically, the image recognition module 50 has an image capture function, which can capture images on the path and images of the disinfection area, and perform recognition, so as to reach the destination automatically and correctly disinfect the disinfection area.

In one embodiment, the opening and closing unit 32 adopts a screw slide mechanism 321, and a slide 322 of the screw slide mechanism 321 moves vertically between a first position and a second position relative to the first carrier 13. Preferably, each of the first illumination units 31 is a long strip-shaped sterilization lamp, one end of which is hinged to the first carrier 13, and the other end is connected to the slide 322 by a connecting rod 323. As shown in FIG. 1, when the slide 322 moves to the first position, each connecting rod 323 pulls back each of the first illumination units 31 to a folded state, so as to shorten the width and depth of the first illumination units 31 before reaching the disinfection area. This makes it difficult for the invention to hit surrounding obstacles when walking on narrow paths; as shown in Figure 2, when the slide 322 moves to the second position, each connecting rod 323 pushes each first illumination unit 31 to be in an open state, so that after the invention reaches the destination, i.e. the disinfection area, the opening and closing unit 32 is opened and the width and inclination of the first illumination units 31 are changed, so that the ground area near the periphery of the base 11 can be illuminated.

As shown in FIG1 , the second illumination unit 41 can also adjust the disinfection height as needed. In one embodiment, the lifting unit 42 includes a transmission wheel set 421 perpendicular to the second carrier 14 and a timing belt 422 which is sleeved on the transmission wheel set 421 and can accurately control the moving distance. The second illumination unit 41 is engaged with the timing belt 422 and can change its height as the timing belt 422 is driven. In combination with the recognition capability of the image recognition module 50, the second illumination unit 41 can automatically disinfect areas at different heights.

FIG5 is a three-dimensional diagram of the alcohol spray module exposed on the lid of the smart disinfection device of an embodiment of the invention. Please refer to FIG5 together. Further, the invention may include a distance measuring module 60 disposed on the second carrier 14, such as an ultrasonic or laser rangefinder, which can detect the distance between the invention and external objects to accurately maintain a safe distance and prevent collision. Furthermore, the distance measuring module 60 may include a display unit 61 to display the distance value detected by the distance measuring module 60, which can add a visual warning function.

FIG4 is a three-dimensional diagram of another embodiment of the invention, which is a smart disinfection device combined with a box cover. Please refer to FIG2, FIG3 and FIG4. The invention further includes a box cover 80, which is arranged on the second carrier 14 and covers the alcohol spray module 70 described later. The box cover 80 has a window 81 to expose the alcohol spray module 70 so that it can perform the disinfection function.

FIG5 is a three-dimensional diagram of the alcohol spray module exposed on the cover of the intelligent disinfection device of an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG5, preferably, in one embodiment, the present invention may further include an alcohol spray module 70 disposed on the second carrier 14, which may be disposed on the same side or the opposite side of the second sterilization module 40. Specifically, the alcohol spray module 70 has a fixing frame 71 and a pressing unit 72. The fixing frame 71 can fix a commercially available alcohol spray bottle 73. The pressing unit 72 is electrically connected to the control module 20 and can control the spray bottle 73 to spray alcohol by rolling a cable fixed to the pressure rod of the spray bottle 73 through a motor to disinfect the spray area.

Preferably, the control module 20 may further include an input unit 21, so that the control parameters of the control module 20 can be directly input and edited, and even the start and stop of each module of the creation can be directly controlled, so as to improve the flexibility of customized settings.

Preferably, a box cover 80 is further included, which is disposed on the second carrier 14 to cover the alcohol spray module 70 to protect its exposed mechanism. The box cover 80 has a window 81 to expose the alcohol spray module 70 without affecting the spray disinfection function.

In summary, this invention uses sterilization modules of different structures to automatically disinfect the ground or higher surfaces to meet the disinfection needs of different heights. The ground sterilization module of this invention can automatically expand and collapse as needed. It can collapse while moving to reduce the volume and improve obstacle avoidance. It can also move during disinfection to perform continuous large-area disinfection to improve disinfection efficiency. This invention has programmable capabilities and can automatically move to the area that needs to be sterilized or disinfected according to the pre-set area position to automatically complete the sterilization or disinfection operation. This invention can also combine light energy and chemical energy for sterilization to expand the disinfection capacity.

A smart disinfection device comprises: a carrier (10) having a base (11), a wheel set (12), a first carrier (13) and a second carrier (14), wherein the base (11) has a power supply unit (111), the wheel set (12) is arranged at the bottom of the base (11), the first carrier (13) is mounted on the base (11), and the second carrier (14) is mounted on the first carrier (13); a control module (20) is arranged on the base (11) and electrically connected to the power supply unit (111); a first sterilization module (30) is arranged on the first carrier (13) and has a first illumination unit (31) and an opening and closing unit (32). , each of the first illumination units (31) and the opening and closing unit (32) are electrically connected to the control module (20), and the opening and closing unit (32) is used to change the illumination angle of each of the first illumination units (31); a second sterilization module (40) has a second illumination unit (41) and a lifting unit (42), and the lifting unit (42) is arranged on the second carrier (14) to adjust the illumination height of the second illumination unit (41), and the second illumination unit (41) is arranged on the lifting unit (42) and electrically connected to the control module (20); and an image recognition module (50) is arranged on the second carrier (14) and electrically connected to the control module (20). The intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 1, wherein the opening and closing unit (32) has a screw slide mechanism (321), and a slide (322) of the screw slide mechanism (321) moves vertically between a first position and a second position relative to the first carrier (13). As described in claim 2, the intelligent disinfection device, wherein each first illumination unit (31) is a long strip-shaped sterilization lamp, one end of which is hinged to the first carrier (13), and the other end is connected to the slide (322) by a connecting rod (323). When the slide (322) moves to the first position, each connecting rod (323) pulls back each first illumination unit (31) to a retracted state. When the slide (322) moves to the second position, each connecting rod (323) pushes out each first illumination unit (31) to an extended state. An intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 1 or 3, wherein the lifting unit (42) includes a transmission wheel set (421) perpendicular to the second carrier (14) and a timing belt (422) sleeved on the transmission wheel set (421), and the second illumination unit (41) is engaged with the timing belt (422), so that the second illumination unit (41) changes its height as the timing belt (422) is driven. The intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 1 further comprises a distance measuring module (60) disposed on the second carrier (14). The intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 1 further comprises an alcohol spray module (70) disposed on the second carrier (14). As described in claim 6, the alcohol spray module (70) has a fixing frame (71) and a pressing unit (72), and the pressing unit (72) is electrically connected to the control module (20). The intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 1, wherein the control module (20) further comprises an input unit (21) for setting the control parameters of the control module (20). The intelligent disinfection device as described in claim 6 further comprises a box cover (80) disposed on the second carrier (14) to cover the alcohol spray module (70), and the box cover (80) has a window (81) to expose the alcohol spray module (70).
