Abstract

Disclosed is a method of providing a cart page in an electronic device for an item sales service, the method including receiving selection information about at least one item from a terminal of a user using the service. allocating the selected at least one item, based on a category of the item, to a list corresponding to one of a first category and a second category, and providing the terminal with the cart page including first cart information associated with the first category and a first area for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item, in which the first cart information is determined based on information on the item included in the first item list and information on the user.

Description

Method and electronic device for providing shopping cart page in commodity sales service

The present invention relates to a method for providing a shopping cart page in an item sales service and an electronic device used in the method.

With the development of e-commerce, there are more and more social commerce companies. Therefore, it is crucial for companies to engage in marketing activities to attract customers and make them subscribe to become their members. Specifically, since buyers decide to buy after searching for item prices, member benefits, and shipping costs from multiple suppliers, it is necessary to retain buyers and induce membership subscriptions to continue using services in the future. In addition, since buyers put items to be purchased in the shopping cart and finally make a purchase decision, it is also necessary to attract customers to the shopping cart screen in addition to the item search screen or the item details screen.

In addition, with the development of the Internet and delivery technology, fresh products and overseas direct purchases can be sold online, allowing the same online supplier to trade multiple types of items. However, since buyers put various types of items into the shopping cart, it is difficult to grasp the different information of each type of item.

In this regard, reference may be made to previous documents such as Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2014-0144258.

One aspect of the present invention is to provide a method for providing a shopping cart page in an item sales service and an electronic device for the method. The technical aspects of the present invention are not limited to the technical aspects mentioned above, and other technical aspects can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments.

According to one aspect, a method for providing a shopping cart page for an item sales service in an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: receiving selection information about at least one item from a terminal of a user using the service; assigning the selected at least one item to a list corresponding to one of a first category and a second category based on a category of the item; and providing the terminal with the shopping cart page including first shopping cart information associated with the first category and a first area for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item. The first shopping cart information can be determined based on information about the item included in the first item list and information about the user.

According to another aspect, an electronic device for providing a shopping cart page associated with an item sales service is provided, the electronic device comprising a communication device and a controller configured to control the communication device. The controller may be further configured to: receive selection information about at least one item from a terminal of a user using the service via the communication device; assign the selected at least one item to a list corresponding to one of a first category and a second category based on a category of the item; and provide the terminal with the shopping cart page comprising first shopping cart information associated with the first category and a first area of a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item via the communication device. The first shopping cart information may be determined based on information about the items included in the first item list and information about the user.

According to yet another aspect, a terminal for providing a shopping cart page to a user using an item sales service is provided, the terminal comprising a communication device, an input device, an output device, and a processor operably coupled to the communication device, the input device, and the output device. The processor may be configured to: receive a selection of at least one item from the user via the input device; transmit information about the selection to an electronic device used for the service via the communication device; receive first shopping cart information associated with a first category and a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item from the electronic device via the communication device; and output the shopping cart page including the first shopping cart information and a first area for displaying the first item list via the output device. The first shopping cart information may be determined based on information about the item included in the first item list and information about the user.

According to the present invention, since the shopping cart page provides information about the benefits a user can receive when purchasing an item, it is possible to identify the benefits of users who participate in activities or subscribe to memberships and non-member users who have not participated in activities before purchasing items, thereby inducing users to subscribe to memberships.

In addition, by dividing the items in the shopping cart by category and displaying the guaranteed delivery arrival time and corresponding last order time of each category, users can view the order information and status of each category, thereby increasing user convenience.

The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and those familiar with the art will clearly understand other effects not mentioned from the description of the scope of the invention patent application.

While considering the functions in the present invention, the terms used in the exemplary embodiments have been selected as general terms that are currently used as widely as possible, but these may change according to the intention of those familiar with this technology, precedents, the emergence of new technologies, and the like. In addition, in some cases, there are terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant, and in this case, the meaning will be described in detail in the corresponding description. Throughout the specification, when it is specified that a part "includes" or "contains" a specific component, it means that other components may be further included, and it does not exclude other components unless otherwise specified. The "terminal" mentioned below may be implemented as a computer or a portable terminal that can access a server or other terminals through a network. Here, the computer includes (for example) a notebook computer equipped with a web browser, a desktop computer, a laptop computer and the like, and the portable terminal is (for example) a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, which may include all types of handheld wireless communication devices including communication-based terminals, such as IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), W-CDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), smartphones, tablet PCs and the like.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail so that those skilled in the art in the relevant fields of the present invention can easily implement the embodiments. However, the present invention can be implemented in various different forms and is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described herein. In the present invention, an article may mean a single article or a group of articles of the same type. Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a system for providing a shopping cart page according to an exemplary embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 1 , a shopping cart page providing system 1 may include a user terminal 10 and an electronic device 20. In the shopping cart page providing system 1 shown in FIG. 1 , only components related to this exemplary embodiment are shown. Therefore, a person skilled in the art of the present invention will understand that in addition to the components shown in FIG. 1 , other general components may also be further included.

The user terminal 10 and the electronic device 20 can communicate with each other via a network 30. The network 30 includes a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), a value-added network (VAN), a mobile radio communication network, a satellite communication network, and a combination thereof. The network is a data communication network in a comprehensive sense that enables the network components shown in FIG. 1 to communicate with each other smoothly, and may include a wired Internet network, a wireless Internet network, and a mobile wireless communication network. Wireless communication may be, for example, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, WFD (Wi-Fi Direct), UWB (Ultra Wide Band), infrared communication (IrDA, Infrared Data Association), NFC (Near Field Communication) and the like, but is not limited thereto.

The user terminal 10 may receive a selection of at least one item from a user using an item sales service. The user using the service may select at least one item through the user terminal 10. To this end, the user may search for an item name or an item keyword on an item search page, and select item information to view detailed item information in the search results. When the user wishes to purchase an item on an item detail page, the user may select the item by transmitting a purchase request.

According to an exemplary embodiment, at least one item is an item provided to a user by a service, and the item displayed on the user terminal 10 may be different for each user based on information about the user. For example, the user information may include whether the user has subscribed to a membership provided by the service and whether the user has been invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership provided by the service. Therefore, the item provided to a user who wishes to select an item may be different depending on whether the user is a member who has subscribed to the membership or a non-member who has participated in the activity.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal 10 may transmit the user's selection of at least one item to the electronic device 20 and receive first shopping cart information associated with a first category and a first item list of at least one item corresponding to the first category from the electronic device 20. Furthermore, the user terminal 10 may further receive second shopping cart information associated with a second category and a second item list of at least one item corresponding to the second category from the electronic device 20.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the category of an item may be determined based on at least one of a nature of the item and whether a benefit based on a membership provided by the service is given. For example, the category of an item may be determined depending on whether the item is a fresh product that requires separate handling, an item that is only provided to members of a membership, an item that requires special delivery such as air or sea transportation, or an item that will be given a membership-exclusive delivery service. More specifically, if the item is a fresh product that requires separate handling, it may only be provided to members of a membership, and such an item may be designated as a "fresh" item. When an item is delivered from overseas and requires special delivery such as air or sea transportation, it may be designated as an "overseas direct purchase" item. An item that is to be given a membership-exclusive delivery service at the time of purchase may be designated as a "wow" item, and an item that is sold normally and is not available for membership-exclusive delivery service may be designated as a "general" item. As described above, the categories of items may be designated based on the nature of the item and whether a membership-based benefit is given. According to an exemplary embodiment, the first category involves items that are provided to all users who use the service and can be given a membership-based benefit provided by the service, and the second category involves items that are provided to users who have subscribed to the membership or have been invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership. In other words, a member of the membership provided by the service (or in the case of a non-member who participates in the activity during the activity period) can purchase both the first category items and the second category items, but a non-member (or a non-member who does not participate in the activity during the activity period) will be able to purchase only the first category items. In this case, in the above example, the "wow" item may correspond to the first category, and the "fresh" item may correspond to the second category.

The user terminal 10 may output a shopping cart page including first shopping cart information and a first area displaying a first item list received from the electronic device 20. According to an exemplary embodiment, the first shopping cart information may be determined based on information about items included in the first item list and user information. The first shopping cart information may display first category information and may include at least one of price information of an item included in the first item list and delivery information of at least a portion of the items included in the first item list. The delivery information may include information about a guaranteed delivery arrival time expected when purchasing at least a portion of the items included in the first item list and a last order time corresponding to the guaranteed delivery arrival time information. Delivery information can be based on items with the earliest guaranteed delivery arrival time.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when an activity associated with a membership is ongoing and a user who has selected at least one item is a non-member who has not subscribed to the membership, if the user's application for invitation to the activity is confirmed, the first shopping cart information may include information about a first offer associated with purchasing items according to the activity provided to the user. For example, the first offer information may include free delivery, delivery at a specific time (e.g., early morning), and the like. At the same time, the display of this offer information may also be provided to the member user. When the non-member user's application for the activity is confirmed to be uninvited, the first shopping cart information may include condition information for purchasing an item included in the first item list. In this case, the condition information is determined based on the price information of the items included in the first item list, and the condition information may include current shopping cart state information based on a minimum condition for purchasing the items included in the first item list.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal 10 may output a shopping cart page to further include the second shopping cart information received from the electronic device 20 and a second area for displaying a second item list. In this case, the first area and the second area may be separately displayed on the shopping cart page, the first shopping cart information may be provided at an upper end of the first area, and the second shopping cart information may be provided at an upper end of the second area.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal 10 receives a user input for first shopping cart information, and may display a group of items classified based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time for at least one item corresponding to the first category in the first area. To this end, the user terminal 10 may receive information from the electronic device 20 about at least one group of items classified based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time for the item for at least one item corresponding to the first category.

The electronic device 20 of the shopping cart page providing system 1 receives selection information about at least one item from the user terminal 10, and can allocate the selected at least one item to a list corresponding to one of the first category and the second category based on the category of the item. In addition, the electronic device 20 can provide a shopping cart page including first shopping cart information associated with the first category and a first area for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item. The first shopping cart information can be determined based on information about the items included in the first item list and user information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 20 can check a progress status of an activity associated with a membership provided by the service. If an activity is ongoing, whether the user is invited to apply for the activity can be verified based on the user information. The first shopping cart information can be determined based on at least one of whether the user has subscribed to the membership and whether the user is invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership. For example, when an activity is ongoing and the user is a non-member who has not subscribed to the membership, if the user is confirmed to be invited to apply for the activity, the first shopping cart information may include information about a first offer provided to the user related to purchasing items according to the activity. Alternatively, when confirming that the non-member user is not invited to apply for the event, the first shopping cart information may include conditional information for receiving the first offer.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 20 may classify at least one item corresponding to the first category into at least one item group based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item. When a user input for first shopping cart information is received from the user terminal 10, a shopping cart page modified to display the item group included in the first category in the first area may be provided to the user terminal 10.

The electronic device 20 of the present invention may be a device included in a server for providing a shopping cart page to a user. The server for providing a shopping cart page to a user may be updated according to information changes (such as changes in the item list provided by the server, progress of service (or platform) activities, membership subscription/cancellation, user participation in activities, etc.).

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a shopping cart page 200 for displaying shopping cart information to a non-member user according to an exemplary embodiment.

The shopping cart page 200 of FIG. 2 is a screen that can be provided to non-member users who do not participate in an activity when an activity associated with a membership provided by the service is in progress, or to general non-member users when the activity is not in progress.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the shopping cart page 200 may include first shopping cart information 210 associated with a category of an item and a first area 220 for displaying a first item list corresponding to a first category among at least one item selected by a user. The first shopping cart information 210 may include item category information 211 and condition information 212 for purchasing items included in the first item list.

The item category information 211 may indicate the category of the item corresponding to the first shopping cart information 210. For example, when the first shopping cart information 210 is for a specific item (for example, a rocket delivery item) to be given a membership benefit, the category information 211 may display "Rocket delivery item". The condition information 212 is determined based on the price information of the items included in the first item list, and it may include current shopping cart state information 213 based on a minimum condition for purchasing the items included in the first item list. For example, the current shopping cart status information 213 compares the sum of the prices of the items included in the first item list with the minimum amount condition that should be satisfied to purchase the items included in the first item list to display the sum of the item prices relative to the minimum amount. The current shopping cart status information 213 can be implemented through a user interface that can indicate a value of the target item within the minimum amount (such as a progress indicator bar). As an example, in FIG. 2, when purchasing items corresponding to the first category, the current status that the items included in the first item list are 10,000 won less than the required minimum amount condition is displayed with a message "Add 10,000 won to place an order" and a progress indicator bar.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first category relates to items provided to all users who use the service, and it may be a category of items that may be given membership-exclusive benefits (e.g., free delivery, fast delivery, delivery at a specific time, etc.) when purchased. In this case, when a member purchases an item in the first category, the purchase may be made without being restricted by the purchase amount. However, when a non-member user purchases an item in the first category, there may be a purchase amount condition in order to receive the membership-exclusive benefits. In this case, condition information 212 may be used to receive the membership-exclusive benefits. Therefore, when the user meets the condition information 212 displayed on the shopping cart page 200, the user can continue to enjoy the exclusive benefits of membership by purchasing items included in the first item list.

The first area 220 may display information about the items included in the first item list. For example, most information for purchasing items may be provided in the first area 220, such as the item name, stock status, information about the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time at the time of purchase, the last order time corresponding to the guaranteed delivery arrival time information, price, purchase quantity, etc.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first shopping cart information 210 may be positioned above the first area 220. Therefore, the user may view the first shopping cart information 210 at a relatively upper position of the shopping cart page 200 and view both quantitative information and qualitative information necessary to proceed with the purchase, which may allow a cost-effective purchase of items.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a shopping cart page 300 for displaying shopping cart information to a user who is given an offer according to an exemplary embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the shopping cart page 300 may include first shopping cart information 310 associated with a category of an item and a first area 320 for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category among at least one item selected by the user. The first shopping cart information 310 may include item category information 311 and delivery information 312 about at least a portion of the items included in the first item list. Since the item category information 311 and the first area 320 are respectively the same as the item category information 211 and the first area 220 of FIG. 2 , overlapping descriptions are omitted.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information 312 may be a delivery information based on a benefit that can be given to a user based on service use. Specifically, the delivery information 312 may be a delivery information provided to a user based on a benefit given to a member by virtue of membership or a benefit given to a non-member who participates in an activity associated with membership. The benefits may include, for example, free delivery, fast delivery, delivery at a specific time, etc., and there may be more benefits provided by membership than by the activity.

Meanwhile, the first shopping cart information 310 of FIG. 3 may be shopping cart information when purchasing an item corresponding to a first category, wherein the first category relates to items provided to all users who use the service, and may be a classification of items that can be given exclusive membership benefits when purchased. Therefore, when purchasing an item corresponding to a specific category other than the first category, information different from the first shopping cart information 310 of FIG. 3 may be provided to a member with membership or a non-member who participates in an activity associated with membership. For example, even if there is a purchase condition for an item that can be purchased only by members with membership qualifications or non-members who participate in the purchase activity, information associated with the condition (such as condition information 212 in FIG. 2 ) can also be displayed in the first shopping cart information 310. In this regard, it will be described with reference to the following diagram.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first shopping cart information 310 may be positioned above the first area 320. Therefore, the user may view the first shopping cart information 310 at a relatively upper position of the shopping cart page 300 and realize the benefits provided through the event, so that non-member users are encouraged to subscribe to the membership when the event ends.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a shopping cart page 400 for displaying shopping cart information to a user by category of items according to an exemplary embodiment.

The shopping cart page 400 of FIG. 4 is a screen that can be provided to a member who has subscribed to a membership or a non-member who participates in an activity associated with the membership.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the shopping cart page providing system 1 can determine a category of at least one item selected by the user according to a property of the item and whether at least one of a benefit based on membership is given and group them into a list corresponding to the category. For example, among at least one item, items provided to all users who use the item sales service and to be given a benefit based on membership can be classified into a first category, and items provided only to members who have subscribed to membership can be classified into a second category. In this case, non-members cannot purchase items corresponding to the second category, and the second category items may not be exposed on the search page, or even if the items are exposed, they may not be added to the shopping cart. In addition, when the application for the event ends or the user cancels the membership, the purchase of the second category items included in the shopping cart can be restricted.

The user terminal 10 may have first shopping cart information 410 associated with the first category and a first item list corresponding to the first category among at least one item selected by the user, and in addition, second shopping cart information 430 associated with the second category and a second item list corresponding to the second category among at least one item. The user terminal 10 divides and displays the first item list in the first area 420 and the second item list in the second area 440 in the shopping cart page 400, and the first shopping cart information 410 may be displayed above the first area 420, and the second shopping cart information 430 may be displayed above the second area 440.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first shopping cart information 410 may include item category information 411 and delivery information 412 about at least a portion of the items included in the first item list. According to an exemplary embodiment, since the items corresponding to the first category are items that can be given a benefit based on membership or an activity, the delivery information 412 may be delivery information based on a benefit that the user can receive based on service use. Specifically, the delivery information 412 may be delivery information provided to a user based on a benefit provided to a member by virtue of membership or a benefit provided to a non-member who participates in an activity associated with membership. FIG. 4 shows a delivery message 412 provided to a member who has subscribed to a membership called "Rocket Wow" that provides benefits including free delivery, fast delivery, etc., and the delivery message 412 may include a message "Rocket Wow exclusive free + fast delivery".

According to an exemplary embodiment, the second category involves items that are only provided to users who have subscribed to membership or have been invited to apply for an activity associated with membership, and the items corresponding to the second category can only be purchased by members with membership or non-members participating in the activity. At the same time, the second category items may have a condition for continuing to purchase. For example, when an order of a predetermined amount or more is placed, the second category items can be purchased. Therefore, the second shopping cart information 430 may include item category information 431 and condition information 432 for purchasing an item included in the second item list. The condition information 432 is determined based on the price information of the items included in the second item list, and may include current shopping cart status information 433 based on a minimum condition for purchasing the items included in the second item list. For example, the current shopping cart status information 433 compares the sum of the prices of the items included in the second item list with the minimum amount condition that should be satisfied to purchase the items included in the second item list to display the sum of the item prices relative to the minimum amount. The current shopping cart status information 433 may be implemented through a user interface that may indicate a value of the target item compared to the minimum amount (such as a progress indicator bar). As an example, in FIG. 4 , when purchasing items corresponding to the second category, the current status that the items included in the second item list are 1,000 won less than the required minimum amount condition is displayed with the message "Add 1,000 won to place the order" and the progress indicator bar.

In addition, the second shopping cart information 430 may include delivery information 434 about at least a portion of the items included in the second item list. According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information 434 may include information about a guaranteed delivery arrival time expected when purchasing at least a portion of the items included in the second item list and a last order time corresponding to the guaranteed delivery arrival time information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information 434 may be based on the item with the earliest guaranteed delivery arrival time. In view of this, only the guaranteed delivery arrival time information and the last order time of the item with the fastest delivery may be displayed in the delivery information 434, and the delivery information about other items included in the second item list other than the item with the fastest delivery may be omitted.

According to another exemplary embodiment, the delivery information 434 may display the last order time of the item with the earliest guaranteed delivery arrival time, and the guaranteed delivery arrival times of items with the same last order time among other items included in the second item list may be displayed together with the guaranteed delivery arrival time of the fastest item.

Alternatively, the delivery information 434 may display the last order time of the item having the earliest last order time among the items included in the second item list, and may display the guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item having the fastest guaranteed delivery arrival time, respectively.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the last order time may be an order cut-off time for guaranteeing an expected guaranteed delivery arrival time, but it may also be an order cut-off time for an item with a limited purchase period. For example, in the case of a fresh product where the quality of the item may deteriorate, a purchase period may be set. In this case, the last order time may be the end of the purchase period of the fresh product.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a shopping cart page 500 for displaying shopping cart information to a user by item category according to another exemplary embodiment.

The shopping cart page 500 of FIG. 5 is a screen that can be provided to a member who has subscribed to a membership or a non-member who participates in an activity associated with the membership.

The user terminal 10 may have first shopping cart information 510 associated with a first category and a first item list corresponding to the first category among at least one item selected by the user, and in addition, second shopping cart information 530 associated with a second category and a second item list corresponding to the second category among at least one item. The user terminal 10 divides and displays the first item list in a first area 520 and the second item list in a second area 540 in the shopping cart page 500, and the first shopping cart information 510 may be displayed above the first area 520, and the second shopping cart information 530 may be displayed above the second area 540. Redundant descriptions related to FIG. 4 will be omitted.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first shopping cart information 510 may include item category information 511 about at least a portion of the items included in the first item list and delivery information 512. The delivery information 512 may include delivery information based on an offer that the user may receive based on service use, information about an expected guaranteed delivery arrival time when purchasing at least a portion of the items included in the first item list, and a last order time corresponding to the guaranteed delivery arrival time information. For example, the delivery information 512 may display a message "Wow Exclusive Free + Fast Delivery", which is delivery information provided to the user based on an offer provided to members based on membership or an offer provided to non-members who participate in activities associated with membership. In addition, the delivery information 512 may display the guaranteed delivery arrival time and the last order time of an item with the fastest delivery based on the item with the earliest guaranteed delivery time information as a message "For orders placed before 12:00 a.m., guaranteed arrival tomorrow morning to afternoon." For a specific example of the guaranteed delivery arrival time and the last order time, refer to the description of FIG. 4.

At the same time, according to an exemplary embodiment, the shopping cart page providing system 1 can classify at least one item corresponding to the category into at least one item group based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item. For example, the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item can be grouped by classifying them by time periods, such as the morning of the next day after the order, the afternoon of the next day after the order, and the morning of the third day after the order.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user may interact with the first shopping cart information 510 or the second shopping cart information 530 in FIG5 . For example, the user may select the shopping cart information corresponding to any one category by touching the screen. Specifically, the user may touch the delivery information 512 of the first shopping cart information 510 or the delivery information 534 of the second shopping cart information 530. In this case, the shopping cart page 500 may display the item group included in the selected category on the corresponding area. For example, when the user selects the delivery information 512 of the first shopping cart information 510, a group of items classified based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the items included in the first category may be listed in the first area 520. Similarly, when the user selects the delivery information 534 of the second shopping cart information 530, a group of items classified based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the items included in the second category may be listed in the second area 540.

Hereinafter, an operation method for providing a shopping cart page will be described in detail through a flow chart according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

FIG6 is a flow chart showing a method for providing a shopping cart page for an item sales service in an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment. The electronic device may be an electronic device 20 of the shopping cart page providing system 1, and a terminal may be a user terminal 10 of the shopping cart page providing system 1.

In operation S601, the electronic device 20 may receive selection information about at least one item from a user terminal 10 of a user using the service. In this case, the user's selection may be a request to purchase an item.

In operation S602, the electronic device 20 may assign the selected at least one item to a list corresponding to one of a first category and a second category based on the category of the item. According to an exemplary embodiment, the category of the item may be determined based on at least one of a property of the item and whether a benefit based on membership provided by the service is given. The first category involves items provided to all users who use the service and items to be given benefits based on membership provided in the service, and the second category involves items provided only to users who have subscribed to the membership or have been invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership.

In operation S603, the electronic device 20 may provide the user terminal 10 with a shopping cart page including first shopping cart information associated with the first category and a first area corresponding to a first item list of the first category among at least one item. The first shopping cart information may be determined based on information about the items included in the first item list and user information. In addition, the electronic device 20 may provide the user terminal 10 with a shopping cart page further including second shopping cart information associated with the second category and a second area corresponding to a second item list of the second category among at least one item. The first area and the second area may be displayed separately.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user information may include whether the user has subscribed to a membership provided by the service and whether the user has been invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership. Furthermore, the first shopping cart information may include at least one of price information of items included in the first item list and delivery information about at least a portion of the items included in the first item list. The delivery information may include information about an expected guaranteed delivery arrival time when purchasing at least a portion of the items included in the first item list and a last order time corresponding to such expected guaranteed delivery arrival time. According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information may be based on the item with the earliest guaranteed delivery arrival time.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 20 may classify at least one item corresponding to the first category into at least one item group based on the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item. When a user input for the first shopping cart information is received, a shopping cart page modified to display the item group included in the first category in the first area may be provided to the user terminal 10.

In addition, the electronic device 20 can check a progress status of an activity associated with a membership provided by the service. If the activity is ongoing, it can be determined based on the user information whether the user is invited to apply for the activity. In this case, the first shopping cart information can be determined based on at least one of whether the user has subscribed to the membership and whether the user is invited to apply for the activity associated with the membership. According to an exemplary embodiment, when the activity is ongoing and the user is a non-member who has not subscribed to the membership, if it is confirmed that the user is invited to apply for the activity, the first shopping cart information can include information about a first offer provided to the user related to purchasing items according to the activity. Alternatively, if it is confirmed that the user is a non-member who has applied for an activity and has not been invited, the first shopping cart information may include condition information for purchasing an item included in the first item list. According to an exemplary embodiment, the condition information is determined based on price information of an item included in the first item list, and the condition information may include information about a current shopping cart state based on a minimum condition for purchasing an item included in the first item list.

FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a user terminal 10 for executing a method for providing a shopping cart page according to an exemplary embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal 10 of the present invention may include a communication device 12, an input device 14, an output device 16, and a processor 18. The components shown in FIG. 8 are not necessary when implementing the terminal, so a person of ordinary skill in the art will understand that the terminal described in the present invention may have more or fewer components than those listed above.

The communication device 12 may communicate with an external electronic device and may include a transceiver. The external electronic device may be a terminal or a server. The communication technology used by the communication device 12 may include GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), 5G, WLAN (Wireless LAN), Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), Bluetooth ^TM , Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Infrared Data Association (IrDA), ZigBee, Near Field Communication (NFC) and the like, but is not limited thereto.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the communication device 12 can transmit a user's selection of at least one item to the electronic device 20. Furthermore, the communication device 12 can receive first shopping cart information associated with a first category and a first item list of at least one item corresponding to the first category from the electronic device 20. In addition, the communication device 12 can receive second shopping cart information associated with a second category and a second item list of at least one item corresponding to the second category from the electronic device 20.

The input device 14 may include a camera or an image input portion for inputting an image signal, a microphone or an audio input portion for inputting an audio signal, and a user input portion (e.g., a touch key, a mechanical key, etc.) for receiving information from a user. In addition, the input device 14 may include one or more sensors for sensing at least one of information in the mobile terminal, information about the surrounding environment surrounding the mobile terminal, and user information. For example, the input device 14 may include at least one of a proximity sensor, an illumination sensor, a touch sensor, a motion sensor, a finger scan sensor, an optical sensor (e.g., a camera), a microphone, and the like. At the same time, the mobile terminal of the present invention can combine and utilize information sensed by at least two or more of these sensors.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the input device 14 may receive a selection of at least one item from a user. Furthermore, the input device 14 may receive a user input for first shopping cart information.

The output device 16 is used to generate an output associated with a vision, an hearing or a touch, and may include at least one of a display, a sound output portion, a touch module and an optical output portion. The display may be implemented as a touch screen by forming a layered structure or integrally with a touch sensor. Such a touch screen may serve as a user input portion of an input interface between a terminal and a user, and may provide an output interface between a terminal and a user. Therefore, the input device 14 and the output device 16 may be included in the same device.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the output device 16 may output a shopping cart page including first shopping cart information and a first area for displaying a first item list. In addition, the output device 16 may output a shopping cart page further including second shopping cart information and a second area for displaying a second item list. In this case, the first area and the second area may be separately displayed on the shopping cart page, the first shopping cart information may be provided above the first area, and the second shopping cart information may be provided above the second area. Furthermore, the output device 16 may display an item group included in the first category in the first area, and display an item group included in the second category in the second area. In this case, the group of items may be classified according to the expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the items relative to at least one item corresponding to each category, and this may be information received from the electronic device 20 via the communication device 12.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the processor 18 can control the operation of the communication device 12, the input device 14, and the output device 16 to present a shopping cart page to the user. Furthermore, the processor 18 can determine the shopping cart information associated with the user based on the item information received from the electronic device 20, whether an activity is in progress, and the user information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the output device 16 can determine the first shopping cart information based on the user information and the item information included in the first item list, and the first shopping cart information can be determined in the electronic device 20 and received by the user terminal 10 via the communication device 12 under the control of the output device 16.

FIG8 is a block diagram of an electronic device 20 for executing a method for providing a shopping cart page according to an exemplary embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 20 of the present invention may include a communication device 22, a storage device 24, and a controller 26. The components shown in FIG. 8 are not necessary when implementing the terminal, so a person of ordinary skill will understand that the electronic device described in the present invention may have more or fewer components than those listed above. At the same time, in the exemplary embodiment, the controller may include at least one processor.

As described above with respect to the communication device 12 of FIG. 7 , the communication device 12 can communicate with an external electronic device using a wired/wireless communication technology. According to an exemplary embodiment, the communication device 22 can receive selection information about at least one item from a user terminal 10. Furthermore, the communication device 22 can receive a user input for first shopping cart information. Then, the electronic device 20 can provide the user terminal 10 with a shopping cart page including first shopping cart information associated with a first category and a first area for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category through the communication device 22.

The storage device 24 can store item information, user information, activity information, and the like. According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 20 can determine the category of an item by identifying a property of an item selected by the user through the storage device 24, and can determine the shopping cart information corresponding to the user by identifying the user information.

The controller 26 can control the overall operation of the electronic device 20 and can process data and signals. According to an exemplary embodiment, the controller 26 can determine the shopping cart information associated with the user based on the item information, the user information and whether an activity is in progress. To this end, the controller 26 can assign at least one item selected by the user to a list corresponding to one of the first category and the second category based on the category of the item. In addition, the controller 26 can check the progress status of the activity associated with the membership provided by the service, and if the activity is in progress, verify whether the user is invited to apply for the activity. Based on this, the controller 26 can determine the shopping cart information associated with the user and configure the shopping cart page to include the shopping cart information.

Furthermore, the controller 26 may classify at least one item corresponding to the first category into at least one item group based on an expected guaranteed delivery arrival time of the item. In addition, a shopping cart page modified to display the item group included in the first category in the first area of the shopping cart page may be provided to the user terminal 10 by controlling the communication device 22.

The device according to the above exemplary embodiment may include: a processor; a memory for storing and executing program data; a permanent storage, such as a disk drive; a communication port for communicating with an external device; a user interface device, such as a touch panel, key, button or the like. The method implemented as a software module or algorithm may be stored as a computer-readable program code or program instruction executable on a processor on a computer-readable recording medium. Here, computer-readable recording media include a magnetic storage medium (e.g., ROM (read-only memory), RAM (random access memory), floppy disk, hard disk, etc.) and optical readable media (e.g., CD-ROM and DVD (digital versatile disc)). Computer-readable recording media are distributed throughout network-connected computer systems, allowing computer-readable program codes to be stored and executed in a distributed manner. The media can be read by a computer, stored in a memory, and executed on a processor.

Also, throughout the exemplary embodiments, the communication device may include a transceiver for transmitting and receiving information.

The exemplary embodiment may be represented by a configuration of functional blocks and various processing steps. Such functional blocks may be implemented using various numbers of hardware and/or software configurations that perform specific functions. For example, the exemplary embodiment may employ an integrated circuit configuration that is capable of performing various functions by controlling one or more microprocessors or other control devices, such as memory, processing, logic, lookup tables, or the like. Similar to the components that may be implemented using software programming or software components, the exemplary embodiment includes various algorithms implemented using a combination of data structures, procedures, routines, or other programming components and may be implemented using a programming or script language including C, C++, Java, assembly language, etc. The functional aspects may be implemented using an algorithm running on one or more processors. A method for providing a shopping cart page for an item sales service in an electronic device, the method comprising: receiving selection information about at least one item from a terminal of a user using the service; identifying a category of the at least one item selected, wherein the category includes a first category and a second category, and a minimum amount condition for purchasing an item is applied to the second category; allocating the at least one item selected to a list corresponding to one of the first category and the second category based on the identified category of the item; and providing the terminal with first shopping cart information including information associated with the first category and a list for Displaying a first area of a first item list corresponding to the first category and second shopping cart information associated with the second category among the at least one item and the shopping cart page for displaying a second area of a second item list corresponding to the second category among the at least one item, wherein the first shopping cart information and the second shopping cart information are determined based on information about the item included in the first item list or the second item list and information about the user, and wherein when the second item list does not meet the minimum amount condition, limiting the purchase of an item included in the second item list among the at least one item. The method of claim 1, wherein the category of the item is determined based on at least one of a property of the item and whether a benefit based on membership provided by the service is granted. The method of claim 1, wherein the first category relates to an item provided to all users of the service, the item to be provided according to a benefit of membership provided in the service, and the second category relates to an item provided only to a user who subscribes to the membership or is invited to an application for an activity associated with the membership. The method of claim 1, wherein the information about the user includes whether the user has subscribed to a membership provided by the service and whether the user has been invited to apply for an activity associated with the membership. The method of claim 1, wherein the first shopping cart information includes at least one of price information of an item included in the first item list and delivery information of at least a portion of the items included in the first item list. The method of claim 5, wherein the delivery information includes information about a guaranteed delivery arrival time expected when purchasing at least a portion of the items included in the first list of items and a last order time corresponding to the information about the guaranteed delivery arrival time. The method of claim 6, wherein the delivery information is based on the item with the earliest guaranteed delivery arrival time. The method of claim 6 further comprises: Classifying at least one item corresponding to the first category into at least one item group based on a guaranteed delivery arrival time expected for the corresponding item; receiving a user input for the first shopping cart information; and providing the shopping cart page modified to display the item group included in the first category in the first area to the terminal. The method of claim 1, wherein the first area and the second area are displayed separately. The method of claim 1 further comprises: checking a progress status of an activity associated with a membership provided by the service; and if the activity is ongoing, verifying whether the user is invited to apply for the activity based on the information about the user, wherein the first shopping cart information is determined based on at least one of whether the user subscribes to the membership and whether the user is invited to apply for the activity associated with the membership. The method of claim 10, wherein when the activity is ongoing and the user is a non-member who has not subscribed to the membership, in response to verifying that the user is invited to the activity, the first shopping cart information includes information about a first offer given to the user related to a purchase of the item according to the activity, and in response to verifying that the user is not invited to the activity, the first shopping cart information includes condition information for purchasing an item included in the first item list. The method of claim 11, wherein the condition information is determined based on price information of an item included in the first item list, and the condition information includes current shopping cart state information based on a minimum condition for purchasing an item included in the first item list. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium comprising a computer program for executing a method as claimed in claim 1. An electronic device for providing a shopping cart page associated with an item sales service, the electronic device comprising: a communication device; and a controller configured to control the communication device, wherein the controller is configured to: receive selection information about at least one item from a terminal of a user using the service via the communication device; identify a category of the at least one item that has been selected, wherein the category includes a first category and a second category, and a minimum amount condition for purchasing an item is applied to the second category; assign the at least one item that has been selected to a list corresponding to one of the first category and the second category based on the identified category of the item; and send a notification to the user via the communication device. The terminal provides the shopping cart page including first shopping cart information associated with the first category and a first area for displaying a first item list corresponding to the first category among the at least one item and second shopping cart information associated with the second category and a second area for displaying a second item list corresponding to the second category among the at least one item, and determines the first shopping cart information and the second shopping cart information based on information about the item included in the first item list or the second item list and information about the user, and when the second item list does not meet the minimum amount condition, restricts the purchase of an item included in the second item list among the at least one item. A terminal for providing a shopping cart page to a user using an item sales service, the terminal comprising: a communication device; an input device; an output device; and a processor operably coupled to the communication device, the input device, and the output device, wherein the processor is configured to: receive a selection of at least one item from the user via the input device; identify a category of the at least one item that has been selected, wherein the category includes a first category and a second category, and a minimum amount condition for purchasing an item is applied to the second category; transmit information about the selection to an electronic device used for the service via the communication device; receive first shopping cart information associated with the first category from the electronic device via the communication device and The at least one item corresponds to a first item list of the first category and second shopping cart information associated with the second category, and the at least one item corresponds to a second item list of the second category; and the shopping cart page including the first shopping cart information and a first area for displaying the first item list and the second shopping cart information and a second area for displaying the second item list is outputted through the output device, and the first shopping cart information and the second shopping cart information are determined based on information about the item included in the first item list or the second item list and information about the user, and when the second item list does not meet the minimum amount condition, the purchase of an item included in the second item list of the at least one item is restricted. A terminal as claimed in claim 15, wherein the first area and the second area are displayed separately in the shopping cart page. A terminal as claimed in claim 16, wherein the first shopping cart information is provided in an upper portion of the first area, and the second shopping cart information is provided in an upper portion of the second area. The terminal of claim 15, wherein the processor is further configured to: receive a user input for the first shopping cart information via the input device; and display a group of items included in the first category in the first area via the output device, and classify the group of items based on a guaranteed delivery arrival time of an item expected for the at least one item in the first category.
