Abstract

A cabinet built-in range hood is provided and is disposed in a cabinet that the thickness is within 350 mm. The range hood includes a body, a fan set, a lifting casing and an electric push rod. The fan set is disposed on an upper shell of the body, and an air inlet of the fan set is turned to the front side and the rear side, so that the thickness of the body can be reduced and the body is thinned to accommodate in the cabinet. The body can be installed through hanging elements to facilitate installation. The lifting casing can be liftably disposed in a lower shell of the body. The lifting casing can be pushed up and down through the electric push rod. A direction of airflow can be changed through lifting the lifting casing down close to the cooker, so that oil fume will tilt to the rear sides before it rises. It can prevent users from exposuring oil fume, and can improve the effect of oil fume removal. The electric push rod is disposed outside a pollution area of the body to increase a service life, to prevent from oil pollution and to facilitate the convenience of the replacement and maintenance.

Description

Cabinet built-in range hood

The present invention relates to a cabinet built-in range hood, in particular to a cabinet built-in range hood which can be arranged in a cabinet.

A range hood is one of the essential equipments in every household kitchen or in restaurants, snack stands and other catering businesses. It can effectively discharge the fumes generated when cooking food. The conventional range hood mainly uses a fan unit installed inside the machine body to suck the fumes into the machine body through an oil collection unit (including an oil screen and an oil cup). The oil screen can filter out the grease, which drips into the oil cup. The fumes are first filtered by the oil screen and then discharged to the outside, thereby providing the efficiency of exhausting fumes.

The concealed range hood is installed in the cabinet. In order to be aligned with the cabinet, it is shallower than the gas stove countertop, resulting in poor fume removal effect. Furthermore, the thickness of the existing range hood is difficult to reduce, making it difficult to make the range hood thinner and difficult to accommodate in the cabinet.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cabinet embedded range hood to address the deficiencies of the prior art, which can reduce the user's contact with oil smoke and improve the oil smoke removal effect.

The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the cabinet embedded range hood provided by the present invention comprises a machine body, a fan unit, a lifting shell and an electric push rod. The machine body comprises a lower shell and an upper shell, the upper shell is arranged at the top side of the lower shell, the fan unit is arranged in the upper shell of the machine body, the two air inlets of the fan unit are respectively facing and facing away from the installation side of the machine body, and the two air inlets of the fan unit are turned to the front side and the rear side, so that the thickness of the machine body can be reduced, forming a thin air collecting box so as to be accommodated in the cabinet. The lifting shell is liftably arranged in the lower shell of the machine body, and the lifting shell can extend out of the lower shell of the machine body through the opening. The electric push rod is arranged on the machine body, and the electric push rod is connected to the lifting shell. The lifting shell can be pushed up and down by the electric push rod, and can be lowered close to the pot through the lifting shell to change the direction of airflow, so that the oil smoke tilts backwards before rising, thereby reducing the user's contact with the oil smoke and improving the oil smoke removal effect.

Furthermore, the electric actuator is arranged outside the upper shell of the machine body, so that the electric actuator can be arranged outside the contaminated area of the machine body, thereby increasing the service life of the parts, and preventing the parts from being contaminated by oil smoke, thereby increasing the convenience of parts replacement and maintenance. Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. The present invention provides a cabinet embedded range hood. The range hood 100 can be installed in a cabinet 200. The thickness W of the cabinet 200 (as shown in Figure 3) is within 350 mm. The thickness W of the cabinet 200 refers to the dimension of the cabinet 200 along a direction perpendicular to the installation position 300, that is, the dimension of the cabinet 200 in the front-to-back direction. The installation position 300 can be a wall, etc. The range hood 100 includes a body 1, a fan unit 2, a lifting shell 3 and an electric push rod 4.

Please refer to Figures 4 to 6 again. The body 1 is a hollow body. The body 1 has a lower shell 11 and an upper shell 12. The lower shell 11 is generally in an inverted L shape. The lower shell 11 is a structure that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. The lower shell 11 has a top side 111 and a bottom side 112. The top side 111 and the bottom side 112 are located on two opposite sides of the lower shell 11, and the top side 111 is located above the bottom side 112. The upper shell 12 is arranged on the top side 111 of the lower shell 11, and the lower shell 11 is connected to the interior of the upper shell 12. The bottom side 112 of the lower shell 11 is provided with an opening 113. The body 1 has a mounting side 13 that can be mounted at the mounting position 300. The mounting side 13 is located at the rear side of the body 1. A control unit 7 can be provided at the front end of the lower shell 11 of the body 1. The control unit 7 is electrically connected to the circuit unit (not shown) of the range hood 100. The control unit 7 can be used to control the operation of the range hood 100. The control unit 7 can turn the range hood 100 on and off, increase or decrease the speed, and turn on or off the lamp (not shown). The present invention can be applied to a fully hidden or semi-hidden range hood 100. The fully hidden range hood 100 is completely covered by the door panel of the cabinet 200, and the semi-hidden range hood 100 exposes the control unit 7.

The fan unit 2 is disposed in the upper shell 12 of the body 1. An air inlet 21 is provided on each of the opposite sides of the fan unit 2. An air outlet 22 is provided at the upper end of the fan unit 2. The two air inlets 21 of the fan unit 2 (as shown in Figures 6 and 7) are respectively facing and facing away from the installation side 13 of the body 1, that is, one air inlet 21 faces the installation side 13 of the body 1, and the other air inlet 21 faces away from the installation side 13 of the body 1. The rotation axis 23 of the fan unit 2 is perpendicular to the installation position 300 (wall surface), so that the two air inlets 21 of the fan unit 2 are respectively facing the front side and the rear side of the body 1. The distance between the two air inlets 21 of the fan unit 2 is usually the smaller thickness of the fan unit 2. By arranging the two air inlets 21 of the fan unit 2 toward the front and rear sides, the space occupied by the thickness of the body 1 can be reduced, so as to facilitate the thinning design of the body 1.

The machine body 1 can be suspended and installed at an installation position 300 (such as a wall) by at least two suspension elements 5. The suspension elements 5 can be provided in two, three or four or more. The suspension elements 5 are fixed to the machine body 1 by means of screws 54 or the like. The suspension elements 5 can be fixed to the upper shell 12 of the machine body 1 so as to be suspended and installed at the installation position 300 by using the suspension elements 5. Preferably, two suspension elements 5 are provided, and the two suspension elements 5 can be provided at positions near the upper end of the upper shell 12 of the machine body 1 on both sides.

In this embodiment, the hanging element 5 has a first fixing portion 51, a second fixing portion 52 and a supporting portion 53. The first fixing portion 51 is a bent plate. The first fixing portion 51 is vertically arranged. The first fixing portion 51 can be placed against a corner of the upper shell 12 of the body 1 so that the hanging element 5 is stably arranged on the body 1. The first fixing portion 51 is fixedly locked to the upper shell 12 of the body 1 by a screw 54. The second fixing portion 52 is connected to one end of the first fixing portion 51. The second fixing portion 52 is a bent plate. The second fixing portion 52 extends horizontally toward the installation position 300 and then bends upward to extend. The second fixing portion 52 has a hanging hole 521, which can be used to hang and install on a hook (not shown) corresponding to the installation position 300. The support portion 53 is connected to the other end of the first fixing portion 51. The support portion 53 is a bent plate. The support portion 53 extends horizontally toward the installation position 300 and then bends downward to extend. The support portion 53 is arranged opposite to the second fixing portion 52. The support portion 53 can be supported at the installation position 300 to increase the stability of the installation. Preferably, a quick installation bracket 10 can also be set at the installation position 300. The hanging element 5 can be directly locked with the screw hole of the old machine (not shown) by using the screw 54. The support portion 53 can be inserted into a receiving seat 101 of the quick installation bracket 10, so that the range hood 100 can be quickly hung and conveniently installed.

The lifting shell 3 is liftably disposed in the lower shell 11 of the body 1. The lifting shell 3 is liftably disposed in the lower shell 11 of the body 1 near the mounting position 300. In the direction of the thickness W of the cabinet 200, the size of the lifting shell 3 is smaller than the size of the body 1. Preferably, in the direction of the thickness W of the cabinet 200, the size of the lifting shell 3 is smaller than one-half to one-third of the size of the body 1, so that the lifting shell 3 is closer to the mounting position 300, so that when the lifting shell 3 is lowered, it will not hinder the operation of the user.

The lifting housing 3 can extend out of the lower housing 11 of the machine body 1 through the opening 113. The lifting housing 3 is a hollow body, and a side of the lifting housing 3 facing away from the installation side 13 of the machine body 1 has an air inlet 31, that is, the air inlet 31 is located at the front side of the lifting housing 3. At least one detachable filter 32 can be provided at the air inlet 31 of the lifting housing 3 to increase the interception and filtration of oil smoke. The detachable filter 32 can be provided at the air inlet 31 of the lifting housing 3 by means of snap fastening or screw locking. The upper end of the lifting housing 3 has a through opening 32, and the through opening 32 and the air inlet 31 are connected to the interior of the machine body 1. In addition, an oil cup 33 may be provided at the lower end of the lifting housing 3 to receive dripping oil.

In this embodiment, two slide rails 9 (as shown in FIG. 8 ) are disposed between the machine body 1 and the lifting housing 3 . The two slide rails 9 are disposed vertically and can be disposed at positions on both sides of the machine body 1 near the mounting side 13 . The two slide rails 9 can be used to guide the lifting housing 3 to move stably up and down.

The electric push rod 4 is arranged on the machine body 1. The electric push rod 4 can be arranged on the machine body 1 at a position close to the mounting side 13 (as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8). The electric push rod 4 can be arranged in the middle of the machine body 1 so that the thrust of the electric push rod 4 is more uniform. The electric push rod 4 is connected to the lifting housing 3. The lifting housing 3 can be lifted and lowered by the electric push rod 4, and can be lowered to the pot through the lifting housing 3. In this embodiment, the electric push rod 4 is a motor screw. The electric push rod 4 can be arranged outside the upper housing 12 of the machine body 1. The electric push rod 4 does not extend into the upper housing 12 of the machine body 1, so that the electric push rod 4 is arranged outside the contaminated area of the machine body 1. The lower end of the electric push rod 4 is connected to the lifting housing 3 so that the lifting housing 3 can be lifted or lowered by the electric push rod 4 .

When the lifting shell 3 is pushed down by the electric push rod 4, the lifting shell 3 is close to the pot, and the fan unit 2 can be started at this time. The fan unit 2 can suck the oil smoke through the air inlet 31 and suck it into the lifting shell 3 and the body 1, and filter the oil dirt with the detachable filter 32, and then discharge the oil smoke to the outside, so as to provide the efficiency of exhausting oil smoke.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 9 , in this embodiment, the range hood 100 is a fully concealed type, and the lower housing 11 of the body 1 is provided with a lamp 6, and the lamp 6 is located near the front side of the lower housing 11 of the body 1, and the lamp 6 can illuminate downward. The lower housing 11 of the body 1 is provided with a control unit 7A on one side of the lamp 6, and the control unit 7A can be used to control the operation of the range hood 100, and the control unit 7A can turn the range hood 100 on and off, increase and decrease the speed, and turn the lamp 6 on and off. The control unit 7A can be a contact or non-contact switch, and the type of the control unit 7A is not limited. The detachable filter 32 may also be provided with a direction indicator 34 and a handle hole 35 . The direction indicator 34 may be used to indicate the installation direction of the detachable filter 32 , and the handle hole 35 may facilitate the user to detach the detachable filter 32 .

In this embodiment, a replaceable operating front head 8 can be installed at the front end of the lower shell 11 of the body 1. The replaceable operating front head 8 can be assembled to the front end of the lower shell 11 of the body 1 by means of snap fastening or screw locking to meet the requirements of fully hidden or semi-hidden replacement. A touch panel 9 can also be provided at the front end of the replaceable operating front head 8 to control the operation of the range hood 100.

[Beneficial Effects of Embodiments]

The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the cabinet embedded range hood provided by the present invention comprises a machine body, a fan unit, a lifting shell and an electric push rod. Claims (11)

A cabinet embedded range hood, a range hood can be arranged in a cabinet, the thickness of the cabinet is within 350mm, the range hood comprises: a body, the body has a lower shell and an upper shell, the lower shell has a top side and a bottom side, the upper shell is arranged on the top side of the lower shell, the lower shell is connected to the inside of the upper shell, the bottom of the lower shell is The cabinet has an opening at the end, the cabinet has an installation side, and can be installed at an installation position.
