Abstract

The invention related to a planar mask structure, comprising a filtering body, a first belt and a second belt, wherein both sides of the filtering body have a first notch part and a second notch part, and the first and second notch parts are rendered as a non-straight line. Both sides of the filtering body is connected with the first and second belts for extending the first and second notch parts. Thus, the user wears the planar mask structure by using the first and second belts. By the first and second belts extending the upper and lower sides of the first and second notch parts, the filtering body will close to the user’s cheeks to less gap between the planar mask structure and the user’s cheeks for obtaining a mask space in closer.

Description

Flat mask

The present invention relates to a mask structure, in particular a flat mask, which provides a mask structure that better fits the user's face.

The function of general masks is to filter and isolate dust, bacteria, viruses and other harmful substances in the surrounding environment to protect the mask user and reduce or prevent harmful substances in the environment from invading the digestive system or respiratory system through the mouth and nose of the mask user. For example, medical staff and staff at all levels serving in hospitals can protect themselves by wearing masks. At the same time, wearing masks can also prevent or prevent the mask user's own saliva and exhaled exhaust gas from polluting the environment. For example, when visiting patients in the intensive care unit of the hospital or catering workers wearing masks, they can prevent the saliva and droplets from the mouth and nose of the workers from contaminating food, improve the cleanliness and hygiene of food, and avoid the spread of infectious diseases. We all know that the recent SARS epidemic and the prevention and control of avian influenza are the specific effects achieved by masks, let alone.

Nowadays, air pollution is becoming more and more serious. Whether it is industrial exhaust gas or exhaust gas emitted by cars and motorcycles, it has a great impact on the environment and also has a great impact on human health. Therefore, masks are an indispensable necessity for motorcyclists who ride motorcycles. In addition, medical masks are also indispensable for medical purposes. For example, several years ago, there were epidemic infectious viruses such as SARS and avian influenza. Because these viruses can cause death, masks were in short supply at that time. Today's new coronavirus COVID-19 has made the government directly intervene in the sale of masks.

For the general public, the most direct way to prevent infection when facing influenza is to avoid places where the virus is easily transmitted, wash hands frequently, and wear masks. After several global outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome, the use and demand of masks have increased significantly, and masks have been repeatedly improved and updated. However, the filter material or wearing comfort of flat masks have been repeatedly improved, but the gap problem of flat masks on the cheeks has not been improved. The reason why masks can filter the gas when the user exhales and inhales is that when the mask is worn, the mask and the user's face form an air chamber space, so that the gas when the user exhales and inhales is confined to the filter layer of the mask. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the mask M is put behind the ear E through the strap B and worn on the face. The edge EG of the mask M is exposed at the position of the cheek C, and even worse, part of it is exposed. The inside of the mask, i.e. the exposed part EB, means that the mask M partially loses the function of filtering the gas breathed by the user, thus leaking from the cheek C. That is, the problem that flat masks have been facing for a long time is that traditional flat masks cannot adhere to the face in accordance with the cheek C of the user. That is, although traditional flat masks further expand the coverage area of the face through the central pleats and use elastic straps to reduce the discomfort of the ears, traditional flat masks still cannot adhere to the user's face, so it is inevitable that the mask space leaks from the cheek side.

Based on the above problems, the present invention provides a flat mask, which has a first notch and a second notch on both sides of a flat filter body, and has first upper and lower stretching parts on the upper and lower sides of the first notch, and second upper and lower stretching parts on the upper and lower sides of the second notch, for connecting first and second fixing straps, so that when a user wears the flat mask, the first and second fixing straps tighten the entire flat mask through the first upper and lower stretching parts and the second upper and lower stretching parts, so that the flat mask is attached to the cheeks of the user, so as to solve the problem that traditional flat masks cannot be attached to the face in accordance with the cheeks of the user.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a flat mask, which has a first notch and a second notch on both sides of a flat filter body, and has first upper and lower stretching parts on the upper and lower sides of the first notch, and second upper and lower stretching parts on the upper and lower sides of the second notch, for connecting first and second fixing straps, so that when a user wears the flat mask, the first and second fixing straps tighten the entire flat mask through the first upper and lower stretching parts and the second upper and lower stretching parts, so that the flat mask is attached to the cheeks of the user.

The present invention discloses a flat mask, which comprises a flat filter body, a first fixing belt and a second fixing belt. The flat filter body is provided with a plurality of wrinkles. As can be seen from the above, the present invention can make the flat mask stick to the cheeks of the user by having the first and second fixing straps tighten the entire flat mask through the first upper and lower stretching parts and the second upper and lower stretching parts when the user wears the flat mask.

The present invention provides an embodiment, wherein a first upper stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the first notch portion, a first lower stretching portion is provided on the lower side of the first notch portion, a second upper stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the second notch portion, a second lower stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the second notch portion, the first fixing belt connects the first upper stretching portion and the first lower stretching portion, and the second fixing belt connects the second upper stretching portion and the second lower stretching portion.

The present invention provides an embodiment, wherein a first upper stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the first notch portion, a first lower stretching portion is provided on the lower side of the first notch portion, a second upper stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the second notch portion, a second lower stretching portion is provided on the upper side of the second notch portion, the first fixing belt connects the first upper stretching portion and the second upper stretching portion, and the second fixing belt connects the first lower stretching portion and the second lower stretching portion.

The present invention provides an embodiment, wherein the first fixing belt and the second fixing belt are respectively provided with a first belt body connected to one side of the first notch portion, the first belt body is provided with a first connecting piece; and a second belt body connected to one side of the second notch portion, the second belt body is provided with a second connecting piece, and the first connecting piece corresponds to the second connecting piece.

In order to enable the Review Committee to have a deeper understanding and recognition of the features and effects of this invention, we would like to provide practical examples and accompanying explanations as follows: In view of the problem that traditional flat masks cannot avoid side leakage, the present invention proposes a flat mask to solve the problem of side leakage caused by the existing technology and provide better mask space.

The following will further describe the characteristics and structure of a flat mask disclosed by the present invention: First, please refer to FIG. 3A , which is a schematic diagram of the structure of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the plane mask 10 of the present invention comprises a plane filter body 12, a first fixing belt 14 and a second fixing belt 16, wherein the plane filter body 12 is provided with a plurality of wrinkles 13, and the plane filter body 12 has a first notch portion 122 and a second notch portion 124, the first notch portion 122 and the second notch portion 124 are located on two sides of the plane filter body 12, and can further present symmetry or asymmetry, wherein the body wrinkles 13 are arranged in a non-straight line along the edges of the first notch portion 122 and the second notch portion 124, and the present embodiment is illustrated by an arc arrangement, but the present invention is not limited thereto, such as the body wrinkles 13 are saw-toothed along the edges of the first notch portion 122 and the second notch portion 124. The first notch 122 has a first upper stretching portion 1222 on its upper side, and a first lower stretching portion 1224 on its lower side. The second notch 122 has a second upper stretching portion 1242 on its upper side, and a second lower stretching portion 1244 on its lower side. The first fixing belt 14 has two ends connected to the first upper stretching portion 1222 and the first lower stretching portion 1224, and the second fixing belt 16 has two ends connected to the second upper stretching portion 1242 and the second lower stretching portion 1244. Please refer to Figures 4 to 5B, which are schematic diagrams of the stretching fixing belt and the wearing of a flat mask of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the flat mask 10 of the present invention is worn, the first fixing belt 14 and the second fixing belt 16 are first stretched to the two sides of the flat mask 10, and the first fixing belt 14 and the second fixing belt 16 are wrapped around the ears E of the user U. At the same time, the first fixing belt 14 stretches the first upper stretching part 1222 and the first lower stretching part 1224 to the back of the right ear E1, and the second fixing belt 16 stretches the second upper stretching part 1242 and the second lower stretching part 1244 to the back of the left ear E2. In this way, the edges of the notch corresponding to the first notch 122 and the second notch 124 of the flat mask 10 are attached to the right and left cheeks C1 and C2 of the user U according to the stretching force of the first fixing belt 14 and the second fixing belt 16.

Referring again to FIG. 3A and also to FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B , a first pressure strip 18 is further provided on the inner side of one of the upper edge sides 102 of the flat mask 10. When the user U wears the flat mask 10, the first pressure strip 18 can be used to fix the flat mask 10 to the nose N of the user U, and the flat mask 10 can be fixed by the tensile force of the first fixing belt 14 and the second fixing belt 16. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3B , the planar filter body 12 further includes a skin-friendly layer 12A, a filter layer 12B and a coating layer 12C, the filter layer 12B is disposed on the skin-friendly layer 12A, and the coating layer 12C is disposed on the filter layer 12C, that is, the skin-friendly layer 12A is located on the inner side of the planar filter body 12, and the coating layer 12C is located on the outer side of the planar filter body 12. In addition, the first fixing belt 14 and the second fixing belt 16 of this embodiment are selected from uniaxial tensile elastic fibers or biaxial tensile elastic fibers.

As shown in FIG. 6 , it is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the difference between FIG. 3A and FIG. 6 is that the plane filter body 12 of the plane mask 10A in FIG. 6 is further provided with a first decorative edge 126 on the upper edge side 102. Since the first decorative edge 126 is a non-straight edge, the plane mask 10A is no longer rectangular, and the plane mask 10A has a linear aesthetic. As shown in FIG. 7, it is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the difference between FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is that the plane filter body 12 of the plane mask 10B of FIG. 7 is further provided with a second decorative edge 128 at the lower edge side 104, wherein the first decorative edge 126 and the second decorative edge 128 are of different shapes, but the present invention is not limited thereto, the first decorative edge 126 can be an edge inclined to both sides in the middle of the second decorative edge 128, and the second decorative edge 128 can also be a curved edge concave in the middle of the first decorative edge 126.

Please refer to FIG. 8, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between FIG. 6 and FIG. 8 is that the plane mask 20 of FIG. 8 is further provided with a second pressure strip 19 on the inner side of the lower edge side 104, so as to fix the lower edge side 104 of the plane mask 20 by the second pressure strip 19. As shown in FIG. 9, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention, the difference between FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 is that the plane filter body 12 of the plane mask 20A of FIG. 9 is further provided with a first decorative edge 126 on the upper edge side 102, and the first decorative edge 126 is a non-straight edge. As shown in FIG. 10, it is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the difference between FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 is that the plane filter body 12 of the plane mask 20B of FIG. 8 is further provided with a second decorative edge 128 on the lower edge side 104, wherein the first decorative edge 126 and the second decorative edge 128 are of different shapes, but the present invention is not limited thereto, the first decorative edge 126 of the plane mask 20B can be an edge inclined to both sides in the middle of the second decorative edge 128, and the second decorative edge 128 of the plane mask 20B can also be a curved edge concave in the middle of the first decorative edge 126.

Please refer to FIG. 11, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between FIG. 8 and FIG. 11 is that the flat mask 20 of FIG. 8 is further provided with a second pressure strip 19 on the inner side of the lower edge side 104, so as to fix the lower edge side 104 of the flat mask 20 by the second pressure strip 19, and the first fixing belt 34 and the second fixing belt 36 of the flat mask 30 of FIG. 11 further have at least one first wrinkle portion 342 and at least one second wrinkle portion 362 respectively. The connection relationship of the remaining components is the same as that of the previous embodiment, that is, the plane filter body 12 has a first notch portion 122 and a second notch portion 124, and the upper and lower sides of the first notch portion 122 and the second notch portion 124 respectively have a first upper stretching portion 1222, a first lower stretching portion 1224, a second upper stretching portion 1242, and a second lower stretching portion 1244, and the two ends of the first fixing belt 34 are connected to the first upper stretching portion 1222 and the first lower stretching portion 1224, and the two ends of the second fixing belt 36 are connected to the second upper stretching portion 1242 and the second lower stretching portion 1244. In the above implementation, the first fixing belt 34 and the second fixing belt 36 are fixed to the right ear E1 and the left ear E2 to allow the user to wear a flat mask. The first belt body 46A is connected to the first lower stretching portion 4224 on the upper side of the first notch portion 422, and the second belt body 46C is connected to the second lower stretching portion 4244 on the upper side of the second notch portion. The detachable assembly 46B includes a third connecting member B3 and a fourth connecting member B4. The third connecting member B3 and the fourth connecting member B4 also correspond to each other and are snap fasteners or Velcro. Therefore, the flat mask 50 of this embodiment is easier to remove or fix on the head through the detachable assembly 44B of the first fixing belt 44 and the detachable assembly 46B of the second fixing belt 46.

In summary, the flat mask of the present invention provides a first notch and a second notch on both sides of the flat filter body, and the first notch and the second notch respectively have upper and lower stretching parts, connected to the first and second fixing straps, so that when the user wears the flat mask of the present invention, the upper and lower stretching parts of the first notch and the second notch are stretched by the first and second fixing straps, thereby stretching the flat filter body, so that the edges located at the first notch and the second notch are attached to the cheeks of the user, thereby preventing leakage during breathing.

Therefore, this invention is novel, progressive and can be used in the industry. It should undoubtedly meet the patent application requirements of the Patent Law of our country. Claims (5)

A flat mask comprises: a flat filter body with a plurality of wrinkles, a first notch and a second notch on two sides of the flat filter body, the edges of the first notch and the second notch being non-straight, a first upper stretching portion on the flat filter body above the first notch, a first lower stretching portion on the flat filter body below the first notch, and a second upper stretching portion on the flat filter body above the second notch.
