Abstract
本發明提供一種共聚酯,作為用於線圈塗佈之金屬底漆塗料的黏結劑成分有效。 再者,提供一種金屬底漆塗料,係使用了該共聚酯之塗料組成物,表面硬度、彎曲性及耐蝕性、耐藥品性上優異。一種共聚酯(A),係將多元羧酸成分及多元醇成分作為共聚成分,令所有多元羧酸成分為100莫耳%時,芳香族二羧酸成分為95~100莫耳%,脂肪族二羧酸成分為0~5莫耳%,令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,具有特定結構之二醇成分為1~30莫耳%;且玻璃轉移溫度為25~50℃之範圍。
Description
本發明關於共聚酯及利用此共聚酯之金屬底漆塗料。更詳細來說,係關於耐蝕性及加工性優異之樹脂及塗料組成物。
共聚酯作為於塗佈劑、印墨及接著劑等之樹脂組成物使用的原料而被廣泛使用,一般由多元羧酸及多元醇構成。由於可藉由多元羧酸及多元醇的選擇及組合而自由控制柔軟性、或分子量的高低,因此在以塗佈劑用途或接著劑用途為主之各式各樣的用途中被廣泛使用。
其中,塗佈含樹脂成分之塗料於金屬薄板上而構成的預塗金屬常使用採用了塗膜的彎曲性優異之高分子量的共聚酯的塗料(例如:專利文獻1)。然而,使用在健康影響方面有疑慮之雙酚A主鏈的多元醇作為必要成分,且高分子量的聚酯製成塗料時若固體成分濃度高,則溶液黏度變得非常高,操作變得困難。另一方面,若降低固體成分濃度,則難以提高塗膜厚度,也必須大量使用溶劑,因此在經濟上、環境上存有問題。 [先前技術文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題] 本發明係以該先前技術之課題為背景而完成。亦即,本發明之目的係提供作為摻合於金屬底漆塗料(金屬底塗塗料)中的黏結劑成分為有效的共聚酯,並提供即使固體成分高仍維持容易操作之低溶液黏度、具有與高分子量聚酯相同之高彎曲性、且可形成高硬度、耐蝕性、耐藥品性優異之塗膜的塗料組成物。 [解決課題之手段]
本發明者們致力探討的結果,發現藉由以下所示之手段,可解決上述課題,達成本發明。 亦即,本發明由以下之部份所構成。
一種共聚酯(A),其係以多元羧酸成分及多元醇成分為共聚成分,令所有多元羧酸成分為100莫耳%時,芳香族二羧酸成分為95~100莫耳%,脂肪族二羧酸成分為0~5莫耳%,令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,通式(1)所表示之二醇成分為1~30莫耳%;且玻璃轉移溫度在25~50℃之範圍; 【化1】通式(1)中,n為3以上的整數。
前述共聚酯(A),數量平均分子量較佳在4000~9000之範圍。又,較佳係不含脂肪族二羧酸成分。
前述通式(1),較佳為三乙二醇。
一種金屬底漆塗料,包含前述任一者中記載之共聚酯(A)、交聯劑(B)、顏料(C)、添加劑(D)、及有機溶劑(E)。
一種金屬塗裝板,具有前述之金屬底漆塗料作為底漆層。 [發明之效果]
使用本發明之共聚酯的金屬底漆塗料為高固體成分及低溶液黏度,並展現高硬度、高彎曲性、高耐蝕性及優異的耐藥品性。因此,適合家電或建材用之線圈塗佈的底漆層。
以下,詳細描述本發明。
<共聚酯(A)> 使用本發明之共聚酯(A)的金屬底漆塗料展現優異之彎曲性、硬度、耐蝕性、及耐藥品性。因此,適合作為塗佈後需要變形加工之金屬鋼板的底塗。使用本發明之共聚酯(A)而製造的製品可獲得具有高硬度及、高加工性、高耐蝕性的塗膜。
本發明之共聚酯(A)由可依多元羧酸成分及多元醇成分之縮聚物而得之化學結構構成,多元羧酸成分及多元醇成分係各自由1種或2種以上之所選成分構成。
本發明之共聚酯(A)中之多元羧酸成分較佳為二羧酸,更佳為芳香族二羧酸。相對於所有二羧酸成分,芳香族二羧酸之共聚量必須為95莫耳%~100莫耳%。較佳為98莫耳%以上,更佳為100莫耳%。作為共聚成分之芳香族二羧酸成分以外的二羧酸成分含有超過5莫耳%的話,有時塗膜的耐藥品性會降低。
作為構成本發明之共聚酯(A)的芳香族二羧酸,雖未特別限定,可使用對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、鄰苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸、4,4’-聯苯二甲酸、5-磺基間苯二甲酸鈉等。其中以對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸較佳。
作為構成本發明之共聚酯(A)的脂肪族二羧酸,雖未特別限定,可使用琥珀酸、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、環己二甲酸、四氫酞酸等。其中以癸二酸較佳。相對於所有二羧酸,脂肪族二羧酸之共聚量在5莫耳%以下較佳,在2莫耳%以下更佳,為0莫耳%尤佳。超過5莫耳%的話,有時塗膜的耐藥品性會降低。
在本發明之共聚酯(A)中,相對於所有多元醇成分,以通式(1)表示之二醇成分必須以1~30莫耳%共聚。 【化1】通式(1)中,n為3以上的整數。較佳為23以下的整數,更佳為15以下的整數,尤佳為5以下的整數,特佳為4以下的整數,最佳為3。n未達3的話,塗膜的彎曲性有降低之傾向。另一方面,n過大的話,有時耐蝕性會降低。
作為以通式(1)表示之二醇成分,雖未特別限定,可列舉三乙二醇、四乙二醇、五乙二醇、聚乙二醇(數量平均分子量650)、聚乙二醇(數量平均分子量1000)等。其中,考量貢獻於與塗裝鋼板之黏合性的酯鍵量及醚鍵量之平衡良好之觀點,三乙二醇較佳。
以通式(1)表示之二醇成分的共聚量,於令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,3莫耳%以上較佳,5莫耳%以上更佳。又,28莫耳%以下較佳,25莫耳%以下更佳,20莫耳%以下尤佳。過少的話,共聚酯(A)的玻璃轉移溫度會變高,彎曲性(加工性)有時下降。另一方面,過多的話,共聚酯(A)的玻璃轉移溫度會變得過低,有時硬度或耐蝕性降低。
作為構成本發明之共聚酯(A)的多元醇,較佳為以通式(1)表示之二醇成分以外的二醇成分。作為通式(1)以外之二醇成分,雖未特別限定,可使用例如:乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1-甲基-1,8-辛二醇、2,2-二乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-乙基-2-丁基-1,3-丙二醇等之脂肪族二醇成分,可由此等者之中使用1種或2種以上。又,亦可使用1,4-環己烷二甲醇、三環癸烷二甲醇等之脂環族二醇成分、聚四亞甲基二醇、聚丙二醇等之聚伸烷基醚二醇成分。較佳為乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-乙基-2-丁基-1,3-丙二醇、1,4-環己烷二甲醇。
前述通式(1)以外之脂肪族二醇成分、脂環族二醇成分及聚伸烷基醚二醇成分之共聚量,於令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,為70~99莫耳%較佳。過少的話,共聚酯(A)的玻璃轉移溫度會變得過低,有時硬度或耐蝕性降低。另一方面,過多的話,共聚酯(A)的玻璃轉移溫度會變高,有時彎曲性(加工性)下降。
又,雙酚A、雙酚F等之具有雙酚主鏈的二醇成分,因有作為內分泌干擾物質之疑慮,故以少為佳。具有雙酚主鏈之二醇成分的共聚量,於令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,5莫耳%以下較佳,1莫耳%以下更佳,0莫耳%尤佳。
本發明之共聚酯(A)的玻璃轉移溫度必須在25~50℃的範圍。藉由使玻璃轉移溫度在25~50℃的範圍,可兼顧耐蝕性及彎曲性。較佳在30~48℃的範圍,更佳在35~45℃的範圍。若玻璃轉移溫度未達25℃的話,有時耐蝕性會降低。又,玻璃轉移溫度超過50℃的話,塗膜的彎曲性有降低的傾向,並不理想。
在本發明之共聚酯(A)中亦可以共聚合3價以上之多元羧酸成分及/或3價以上之多元醇成分。作為3價以上之多元羧酸成分,可列舉例如:偏苯三甲酸、苯均四酸、二苯甲酮四甲酸、對稱苯三甲酸等之芳香族羧酸、1,2,3,4-丁四羧酸等之脂肪族羧酸等。作為3價以上的多元醇成分,可列舉例如:甘油、三羥甲基丙烷、三羥甲基乙烷、新戊四醇、α-甲基葡萄糖、甘露醇、山梨糖醇,可從此等者之中使用1種或2種以上。3價以上之多元羧酸成分的共聚量,當令所有多元羧酸成分為100莫耳%時,5莫耳%以下較佳,2莫耳%以下更佳,1莫耳%以下尤佳,為0莫耳%亦無妨。又,3價以上之多元醇成分的共聚量,於令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,2莫耳%以下較佳,1莫耳%以下更佳,為0莫耳%亦無妨。過多的話,有時共聚酯(A)在聚合期間會凝膠化。
本發明之共聚酯(A)的數量平均分子量較佳為2000以上,更佳為4000以上。又,較佳為9000以下,更佳為8000以下,尤佳為7400以下。數量平均分子量未達2000的話,由於有時塗膜的彎曲性會降低,並不理想。另一方面,超過9000的話,做成塗料時的黏度高,操作變得困難,並不理想。
本發明之共聚酯(A)的還原黏度較佳為0.15dl/g以上,更佳為0.18dl/g以上。又,較佳為0.35dl/g以下,更佳為0.32dl/g以下。還原黏度過小的話,有時塗膜的彎曲性會降低,過大的話,溶解於有機溶劑時的黏度變得過高,有時操作變得困難。
作為製造本發明之共聚酯(A)之聚縮合反應的方法,有例如:1)在任意之觸媒存在下加熱多元羧酸及多元醇,經過脫水酯化步驟,進行脫去多元醇及縮聚反應之方法、2)在任意之觸媒存在下加熱多元羧酸的醇酯體及多元醇,經過酯交換反應,進行脫去多元醇及縮聚反應之方法等。在前述1)2)的方法中,酸成分之一部分或全部也可置換成酸酐。
在製造本發明之共聚酯(A)時,可使用以往公知的聚合觸媒,例如:鈦酸四正丁酯、鈦酸四異丙酯、氧基乙醯基丙酮鈦等鈦化合物、三氧化銻、三丁氧基銻等之銻化合物、氧化鍺、四正丁氧基鍺等鍺化合物、其它鎂、鐵、鋅、錳、鈷、鋁等之乙酸鹽等。此等觸媒可使用1種、或併用2種以上。
在製造本發明之共聚酯(A)時,亦可為了提昇基材黏合性、交聯性而提高共聚酯(A)的樹脂酸值。樹脂酸值較佳為1eq/106
g以上,更佳為3eq/106
g以上,尤佳為5eq/106
g以上。又,較佳為200eq/106
g以下,更佳為100eq/106
g以下,尤佳為50eq/ 106
g以下,特佳為40eq/106
g以下,最佳為30eq/106
g以下。藉由使樹脂酸值在上述範圍內,可期待此等效果。樹脂酸值過小的話,有時難以獲得基材黏合性或交聯性的提昇,過大的話,有時雖然基材黏合性或交聯性提昇,耐藥品性卻下降,因此對於要求耐久性的用途並不適合。
作為提高本發明之共聚酯(A)之酸值的方法,有例如:(1)在縮聚反應結束後,添加多元羧酸及/或多元羧酸酐並使其反應、(2)在縮聚反應時,使熱、氧、水等作用,故意進行樹脂變質等方法,可任意進行此等方法。
本發明之共聚酯(A)可在溶解於公知的有機溶劑之狀態下使用。作為可使用之公知的有機溶劑,可列舉甲苯、二甲苯、Solvesso(註冊商標)等之芳香族系烴類、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、二質子酸酯等之酯類、甲乙酮、甲基異丁基酮、環己酮、異佛爾酮等之酮類、正丁基賽路蘇、第三丁基賽路蘇等之醚類等,可以考量溶解性、蒸發速度(乾燥性)等任意選擇、摻合。其中,芳香族系烴類及酮類之混合溶劑較佳,Solvesso及環己酮之混合溶劑較佳。
本發明之聚酯(A),較佳係在25℃以40質量%以上之濃度溶解於前述有機溶劑,更佳係以50質量%以上之濃度溶解,尤佳係以60質量%以上之濃度溶解。藉由為前述的溶解度,作為金屬底漆塗料之固體成分濃度可提高,操作變得容易。
<交聯劑(B)> 本發明之共聚酯(A)可與交聯劑(B)一起使用。交聯劑(B)可使用公知的交聯劑。交聯劑(B),雖然只要對共聚酯(A)發生交聯反應者便未特別限定,作為較佳例可列舉異氰酸酯化合物、環氧樹脂、胺基樹脂(烷基醚化甲醛樹脂之一般名稱)、酚樹脂等,可從此等之中任意選用1種或2種以上。
作為異氰酸酯化合物未特別限定,有芳香族、脂環族、脂肪族之聚異氰酸酯化合物,低分子量類型、高分子量類型任一者皆可。可列舉例如:四亞甲基二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、甲苯二異氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、氫化二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、亞二甲苯基二異氰酸酯、氫化亞二甲苯基二異氰酸酯、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯、或此等異氰酸酯化合物之三聚物、及使前述之異氰酸酯化合物與乙二醇、三羥甲基丙烷、丙二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇、乙二胺、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、聚酯多元醇類、聚醚多元醇類、聚醯胺類等之活性氫化合物反應得到之末端異氰酸酯化合物。可使用1種,或併用2種以上。
又,使用封端化異氰酸酯化合物作為異氰酸酯化合物的話,可延長金屬底漆塗料的使用期限。作為封端化異氰酸酯化合物之封端劑,可列舉例如:酚、苯硫酚、甲苯硫酚、甲酚、二甲苯酚、間苯二酚、硝基酚、五氯酚等之酚類、丙酮肟、甲乙酮肟、環己酮肟等之肟類、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、第三丁醇、第三戊醇等之醇類、ε-己內醯胺等之內醯胺類、其它芳香族胺類、醯亞胺類、乙醯丙酮、乙醯乙酸酯、丙二酸乙酯等之活性亞甲基化合物、硫醇類、亞胺類、脲類等。封端化異氰酸酯化合物係使前述異氰酸酯化合物與封端劑依以往公知的方法反應而得,可使用1種,或併用2種以上。
作為環氧樹脂,可列舉例如:雙酚A之環氧丙醚及其寡聚物、鄰苯二甲酸二環氧丙酯、間苯二甲酸二環氧丙酯、對苯二甲酸二環氧丙酯、對羥基苯甲酸二環氧丙酯、四氫酞酸二環氧丙酯、六氫酞酸二環氧丙酯、琥珀酸二環氧丙酯、己二酸二環氧丙酯、癸二酸二環氧丙酯、乙二醇二環氧丙酯、丙二醇二環氧丙酯、1,4-丁二醇二環氧丙酯、1,6-己二醇二環氧丙酯、及聚伸烷基二醇二環氧丙酯類、偏苯三甲酸三環氧丙酯、三聚異氰酸三環氧丙酯、1,4-環氧丙基氧基苯、二環氧丙基丙撐脲、甘油三環氧丙醚、三羥甲基乙烷環氧丙醚、三羥甲基丙烷三環氧丙醚、新戊四醇四環氧丙醚、甘油伸烷基氧化物加成物之三環氧丙醚等。此等者可使用1種,或併用2種以上。
作為胺基樹脂未特別限定,可列舉由三聚氰胺、脲、苯胍胺、甲基胍胺、甾體胍胺、螺胍胺、二氰二胺等之胺成分與甲醛、三聚甲醛、乙醛、苯甲醛等之醛成分的反應而得到之羥甲基化胺基樹脂。藉由1~6個碳原子的醇將此羥甲基化胺基樹脂的羥甲基加以醚化者亦包含在此胺基樹脂中。可將它們單獨使用、或併用2種以上。
作為酚樹脂,可使用可溶型酚樹脂。可溶型酚樹脂,可列舉以例如:苯酚、間甲酚、間甲基酚、3,5-二甲苯酚、間甲氧基酚、鄰甲酚、對甲酚、對第三丁基酚、對乙基酚、2,3-二甲苯酚、2,5-二甲苯酚雙酚A、雙酚F等為原料的酚樹脂,可將它們單獨使用、或併用2種以上。
交聯劑(B),相對於共聚酯(A)100質量份,較佳為1質量份以上,更佳為5質量份以上,尤佳為10質量份以上。又,較佳為50質量份以下,更佳為40質量份以下,尤佳為30質量份以下。過少的話,由金屬底漆塗料得到之塗膜的交聯變得不完全,而有無法得到必要之塗膜的堅硬度、牢固度或黏合強度的情況。過多的話,有必要之塗膜的彎曲性降低的情況。
在本發明中,可進一步使用貢獻於共聚酯(A)及交聯劑(B)之交聯反應的觸媒。舉例來說,作為酸觸媒,可使用對甲苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、樟腦磺酸等之有機磺酸化合物、磷酸化合物、及此等者之胺中和物。作為鹼觸媒,可使用胺化合物。作為金屬觸媒,可使用各種金屬之有機酸鹽、鹵化鹽、硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽、有機配位化合物等。此等觸媒可配合交聯劑(B)的硬化行為使用1種,或併用2種以上。
<顏料(C)> 本發明之共聚酯(A)可與顏料(C)一起使用。作為顏料(C)之具體範例未特別限定,可列舉氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鋯、碳酸鈣、硫酸鋇、氧化鋁、氧化鉻、鉻酸鹽、高嶺土、碳黑、氧化鐵、滑石、雲母、磷酸鋅、磷酸鐵、磷酸鋁、亞磷酸鋅、三聚磷酸鋁、鉬酸鈣、鉬酸鋁、鉬酸鋇、氧化釩、鉻酸鍶、鉻酸鋅、矽酸鈣、水分散二氧化矽、氣相二氧化矽等之無機顏料或酞花青藍、酞花青綠、茜素紫、蒽嘧啶黄、異吲哚啉黃、陰丹士林藍等之有機顏料。藉由添加此等者1種或2種以上,可期待著色、防蝕、耐久性之提昇的效果。
顏料(C),相對於共聚酯(A)100質量份,較佳為5質量份以上,更佳為50質量份以上,尤佳為100質量份以上。又,較佳為300質量份以下,更佳為250質量份以下,尤佳為200質量份以下。顏料(C)過少的話,會有無法得到作為目的之著色或防蝕等效果的情況。又,過多的話,會有塗膜的彎曲性降低的情況。
<添加劑(D)> 本發明之共聚酯(A)可應需要使用添加劑(D)。作為添加劑(D)之具體例未特別限定,可列舉對甲苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、樟腦磺酸、磷酸化合物等之酸觸媒、胺化合物等之鹼觸媒、消泡劑、整平劑、熱劣化抑制劑、紫外線吸收劑、黏度調整劑、蠟等。可使用此等者1種或2種以上。添加劑(D)只要為不影響塗膜物性的程度,可自由摻合。較佳為相對於共聚酯(A)100質量份,為0.1質量份以上5質量份以下。
<有機溶劑(E)> 於本發明中使用的有機溶劑(E),只要為溶解共聚酯(A)者便未特別限定。具體來說,可列舉甲苯、二甲苯、Solvesso(註冊商標)等之芳香族系烴類、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、二質子酸酯等之酯類、甲乙酮、甲基異丁基酮、環己酮、異佛爾酮等之酮類、正丁基賽路蘇、第三丁基賽路蘇等之醚類等,可考量溶解性、蒸發速度(乾燥性)等而任意選擇、摻合。其中為芳香族系烴類及酮類之混合溶劑較佳,為Solvesso及環己酮之混合溶劑較佳。
有機溶劑(E),相對於共聚酯(A)100質量份,為50質量份以上較佳,為100質量份以上更佳,為150質量份以上尤佳。又,為500質量份以下較佳,為400質量份以下更佳,為300質量份以下尤佳。過少的話,有時保存安定性會降低,過多的話,會耗費成本等有時變得不合實際。
<金屬底漆塗料> 本發明之金屬底漆塗料為包含共聚酯(A)、交聯劑(B)、顏料(C)、添加劑(D)及有機溶劑(E)之塗料。
<金屬塗裝板> 本發明之金屬塗裝板,為至少於金屬板之單面具有本發明之金屬底漆塗料作為底漆層者。在塗裝方法方面未特別限定,可採用輥塗機塗裝、簾塗機塗裝、空氣噴塗、静電噴塗、網版印刷等。 又,作為金屬板未特別限定,較佳為例如:熱延伸鋼板、電鍍鋅鋼板、鍍合金鋼板、鍍鋁鋅合金鋼板、鋁板、鍍錫鋼板、不鏽鋼板、銅板、鍍銅鋼板、無錫鋼、鍍鎳鋼板、極薄鍍錫鋼板、鉻處理鋼板等之金屬板。
[實施例] 以下,列舉實施例來具體說明本發明。又,在本實施例及比較例中,份表示質量份。
(1) 共聚酯(A)之組成的測量 使用400MHz的1
H-核磁共振光譜裝置(以下,有時略稱為NMR),進行構成共聚酯(A)之多元羧酸成分、多元醇成分的莫耳比定量。溶劑係使用氘代氯仿。又,在藉由後添加酸來提高共聚酯之酸值的情況下,令後添加酸時所用的酸成分以外之酸成分的總合為100莫耳%,算出各成分的莫耳比。
(2) 共聚酯(A)之數量平均分子量的測量 將試料(共聚酯(A))4mg溶解在4mL的四氫呋喃後,以孔徑0.2μm之聚四氟乙烯製濾膜過濾。以此作為試料溶液,以凝膠層析儀(GPC)進行分析。裝置為TOSO H HLC-8220,偵檢器為示差折射率偵檢器,移動相係使用四氫呋喃,在流速1mL/分,管柱溫度40℃下測量。管柱係使用昭和電工製KF-802、804L、806L。分子量標準品係使用單分散聚苯乙烯,數量平均分子量係當作標準聚苯乙烯換算値, 省去相當於分子量未達1000的部分而算出。
(3) 玻璃轉移溫度的測量 使用示差掃描熱析儀(SII公司,DSC-200)來測量。將試料(共聚酯(A))5mg放入鋁推壓蓋型容器密封,使用液態氮冷卻至-50℃。接著以20℃/分之升溫速度升溫至150℃,在升溫過程得到的吸熱曲線中,定義吸熱峰出現前(玻璃轉移溫度以下)的基線之延長線與朝向吸熱峰之切線(顯示峰的上升部分起至峰的頂點之間的最大斜度之切線)的交點之溫度為玻璃轉移溫度(Tg,單位:℃)。
(4) 酸值的測量 精秤試料(共聚酯(A))0.2g,溶解於氯仿40mL中。接著,以0.01N之氫氧化鉀的乙醇溶液進行滴定。指示劑係使用酚酞。針對試料,求取氫氧化鉀當量,將測量値換算成每106
g試料之當量,單位為當量/106
g。
(5) 還原黏度ηsp/c(dl/g)的測量 將試料(共聚酯(A))0.10g溶於酚/四氯乙烷(重量比6/4)之混合溶劑25cc,使用烏式黏度管於30℃進行測量。
以下,顯示本發明之共聚酯(A)、及作為比較例之共聚酯的製造例。
<共聚酯(a1)的製造例> 將對苯二甲酸二甲酯809份、間苯二甲酸二甲酯793份、偏苯三甲酸酐19份、乙二醇407份、新戊二醇540份、三乙二醇287份、及作為觸媒之原鈦酸四丁酯相對於所有酸成分0.03莫耳%進料至備有攪拌機、冷凝器、溫度計的反應容器中,歷時4小時由160℃升溫至220℃,一邊經過脫甲醇步驟,一邊進行酯交換反應。接著,縮聚反應步驟係在反應系統內歷時20分鐘減壓至5mmHg,再升溫至250℃。再來,減壓至0.3mmHg以下,進行60分鐘的縮聚反應,將其取出。得到的共聚酯(a1)藉由NMR之組成分析的結果,就莫耳比為對苯二甲酸/間苯二甲酸/偏苯三甲酸/乙二醇/新戊二醇/三乙二醇=50/49/1/40/40/20[莫耳比]。又,數量平均分子量為7000,玻璃轉移溫度為40℃,酸值為20eq/106
g。結果記錄於表1。
<共聚酯(a2)~(a10)的製造例> 依照共聚酯(a1)的製造例,改變原料的種類及摻合比例,製造本發明之共聚酯(a2)~(a11)。結果記錄於表1。
(實施例1) <金屬底漆塗料(A1)的製備> 將共聚酯(a1)80份溶解於環己酮100份、Solvesso150 100份之混合溶劑中。在其中加入矽酸鈣50份、三聚磷酸鋁13份、氧化鈦37份,使用振盪機分散6小時。接著,加入作為交聯劑之CYMEL303(Allnex公司製,三聚氰胺硬化劑)20份、作為硬化觸媒之十二烷基苯磺酸0.2份,製成本發明之金屬底漆塗料(A1)。
(實施例2~10、比較例1~3) <金屬底漆塗料(A2)~(K1)的製備> 以與金屬底漆塗料(A1)相同的方法,得到為本發明之實施例或比較例的金屬底漆塗料(A2)~(K1)。摻合比例係顯示於表2。
(金屬塗裝板的評價) <試片的製作> 準備厚0.5mm的熔融鍍鋅鋼板,對其塗裝前述實施例中記載之金屬底漆塗料,使乾燥後的膜厚變成5μm,在210℃乾燥45秒。接著,在其上塗裝由數量平均分子量為15000且玻璃轉移溫度為38℃之共聚酯樹脂16質量份、三聚氰胺樹脂4質量份、氧化鈦20質量份及環己酮60質量份製作的面漆塗料,使乾燥後的膜厚變成15μm,在250℃下乾燥60秒,得到金屬塗裝板的試片。
(塗膜硬度) 將鉛筆芯以45度的角度抵在前述金屬塗裝板試片之塗裝面,以1kg的荷重使其向前方滑動。鉛筆芯之堅硬度係由較硬者起,使用H、F、HB、B、2B,評價不造成傷痕之最高硬度。硬度越高,塗膜的硬度越高,越難造成傷痕。 評價基準 ○:H以上 △:F~B ×:2B以下
(彎曲性) 將前述金屬塗裝板試片在25℃下進行180°折彎試驗。藉由目視,確認塗膜的破裂。2T係當夾持2枚與試驗金屬板相同厚度的金屬板進行折彎時,塗膜未發生破裂。數字越小,彎曲性越好。 ○:0~2T △:3~4T ×:5T以上
(耐蝕性) 將前述金屬塗裝板試片的端部以膠帶保護,用裁刀在表面上施以直到抵達基底的橫割(cross cut)之後,以JIS Z2371-2015記載的方法實施500小時之中性鹽水噴霧試驗。測量試驗後之塗裝板的橫割部起的隆起大小。隆起大小越小,耐蝕性越好。 評價基準 ○:直徑3mm以下 △:直徑超過3mm未達7mm ×:直徑7mm以上
(高固體成分適性(溶液黏度)) 將得到之共聚酯(A)以固體成分濃度60重量%溶解於環己酮及Solvesso150之相同重量比率的混合溶液,使用B型旋轉黏度計(東京計器(股)製,EM型,轉子No.4、12rpm),在25℃條件下測量溶液黏度。溶液黏度超過200泊的話,塗料製造時的操作會變得困難。 評價基準 ○:未達130泊 △:130泊以上,200泊以下 ×:超過200泊
(耐藥品性) 將前述金屬塗裝板試片的端部以膠帶保護,在25℃的環境下,於5重量%之氫氧化鈉水溶液中浸泡48小時後,目視外觀進行評價。隆起等越少,耐藥品性越好。 ○:無隆起~直徑未達1mm之微小的隆起 △:具有直徑1mm以上之大的隆起 ×:塗膜剝離 [產業上利用性]
本發明之共聚酯、及塗料組成物的加工性、耐蝕性、耐藥品性優異,作為金屬板之底漆用樹脂具有用處。特別是作為在家電用之線圈塗佈使用的成分具有用處。
Claims (4)
- 一種共聚酯(A),以多元羧酸成分及多元醇成分作為共聚成分,令所有多元羧酸成分為100莫耳%時,芳香族二羧酸成分為95~100莫耳%,脂肪族二羧酸成分為0~5莫耳%,令所有多元醇成分為100莫耳%時,三乙二醇為1~30莫耳%,玻璃轉移溫度為25~50℃之範圍,數量平均分子量為4000~9000之範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之共聚酯(A),不包含脂肪族二羧酸成分。
- 一種金屬底漆塗料,包含:如申請專利範圍第1或2項之共聚酯(A)、交聯劑(B)、顏料(C)、添加劑(D)、及有機溶劑(E)。
- 一種金屬塗裝板,具有如申請專利範圍第3項之金屬底漆塗料作為底漆層。
