本發明之目的在於提供一種高品質的化妝品，可不受到保存狀態或批次(lot)影響，在使用前保持一定的色彩。本發明係關於一種油性化妝品、其製造方法及其著色控制方法，該油性化妝品可藉由以一定量含有特定的C16～18脂肪酸，來控制塗佈後的著色。
Description
本發明係關於一種可控制著色的化妝品及其著色控制方法。
以往，彩妝化妝品已市售對皮膚塗佈後，呈現色彩或色彩變化的化妝品。特言之，已市售對皮膚塗佈後會變色的彩妝化妝品，進而言之，已市售無色或淡色的化妝品塗佈於皮膚後，逐漸變化為較濃色彩，可享受固有色調的化妝品。
例如於專利文獻1，記載已知酸性染料一般容易變色，藉由組合檸檬酸、檸檬酸酐、乳酸、酒石酸、蘋果酸等水溶性有機酸，來改良著色性及經時安定性。又，於專利文獻2，記載自古使用於油性口紅的螢光素系染料紅色218號(四氯四溴螢光素)、紅色223號(四溴螢光素)及橙色201號(二溴螢光素)，在經時安定性方面具有問題，該問題即因塗佈時內酯環的開環而染著於皮膚蛋白質，不僅成為唇部乾裂的原因，保存時該等染料會顯色，口紅本身變色；並記載藉由使用氟系油劑來解決該等問題。
進而言之，於專利文獻3，記載一種色彩變化組成物，其包含活性物質及微膠囊封存著色劑及非微膠囊封存著色劑，在對皮膚適用時提供變色效果。 另，已市售一種添加異硬脂酸等油溶性有機酸之口唇用油性化妝品，但該等油溶性有機酸均因結合劑等，如「化粧料分野における公知技術集，2010年版，p18～19」所記載較多量地添加了10%。 先行技術文獻專利文獻

發明所欲解決之問題
就油性化妝品而言，由於肇因於使用前的溫度或濕度等而變色，或批次間的變色程度差異等低保存安定性，從而發生使用前的化妝品變色的問題。又，享受對皮膚塗佈前為無色～淡色，對皮膚塗佈後，色彩變化漸濃的偏好性高的化妝品亦受到期待，因此期望提供一種高品質的化妝品，可不受到保存狀態或批次影響，在使用前保持一定的色彩。解決問題之手段
本發明人為了解決前述問題，針對可防止對皮膚塗佈前變色的成分，銳意進行研究，發現棕櫚酸、異硬脂酸、硬脂酸等脂肪酸不受經時性水分量變化的影響，可安定地克服上述問題，終至完成本發明。

本發明的油溶性脂肪酸可防止作為染料的螢光素構造的內酯部分開環，並成為羧酸鹽，因此不會受到油性化妝品的保存狀態或水分量的經時性變化影響，可安定地保存維持初始色彩的油性化妝品，尤其是對皮膚塗佈後色彩會變化的油性化妝品，可防止對皮膚塗佈前的較濃著色，可達成對皮膚塗佈後的較濃著色。
用以實施發明之形態
本發明的碳數16～18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸可使用棕櫚酸、油酸、亞油酸、亞麻酸、硬脂酸、異硬脂酸，較宜使用棕櫚酸、異硬脂酸或硬脂酸，尤宜使用異硬脂酸。 本發明的直鏈或支鏈脂肪酸的添加量為0.03%～5.0%，較宜為0.03%～2.0%，更宜為0.03%～1.0%，進而宜為0.03%～0.5%，尤宜為0.03%～0.3%，最宜為0.03%～0.1%，若添加量過多，因其刺激而成為唇部乾裂的原因，若添加量過少，無法充分獲得保存安定性及對皮膚塗佈後的著色變化效果。
本發明的油溶性染料可使用CI索引號為C.I.45350、C.I.45370、C.I.45425、C.I.45410、C.I.45440、C.I.45100、C.I.45170、C.I.45380、C.I.45430、C.I.45190的染料，較宜為C.I.45350、C.I.45370、C.I.45425、C.I.45410、C.I.45440、C.I.45380、C.I.45430、C.I.45190，尤宜為C.I.45410、C.I.45380，該等染料亦可單獨使用，或組合2種以上來使用。
於本說明書，「色素安定劑」是指為了調整油性化妝品的色素的色調而使用。
本發明的油性化妝品除了上述油溶性脂肪酸及油溶性染料以外，還可因應需要適當添加各種成分，例如高黏性酯油劑、低黏性酯油劑、非水系增稠劑、三酯、四酯、聚酯、高級醇、聚醯胺樹脂、界面活性劑、皮膚調理劑、抗氧化劑、美容成分、防腐劑、香料等。
高黏性酯油劑可使用(羥基硬脂酸/硬脂酸/松香酸)二季戊四醇異硬脂酸異丙酯、蘋果酸二異硬脂酸、異硬脂酸氫化蓖麻油、二聚亞油酸氫化蓖麻油、(聚甘油-2 異硬脂酸酯/二聚亞油酸)共聚物、(聚甘油-2 二異硬脂酸酯/二聚亞油酸)共聚物、(植物甾醇/異硬脂醇/鯨蠟醇/硬脂醇/二十二醇)二聚亞油酸酯、雙(植物甾醇/二十二醇/異硬脂醇)二聚亞油醇二聚亞油酸酯、二(異硬脂醇/植物甾醇)二聚亞油酸酯、二聚亞油酸氫化松香縮合物、二異硬脂酸二聚亞油酸酯、二聚亞油醇二聚亞油酸酯、二(膽固醇/二十二醇/辛基十二醇)月桂醯谷氨酸酯、二(辛基十二醇/植物甾醇/二十二醇)月桂醯谷氨酸酯、(植物甾醇/癸基十四醇)肉豆蔻醯甲基丙胺酸酯、(二甘油/二聚亞油酸/羥基硬脂酸)共聚物等，較宜為蘋果酸二異硬脂酸、(聚甘油-2 異硬脂酸酯/二聚亞油酸)共聚物、(聚甘油-2 二異硬脂酸酯/二聚亞油酸)共聚物。
低黏性酯油劑可使用己二酸二異丁酯、琥珀酸二乙基己酯、乙基己酸十六烷酯、乙基己酸己基癸酯、異壬酸乙基己酯、異壬酸異癸酯、異十三烷醇異壬酸酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、棕櫚酸異丙酯、異硬脂酸異丙酯等，較宜為異壬酸異癸酯。
非水系增稠劑可使用(乙烯/丙烯酸)共聚物、雙二烷基(C14-18)醯胺(乙烯二胺/氫化二聚亞油酸)共聚物、(VP/十六烯)共聚物、(棕櫚酸/乙基己酸)糊精、聚乙烯、微晶質蠟等，較宜為雙二烷基(C14-18)醯胺(乙烯二胺/氫化二聚亞油酸)共聚物、(棕櫚酸/乙基己酸)糊精、聚乙烯、微晶質蠟。
三酯可使用甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、三羥甲基丙烷三乙基己酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、三異硬脂酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三異硬脂酸酯、赤蘚醇三（乙基己酸）酯等，較宜使用辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯。
四酯可使用季戊四醇四乙基己酸酯、季戊四醇四異硬脂酸酯等。 聚酯可使用聚甘油脂肪酸酯之聚甘油異硬脂酸酯、聚甘油二異硬脂酸酯、聚甘油三異硬脂酸酯、聚甘油四異硬脂酸酯等，較宜為聚甘油異硬脂酸酯。
高級醇可使用月桂醇、十四醇、硬脂醯醇、二十烷醇、二十二醇、油醇、辛基十二烷醇等。
又，本發明的油性化妝品可使用含有聚醯胺樹脂的混合物，例如商品名HAIMALATE PAM(KOKYU ALCOHOL KOGYO製)來作為基材。
皮膚調理劑可使用二丁基月桂醯谷氨醯胺、二丁基乙基己醯谷氨醯胺等。
紫外線散射劑並未特別限制，可使用例如氧化鐵、氧化鈰、氧化鋯、矽酸鈦、矽酸鋅、矽酸酐、矽酸鈰等。
抗氧化劑可使用例如a-生育酚、BHT、抗壞血酸、EDTA等，美容成分可使用例如維生素類、膠原蛋白、玻尿酸、消炎劑等，防腐劑可使用例如對羥基苯甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇等。
本發明的油性化妝品可因應目的來採取各種形狀、製品形態。形狀可舉出粉狀、液狀、凝膠狀、膏狀、條狀、筆狀等，製品形狀可採取粉底、口紅、潤唇膏、唇彩、唇線筆、眼影、眼線筆、睫毛膏、指甲油、眉筆、蜜粉、腮紅、整髮劑、染髮劑等。
又，就該等成分的使用而言，為了製成透明的油性化妝品，尤其適宜的組合為蘋果酸二異硬脂酸、雙二烷基(C14-18)醯胺(乙烯二胺/氫化二聚亞油酸)共聚物。 進而言之，為了獲得本發明效果，較適宜的成分組合為辛基十二烷醇、二丁基月桂醯谷氨醯胺、二丁基乙基己醯谷氨醯胺。

實施例3 按照如下處方來製造唇彩。 
實施例4 於表1表示異硬脂酸在著色變化實驗中的添加量。 [表4] 
進行異硬脂酸的添加量0%、0.01%、0.03%、0.05%、0.1%及0.2%各自的著色實驗，結果如第3圖所示，異硬脂酸的添加量在0.03%以上時，觀察到剛塗佈後的色彩淡薄，塗佈後色彩逐漸變濃的效果。

第1圖係表示口紅基劑Lot 640395與Lot 650975，以及於Lot 650975分別添加DL蘋果酸及檸檬酸0.1%時之剛塗佈後與塗佈後10分鐘的著色變化圖。 第2圖係表示分別添加異硬脂酸、硬脂酸及琥珀酸0.1%時之剛塗佈後與塗佈後10分鐘的著色變化圖。再者，第2圖內的表的數值是目視的評估結果。 第3圖係表示實施例4的口唇用油性化妝品其受到異硬脂酸添加量影響的著色變化圖。再者，第3圖內的表的數值是目視的評估結果。
Claims (6)
- 一種油性化妝品，其含有包含內酯部分的螢光素系染料；以及碳數16~18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸，選自棕櫚酸、異硬脂酸或硬脂酸所成群組，其中包含內酯部分的螢光素系染料的CI索引號為C.I.45410或C.I.45380，且碳數16~18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸的添加量為0.03~2.00%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的油性化妝品，其中碳數16~18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸的添加量為0.03~0.10%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項的油性化妝品，其對口唇、皮膚、毛髮或指甲塗佈後，色彩會變化。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項的油性化妝品，其中油性化妝品為粉底、口紅、潤唇膏、唇彩、唇線筆、眼影、眼線筆、睫毛膏、指甲油、眉筆、蜜粉、腮紅、整髮劑、染髮劑。
- 一種油性化妝品的製造方法，該油性化妝品係對口唇、皮膚、毛髮或指甲塗佈後，色彩會變化，且如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項；前述製造方法添加碳數16~18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸0.03~2.00%，以作為色素安定劑。
- 一種油性化妝品的著色控制方法，該油性化妝品如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項；前述控制方法係使用碳數16~18的直鏈或支鏈的油溶性脂肪酸，來作為色素安定劑。
