Abstract
黏著組成物包括:0.1至1重量分的多個奈米顆粒;50至95重量分的丙烯酸酯樹脂;以及5至50重量分的多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物,且該丙烯酸酯樹脂與該多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的總重為100重量分,其中丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量為10萬至150萬。奈米顆粒的殼層覆蓋核心的部分表面,且丙烯酸酯基接枝至核心的表面。
Description
本揭露關於照射高能量的近紅外線後可解膠的黏著組成物。
目前商用的光學黏著膠追求高黏著力與可靠度,因此設計成永久固化材。然而光學黏著膠一旦黏著後即無法拆解,且重工剝除黏著膠後有殘膠與偏光片受損而須棄置等問題。
綜上所述,目前亟需新的黏著層以兼具高穿透度、低霧度、以及可解膠等特性。
本揭露一實施例提供之黏著組成物,包括:0.1至1重量分的多個奈米顆粒;50至95重量分的丙烯酸酯樹脂;以及5至50重量分的多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物,且該丙烯酸酯樹脂與該多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的總重為100重量分,其中丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量為10萬至150萬;其中奈米顆粒具有核心、殼層、以及丙烯酸酯基,核心係氧化矽,殼層係金、銀、銅、或上述之組合,殼層覆蓋核心的部分表面,且丙烯酸酯基接枝至核心的表面,其中黏著組成物在照射近紅外線之前的黏著力為0.5 Kg/in至1.5 Kg/in,且在照射近紅外線之後的黏著力為0至0.3 Kg/in。
本揭露一實施例提供之液晶顯示器,包括:上基板,包括第一黏著層位於彩色濾光片基板與上偏光片之間;下基板,包括第二黏著層位於薄膜電晶體基板與下偏光片之間;以及液晶層,位於上基板的彩色濾光片與下基板的薄膜電晶體基板之間;其中第一黏著層、該第二黏著層、或上述兩者包括上述黏著組成物。
本揭露一實施例提供拆解液晶顯示器的方法,包括:提供上述液晶顯示器;分離上基板與下基板;以及以近紅外線照射上基板、下基板、或上述兩者,使第一黏著層、第二黏著層、或上述兩者解膠。
本揭露一實施例提供之黏著組成物,包括:0.1至1重量分的多個奈米顆粒;50至95重量分的丙烯酸酯樹脂;以及5至50重量分的多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物,且丙烯酸酯樹脂與多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的總重為100重量分。若奈米顆粒的比例過低,則黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後幾乎無解膠效果。若奈米顆粒的比例過高,則負面影響黏著組成物的透光度與霧度。若丙烯酸酯樹脂的比例過低(或多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的比例過高),則黏著組成物的黏著力不足。若丙烯酸酯樹脂的比例過高(或多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的比例過低),則黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後的解膠效果不足。
在一些實施例中,丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量為10萬至150萬。若丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量過低,則黏著性不佳,容易脫膠。若丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量過高,則黏性太高無法光解膠。
在一些實施例中,奈米顆粒具有核心、殼層、以及丙烯酸酯基。舉例來說,核心係氧化矽。若核心為其他氧化物如氧化鈦或氧化鋯,則無法吸收NIR光源。在一些實施例中,殼層係金、銀、銅、或上述之組合,且殼層覆蓋核心的部分表面。丙烯酸酯基接枝至核心的表面。在一些實施例中,使丙烯酸酯基接枝至核心表面的方法,為採用一端含有矽氧烷基(如Si-OR,R為烷基)或矽醇基(如Si-OH)且另一端含有丙烯酸酯基的化合物,以與核心表面的Si-OH反應。舉例來說,上述化合物可為3-(甲基丙烯醯氧)丙基三甲氧基矽烷、 3-(甲基丙烯醯氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、3-(甲基丙烯醯氧丙基)三乙氧基矽烷、3-(丙烯醯氧)丙基三甲氧基矽烷、或上述之組合。在一些實施例中,核心與殼層的重量比為50:100至100:100或50:100至95:100。若殼層的比例過低,則黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後的解膠效果不足。若殼層的比例過高,則接枝至核心表面的丙烯酸酯基比例過低,造成奈米顆粒無法有效分散於黏著組成物中。在一些實施例中,核心與丙烯酸酯基的重量比為60:100至110:100或70:100至100:100。若丙烯酸酯基的比例過低,則奈米顆粒無法有效分散於黏著組成物中。若丙烯酸酯基的比例過高,則覆蓋核心的殼層比例過低,造成黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後的解膠效果不足。
在一些實施例中,黏著組成物在照射近紅外線之前的黏著力為0.5 Kg/in至1.5 Kg/in,且在照射近紅外線之後的黏著力為0至0.3 Kg/in。若黏著組成物在照射近紅外線之前的黏著力過低,則無法有效黏著所需黏著的層狀物(如玻璃基板與偏光片)。若黏著組成物在照射近紅外線之後的黏著力過高,即表示黏著組成物未解膠或解膠不足,造成黏著組成物殘留於其黏著的層狀物上。
在一些實施例中,奈米顆粒的尺寸為10 nm至200 nm或50 nm至200 nm。若奈米顆粒的尺寸過小,則會造成黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後的解膠效果不足。若奈米顆粒的尺寸過大,則會負面影響黏著組成物的透光度與霧度。
在一些實施例中,丙烯酸酯樹脂的單體包括50至99重量%的Tg為-15℃至-70℃的一第一單體,以及1至50重量%的Tg高於-15℃的一第二單體。若第一單體的比例過低(即第二單體的比例過高),則黏度無法提升,無法滿足黏度的規格。若第一單體的比例過高(即第二單體的比例過低),則黏度過高,會導致無法順利完成解膠。
在一些實施例中,第一單體包括丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸乙基己酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸異辛酯、丙烯酸異丁酯、丙烯酸異癸酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、2-丙基庚基丙烯酸酯、十七烷基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸四氫呋喃酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸異癸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、異十三烷基甲基丙烯酸酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、或上述之組合。舉例來說,第一單體包括丙烯酸丁酯與丙烯酸乙基己酯。
在一些實施例中,第二單體包括乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、丙烯醯胺、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羥乙酯、丙烯酸羥丙酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、或上述之組合。舉例來說,第二單體包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、與丙烯酸羥基乙酯。
在一些實施例中,多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸包括1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,9-壬二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,10-癸二醇二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、2-羥基-3-丙基甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚四亞甲基二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二烷二醇二丙烯酸酯、三環癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、雙三羥甲基丙烷四丙烯酸酯、二聚季戊四醇聚丙烯酸酯、聚季戊四醇聚丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,9-壬二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,10-癸二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、或上述之組合。
在一些實施例中,黏著組成物更包括熱起始劑。舉例來說,熱起始劑可為過氧化物或偶氮化物,比如過氧化二苯甲醯、過氧化二碳酸二辛酯、過氧化二碳酸二肉荳蔻酯、過氧化二月桂醯、過氧化二癸醯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(2-乙基己醯基過氧化)己烷、1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基過氧-2-乙基己酸酯、過氧-2-乙基己酸叔戊酯、過氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯、過氧化二乙基乙酸叔丁酯、過氧異丁酸叔丁酯、1,1-二(叔丁基過氧化)-3,3,5-三甲基環己烷、偶氮二異丁腈、2,2'-偶氮二(2-甲基丁腈) 、或1,1'-偶氮二(六氫芐腈)。
在一些實施例中,照射黏著組成物使其解膠的近紅外線的能量強度為1500 mJ/cm
2至2500 mJ/cm
2。舉例來說,近紅外線的波長為800 nm至1500 nm。若近紅外線的能量強度過低,則無法使黏著組成物解膠。若近紅外線的能量強度過高,則可能損傷黏著組成物所黏著的物件(如偏光片、彩色濾光片基板、或薄膜電晶體基板)。值得注意的是,需要一定能量強度的近紅外線才具有使黏著組成物解膠的效果。舉例來說,即使環境光中含有近紅外線,一般低強度的近紅外線不會使黏著組成物解膠,而造成含有黏著組成物的裝置失效。
如圖1所示,本揭露一實施例提供之液晶顯示器100,包括:上基板110,包括第一黏著層113位於彩色濾光片基板111與上偏光片115之間;下基板120,包括第二黏著層123位於薄膜電晶體基板121與下偏光片125之間;以及液晶層130,位於上基板110的彩色濾光片基板111與下基板120的薄膜電晶體基板121之間。在一些實施例中,第一黏著層113、第二黏著層123、或上述兩者包括上述黏著組成物。在圖1中,彩色濾光片基板111包括玻璃基板117與形成其上的彩色濾光片CF (含黑色矩陣BM),而薄膜電晶體基板121包括薄膜電晶體TFT與玻璃基板127。在一些實施例中,可採用間隔物S分隔上基板110與下基板120,以定義液晶層130的厚度。值得注意的是,圖1所示的液晶顯示器100僅用以舉例。本技術領域中具有通常知識者自可採用任何已知的液晶顯示器,並由本揭露的黏著組成物黏著偏光片與玻璃基板以達本揭露所述的效果。
本揭露一實施例提供拆解液晶顯示器的方法,包括:提供圖1所示的液晶顯示器100;分離上基板110與下基板120;以及以近紅外線照射上基板110、下基板120、或上述兩者,使第一黏著層113、第二黏著層123、或上述兩者解膠。如此一來,可自上基板110、下基板120、或上述兩者分離出上偏光片115,下偏光片125、或上述兩者,而無殘膠的問題。由上述可知,採用本揭露的黏著組成物,在回收或重工時可簡單照射近紅外線使黏著層解膠,以達拆解液晶顯示器的效果。
在一些實施例中,丙烯酸酯樹脂與多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物不含環氧基或異氰酸酯基,因此黏著組成物在照射近紅外線後易於解膠。
為讓本揭露之上述內容和其他目的、特徵、和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉出較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:
[實施例]
合成例1
取55重量分的丙烯酸丁酯、23重量分的丙烯酸乙基己酯、10重量分的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、8重量分的丙烯酸、4重量分的丙烯酸羥基乙酯、0.3重量分的過氧化苯甲醯、與150重量分的乙酸乙酯混合後,加熱到80℃並以250 rpm攪拌反應6小時,以得丙烯酸酯樹脂,其固含量為約40%、重均分子量為約50萬至80萬(GPC分析, 廠牌:Waters,每次使用時,以聚苯乙烯為標準品校正),且黏度為6000 cps至15000 cps (BROOKFIELD 黏度分析儀)。將上述丙烯酸酯樹脂塗佈於PET基板上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測其黏著力(1.4 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。
合成例2
取50 g之20 wt% SiO
2分散液(分散於水中,平均粒徑為30±6 nm,購自長春石化公司的nano sol)與13.5 g之 3-(甲基丙烯醯氧)丙基三甲氧基矽烷(3-(trimethoxysilyl)-propyl methacrylate)與1.5 g之3-胺基丙基三乙氧矽烷(3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane)混合,在40℃下反應4小時,然後降至室溫繼續攪拌48小時,以得表面接枝丙烯酸酯(methacrylate)與胺基(amino)的SiO
2核心。接著將金氯酸(HAuCl
4)加入上述溶液,再加入檸檬酸鈉,再加入NH
2OH.HCl 還原金氯酸/Na
2CO
3,以形成金殼層披覆部分的氧化矽核心,即表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子,其SiO
2核心與Au殼層的重量比為80:100,且SiO
2核心與接枝的丙烯酸酯基的重量比為95:100。奈米顆粒的平均粒徑約150 nm。可進一步稀釋或濃縮上述分散液,以得所需的分散液濃度如1%、5%、及10%。
比較例1
取80 g之合成例1的丙烯酸酯樹脂,20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為92% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.45% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.2 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為1.2 Kg/in,即無解膠效果。
實施例1-1
取80 g之合成例1的丙烯酸酯樹脂,20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子的分散液(含1%複合粒子)、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為90% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.5% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.2 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為0.2 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,實施例1-1的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,且在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力大幅下降(即具近紅外線解膠特性)。
實施例1-2
取80 g之合成例1的丙烯酸酯樹脂,20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子的分散液(含5%複合粒子)、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為92% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.41% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.2 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為0.05 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,實施例1-2的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,且在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力大幅下降(即具近紅外線解膠特性)。
實施例1-3
取80 g之合成例1的丙烯酸酯樹脂,20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子的分散液(含10%複合粒子)、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為91% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.48% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(0.9 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為0.05 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,實施例1-3的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,且在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力大幅下降(即具近紅外線解膠特性)。
比較例2
取80 g之合成樹脂(購自信康樹脂 HT-6501 BS)以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為92% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.45% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(2.9 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為2.9 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,比較例2的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,但在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力相同(即不具近紅外線解膠特性)。
比較例3-1
取80 g之合成樹脂(購自長興77688)以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為92% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.45% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.5 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為1.5 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,比較例3-1的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,但在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力相同(即不具近紅外線解膠特性)。
比較例3-2
取80 g之合成樹脂(長興77688)與20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為92% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.43% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.3 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為1.3 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,比較例3-2的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,但在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力相同(即不具近紅外線解膠特性)。
比較例3-3
取80 g之合成樹脂(長興77688),20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO

比較例3-4
取80 g之合成樹脂(長興77688),20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子的分散液(含5%複合粒子)、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為91% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為0.8% (量測方法為霧度量測儀)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.1 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為1.1 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,比較例3-4的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,但在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力相同(即不具近紅外線解膠特性)。由此可知,並非所有的合成樹脂搭配核殼複合粒子與多官能基丙烯酸酯單體所形成的黏著組成物,在照射近紅外線後均具有解膠效果。
比較例3-5
取80 g之合成樹脂(長興77688),20 g的聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯作為多官能基丙烯酸酯、0.5 g之合成例2之表面接枝丙烯酸酯的SiO
2/Au核殼複合粒子的分散液(含10%複合粒子)、與0.5 g的過氧化苯甲醯作為熱起始劑均勻攪拌24小時後,以刮塗方法塗佈於偏光膜上,再置入50℃的烘箱5分鐘乾燥,以得厚20 μm至25 μm的乾膜(即黏著組成物)。乾膜的穿透度為89% (量測方法為紫外光-可見光光譜儀),且霧度為1.6% (量測方法為霧度量測)。將乾膜貼附至10 cm*10 cm的不鏽鋼板上,量測黏著力(1.0 Kg/in,量測標準為JISZO237)。以波長為800 nm至1500 nm、功率為2kW、且強度為2000 mJ/cm
2的近紅外線照射偏光膜使乾膜解膠。乾膜解膠後的黏著力為1.0 Kg/in (量測標準為JISZO237)。由上述可知,比較例3-4的黏著組成物具有足夠的黏著力,但在照射高能量的近紅外線後的黏著力相同(即不具近紅外線解膠特性)。由此可知,並非所有的合成樹脂搭配核殼複合粒子與多官能基丙烯酸酯單體所形成的黏著組成物,在照射近紅外線後均具有解膠效果。

Claims (14)
- 一種黏著組成物,包括: 0.1至1重量分的多個奈米顆粒; 50至95重量分的一丙烯酸酯樹脂;以及 5至50重量分的一多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物,且該丙烯酸酯樹脂與該多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的單體或寡聚物的總重為100重量分; 其中該丙烯酸酯樹脂的重均分子量為10萬至150萬; 其中該些奈米顆粒具有一核心、一殼層、以及丙烯酸酯基,該核心係氧化矽,該殼層係金、銀、銅、或上述之組合,該殼層覆蓋該核心的部分表面,且該丙烯酸酯基接枝至該核心的表面; 其中該黏著組成物在照射一近紅外線之前的黏著力為0.5 Kg/in至1.5 Kg/in,且在照射該近紅外線之後的黏著力為0至0.3 Kg/in。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該核心與該殼層的重量比為50:100至100:100。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該核心與該丙烯酸酯基的重量比為60:100至110:100。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該些奈米顆粒的尺寸為10 nm至200 nm。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該丙烯酸酯樹脂的單體包括50至99重量%的Tg為-15℃至-70℃的一第一單體,以及1至50重量%的Tg高於-15℃的一第二單體。
- 如請求項5之黏著組成物,其中該第一單體包括丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸乙基己酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸異辛酯、丙烯酸異丁酯、丙烯酸異癸酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、2-丙基庚基丙烯酸酯、十七烷基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸四氫呋喃酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸異癸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、異十三烷基甲基丙烯酸酯、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、或上述之組合。
- 如請求項6之黏著組成物,其中該第一單體包括丙烯酸丁酯與丙烯酸乙基己酯。
- 如請求項5之黏著組成物,其中該第二單體包括乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、丙烯醯胺、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羥乙酯、丙烯酸羥丙酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、或上述之組合。
- 如請求項8之黏著組成物,其中該第二單體包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、與丙烯酸羥基乙酯。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該多官能基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸包括1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,9-壬二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,10-癸二醇二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、2-羥基-3-丙基甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚四亞甲基二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二烷二醇二丙烯酸酯、三環癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、雙三羥甲基丙烷四丙烯酸酯、二聚季戊四醇聚丙烯酸酯、聚季戊四醇聚丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,9-壬二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1,10-癸二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、或上述之組合。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,更包括一熱起始劑。
- 如請求項1之黏著組成物,其中該近紅外線的能量強度為1500 mJ/cm 2至2500 mJ/cm 2。
- 一種液晶顯示器,包括: 一上基板,包括一第一黏著層位於一彩色濾光片基板與一上偏光片之間; 一下基板,包括一第二黏著層位於一薄膜電晶體基板與一下偏光片之間;以及 一液晶層,位於該上基板的該彩色濾光片基板與該下基板的該薄膜電晶體基板之間; 其中該第一黏著層、該第二黏著層、或上述兩者包括請求項1之黏著組成物。
- 一種拆解液晶顯示器的方法,包括: 提供請求項13之液晶顯示器; 分離該上基板與該下基板;以及 以該近紅外線照射該上基板、該下基板、或上述兩者,使該第一黏著層、該第二黏著層、或上述兩者解膠。
