Abstract
本發明係提供一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,該馬達係利用複數個凹孔相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱銷上,且藉由馬達所延伸的定位部與主架進行卡扣組裝,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上,空壓機內臟總成被裝設於盒體內,利用該盒體於上殼體及下殼體的內側壁所預設的迫緊部將定位部之彈性定位側翼限制在前述馬達及主架之間,使定位部之彈性定位側翼在空壓機運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
Description
本發明係為一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,尤其是指一種無需利用螺絲即可將馬達組裝且能穩定固設於主架上且整個空壓機內臟總成可被容置於盒體內的實用技術。
習用的空壓機包含一主架、結合在該主架上的一汽缸、組裝在該主架上的一馬達及可受該馬達帶動而在該汽缸內作往復運動的一活塞體,透過馬達帶動活塞體在汽缸內作往復運動以完成氣體的吸入、壓縮及加壓氣體的排出,整個空壓機內臟總成可被置設在一盒體內者。
一般而言,習用空壓機的馬達大多藉由螺絲鎖固於主架上,而當空壓機在長期的運作之下,螺絲易會產生脫落或鬆動而造成使用壽命降低,螺絲必須穿過主架本體鎖固在馬達殼體的螺絲孔上,而若因受到空間的限制使鎖固螺絲的工具無法穿過主架本體以及其周邊組件時,即馬達無法利用螺絲順利地鎖固於主架上。本發明人即是有鑑於習知空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,該空壓機裝置包含有一空壓機內臟總成及用為承裝該空壓機內臟總成之盒體,其中該空壓機內臟總成之馬達係利用複數個凹孔相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱銷上,且藉由馬達所延伸出至少一定位部卡扣於主架上,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
本發明之另一主要目的係提供一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其可利用一拆卸元件將相結合的馬達與主架相分離,即是利用該拆卸元件往卡扣於主架上的定位部施壓力量以解除卡扣狀態,並同時移動馬達以改變該馬達與主架之相對位置,即可輕易且快速地將馬達與主架相分離。
本發明之再一主要目的係提供一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其可將空壓機內臟總成置入一盒體內,利用該盒體於上殼體及下殼體的內側壁所預設的迫緊部,該迫緊部係為盒體內側壁所設的凸塊,該凸塊的壁面即是可將定位部之彈性定位側翼限制在前述馬達及主架之間,使定位部之彈性定位側翼在空壓機運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
請先參閱第十圖,本發明中之空壓機10內臟總成可被置進一盒體8之內空部,同時請參閱第一及二圖所示,本發明空壓機10內臟總成基本上包含有一主架1、結合在該主架1上的一汽缸2、組裝在該主架1上的一馬達4及可受該馬達4帶動而在該汽缸2內作往復運動的一活塞體5。
主架1,其係具有複數個定位孔,該複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔11及第二定位孔12,於第一定位孔11穿伸有一設在馬達4芯端的小齒輪61並將馬達4之內軸承座41容置於第一定位孔11內,於第二定位孔12內裝設一軸承121。前述馬達4殼體之圓柱形周面上設有二相對稱之完全貫穿的散熱口43,使馬達4殼體之內部及馬達4殼體之外部可產生氣流流通外,亦可達散熱功能,該馬達4係套設一金屬材質之導磁圈44,因導磁圈44具備導磁之作用,當馬達4進行做功時可提升馬達4之效率。
汽缸2係可一體成形地結合在該主架1上,於汽缸2上連通有一儲氣座3,該儲氣座3係設置有至少一歧管30,其可裝設有一輸出氣體用的軟管31及一壓力錶32。
一傳動機構6係包含有一具有重量塊之大齒輪62,該大齒輪62係可與前述小齒輪61相嚙合,該大齒輪62係藉由一軸桿與前述軸承121相連結(習知技術圖中未顯示),該傳動機構6係可帶動活塞體5於前述汽缸2內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣。
配合第一至四圖所示,本發明的特徵在於:該一端設置有小齒輪61之馬達4頭端面42於內軸承座41外周圍係具有複數個凹孔420,而主架1後方之第一定位孔11外周圍亦相對應前述凹孔420而凸設有複數個柱銷110。當馬達4欲定位於主架1時,其可將馬達4頭端面42之複數個凹孔420相對卡合於主架1上的複數個柱銷110上,其可作為馬達4的定位,加強抵擋馬達4運轉時的旋轉力,且馬達4及主架1二者相對向結合後,該結合面7仍存留有複數個流通孔70,即主架1上的柱銷110卡納於馬達4頭端面42之凹孔420的空間仍存留有流通孔70(可同時參考第六圖),且同時馬達4頭端面42之內軸承座41容置於主架1上的第一定位孔11內,並藉由一定位部46將主架1及馬達4進行卡扣組裝,即是該定位部46之一端係由馬達4所延伸,而定位部46之另一端則卡扣於主架1上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。
本發明之其中一實施例如第一至四圖所示,前述馬達4殼體係延伸設有二相對稱之定位部46,二定位部46於末端處在面向馬達4中心軸的內側面係具有利用衝壓技術完成的二相對稱且斜向凸出的彈性定位側翼461,而主架1係設有二個上下貫穿之穿孔13,該二定位部46之彈性定位側翼461於穿伸過該二穿孔13的過程中,該彈性定位側翼461係受到穿孔13內徑擠迫而產生變形,並於穿伸出主架1表面的瞬間恢復成未受到擠迫之自然狀態,該彈性定位側翼461係可輕易且快速地卡固於前述主架1表面,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。
請參閱第五圖,本發明係可利用一拆卸元件9將相結合的馬達4與主架1相分離,即是利用該拆卸元件9往卡扣於主架1上的定位部46之彈性定位側翼461施壓力量以解除卡扣狀態,並同時移動馬達4以改變該馬達4與主架1之相對位置,即可輕易且快速地將馬達4與主架1相分離。前述拆卸元件9係可為一般常見的工具,如螺絲起子。
請參閱第七及八圖,本發明之另一實施例,在馬達4殼體所套設的導磁圈44係延伸設有二相對稱之定位部47,二定位部47於末端處係彎折有二相對稱之彈性定位側翼471,而主架1之左、右側亦相對於二彈性定位側翼471而設置有二個定位槽14,其他結構及組合仍相同於第二圖之實施例,此種設計仍然可致使彈性定位側翼471輕易且快速地卡固於主架1之定位槽14上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。請參閱第九圖,本實施例仍可利用一拆卸元件9將相結合的馬達4與主架1相分離,即是利用該拆卸元件9穿伸至主架1之定位槽14中,並往卡扣於主架1上的定位部47之彈性定位側翼471施壓力量以解除卡扣狀態,並同時移動馬達4以改變該馬達4與主架1之相對位置,即可輕易且快速地將馬達4與主架1相分離。
請參閱第十及十一圖,將空壓機10內臟總成置入一盒體8內之示意圖,利用該盒體8於上殼體及下殼體的內側壁所預設的迫緊部81,該迫緊部81係為盒體8內側壁所設的凸塊82,該凸塊82的壁面即是可將定位部47之彈性定位側翼471限制在前述馬達4及主架1之間,使定位部47之彈性定位側翼471在空壓機10運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種空壓機10之馬達4結合定位裝置,該馬達4係利用複數個凹孔420相對卡合於主架1上的複數個柱銷110上,其可作為馬達4的定位,加強抵擋馬達4運轉時的旋轉力,且藉由馬達4所延伸出至少一定位部46與主架1進行卡扣組裝,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上,將空壓機10內臟總成置入盒體8內,利用該盒體8於上殼體及下殼體的內側壁所預設的迫緊部81將定位部47之彈性定位側翼471限制在前述馬達4及主架1之間,使定位部47之彈性定位側翼471在空壓機10運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。

Claims (7)
- 一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,該空壓機內臟總成可被置進一盒體之內空部,該空壓機包含一主架,其係具有複數個定位孔,該複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其係結合在主架上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座;一馬達,其係組裝在主架上,於主架之第一定位孔穿伸有一設在馬達芯端的小齒輪並將馬達之內軸承座容置於第一定位孔內;一傳動機構,其係可帶動一活塞體於汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,其特徵在於:藉由至少一定位部將主架及馬達進行卡扣組裝,即是該定位部之一端係由馬達所延伸,而定位部之另一端則卡扣於主架上,該馬達殼體係延伸設有前述二相對稱之定位部,二定位部於末端處在面向馬達中心軸的內側面係具有利用衝壓技術完成的二相對稱且斜向凸出的彈性定位側翼,而主架係設有二個上下貫穿之穿孔,該二定位部之彈性定位側翼於穿伸過該二穿孔的過程中,該彈性定位側翼係受到穿孔內徑擠迫而產生變形,並於穿伸出主架表面的瞬間恢復成未受到擠迫之自然狀態,該彈性定位側翼係卡固於前述主架表面,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
- 如請求項1所述之空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,該馬達殼體之圓柱形周面上設有散熱口,使馬達殼體之內部及馬達殼體之外部可產生氣流流通外,亦可達散熱功能,該馬達係套設一金屬材質之導磁圈,因導磁圈具備導磁之作用,當馬達進行做功時可提升馬達之效率。
- 如請求項1所述之空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,該一端設置有小齒輪之馬達頭端面於內軸承座外周圍係具有複數個凹孔,而主架後方之第一定位孔外周圍亦相對應前述凹孔而凸設有複數個柱銷,當馬達欲定位於主架時,其可將馬達頭端面之複數個凹孔相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱 銷上,其可作為馬達的定位,加強抵擋馬達運轉時的旋轉力。
- 如請求項3所述之空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,該馬達及主架二者相對向結合後,該結合面仍存留有複數個流通孔,即主架上的柱銷卡納於馬達頭端面之凹孔的空間仍存留有流通孔。
- 如請求項1所述之空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,利用一拆卸元件將相結合的馬達與主架相分離,即是利用該拆卸元件往卡扣於主架上的定位部之彈性定位側翼施壓力量以解除卡扣狀態,並同時移動馬達以改變該馬達與主架之相對位置,即可將馬達與主架相分離。
- 一種空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,該空壓機內臟總成可被置進一盒體之內空部,該空壓機包含一主架,其係具有複數個定位孔,該複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其係結合在主架上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座;一馬達,其係組裝在主架上,於主架之第一定位孔穿伸有一設在馬達芯端的小齒輪並將馬達之內軸承座容置於第一定位孔內;一傳動機構,其係可帶動一活塞體於汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,其特徵在於:該馬達殼體之圓柱形周面上設有散熱口,使馬達殼體之內部及馬達殼體之外部可產生氣流流通外,亦可達散熱功能,該馬達係套設一金屬材質之導磁圈,因導磁圈具備導磁之作用,當馬達進行做功時可提升馬達之效率,在馬達殼體套設的導磁圈係延伸設有前述二相對稱之定位部,二定位部於末端處係彎折有二相對稱之彈性定位側翼,而主架之左、右側亦相對於二彈性定位側翼而設置有二個定位槽,藉由該彈性定位側翼卡固於該主架之定位槽上,使該馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
- 如請求項6所述之空壓機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,將空壓機內臟總成置入前述盒體內,利用該盒體於上殼體及下殼體的內側壁所預設 的迫緊部,該迫緊部係為盒體內側壁所設的凸塊,該凸塊的壁面即是可將定位部之彈性定位側翼限制在前述馬達及主架之間,使定位部之彈性定位側翼在空壓機運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
