Abstract
一種具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,包含一準備步驟、一貼合步驟,及一壓合步驟。在該準備步驟中,準備一熱壓模具,該熱壓模具包括一下模、一可與該下模合模且具有一負角特徵的模仁,及一可壓抵該模仁及該下模的上模,該下模具有一圍繞出一特徵凹槽的內表面。在該貼合步驟中,將一離型膠膜貼合於該下模之內表面上。在該壓合步驟中,將一複合材料模料置於該離型膠膜上,接著將該下模、該模仁,及該上模合模後進行熱壓合,使該複合材料模料成型為一呈板狀且具負角造型的複合材料產品,使用該模仁及該離型膠膜可輔助拆模,避免開模時因負角干涉而造成拆模不易。
Description
本發明是有關於一種製造方法,特別是指一種具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法。
一般對於複合材料的熱壓成型製程是先準備一上模及一下模,該上模及該下模可對合並共同界定出一模穴。接著將模料置入下模上,並將該上模與該下模合模,此時模料是位於該模穴中,而後便進行熱壓合以將模料填滿該模穴而成型為該模穴的形狀,最後將該上模及下模分開(即開模)後便可由該模穴中取得與模穴形狀相符之產品。
隨著現時對於產品外型要求的多樣化,有些產品上需帶有負角之特徵,然而此種負角特徵容易因角度干涉關係而造成產品不易脫模,因此尚有改善之空間。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法。
於是,本發明具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,包含一準備步驟、一貼合步驟,及一壓合步驟。在該準備步驟中,準備一熱壓模具,該熱壓模具包括一下模、一可與該下模合模且具有一負角特徵的模仁,及一可壓抵該模仁及該下模的上模,該下模具有一圍繞出一特徵凹槽的內表面。在該貼合步驟中,將一離型膠膜貼合於該下模之內表面上。在該壓合步驟中,將一複合材料模料置於該離型膠膜上,接著將該下模、該模仁,及該上模合模後進行熱壓合,合模時該模仁及該下模之內表面相配合界定出一模穴,該特徵凹槽位於該模穴中,且該模仁之負角特徵置入該特徵凹槽內,熱壓合時會使該複合材料模料對應該模穴成型,使該複合材料模料熱壓成型為一呈板狀且具負角造型的複合材料產品,最後開啟該上模並依序取出該模仁及該複合材料產品。
本發明之功效在於:使用該模仁可避免開模時因負角造型干涉而造成上下模不易拆模,該離型膠膜除了可避免該複合材料模料的殘膠附著於該內表面之外,也可以產生輔助開模之作用。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法之一實施例,包含一準備步驟11、一貼合步驟12,及一壓合步驟13。首要說明的是,本實施例中的負角之角度是小於90度。在該準備步驟11中,先準備一熱壓模具2。該熱壓模具2包括一下模21、一可與該下模21合模且具有一負角特徵221的模仁22,及一可壓抵該模仁22及該下模21的上模23。該下模21具有圍繞出一對應該負角特徵221之特徵凹槽211的內表面212。該模仁22具有自離型之特性,其可以是以具自離型效果的鐵氟龍或矽膠材質所製成,也可以是以金屬製成,並鍍上自離型鍍膜。
參閱圖1與圖3,在該貼合步驟12中,將一離型膠膜3貼附於該下模21之內表面212上,該離型膠膜3會有部分位於該特徵凹槽211內。參閱圖1、圖4,及圖5,在該壓合步驟13中,將一片狀或塊狀且預浸有樹脂的複合材料模料4置於該離型膠膜3上,接著將該下模21、該模仁22,及該上模23如圖4所示地合模後進行熱壓合,合模時該模仁22及該下模21之內表面212相配合界定出一模穴24,該特徵凹槽211位於該模穴24中,且該模仁22之負角特徵221置入該特徵凹槽211內。熱壓合時會使該複合材料模料4塑性流動而對應該模穴24成型,並有部分的複合材料模料4位於該負角特徵221及該特徵凹槽211之間(嚴格來說是位於負角特徵221及內表面212上的離型膠膜3之間)。經過熱壓合後可將該複合材料模料4成型為一如圖5所示呈板狀且具負角造型51的複合材料產品5。最後開啟該上模23並依序取出該模仁22及該複合材料產品5,再將該離型膠膜3由該內表面212撕去。
透過在該上模23及該下模21之間設置該模仁22,可避免該負角特徵221造成干涉而易於拆模及脫模,該離型膠膜3及該模仁22具自離型效果的設計,可進一步降低拆模的難度,同時也可以防止該複合材料模料4含浸的樹脂殘膠沾黏於該下模21之內表面212及該模仁22上。透過易於拆模及不沾黏的特性,讓該熱壓模具2可快速製造下一個複合材料產品5,提升製造效率。
綜上所述,本發明可製得具負角造型51之複合材料產品5,例如高爾夫球桿頭的部件等等,且該製造方法利於拆模及脫模,並可防止殘膠沾黏,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

- 一種具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,包含: 一準備步驟,準備一熱壓模具,該熱壓模具包括一下模、一可與該下模合模且具有一負角特徵的模仁,及一可壓抵該模仁及該下模的上模,該下模具有一圍繞出一特徵凹槽的內表面; 一貼合步驟,將一離型膠膜貼合於該下模之內表面上;及 一壓合步驟,將一複合材料模料置於該離型膠膜上,接著將該下模、該模仁,及該上模合模後進行熱壓合,合模時該模仁及該下模之內表面相配合界定出一模穴,該特徵凹槽位於該模穴中,且該模仁之負角特徵置入該特徵凹槽內,熱壓合時會使該複合材料模料對應該模穴成型,使該複合材料模料熱壓成型為一呈板狀且具負角造型的複合材料產品,最後開啟該上模並依序取出該模仁及該複合材料產品。
- 如請求項1所述具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,其中,該模仁具自離型特性。
- 如請求項2所述具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,其中,該模仁為鍍上自離型鍍膜的金屬模仁。
- 如請求項2所述具有負角造型之複合材料產品的製造方法,其中,該模仁為鐵氟龍或矽膠材質所製成。
