用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統
本發明是有關一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,特別是包含一種能夠應用於任何形式之自行車車輪內或車輪上、且能夠進行分析出騎乘過程中的即時運動資訊、並可顯示於一使用者可接收的載具上之動態壓力感測系統。
市面上用來測量踩踏力量、踩踏效率的感測器,大多放置於自行車車架中的主要結構上,例如踏板、五通、大盤、花鼓或曲柄上,透過應變規或壓電材料的感測器直接測量踩踏力量或是間接由扭力感測器推算得知踩踏力量,因為目前的感測器製程上不是很方便,故在安裝程序上也較為困難,且不同車型大多不能通用,而感測器電壓輸出值的範圍不易控制。
但從機械運作的觀點而言,曲柄如果能夠360度都均勻施力是最理想的,也是最有效率的。但別忘記,我們是人類,不是機器,我們腿部的肌肉對於往前踏、往下踩的動作非常熟悉,效率也很高。但是如果要往後拉、往上,這動作可能會覺得不習慣,容易疲勞。能進行有效的訓練後,在不同相位使用不同力量的踩踏力量,能促成最有效率的踩踏動作;舉個例來說,一般而言曲柄在90度時,也就是3點鐘方向,有助曲柄轉動的切向力方向會垂直於地面,此時出力踩踏會獲得最佳的效益。相對的, 在270度,9點鐘方向,不僅難以施力,腿的重量在此時的負向影響也是最大。因此在追求踩踏效率時,應該要注意踩踏最大施力點是否在3點鐘方向附近;而當踩踏動作來到9點鐘方向時,能不能順暢快速地讓腿部通過。這兩個因素將會大大地影響踩踏效率;由此可知,若是以踩踏力量、踩踏效率的感測器直接進行感測踩踏力量及踩踏效率,則會因為人為踩踏的因素影響感測的結果,再加上安裝程序困難、不能通用、感測器電壓輸出值的範圍不易控制等等缺點,故現今以踩踏力量、踩踏效率的感測器直接進行感測踩踏力量及踩踏效率的技術仍有很大的改善空間。
因此,若能夠藉由一安裝於車胎內或車胎上之動態氣壓感測裝置,該動態氣壓感測裝置係具有氣壓感測模組,其中該氣壓感測模組更可以取代踏頻計、功率計等多項感測器的功能,因此除了能降低消費地的花費壓力外,更能有效降低自行車重量,且不破壞原本車架外觀設計。因此,本發明應為一最佳解決方案。
本發明係關於一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,係能夠應用於任何形式之自行車車輪內或車輪上,並以高擷取頻率的方式即時分析騎乘過程中的踩踏效率,且更能夠將運算結果顯示於一使用者可接收的載具上,以進行即時運動資訊之提供與顯示。
本發明係關於一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,係能夠量測雙腳踏力,且具有量測力量範圍大、容易組裝、各廠牌車款均通用、感測器輕 量化等優點。
一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,係包含:一動態氣壓感測裝置,係能夠設置於一自行車的輪胎內或輪胎上,而該動態氣壓感測裝置係包含至少一氣壓感測模組,係用以偵測該自行車的輪胎氣壓變化數據,而該輪胎氣壓變化數據係至少包含於一段持續時間下的氣體壓力波形;一處理模組,係與該氣壓感測模組電性連接,用以控制該氣壓感測模組進行運作,而該氣壓感測模組能夠將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該處理模組,而該處理模組能夠藉由該輪胎胎壓變化數據,至少運算出該自行車運作過程中之踩踏頻率及踩踏力量,其中該踩踏頻率及踩踏力量係藉由該氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值進行判斷分析取得;一傳輸模組,係與該處理模組電性連接,用以將該處理模組所運算後的結果傳輸出去;以及一使用者可接收的載具,係能夠接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之運算後的結果,並顯示以提供即時運動資訊。
更具體的說,所述處理模組係更包含有一踩踏頻率分析單元,該踩踏頻率分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的至少兩個氣壓峰值間的時間,來進行計算該自行車之踩踏頻率。
更具體的說,所述處理模組係更包含有一踩踏力量分析單元,該踩踏力量分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值大小,來進行計算騎乘該自行車之騎乘者的踩踏力量值。
更具體的說,所述使用者可接收的載具係為一手持智慧型裝置,而該手持智慧型裝置能夠安裝有一應用程式,該應用程式能夠進行接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之運算後的結果,並進行顯示於該應用程式上,以由該應用程式提供即時運動資訊。

請參閱第1~3圖,為本發明用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統之整體架構示意圖、動態氣壓感測裝置之內部架構示意圖及處理模組之內部架構示意圖,由圖中可知,該用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統係包含一動態氣壓感測裝 置1及一使用者可接收的載具2,其中該動態氣壓感測裝置1係包含至少一氣壓感測模組11、一處理模組12及一傳輸模組13,其中該氣壓感測模組11係用以偵測該自行車的輪胎氣壓變化數據,而該輪胎氣壓變化數據係至少包含於一段持續時間下的氣體壓力波形;而該處理模組12係與該氣壓感測模組11電性連接,用以控制該氣壓感測模組11進行運作,而該氣壓感測模組11能夠將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該處理模組12,而該處理模組12內更包含有一踩踏頻率分析單元121及一踩踏力量分析單元122,因此該處理模組12能夠藉由該輪胎氣壓變化數據,進行運算出該自行車運作過程中之踩踏頻率及踩踏力量;其中該踩踏頻率分析單元121係能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的至少兩個氣壓峰值間的時間,來進行計算該自行車之踩踏頻率;而該踩踏力量分析單元122則是擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值大小,來進行計算騎乘該自行車之騎乘者的踩踏力量值;而當踩踏頻率及踩踏力量運算出來之後,該處理模組12更能夠將所運算後的結果、透過該傳輸模組13傳輸至一使用者可接收的載具2上,以由該使用者可接收的載具2能夠顯示以提供即時運動資訊;而該使用者可接收的載具2係能夠為一手持智慧型裝置,且該手持智慧型裝置能夠安裝有一應用程式21,該應用程式21則能夠顯示以提供即時運動資訊,然而如第4圖所示,該應用程式21亦能夠設置有一踩踏頻率分析單元211及一踩踏力量分析單元212,而該踩踏頻率分析單元211及踩踏力量分析單元212之運作模式如上所述,故不再重覆贅述。
其中,若是該處理模組12及該應用程式21皆具有運算踩踏頻率及 踩踏力量之能力,該處理模組12能夠選擇自行運算踩踏頻率及踩踏力量,或是將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該應用程式21,以由該應用程式21進行運算;其中,若是僅有該處理模組12具有運算踩踏頻率及踩踏力量之能力,則由該處理模組12運算出踩踏頻率及踩踏力量後,再將其運算結果傳送給該應用程式21;其中,若是僅有該應用程式21具有運算踩踏頻率及踩踏力量之能力,則由該處理模組12將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該應用程式21,以由該應用程式21進行運算。
而如第5圖所示,該動態氣壓感測裝置1係設置於一自行車3的輪胎31內部或外表面上,並透過該動態氣壓感測裝置1感測得到輪胎氣壓變化數據,其中該輪胎氣壓變化數據係至少包含於一段持續時間下的氣體壓力波形,而該氣體壓力波形則如第6A圖所示(由於當輪胎31觸地時、會擠壓該輪胎31以造成壓力上升,但輪胎31不可能一直保持擠壓狀態,而是處理擠壓與釋放的壓力狀態,故當稍微釋放該輪胎31則會造成壓力下降,故會有氣體壓力波形的產生);由第6A圖中可知,係具有複數個氣壓峰值,而如第6B圖中則是將氣體壓力波形放大後以標示出氣壓峰值的位置,其中一個氣壓峰值是代表踩踏一下,而兩個氣壓峰值之間的時間則是Pt,而踩踏頻率為CAD,其計算方程式:CAD=30×(1÷Pt),其中踩踏頻率運算出來的數值的單位為RPM(其中30代表單位轉換的係數,係代表從每秒幾次轉換成每分鐘幾圈的轉換係數);另外,由於每一個(最大)氣壓峰值會對應不同的氣體壓力(pa),因此能夠某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的所有氣壓峰值所對應的氣體壓力(pa),以做為騎乘該自行車之騎乘者的踩踏力量值運算的基礎,而實際踩踏力量 方程式為F=k×ΔP+R,其中F為踩踏力量、k為校正值常數(單位為牛頓/帕)、ΔP為氣壓變化值(最大氣壓值-平均氣壓值)、R為校正值常數,該最大氣壓值是一段時間內每一個氣壓峰值大小,而平均氣壓值為一段時間內所有氣壓峰值的平均,因此透過上述公式則能夠將實際踩踏力量運算出來。
本發明所提供之用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,與其他習用技術相互比較時,其優點如下:
(1)本發明能夠藉由一安裝於車胎內或車胎上之動態氣壓感測裝置,該動態氣壓感測裝置係具有氣壓感測模組,而該氣壓感測模組透過多項參數可以整合而得自行車車速,且動態壓力感測器更可以取代踏頻計、功率計等多項感測器的功能,因此除了能降低消費地的花費壓力外,更能有效降低自行車重量,且不破壞原本車架外觀設計。
(2)本發明能夠應用於任何形式之自行車車輪內或車輪上,並以高擷取頻率的方式進行擷取數據後、再根據波型變化量及高度變化量來即時分析計算騎乘過程中的踩踏效率,且更能夠將運算結果顯示於一使用者可接收的載具上,以進行即時運動資訊之提供與顯示。
(3)本發明能夠量測雙腳踏力,且具有量測力量範圍大、容易組裝、各廠牌車款均通用、感測器輕量化、無需校正開機電壓值等優點。
本發明已透過上述之實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟悉此一技術領域具有通常知識者,在瞭解本發明前述的技術特徵及實施例,並在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之專利保護範圍須視本說明書所附之請求項所界定者為準。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,係包含:一動態氣壓感測裝置,係能夠設置於一自行車的輪胎內或輪胎上,而該動態氣壓感測裝置係包含:至少一氣壓感測模組,係用以偵測該自行車的輪胎氣壓變化數據,而該輪胎氣壓變化數據係至少包含於一段持續時間下的氣體壓力波形;一處理模組,係與該氣壓感測模組電性連接,用以控制該氣壓感測模組進行運作,而該氣壓感測模組能夠將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該處理模組,而該處理模組能夠藉由該輪胎氣壓變化數據,至少運算出該自行車運作過程中之踩踏頻率及踩踏力量,其中該踩踏頻率及踩踏力量係藉由該氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值進行判斷分析取得,其中該處理模組係更包含有一踩踏頻率分析單元及一踩踏力量分析單元,而該踩踏頻率分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的至少兩個氣壓峰值間的時間,來進行計算該自行車之踩踏頻率,且該踩踏力量分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值大小,來進行計算騎乘該自行車之騎乘者的踩踏力量值;一傳輸模組,係與該處理模組電性連接,用以將該處理模組所運算後的結果傳輸出去;以及一使用者可接收的載具,係能夠接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之運算後的結果,並顯示以提供即時運動資訊。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,其中該使用者可接收的載具係為一手持智慧型裝置,而該手持智慧型裝置能夠安裝有一應用程式,該應用程式能夠進行接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之運算後的結果,並進行 顯示於該應用程式上,以由該應用程式提供即時運動資訊。
  3. 一種用於自行車之動態氣壓感測系統,係包含:一動態氣壓感測裝置,係能夠設置於一自行車的輪胎內或輪胎上,而該動態氣壓感測裝置係包含:至少一氣壓感測模組,係用以偵測該自行車的輪胎氣壓變化數據,而該輪胎氣壓變化數據係至少包含於一段持續時間下的氣體壓力波形;一處理模組,係與該氣壓感測模組電性連接,用以控制該氣壓感測模組進行運作,而該氣壓感測模組能夠分別將輪胎氣壓變化數據傳送至該處理模組;一傳輸模組,係與該處理模組電性連接,用以將該處理模組所接收之輪胎氣壓變化數據傳輸出去;以及一使用者可接收的載具,係用以顯示提供即時運動資訊,該使用者可接收的載具能夠接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之輪胎氣壓變化數據,並藉由該輪胎氣壓變化數據,至少運算出該自行車運作過程中之踩踏頻率及踩踏力量,其中該踩踏頻率及踩踏力量係藉由該氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值進行判斷分析取得,其中該使用者可接收的載具係為一手持智慧型裝置,而該手持智慧型裝置能夠安裝有一應用程式,該應用程式能夠進行接收該傳輸模組所傳輸之輪胎氣壓變化數據,並藉由該輪胎氣壓變化數據進行運算與顯示提供至少包含該踩踏頻率及踩踏力量之即時運動資訊,其中該應用程式內係更包含有一踩踏頻率分析單元及一踩踏力量分析單元,而該踩踏頻率分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的至少兩個氣壓峰值間的時間,來進行計算該自行車之踩踏頻率,且該踩踏力量分析單元能夠擷取某一段時間內之氣體壓力波形中的氣壓峰值大小,來進行計算騎乘該自行車之騎乘者的踩踏力量值。
