Description

將基礎調配物之起泡特性用不同組成份之系統性變化進行試驗,以測定不同的組成份於泡沫密度及體積上之衝擊。
泡沫體積及泡沫密度係使用得自於SITA Messtechnik GmbH公司之SITA泡沫試驗器R-2000來測量。泡沫係由牙膏與水之1:4比例之生料樣品,於控制的條件下,使用控制的材料數量所產生。泡沫體積係由樣品於該泡沫產生起始後30秒,亦即於攪拌棒開始移動後,所產生之可觀察到的泡沫數量。泡沫密度係液體轉化為泡沫的體積除以液體轉化為泡沫的質量。
表1(如下)係說明本發明之範例組成物(組成物A)及市售可得之牙膏(比較實例I)的配方。實驗室及感覺
試驗二者的結果確認,組成物A相對於市售可得具有類似調配物之牙膏,呈現較高的泡沫體積及泡沫密度。
比較試驗的結果指出,組成物A所產生之泡沫比由
比較實例I所產生之泡沫具有較大的泡沫密度及泡沫體積。該泡沫之中間紅外光分光分析顯示,與比較實例I之泡沫中所保留者相較時,組成物A於牙膏生料之泡沫部份中之較稠密的泡沫保留較多的月桂基硫酸鈉(SLS),亦即,於該泡沫部份中組成物A比牙膏生料之液體部份具有較多的SLS,然而比較實例I於液體部份中具有較多的SLS。SLS於較稠密之泡沫中之較佳的停留可幫助保留較佳之香味於該泡沫中,其導致於使用時改良之香味及清涼。
將原型產物之三種香味與一種市售水準產物於消費者屋中,使用試驗者包括大約150位回答者、年齡18-45歲、70%女性、30%男性、對結果可能具成見之醫藥或牙齒問題或產業聯繫預先篩選而進行試驗。該消費者使用各個產品達三天且回答問卷,且將該數據分析。
多數消費者發現於原型中之泡沫的數量及厚度,比於目前市售調配物中者高很多,應沒問題,雖然少數人感覺其係太多。
表2(如上)係說明消費者試驗的結果,其係將本發明之範例組成物與經類似調配之市售可得的牙膏,但其不包括本文中所說明之元素的發明組合物相較。
消費者亦被要求評定該調配物之香味屬性,其係於九點標度上(由9“極喜歡”至1“極不喜歡”之九個框格,核對最上面的二個框格(T2B)“極喜歡”或“非常喜歡”,結果以百分比給定)及於五點標度上(由5“太強烈/有薄荷味/清涼”至3“剛好”至1“太過微弱/全然沒有薄荷味/清涼之五個框格)比對二種市售之調配物而進行。
消費者亦被要求於九點標度上(由9“極喜歡”至1“極不喜歡”之九個框格,結果以百分比給定)來評定調
配物之香味屬性。說明於表3(如上)中之結果顯示,本發明之範例組成物係提供提升的香味及消費者訴求。
精於此方面技藝之人士應可領會,可在不背離本發明之精神下對本文中所說明之具體例逕行許多變化及修正。所有此等變化意欲涵蓋於後附申請專利範圍之範疇內。
Claims (16)
- 一種口腔保健組成物,其包含:表面活性劑系統,其包含:自約0.5至約3%以重量計之陰離子表面活性劑;自約0.2至約3%以重量計之兩性離子表面活性劑;及自約1至約3%以重量計之非離子表面活性劑;自約0.1至約2%以重量計之結構劑;自約1至約3%以重量計之親脂劑;及自約24%至約32%以重量計之自由水。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該組成物為牙膏。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該結構劑為非纖維素樹膠類型膠態聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該親脂劑包含香味組份之混合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該親脂劑具有總對數P值大於約1.5之分配係數(辛烷-水)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該陰離子表面活性劑包含月桂基硫酸鈉。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該兩性離子表面活性劑包含椰基醯胺基丙基甜菜鹼。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該非離子表面活性劑包含聚羥亞胺(poloxamer)407。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該結構劑為黃原膠。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其包含:約1.5%以重量計之陰離子表面活性劑;約0.75%以重量計之兩性離子表面活性劑;約2%以重量計之非離子表面活性劑;約0.85%以重量計之結構劑;約1.5%以重量計之親脂劑;及約28%以重量計之自由水。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之組成物,其中該親脂劑、表面活性劑系統及水性組份能夠形成乳濁液。
