Description

目前,已開發和使用許多除草組成物,但有各種要防治之雜草類型,且它們的開發持續一段時間。因此,需要具有廣效除草性的高活性和長期殘留之除草組成物。
藉由組合化合物A和化合物B,可提供具有廣效除草性的高活性和長期殘留之除草組成物。
根據本發明,可提供具有廣效除草性的高活性和長期殘留之除草組成物,使用其可減少活性成分之劑量。
在化合物A中,伏速隆(flazasulfuron)(俗名)為1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-3-(3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶磺醯基)脲。
在化合物B中,得匍隆(tebuthiuron)(俗名)為1-(5-第三丁基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-1,3-二甲脲,達有龍(俗名)為3-(3,4-二氯苯基)-1,1-二甲脲,和撲奪草(俗名)為3-(4-溴苯基)-1-甲氧基-1-甲脲。它們之中,得匍隆或撲奪草為較佳。
包括在化合物A和化合物B中之鹽可為任何鹽,只要其為農業上可接受的。其例子包括鹼金屬鹽諸如鈉鹽和鉀鹽;鹼土金屬鹽諸如鎂鹽和鈣鹽;銨鹽諸如單甲銨鹽,二甲銨鹽和三乙銨鹽;無機酸鹽諸如鹽酸鹽、過氯酸鹽、硫酸鹽和硝酸鹽、及有機酸鹽諸如乙酸鹽和甲磺酸鹽。

本發明之除草組成物可防治抗伏速隆之雜草,伏速隆視各種條件諸如天氣狀況和雜草的生長階段而定,有時沒有足夠的防治作用。例如,伏速隆視各種條件諸如天氣狀況和雜草的生長階段而定,有時對一些包括在茄科、玄參科和禾本科之雜草沒有足夠的防治作用。然而,包含伏速隆和化合物B之組合的本發明除草組成物對於防治這些雜草或抑制它們的生長具有極佳效果。
本發明之除草組成物可進一步與其他除草活性成分混合,據此在某些情況下欲防治的草之範圍、施用時機、除草活性、等等可加以改進至較佳方向。該等其他除草活性成分(俗名、等等)可例如為2,4-D、麥草畏(dicamba)、氯氨基吡啶酸(aminopyralid)、草滅淨(simazine)、草脫淨(atrazine)、菲殺淨(hexazinone)、滅必淨(metribuzin)、草殺淨(ametryn)、英達攔(indaziflam)、氨唑草酮(amicarbazone)、巴拉刈(paraquat)、復祿芬(oxyfluorfen)、丙炔氟草胺(flumioxazin)、氟噻甲草酯(fluthiacet-methyl)、甲磺草胺(sulfentrazone)、氟丙嘧草酯(butafenacil)、嘧啶肟草醚(saflufenacil)、氟草敏(norflurazon)、可滅蹤(clomazone)、甲基磺草酮(mesotrione)、雙環哌哢、伏寄普(fluazifop)、嘧磺隆(sulfometuron)、玉嘧磺隆(rimsulfuron)、煙嘧磺隆(nicosulfuron)、依速隆(imazosulfuron)、鹵磺隆(halosulfuron)、甲氧磺草胺(pyroxsulam)、嘉磷塞(glyphosate)、固殺草(glufosinate)、三福林(trifluralin)、黃草消(oryzalin)、施得圃(pendimethalin)、甲基殺草隆(methyldymron)、亞速爛(asulam)、胺環吡克(aminocyclopyrachlor)、[3-(2-氯-4-氟-5-(3-甲基-2,6-二側氧-4-三氟甲基-3,6-二氫-2H-嘧啶-1-基)苯氧基)吡啶-2-基氧基]乙酸乙酯(SYN-523)、或[(5-(2,6-二氟苯甲基)氧基甲基-5-甲基-3-(3-甲基噻吩-2-基)-1,2-異噁唑啉(MRC-01)。在鹽之情況下,這些化合物以烷酯、水合物、不同晶形和各種結構異構物、等等存在,當然,它們是全部包括在內,即使沒有特別提及。

欲用於調配物之添加劑包括(例如)固體載劑諸如高嶺土、絹雲母、矽藻土、消石灰、碳酸鈣、滑石、白碳、高嶺土、膨土、黏土、碳酸鈉、碳酸氫鈉、芒硝、沸石或澱粉;溶劑諸如水、甲苯、二甲苯、溶劑油、二噁烷、二甲亞碸、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、二甲基乙醯胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮或醇;陰離子界面活性劑諸如脂肪酸之鹽、苯甲酸鹽、聚羧酸鹽、烷基硫酸酯之鹽、烷基硫酸鹽、烷基芳基硫酸鹽、烷基二乙二醇醚硫酸鹽、醇硫酸酯之鹽、烷基磺酸鹽、烷芳基磺酸鹽、芳基磺酸鹽、木質素磺酸鹽、烷基二苯基醚二磺酸鹽、聚苯乙烯磺酸鹽、烷基磷酸酯之鹽、烷基芳基磷酸鹽、苯乙烯基芳基磷酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸酯之鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸酯之鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基磷酸酯之鹽、聚氧乙烯芳基醚磷酸酯之鹽、與甲醛濃縮合之萘磺酸或與甲醛濃縮合之烷基萘磺酸的鹽;非離子界面活性劑諸如山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸聚甘油酯、脂肪酸醇聚乙二醇醚、乙炔二醇、乙炔醇、氧烯嵌段聚合物、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基芳基醚、聚氧乙二醇烷基醚、聚乙二醇、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油或聚氧丙烯脂肪酸酯;和植物油或礦油諸如橄欖油、木棉籽油、蓖麻油、棕櫚油、山茶油、椰子油、芝麻油,玉米油、米糠油、花生油、棉籽油、大豆油、菜籽油、亞麻籽油、桐油或液體石蠟。這些添加劑可適當選擇單獨或其之二或多個的混合物的組合使用,只要符合本發明的目的。而且,除了上述之外的添加劑可在此領域已知者之中適當選擇來使用。例如,可使用常用之各種添加劑,諸如填充劑、增稠劑、抗沉降剂、防凍劑、分散穩定劑、安全劑、抗黴劑、泡沫劑、粉碎劑和黏合劑。活性成分對該等各種添加劑之重量的混合比可從0.001:99.999至95:5,較佳從0.005:99.995至90:10。
作為施用本發明之除草組成物的方法,視各種條件諸如施用位置、調配物之類型和欲防治的雜草之類型和生長階段而定,可採用各種方法之中的適當方法且例如可提及下列方法。
1. 將化合物A和化合物B調配在一起,且以調配物本身施用。
2. 將化合物A和化合物B調配在一起,用(例如)水將調配物稀釋至預定的濃度,且視情況需要,為了施用而添加分散劑(spreader)(諸如界面活性劑、植物油或礦油)。
3. 將化合物A和化合物B分開調配,且以調配物本身施用。
4. 將化合物A和化合物B分開調配,並用(例如)水將調配物稀釋至預定的濃度,且視情況需要,為了施用而添加分散劑(spreader)(諸如界面活性劑、植物油或礦油)。
5. 將化合物A和化合物B分開調配,且當用(例如)水稀釋至預定的濃度時混合調配物,且視情況需要,為了施用而添加分散劑(spreader)(諸如界面活性劑、植物油或礦油)。
本發明之較佳體系將描述於下,但本發明絕不限制於其。
(1)一種協乘性除草組成物,其包含(A)伏速隆或其鹽和(B)得匍隆或其鹽。
(2)根據上述(1)之組成物,其中(A)伏速隆或其鹽對(B)得匍隆或其鹽的混合比以重量比計係從1:3至1:50。
