Description
本發明係有關一種於穩定可乳化濃縮調配物(EC)形式之新穎除草組成物,其包含2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺與二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和至少一種位阻酚一起,及該類組成物於控制有用植物之農作物(特別是稻米之農作物)中非所要的植物(特別是禾草類及/或雜草)之用途。
化合物2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺,也稱為普拉草(pretilachlor),在移植和播種的稻米中有效抗主要一年生禾草、闊葉雜草和莎草。此化合物描述於例如GB 1438311和GB 1438312中。
二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟(也稱為嘧啶肟草醚(pyribenzoxim))有效作為萌芽後除草劑,特別是用於控制稻米、小麥中的稗草(barnyard grass)(稗屬(Echinochloa spp.))、黑草(blackgrass)(大穗看麥娘(Alopecurus myosuroides))和蓼屬植物(polygonums)及結縷草(Zoysiagrass)。此化合物描述於例如EP 658549B1中。
包含此二種除草有效成分之可乳化濃縮調配物(EC)已從EP 1562421之實施例1得知。然而,此二種除草有效成分之EC調配物化學上是不穩定的。特別是二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟在儲存期間顯示相當戲劇性的降解作用。
因此,存在提供一種顯示改良之儲存穩定性的2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺與二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟摻合的可乳化濃縮物(EC)之需要。
頃發現二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟之降解作用可藉由將特定類型之穩定劑加至調配物中而防止。穩定劑係選自位阻酚(其為已知的抗氧化劑)之群組。令人驚訝地,只有當該位阻酚以二種有效成分之組合物存在時有EC調配物之顯著穩定作用。
因此在第一個點中,本發明提供一種可乳化濃縮物,其包含二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟、2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺,及至少一種位阻酚。
根據本發明之可乳化濃縮物(EC)較佳包含0.1至20%重量/體積二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟,更佳0.5至10%重量/體積二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟,甚至更佳1至5%重量/體積二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟。
根據本發明之可乳化濃縮物(EC)也包含2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺,較佳於5至70%重量/體積,更佳10至50%重量/體積,甚至更佳20至40%重量/體積2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺的濃度。
本發明的EC包含O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺),典型地在O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟對2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺)之比例(重量/重量)在5:15至1:75之範圍,較佳在3:15至1:45之範圍,及最佳在1:15之比例。
使用於本發明中之位阻酚的例子包括(例如)2,6-二-三級-丁苯酚、丁基化羥基甲苯(BHT,也稱為2,6-二-三級-丁基-1-羥基-4-甲基苯、3,5-二-三級-丁基-4-羥基甲苯;甲基-二-三級-丁苯酚;2,6-二-三級-丁基-對-甲酚、丁基化羥苯基甲基醚(BHA,2-和3-三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚的混合物,也稱為BOA、三級-丁基-4-羥苯基甲基醚、(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲氧苯酚、三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚、安替絲(antioxyne)B、及各種商標名下商品)、肆[亞甲基(3,5-二-三級-丁基-4-羥基氫化桂皮酸酯)]甲烷、2,2’-亞甲基雙-(4-甲基-6-三級-丁苯酚)和N,N’-1,6-六亞甲基-雙-3-(3,5-二-三級-丁基-4-羥苯基)丙醯胺。
用於本發明之較佳位阻酚為BHT及/或BHA,且BHA為最佳位阻酚。
位阻酚將以0.01至10%重量/體積包括在本發明的EC內。更佳其將以0.2至5%重量/體積,甚至更佳以0.5至3%重量/體積的濃度存在。
位阻酚可以與至少一種包括(例如)溶劑之習知惰性調配成分的摻合物使用。適當的溶劑包括(例如)水不溶性溶劑及極性溶劑。

在一些具體實例中,根據本發明之可乳化濃縮物(EC)可包含於3至80%重量/體積,更佳於5至50%重量/體積,及甚至更佳於5至30%重量/體積之濃度的水不溶性溶劑。
典型極性溶劑的例子(其可使用於本發明中)包括N-甲基-吡咯啶酮、N-乙基-吡咯啶酮、其他N-烷基-吡咯啶酮類、γ-丁內酯、苯乙酮(甲基苯基酮)、環己酮、二甲基甲醯胺、二甲基乙醯胺、脂肪酸二甲基醯胺類例如Hallcomid M-8-10、有機酸類之二甲基醯胺類,其包含似芳族環之苯甲酸二甲基醯胺,及乳酸的低級烷酯類。
因此在另一具體實例中,本發明之可乳化濃縮物(EC)可包含於3至50%重量/體積,更佳5至40%重量/體積,及甚至更佳5至30%重量/體積的濃度之極性溶劑。
本發明之EC調配物也可包含一或多種乳化劑。典型乳化劑的例子包括非離子界面活性劑例如(例如)蓖麻油乙氧基化物、醇乙氧基化物、三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、環氧乙烷-環氧丙烷嵌段共聚物。乙氧基化山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯類,以及任何上述非離子界面活性劑的混合物,及與陰離子界面活性劑例如(例如)十二基苯磺酸的鈣鹽或硫代琥珀酸二烷酯之鈉鹽的混合物。
因此在某些具體實例中,本發明之EC包含於2至60%重量/體積,更佳5至50%重量/體積,甚至更佳10至40%重量/體積的濃度之乳化劑。
本發明之可乳化濃縮物可為(也就是也可包括)安全劑(safeners)或其衍生物,例如安全劑之酸-或其他農藝上可接受的形式製備。在某些具體實例中,4,6-二氯-2-苯基嘧啶為較佳安全劑,及此典型地使用於0,3至40%重量/體積,但較佳於10至50%重量/體積,及更佳於20至40%重量/體積的濃度。化合物4,6-二氯-2-苯基嘧啶〔也稱為解草啶(Fenclorim)(332)〕為已知(參見“農藥手冊(The Pesticide Manual)”,第13版,編輯CDC Tomlin,英國作物保護委員會(British Crop Protection Council,2004-2005))。
根據本發明之可乳化濃縮物也可包含佐劑,其增加該組成物之效能。使用於於本發明中之適當佐劑(例如)描述於EP-A-1062217中。這些佐劑包括(例如)非離子界面活性劑、非離子界面活性劑的混合物、陰離子界面活性劑與非離子界面活性劑的混合物、陽離子界面活性劑、有機矽界面活性劑、有或沒有界面活性劑之礦物油衍生物、有或沒有界面活性劑之植物油衍生物、有或沒有界面活性劑之植物性油的烷基化衍生物、有或沒有界面活性劑之油魚以及有或沒有之界面活性劑的其烷基化衍生物,天然高級脂肪酸類,較佳具有從2至28個碳原子,及其烷酯衍生物,和包含芳族環系統之有機酸類和其烷基衍生物。個別佐劑彼此和與有機溶劑組合的混合物可導致活性進一步增加。
適合作為佐劑之非離子界面活性劑包括(例如)脂族或環脂族醇類之聚乙二醇醚衍生物,飽和或不飽和脂肪酸類及烷基酚類之聚乙二醇醚衍生物,較佳其在(脂族)烴基團中可包含從3至30個乙二醇醚基團和從8至20個碳原子及烷基酚類之烷基基團中包含從6至18個碳原子。
進一步適合的非離子界面活性劑為聚丙二醇、乙二胺基聚丙二醇和烷聚丙二醇(較佳烷基鏈中具有從1至10個碳原子)之聚環氧乙烷加成物,該加成物較佳包含從10至100個乙二醇醚基團和從20至200個丙二醇醚基團。加成物通常包含每個丙二醇單元之從0.1至5個乙二醇單元。
可使用於本發明中之非離子界面活性劑的進一步例子包括壬苯酚聚乙氧基乙醇類和辛苯酚聚乙氧基乙醇、蓖麻油聚乙二醇醚類、三丁基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇和聚乙二醇。也可使用聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐之脂肪酸酯類(例如聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐三油酸酯)。
較佳陰離子界面活性劑包括(特別是)硫酸烷酯類、磺酸烷酯類,及磺酸烷基芳酯類,以及烷基化磷酸類和其乙氧基化衍生物。烷基典型地包含從8至24個碳原子(包含)。
油添加劑也包括在本發明之EC內。該等油添加劑可為礦物或天然源之一。此外,天然油類可為動物性或植物性。動物油中,特佳者為牛脂之衍生物,然而也可使用魚油(例如沙丁魚油)和其衍生物。適當植物油大部份是各種來源的種子油。特佳之植物油的例子包括椰子油、油菜籽油和葵花油以及任何這些油類之衍生物。典型使用之油添加劑的濃度將為從1至20%,較佳從5至20%。

本發明可乳化濃縮物的製備可藉由任何熟習該項技術者例行和已知的適合方法進行。
二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺的混合物通常以已藉由用任何適當農業上可接受的稀釋劑(例如水、礦物油)稀釋而從本發明之可乳化濃縮物(EC)製備的乳液的形式使用於田野/溫室。
因此在本發明之第二個觀點中提供一種除草乳液,其包含用任何適當的農業上可接受的稀釋劑稀釋之本發明可乳化濃縮物。
經由稀釋成乳液,本發明之EC可用以控制典型地有用植物的農作物中之非所要的植物。此可藉由將本發明的EC(於稀釋形式也就是於乳液形式)施用至需要該控制之所在地,例如施用至該農作物或施用至其中該農作物生長或正生長的所在地而產生。因此本發明除草乳液可萌芽前或後使用。
因此,在本發明之另一觀點中提供一種控制有用植物的農作物中之非所要的植物之方法,其包含使除草有效量之本發明乳液至該有用植物或至其中該有用植物生長或正生長的所在處。
非所要的植物包括(例如)一年生禾草類、闊葉雜草和莎草。本發明之EC和除草乳液在控制稗屬(Echinochloa spp.)、千金子屬(Leptochloa spp.)、莎草屬(Cyperus spp.)及/或雨久花屬(Monochoria spp.)上特別有效的。較佳的是本發明之EC和除草乳液用以控制非所要的植物,其中有用植物的農作物為稻米農作物。
媒介所要效果所需之精確施用率可藉由實施試驗容易地測定且將視所要效果之類型、種植植物及/或雜草之發育階段而定,以及視施用之模式、時間的選擇和地點而定,且因此可在廣泛的範圍內,然而一般施用率將如下述:-10直到100克/公頃,較佳20至70克/公頃,更佳20至30克/公頃之二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟;-100直到1000克/公頃,較佳300至750克/公頃,更佳300至450克/公頃之2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺。
本發明係有關一種位阻酚(較佳BHT及/或BHA,更佳BHA)於穩定可乳化濃縮調配物中的二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺之用途。因此,本發明提供一種製備二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺之穩定可乳化濃縮物的方法,其包含將位阻酚併入該可乳化濃縮物中。
現將藉實施例更詳細地說明本發明之各種觀點和具體實例。應了解可進行細節的修正而沒有離開本發明之範圍。
為避免疑義,文獻參考資料、專利申請案、或專利列舉在本申請案本內,該引用文之整個原文以引用方式納入本文中。
將固體有效成分二苯基酮(O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟)和穩定劑進料至乾燥且乾淨的容器中。在介於20和30℃之間的溫度下加入第一種溶劑(甲基-苯基酮)且攪拌混合物直到固體完全溶解。加入乳化劑(十二基-苯磺酸鈣鹽直鏈的脂肪醇乙氧基化物和環氧丙烷/環氧乙烷共聚物),及然後加入液體有效成分(2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺)和第二種溶劑(重芳族烴類的混合物)。約30分鐘的另外攪拌時間之後獲得一種均勻溶液。
如上所述製備可乳化濃縮物N° 1(EC 1),使用BHT作為穩定劑。如上所述製備可乳化濃縮物N° 2(EC 2),使用環氧大豆油作為穩定劑。如上所述製備可乳化濃縮物N° 3(EC 3),沒有使用穩定劑,如上所述製備可乳化濃縮物N° 4(EC 4),使用BHA作為穩定劑。
在54℃下儲藏2個星期之後(參見表1)和在50℃下儲藏4個星期之後(參見表2)評估二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟在每個所製備之EC中的穩定性。
表1(上述)和表2(下述)顯示包含在EC 1中的BHT,及包含在EC 4中的BHA,與包含在EC 2中的大豆油(用於農業調配物(agroformulations)的典型穩定劑)比較和與EC 3中沒有穩定劑比較令人驚訝地產生非常穩定的EC組成物,其中二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟(嘧啶肟草醚(pyribenzoxim))的降解作用有顯著減少。
將單子葉試驗植物播種在種子盤內的土壤中。當試驗植物於1-至2-葉階段時,藉由用從可乳化濃縮物EC1和EC3製備之乳液噴灑植物而以30克/公頃二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟和450克/公頃2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺)之比例施用有效成分。試驗植物然後於溫室內在最佳條件下生長。以目視評估來評估雜草控制之程度,噴灑22天之後(100%=對植物完全損害;0%=對植物沒有損害)。結果顯示於下表3中。
顯示於表3中的結果顯示從本發明的可乳化濃縮物製備之乳液在控制雜草上和從沒有位阻酚的EC製備之乳液一樣有效(在控制程度上沒有觀察到差異):位阻酚存在於本發明的EC中對於有效成分之除草性質沒有副作用。
Claims (13)
- 一種可乳化濃縮物,其包含:a)二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟,b)2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺,及c)至少一種位阻酚,其係選自由2,6-二-三級-丁苯酚、2,6-二-三級-丁基-1-羥基-4-甲基苯、2-和3-三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚的混合物、三級-丁基-4-羥苯基甲基醚、(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲氧苯酚、三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚以及肆[亞甲基(3,5-二-三級-丁基-4-羥基氫化桂皮酸酯)]甲烷、2,2’-亞甲基雙-(4-甲基-6-三級-丁苯酚)以及N,N’-1,6-六亞甲基-雙-3-(3,5-二-三級-丁基-4-羥苯基)丙醯胺所組成之群。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,其中位阻酚為2,6-二-三級-丁基-1-羥基-4-甲基苯、2-和3-三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚的混合物或丁基化羥苯基甲基醚。
- 根據申請專利範圍第2項之可乳化濃縮物,其中位阻酚為2-和3-三級-丁基-4-甲氧苯酚的混合物。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,其中二苯基酮O-[2,6-雙(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基氧基)苯甲醯基]肟以從0.1至20%重量/體積之量存在。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,其中2-氯-2’,6’-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙醯苯胺以從5至70%重量/體積之量存在。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,其中位阻 酚以從0.3至5%重量/體積之量存在。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,進一步包含至少一種佐劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,進一步包含至少一種乳化劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,進一步包含至少一種水不溶性溶劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可乳化濃縮物,進一步包含至少一種極性溶劑。
- 一種除草乳液,其包含根據申請專利範圍第1項至第10項中任一項之可乳化濃縮物及農業上可接受的稀釋劑。
- 一種控制有用植物的農作物中非所要的植物之方法,其包含將除草有效量之根據申請專利範圍第11項之除草乳液施用至該有用植物或至該有用植物生長或正生長的所在處。
- 根據申請專利範圍第12項之方法,其中有用植物的農作物為稻米。
