1377167 101年6月If日修正替換頁 十、申請專利範圍: 1. 一種薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機構,用以將由一導入端送入之 一連續薄紙沿著一預定移送路徑被移送至一導出端時,在 該薄紙之上膠面預定位置處沾附膠水,該上膠機構包括: 一膠水附著輪,具有一膠水附著輪面,其輪面佈滿膠水, 該膠水附著輪係對應於該薄紙之上膠面,並與該上膠面 之間具有一預定間距; 至少一上膠撥桿,設置在該薄紙之預定移送路徑鄰近位 置、且面對於相反於該薄紙之上膠面之一撥桿點觸面, 該上膠撥桿具有一軸端及一點觸端,該上膠撥桿之點觸 端配置有一彈性接觸片; 一撥桿驅動機構,連結於該上膠撥桿之轴端,用以驅動該 上膠撥桿以其軸端為旋轉中心而旋動,而使該上膠撥桿 之點觸端旋轉至面對膠水附著輪之點膠位置或離開該 點膠位置; 當該薄紙由該導入端沿著該膠水附著輪與該上膠撥桿間 之預定移送路徑移送時,且該上膠撥桿受該撥桿驅動機構 之驅動而使該上膠撥桿之點觸端旋動至該點膠位置時,該 上膠撥桿之點觸端恰將通過該膠水附著輪與上膠撥桿間 之薄紙壓觸於該膠水附著輪之膠水附著輪面,而使該膠水 附著輪面之膠水沾附於該薄紙之上膠面。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機 18 1377167 101年6月1導曰修正替換頁 構,其更包括一容置有膠水之膠槽,設置於該膠水附著輪 之鄰近位置,該膠水附著輪旋轉時,膠槽中之膠水沾附於 該耀·水附著輪面。 3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機 構,其中該膠槽更包括至少一膠水刮刀,該膠水刮刀係用 以刮除該膠水附著輪之膠水附著輪面多餘之膠水。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機 構,其中該膠水附著輪面係具有複數個細小網孔,佈滿於 該膠水附著輪面,每一個細小網孔内係佈滿膠水。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機 構,其係包括一檔板,設置於該膠水附著輪之鄰近位置, 該檔板之一端部係輕觸於該薄紙之上膠面,以使該膠水附 著輪與該薄紙之上膠面之間保持該預定間距,並使該薄紙 在沾膠後不會黏附於該膠水附著輪上。 6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠機 構,其中該上膠撥桿受該撥桿驅動機構之驅動而使該點觸 端旋動至該點膠位置時,該上膠撥桿之轉速係與該薄紙之 前進速度同步。 7. —種薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠方法,係在一薄紙之預定移送路 19 1377167 101年6月1參日修正替換頁 _C_ 徑之一侧配置有一膠水附著輪,其輪面佈滿膠水,該膠水 附著輪係對應於該薄紙之上膠面,而在該薄紙之預定移送 路徑之另一側配置有一上膠撥桿,該上膠撥桿係面對於相 反於該薄紙之上膠面之一撥桿點觸面,該上膠撥桿具有一 轴端及一點觸端,一撥桿驅動機構連結於該上膠撥桿之轴 ‘- 端,用以驅動該上膠撥桿以其軸端為旋轉中心而旋動,該 上膠方法包括下列步驟: (a) 將一薄紙沿著該膠水附著輪與該上膠撥桿間之預定移 送路徑移送; (b) 由該撥桿驅動機構依一預定之驅動旋轉模式驅動該上 膠撥桿旋轉,使該上膠撥桿之點觸端旋動至鄰近於該膠 水附著輪之一點膠位置,並使其點觸端恰點觸於該薄紙 之撥桿點觸面; (c) 該上膠撥桿之點觸端位在該點膠位置時,恰將通過該膠 水附著輪與上膠撥桿間之薄紙壓觸於該膠水附著輪之 膠水附著輪面,使該膠水附著輪面之膠水沾附於該薄紙 ' 之上膠面。 ‘ 1 8.如申請專利範圍第7項所述之薄紙捲繞裝置之上膠方 法,.其中步驟(b)中,該撥桿驅動機構在驅動該上膠撥桿 時之預定驅動旋轉模式係包括下列步驟: (bl)由該撥桿驅動機構驅動該上膠撥桿以相反於一第一 旋轉方向之方向由一初始位置旋轉一預設角度; (b2)由該撥桿驅動機構驅動該上膠撥桿以該第一旋轉方 20 I3J7167 __ 101年6月lg日修正替換頁 向開始加速,以使該上膠撥桿之點觸端位在該點膠位 置之線速度與薄紙移送之線速度同步; 9 (b3)上膠撥桿之點觸端在該同步之速度下與薄紙之撥桿 點觸面相接觸,以使薄紙之上膠面由該膠水附著輪之 輪面沾附尾膠; ' (b4)在薄紙沾黏尾膠之後,上膠撥桿以該第一旋轉方向加 ' 速旋轉,再減速至再度與薄紙之線速度同步; (b5)該上膠撥桿在此同步之速度下與薄紙之撥桿點觸面 相接觸,以使薄紙之上膠面由該膠水附著輪之輪面沾 附頭膠; (b6)在薄紙沾黏頭膠之後,該上膠撥桿以該第一旋轉方向 減速旋轉至停止,再以相反於該第一旋轉方向之方向 轉回到該初始位置,如此完成一個週期之運轉。 21
