1373491 (1) 九、發明說明 . 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關於合成材料產品之可雷射書寫或做標記 的特性》 【先前技術】 於合成材料產品上做標記或書寫文字是長久以來的習 # 知技術;但大部分合成材料不能吸收雷射光,因此不能這 樣做標記,這件事人們已經知道許多年了。基於這個原因 ’細微顆粒染料被加在合成材料上,細微顆粒染料吸收雷 射光’並且在雷射光的影響下改變了它們的顏色。此處顏 色變化係視爲與發生機制無關的。此外,這裡”顏色變化 ”所指包含,從原始顏色形成另一種或近似的但具有不同 亮度的顔色。在這裡,一種溶液原本無色而透過雷射光得 到某特定的顔色,或在合成材料中發生顏色變化。 • 主要問題在於,良好而可讀的雷射書寫需要於雷射照 射前後兩狀態顯現對比強烈的不同顏色,因此在讀取具有 近似色調的兩狀態標記過的合成材料會造成問題。 對此,運用金屬鹽類也是習知技術,例如,氫氧化銅 磷酸鹽,但此化合物無法滿足工業需求的,因此需要尋求 一種於雷射書寫前後造成合成材料強烈的顏色對比而使雷 射照射後易於讀取之化合物》 【發明內容】
-4- (2) 1373491 « 令人驚奇的是,現在發現經由利用至少一種鹽類-錫 . 磷酸鹽,特別是經由利用磷酸亞錫(tin ( II ) phosphate, Sn3 ( P〇4 ) 2 )作爲熱塑性合成材料的染料可解決這個問 題,使雷射書寫的特性被大大地改善。除了磷酸亞錫,亦 可利用個別得自濃縮聚磷酸亞錫和焦磷酸亞錫(tin ( II ) pyrophosphate)及其混合物。爲了改善特定的性質,可加 入添加物或利用於製造時含於其中的雜質。 # 改善雷射書寫的染料必須儘可能均勻地分布在可書寫 的合成材料產品之全部或特定的區域,如在表面區域。染 料應呈微粒狀並爲細微顆粒,其平均顆粒大小(d5〇)在 20微米以下,較佳者是在5微米以下。平均粒徑對所需特 性有重大影響,故影響染料在雷射書寫上的可利用性。 錫化合物,特別是磷酸亞錫,有相當高的振動重量。 微小的平均顆粒精細度在可雷射書寫的特性上有重要的影 響。較高的顆粒精細度將提高所需的能量,過低的顆粒精 • 細度則會導致不佳的合成材料表面上的泡沬形成。 以L値表示的亮度値介於92至110之間,因此此材 料幾乎是白色的,這對用於明亮的合成材料有很大的好處 . 。書寫後的的產物可以很快乾燥。用卡爾費雪(Karl Fischer)的含水測定方法可得低於0.5重量%的餘潮度。 根據本發明之磷酸亞錫的平均粒徑(d5C )係從8到 20微米,較佳者是在10微米以下,更較佳者是在5微米 以下,尤其是小於1微米者,其亮度値(L値)從92到 1】〇,且其餘潮度在1重量%以下,較佳者爲平均粒徑介於 -5- (3) 1373491 1到5微米之間者,尤其是大於微米者。較佳者爲粒 • 徑(d5C)在10微米以下,較佳的L値爲94到98的範圍 之間’且較佳餘潮度在0.5重量%以下。未經雷射照射的 狀態與經雷射照射的狀態的顔色對比相當明顯。 錫磷酸鹽的已知製造方法可根據下列無機化學手冊 245-259 頁之記載:Die Herstellung der Zinnphosphate ist aus „ G m e 1 i n, Handbuch der Anorgani schen Chemie: Zinn, Teil C, 2. - 8. Auflage - Springer-Verl ag, Berlin, ] 975。 將0.1重量%到 1.0重量%或較佳的大約0.5重量%之 磷酸亞錫加入合成材料的基質內。另外可將其他染料攙入 此磷酸亞錫,如銅磷酸鹽或其他引入特別性質的物質。 【實施方式】 實施例1 根據本發明,將如下所述製得的正磷酸亞錫以0.5重 ® 量%加入聚醯胺基質,將基材作成射出成型的鑄模,利用 . 波長爲1 046奈米之Nd-YAG雷射作記號,其對比度K値 爲4。其中使用的磷酸亞錫之製作如下: . 將磷酸鈉溶解於水中,並將其一部分在室溫下用氯化 亞錫置換。等待其反應30分鐘。然後過濾出沉澱的磷酸 亞錫並用水洗至不再含氯。然後利用五氧化二磷(P2〇 5 ) 使之乾燥,並加以硏磨。 或者,亦可如下述方式製造所使用的磷酸亞錫。 將硫酸亞錫溶解於水中,並且藉磷酸將其部分轉化, -6- (4) 1373491 以形成磷酸亞錫。然後藉碳酸氫鈉鹼液調製成pH値爲9 ,將所得的磷酸亞錫分離且洗淨。再利用五氧化二磷( p205 )使之乾燥,並加以硏磨。 實施例2 將0.5重量%的磷酸亞錫加入聚醯胺基質,另加入〇·5 重量%的亞憐酸鐵,然後將此合成材料加工製成板塊’並 • 以波長1 064奈米或532奈米的Nd-YAG雷射進行寫畫記 號,如此可得K値高於3·5的寫畫記號。
