Abstract

The invention provides an earwax cleaning device not requiring to replace an earwax preventive chip and allowing the wearer to easily remove earwax from the earwax preventive chip. A device for removing earwax adhering to an earwax preventive chip (C) mounted in the sound port in an earhole-shaped hearing aid (H), comprising a brush (2) installed in a case (1), and a liquid holding member (4) disposed in the case (3) and holding rubbing alcohol. The earwax preventive chip (C) is applied to the liquid holding member (4) and the earwax adhering to the earwax preventive chip (C) is impregnated with rubbing alcohol, whereupon the earwax preventive chip (C) is rubbed against the brush (2) while moving the earhole-shaped hearing aid (H) right and left and back and forth or in other directions, thereby removing the earwax adhering to the earwax preventive chip (C).
