This invention is about a seamless multimedia stream system applying a dynamic multicast technique. By using an Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) multicast technique, the system can dynamically ask a network interface for joining a multicast group, and the system can use a multi-homing technique as a Fault Tolerance backup circuit that can tremendously improve the usage efficiency of network bandwidth and seamlessly provide a multimedia stream service that can be applied to a multimedia image stream, an audio conference, a video conference, and a Video-On-Demand system.
