【物品用途】;本設計之水族箱，用途在於飼養魚、蝦、蟹及/或植物等。;【設計說明】;本設計為「水族箱之部分」，其為部分設計，圖中所見以實線繪製之上蓋為主張設計的部分，另以虛線繪製之箱體為不主張設計的部分。另如參考圖所示，為本設計之「水族箱之部分」的使用狀態。;本設計「水族箱之部分」，併參圖式所示，在於箱體上設有一上蓋，此上蓋具有一邊框，且在邊框之中設有一板件，該板件由多個彎曲的桿體在寬度方向並排而形成，並排的該多個桿體以彎曲的部位呈高低排列，使板件上有多處不規則但看起來相當柔順的隆起，而形成狀似波浪的視覺特異。;藉此，本設計「水族箱之部分」，已由各圖充分表現出視覺特異之所在，爰向鈞局提出本設計之申請。[Purpose of Item]; The aquarium of this design is used to raise fish, shrimp, crabs and/or plants, etc. ;[Design Description];This design is "part of the aquarium", which is a partial design. 本設計為「水族箱之部分」，其為部分設計，圖中所見以實線繪製之上蓋為主張設計的部分，另以虛線繪製之箱體為不主張設計的部分。另如參考圖所示，為本設計之「水族箱之部分」的使用狀態。This design is "part of the aquarium", which is a partial design.
