【物品用途】;本創作係為一種關於電池之獨特新式樣設計，特別是關於一種具有兼容並蓄意涵的電池外形設計而有別於時下一般電池之外觀形狀者。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，本創作係為一種電池之新式樣設計，其將6個圓柱形的子電池略成平行4邊形的方式排列後，下板以渾然天然的方式與子電池融為一體，並以獨具匠心的構思於下板之前後兩側邊點綴複數孔，使得整個電池的外觀獨特，且帶有活潑的朝氣。上板的外觀係一種層次分明之線條設計，以步階設計為主體並帶有層次感，輔以圓弧或導角等元素巧妙融入上板之中，勾勒出一幅具有意象之美的圖案。再將兩個電極柱、兩個接座以及電極符號恰到好處的與上述圖案結合，使得整個電池的外觀呈現兼容並蓄的意涵，恰巧與電池積蓄電力的主要意涵不謀而合。;整體觀之，本創作為電池的設計，突破同類產品的印象，藉由其巧具匠心的設計巧妙突顯出其所具有的功能特色，實為一富有新穎性與創作性的新式樣設計，爰依法提出專利申請。[Purpose of the item] This creation is a unique new style design about batteries, especially a battery shape design that is compatible and implicit and different from the appearance of ordinary batteries nowadays. The appearance of the upper plate is a clearly layered line design, with a step design as the main body and a sense of layering, supplemented by elements such as arcs or chamfers cleverly integrated into the upper plate, outlining a pattern with imagery beauty. The two electrode posts, two sockets and electrode symbols are perfectly combined with the above pattern, making the appearance of the entire battery present an inclusive connotation, which coincides with the main connotation of the battery storing electricity.
