Abstract
【物品用途】;一種計時腕錶之新式樣者。;【創作特點】;本創作之計時腕錶大致呈圓盤形,錶面之邊框上有數字和大小不等之矩形,周緣環繞一圈齒狀造型;錶殼一側上裝附有錶冠及矩形按鈕,於二側錶耳處則另形成有圓形凸塊;錶板板面上飾有可移動之寶石裝飾,且以羅馬字表示主要的時間刻度,另有三組小型的圓形計時圖樣分別在2點鐘、6點鐘及10點鐘位置處,在4點半鐘位置處則有一用來顯示日期之開口。;本創作之計時腕錶如附圖所示,其整體外形式樣新穎美觀,為根據使用機能所作之最佳與最合理之設計,申請前未見於刋物亦未公開使用,符合新式樣專利要件。;[Item Use]: A new style of chronograph watch. [Design Features]: This chronograph watch is roughly disc-shaped, with numbers and rectangles of varying sizes on the border of the dial, and a circle of teeth around the edge; a crown and rectangular buttons are attached to one side of the case, and circular bumps are formed on the lugs on both sides; the dial is decorated with movable gemstones, and the main time scales are indicated by Roman letters, and there are three sets of small circular chronograph patterns at 2 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 10 o'clock respectively, and there is an opening at 4:30 to display the date. ;The chronograph watch of this creation is shown in the attached figure. Its overall appearance is novel and beautiful. It is the best and most reasonable design based on its functional use. It has not been seen in publications or used publicly before the application, and meets the requirements of a new design patent. ;
