【物品用途】本創作係有關於一種「眼鏡(二十八)」新式樣，尤其是指一種可供組裝鏡片，提供使用者戴掛於耳部，而能具有矯正視力，或防止太陽光線照射眼睛，亦或做為特殊造型搭配之創新眼鏡新式樣。【創作特點】請參閱全部附圖所示，本創作之「眼鏡(二十八)」主要係由鏡框及鏡腳所組成；其中：鏡框，係於框體中央底側形成一倒U形之鼻樑部，並於該鼻樑部處接設有鼻樑墊，而該鼻樑墊表面上係成形有浮凸之波紋，再於該框體中央上緣處凹設有一矩形凹槽，而於框體內面位於該矩形凹槽處形成有內凹部，復再於框體上成形有鏤空之鏡片組立孔，另在框體二側樞接有鏡腳，且於該框體二側各設有呈矩形之凹部；鏡腳，係樞接於框體二側，乃成形為一前寬後漸縮成尖端之實體，並於鏡腳外側面設有一對應銜接框體側邊所設之矩形凹部，而於前端呈具為矩形開口，另上緣呈一平直線，又底緣呈一上拋弧線，以與上緣平直線相銜接，而呈刀形之凹部，再於此凹部內浮突設有呈「WX」字形的飾紋，又令該鏡腳內側面另設有一與鏡腳外側面所設凹部呈對應形狀設置的凹部，再令該鏡腳底緣設有連設鏡腳前端以至鏡腳後端之下拋曲弧線，以使鏡腳後端束縮成尖端，復於該鏡腳後端緣呈一傾斜斜切邊之設計。藉此，使得本創作之「眼鏡(二十八)」利用其鼻樑墊表面上成形之浮凸波紋，以及鏡腳外側面所設之刀狀凹部與在此刀狀凹部內設有之浮突字形飾紋，使整體設計呈現出一種新潮、特殊，有別於市面上眼鏡之獨特視覺造形風格。[Item Usage] This creation is about a new style of "glasses (XXVIII)", specifically a new style of innovative glasses that can be assembled into lenses and worn on the ears by the user to correct vision, or to prevent the eyes from being exposed to sunlight, or to be used as a special styling accessory.
