【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用來盛裝液狀物品，例如香水或其他流體等，藉由其特殊瓶體造形以營造出美觀及高價值感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種瓶的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「瓶」之新式樣；本新式樣瓶之主要特徵，包括一個豐腴的圓錐形瓶體，下端形成一個大直徑、強烈鼓出的底部，上端具有一個小直徑、強烈縮小近乎水平的肩部，並朝頂端伸設有一個具有錐度、極短的細頸部，及於瓶口處形成有一個環形、往徑外擴大的闊唇部等，進而形成一種原創、下盤穩重動感的圓錐瓶。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「瓶」如附圖所示，本體基本上在下端形成一個大徑部、上端形成一個小徑部，及頂端具有一個相對極短極細的頸部等之構成，其縱軸方向以較大之比例形成縱高的瓶體。從前視圖看，該瓶體底部橫斷面方向以寬闊的大直徑強烈往外側鼓出，並以一曲率往上方形成徑長強烈遞減，約在瓶體9/10高度形成一個驟然變小、相對小直徑的上端部，且在該底部角隅修飾成大圓弧角及該上端部角隅修飾成相對小圓弧角，看起來呈下盤穩重之圓錐形瓶體。又，該瓶體上端沿其輪廓往內側方向形成有一個相當窄幅且近乎水平的肩部，自此肩部以一曲率半徑往頂端伸設有一個約1/10高度，具有錐度、極短且極細的頸部，及於頂端瓶口外側形成有一個環形、往徑外擴大的闊唇部。再從仰視圖看，該瓶體底部中心包含有一對小圓形的凹槽等。如上述之瓶，有別於傳統圓錐瓶之設計形式，其造形賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，整體觀之極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「瓶」，藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種圓錐瓶動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is used to hold liquid items, such as perfume or other fluids, and creates a sense of beauty and high value through its special bottle shape.
