【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種免洗米加工機，其主要是使用於將去穀的米粒加工，使通過本創作加工機所產出的米，不需洗滌即可直接烹煮食用者。;【創作特點】;如第1圖的立體圖及及第8圖的剖面圖所示，藉由將米粒置入設置在機器上方的漏斗槽，使米粒落入水平管的絞動輪的左端，通過螺旋輸送到水平管的右端後完成米粒表面的粉塵去除作業，再通過垂直導管掉落到另一個較大的加工槽內右端的絞動輪，並藉由設於後方的抽氣管將粉塵抽除，藉由螺旋輸送將米粒推到加工槽的左端，使米粒掉落到傾斜設計的出料槽左端，使米粒沿著出料槽的斜壁下滑而至最左端的出料口，以進行接料及包裝者；如第2圖至第7圖所示，本創作是一個具有四個支腳之機械，兩側形成扁形支架，兩支架間由上至下分別設置一個水平管、一個矩形加工槽、一個底部傾斜的出料管，並在右側下方形成一個大圓形的出料口，機器的上方左側設有一個漏斗槽，機器的後方設有一抽風管；綜上所述，本創作之整體造型除具備了必要的特殊功能設計外，更在造形上極力將複雜的構件予以簡化，使之呈現簡潔富科技美感性的創新理想優良設計。[Use of the item] This invention is about a no-wash rice processing machine, which is mainly used to process de-grained rice grains, so that the rice produced by the processing machine can be directly cooked and eaten without washing. ;【Features of the Creation】;As shown in the three-dimensional diagram of Figure 1 and the cross-sectional diagram of Figure 8, the rice grains are placed in the funnel trough arranged above the machine, so that the rice grains fall into the left end of the rotating wheel of the horizontal tube, and are transported to the right end of the horizontal tube by the spiral to complete the dust removal operation on the surface of the rice grains. The rice grains are pushed to the left end of the processing tank by the spiral transport, and fall to the left end of the inclined discharge trough, so that the rice grains slide down along the inclined wall of the discharge trough to the discharge port at the far left end, so that the rice grains can be discharged from the machine. For receiving and packaging materials; as shown in Figures 2 to 7, this creation is a machine with four legs, with flat brackets formed on both sides, and a horizontal tube, a rectangular processing groove, and a discharge pipe with an inclined bottom are respectively arranged between the two brackets from top to bottom, and a large circular discharge port is formed at the lower right side.
