【物品用途】;本設計係為一種磁磚，尤指其造型獨特精巧之設計者。;【設計說明】;請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖面，本案之設計創作為一種磁磚，該磁磚為板片主體，該主體之一面設有龍型圖騰，該龍型圖騰包含龍首、龍身、龍爪及龍尾，該龍首、龍身及龍爪設有弧形飾紋，而龍身係位於龍首一側呈波浪曲線，且龍身有弧形龍麟飾紋。本創作藉由其造型線條獨樹一格，表現出現代美感且極具簡約協調的設計，實為富有創意巧思之創作。;綜上觀之，本創作不論從任何角度觀之整體造形設計均能顯示之造型前衛及創新新穎視覺感受，且本案申請前未見於刊物及公開使用符合設計專利申請要件，故爰依法提出申請。[Use of item]; This design is a kind of tile, especially the designer with its unique and exquisite shape. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the drawings attached on the back page of the manual.
