Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係為一種供以照明之燈具，且該LED燈具係設有插頭供與插座電連接使用。;【設計說明】;由立體圖觀之，本創作整體係呈對稱設計，其二側係為矩形狀之連接部，而中央具有二圓柱形燈管且於燈管頂側置有一略呈波浪狀之頂蓋，由該頂蓋與連接部連接處，可見該頂蓋係於中央形成凹陷，並於凹陷處之兩側形成略近梯形之隆起，而使該頂蓋產生雙丘及深谷之意象呈現，予人連綿不絕輔以高低衝擊之視覺觀感。而回歸立體圖，於其中之一連接部頂側具有近似葫蘆狀之透孔，並於葫蘆透孔一側點綴圓形透孔，另一連接部頂側則具有似糖果狀之造形透孔，且亦於糖果透孔之一側設有一圓形透孔，藉該些透孔係為整體增添柔和之曲線美，使本創作於方正造型呈現下綴以獨特之美感。由前視圖觀之，可見於矩形外框內係具有多層次之幾何圖形，而使整體視之如一藏寶箱般，幾何圖形處即為開啟秘寶之鎖孔，而予人欲以一窺其內之觀感。由左側視圖觀之，明顯視得本創作係呈多個矩形組成並為左右及上下對稱之態樣，而使其觀之如同一可自中央水平線處開啟之盒體般。最後由仰視觀之，係如同具科幻式之輸送裝置，燈管部分似為可上下傳遞之管道，而具有前衛與科技之觀感。其中，使用狀態參考圖係為本創作於矩形連接部加裝固定吊索與連接電源後之實施態樣。;綜上所述，本創作實為創作者充滿巧思之設計，於各視角係產生有特異之視覺效果，並兼具柔和與剛強視覺觀感之呈現，乃依法提出設計專利申請。
