【物品用途】;本創作係關於一種握柄，尤指一種套設於手工具握持端，具有新穎、獨特造型的「手工具握柄」創作設計。;【設計說明】;請參閱全部附圖所示，圖式中所揭露之色彩，為本創作不主張設計之部份。;本案主張設計之部份，請參閱各附圖所示，本創作整體輪廓於具有一朝上開放之容置空間，且整體由上至下可分為一冠部、一環部及一身部。由後視圖觀之，該冠部、該環部及該身部於後端齊呈一平面。該冠部於各視圖觀之皆呈具導角之矩型。該環部外徑大於該冠部及該身部，且由俯視圖觀之，該環部兩側自後端起朝前呈一斜度，並於前側形成圓弧，而由右側視圖觀之，該環部與該冠部及該身部並以緩坡形態連接。該身部由前視圖觀之，自該環部起朝下逐漸加寬，且該身部對應該環部輪廓，自後端起兩側朝前呈一斜度，並於前側形成圓弧，其中，該身部之圓弧更於底端處形成一平面。;本創作整體紋路由各視圖觀之，係由一第一紋路及一第二紋;路所組成，其中，該第一紋路自該冠部、該環部及該身部之後端朝前延伸，而該第二紋路則自該環部及該身部前側朝後端延伸，其中該冠部只具有該第一紋路，而該環部兩側及前側則以該環部水平中心上、下分別設有該第一及該第二紋路。另外，該身部之第二紋路則於兩側與該第一紋路連接，其中，該第一及該第二紋路自該環部水平分配後，垂直向下朝該身部上段延伸一預設距離，再以上寬下窄的形態配置該第一紋路，而該第二紋路則依該第一紋路對稱配置，且該第一及該第二紋接合處呈一向後之斜線。;整體觀之，本創作之構成別具巧思，且造型獨特，予人一種柔和優美之視覺感受。[Item Usage];This creation is about a handle, especially a "hand tool handle" design with a novel and unique shape that is mounted on the grip end of a hand tool. ;[Design Description];Please refer to all the attached pictures. The overall outline of this creation has an upward-opening storage space, and the whole can be divided into a crown, a ring and a body from top to bottom. From the rear view, the crown, the ring and the body are all in a plane at the rear end. The crown is a rectangular with a chamfered angle in all views. The outer diameter of the ring is larger than that of the crown and the body, and from a top view, the two sides of the ring are inclined from the rear end to the front and form an arc at the front, and from a right side view, the ring is connected to the crown and the body in a gentle slope. From a front view, the body gradually widens downward from the ring, and the body corresponds to the outline of the ring, and from the rear end, the two sides of the body are inclined toward the front and form an arc at the front, wherein the arc of the body further forms a plane at the bottom. ;The overall pattern of this creation, as viewed from various views, is composed of a first pattern and a second pattern, wherein the first pattern extends forward from the crown, the ring and the rear end of the body, while the second pattern extends from the front side of the ring and the body toward the rear end, wherein the crown only has the first pattern, while the sides and the front side of the ring are provided with the first and second patterns respectively above and below the horizontal center of the ring.
