【物品用途】;　　本創作係有關於一種「安定器之啟動器」新式樣，尤其是指一種供裝設於日光燈具上，以能點亮日光燈具的安定器之啟動器外觀造型創作者。;【創作特點】;　　請參閱全部附圖所示，本創作之「安定器之啟動器」主要係設有一呈圓柱狀之本體，於該圓柱狀本體前端向外凸伸有數矩形狀凸部，且於各矩形狀凸部開設有下端呈矩形、上端呈梯形之孔洞，並於矩形狀凸部上端設有一彎折狀之片體，而於各矩形狀凸部下端則皆設有數圓形管體。;　　如上所述，本創作之「安定器之啟動器」整體造型藉由其於圓柱狀本體前端具有數矩形狀凸部，且於各矩形狀凸部開設有孔洞，及於各矩形狀凸部下端則皆設有數圓形管體的造型設計，整體呈現簡潔大方的流行現代感，使其產生一獨特、別緻之視覺意象，有別於一般市售產品之獨特視覺造型風格。
