【物品用途】;本創作係一種「飲料容器」之新式樣設計，其係一種可供容納液體用之容器。;【創作特點】;本創作係一種線條優美流暢的飲料容器，主要由一容器本體及一蓋體所構成，該容器本體略呈圓筒狀，側面觀之，其輪廓線條略微呈現S形之曲線，使得該容器本體能呈現出柔順優雅的線條；該蓋體係組裝於該容器本體之頂部，其係由一上蓋體及一下蓋體相互樞接組成，且該蓋體後側鄰近該上蓋體及下蓋體相互樞接之位置尚設有一卡扣部，該上蓋體之頂部及該下蓋體之頂部各具有一傾斜面，惟，該上蓋體頂部與該下蓋體頂部之傾斜方向彼此相反，進而在兩者相互搭配之下，令該蓋體能予人峰迴路轉的衝突觀感，以藉簡潔流暢的線條，有效營造出豐富的層次感，並能呈現出迥異於傳統設計之美感，整體觀之，本創作之造型新穎，且在柔順優雅;而簡潔流暢線條設計下，尚能充分保有豐富變化之設計氛圍，完全合乎新式樣專利要件。[Item Usage]; This creation is a new style design of "drink container", which is a container for containing liquid.; [Creation Features]; This creation is a beverage container with beautiful and smooth lines, mainly composed of a container body and a lid body.
