Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品係一配戴於手腕上計時用，同時凸顯出個人風格品味之裝飾性與實用性兼具的腕錶。;【創作特點】;本新式樣「腕錶」，外觀主要特徵包括一由錶殼及錶帶所構成的主體，該錶殼正面方向呈扁平之斜橢圓形狀沿該錶殼表面刻意裝飾成兩相對應的雙層環框，並以類似“§”形狀反向形態方式形成內、外環框，且該內、外環框分別向6及12點鐘方向伸設一長、一短之參差的端部，俯視時該內、外環框其寬度約從中央以一漸變之曲率朝兩端逐漸變寬，且該內、外環框向外延伸之端部寬幅更大。該錶殼表面上，在內環框的內側包含一個斜橢圓形的計時顯示部，該外環框的一側即約在3點鐘方向的側邊飾設有一看起來像皇冠般的錐形鈕；又，側視時該內、外環框向外延伸之參差的端部分別以一曲率向下彎曲。該錶帶由複數平行排列的矩形節塊串接所構成，且排與排之間的節塊成參差交錯，分別銜接在該錶殼之參差的端部上，彼此形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。;綜上所述，本新式樣「腕錶」，其藉由流暢靈活的線條使整體表達出一種雅致的原創性，展現出產品的大方性與精緻感，予人產生優雅、鮮明與舒適的印象。
