Abstract

A process for producing a transparent tag, which mainly comprises material preparation, flushing layer color covering, pattern coating, background color covering, substrate layer color covering and flushing, etc.; in which, the material preparation step comprises preparing a transparent tag one side of which being adhesive and covered with a film; the flushing layer color covering step comprises placing a screen on the other side of the transparent tag (i.e. the side which is non-adhesive) and having a plurality masking dots on the screen, any two adjacent making points being hollowed-out, applying an ink that does not generate affinity with the transparent tag thereby retaining the ink on the hollowed-out portion between masking points and forming an ink flushing layer; then, performing a drying operation; the pattern coating step comprises using a template preset with a pattern on the ink flushing layer of the transparent tag, and coating with an ink capable of generating affinity with the transparent tag thereby forming a pattern layer on the ink flushing layer, and performing a drying operation.
