Abstract

A pipe with an angle positioning structure and a production process thereof, which can be used in the positioning of assembly angle while assembling a pipe by a mechanical connector. The pipe end of the pipe is formed with at least one ring of groove by the rolling of a unique roller set; the groove is installed with a plurality of positioning protrusions. The mechanical connector is installed with a buckle edge extending in the radial direction thereof; the buckle edge mates with the groove of the pipe. The buckle edge of the mechanical connector is installed with a plurality of engaging protrusions extending in the horizontal direction. When the buckle edge of the mechanical connector is buckled into the groove of the pipe, the plurality of engaging protrusions mates with the plurality of positioning protrusions so that the assembly of each pipe can be easily positioned at a specified angle without the concern of loosening or rotation.
